        브랜드와 커뮤니티 회원과의 관계에서 심리적 가치, 소비자의 역할변화 및 브랜드 주인의식의 구조적 관계에 대한 실증분석

        As a participation and cooperation era has been emerged with the high technology advance, consumers’ role changes in the relationship between brand and consumers has been introduced as an determinant factors for the future consumer relationship management. Recognizing the importance of consumers’ role changes, this study developed a structural relationship model and conducted empirical studies. We identified operation initiative, co-creation and culture development as three characteristics of consumer’s role changes and specified psychological values such as sense of achievement, membership, and citizenship perception as antecedents and sense of brand ownership as consequences of the role changes. We conducted a survey research by using a consumer panel in the research firm. We collected relevant data about the variables in the research model from 257 consumers who are acting as community members at 126 brand communities. We conducted a structural model analysis. We found that the sense of achievement and citizenship perception influenced operation initiative. co-creation and culture development positively. However membership did not influence consumers’ role changes. Also operation initiative and culture development give an positive effects of brand ownership. As a conclusion, we summarized the study results and outlined managerial implications from this study for marketing managers. We also discussed the limitation of this study and suggested the future reseach directions. 첨단기술의 등장으로 참여와 협력의 시대가 등장하면서 브랜드와 소비자간 관계에서 역할 변화가 미래의 고객관계관리의 핵심 변수로 소개되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 소비자 역할변화의 중요성을 인식해 이와 관련된 구조적인 연구모형을 개발하고 이를 실증적으로 검증하 였다. 본 연구는 소비자 역할변화의 특징으로 운영의 주도권, 공동창조 및 문화창조를 확인하고 회원들이 커뮤니티 활동을 통해서 경험하는 심리적 가치(성취감, 소속감, 시민의식)을 원인변수로 브랜드에 대한 소유의식을 결과변수로 설정했다. 본 연구는 조사전문기관에 있는 실제 패널에서 설문조사를 진행했다. 그 결과 본 연구는 257명 의 응답자들로부터 연구모형에 있는 주요 변수별 인식에 관한 자료를 수집했는데, 조사 참여자 들이 가입해 활동하고 있는 브랜드 커뮤니티는 모두 126개였다. 본 연구는 구조 방정식 모형을 이용해 연구모형을 검증했다. 설문조사 결과 성취감과 시민의식은 운영의 주도성, 공동창조 및 문화 창조에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 그러나 소속감은 소비자의 역할변화에 유의한 수준에서 영향을 미치지 못했다. 그리고 운영 주도성과 문화 창조는 회원들의 브랜드 소유의식에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 브랜드와 회원의 공동창조는 브랜드 주인의식에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 연구결과를 요약하고, 본 연구결과가 학계와 업계에 제공하는 관리적 시 사점을 논의했으며, 자료수집과정 및 측정에서의 야기된 연구 한계점들과 그에 따른 미래 연구 방향을 제시했다.

        The major purpose of this thesis is to construct the evaluating framework of a science textbook with a high confidence and universal alidity, referring to a preceeding study and materials involved in research work, and in consideration of the educational conditions of the secondary school. The Framework developed in this study are composed of 7 categories: content, organization, representation, laboratory, illustrations, external form or editing system, and supplementary materals. Each category consists of detailed items. Each item in the check-list is to be given between one and five points and the total number of possible points in this evaluating framework is 290. As a result, these evaluating items enable quantitative analyses, afford an opportunity which we can look into many-sidedly the respects we should consider when a science textbook is adopted, and they can be estimated partly or synthetically as occasion demands. This study is expected to contribute to choose a good science textbook as fundamental data when selected in the future, and to help the lasting study or estimation of the textbook.

        2형 황반부 모세혈관 확장증과 연관된 절박 황반 원공의 유리체절제술 후 장기적 황반부 변화

        Purpose: To report and review a bilateral long term follow up case of pars plana vitrectomy of macular telangiectasia (MacTel) type 2 associated impending macular hole. Case summary: A 61-year-old male presented with decreased central vision and metamorphopsia in both eyes. His best corrected visual acuity was 20/30 in the right eye and 20/50 in the left eye. Based on fundoscopy, fluorescein angiography, and optical coherence tomography (OCT), the patient was diagnosed with MacTel type 2 combined with stage 1B impending macular hole in both eyes. A phacovitrectomy with internal limiting membrane peeling and fluid-gas exchange with SF6 was performed in both eyes. One week after surgery, an improvement in foveal cysts and foveal defects filled with tissue were observed. However, at 1 month postoperatively, OCT findings showed near complete absence of foveal tissue resembling full thickness macular hole. One year after surgery, this loss of foveal tissue was remained. Conclusions: In our case, the foveal structure over times has changed after vitrectomy for MacTel type 2 with impending macular hole. A case such as ours with long term follow up using OCT imaging postoperatively has not been previously reported. Our surgery failed to be reopened 1 month later. After vitrectomy, we did not find an anatomical success. However, the patient did not experience serious visual decline.

        Effects of Tillage and Cultivation Methods on Carbon Accumulation and Formation of Water-stable Aggregates at Different Soil Layer in Rice Paddy

        No-tillage is an effective practice to save labor input and reduce methane emission from the paddy. Effects oftillage and cultivation methods on carbon accumulation and soil properties were investigated in the treatmentsof tillage-transplanting (T-T), tillage-wet hill seeding (T-WS), minimum tillage-dry seeding (MT-S) andno-tillage dry seeding (NT-S) of rice. Soil carbon was higher in NT-S and MT-S, compared to T-T and T-WS. In NT-S and MT-S, soil carbon contents were the highest in the top soil (5 cm depth) and decreased with soildepth. In T-T and T-WS, however soil carbon contents showed no significant difference up to soil depth of 15cm from the top. Carbon content was the highest in the soil particle size under 106 μm and decreased as thesoil particle size increased. Contents of water-stable aggregates in NT-S and MT-S were higher than those ofT-T and T-WS. In NT-S and MT-S, contents of water-stable aggregates were the highest in the top soil andsignificantly decreased with soil depth while no significant difference up to the soil depth of 15 cm in T-T andT-WS. Available SiO2 contents in the top soil were the highest in NT-S and MT-S while the lowest in T-T andT-WS. It is concluded that minimum or no disturbance of soil in rice cultivation can increase carbonaccumulation in the soil, especially in the top layer, and subsequently contribute to the formation of thewater-stable soil aggregates.

        Effects of Continuous Application of Green Manures on Microbial Community in Paddy Soil

        Green manure crops have been well recognized as the alternative for chemical fertilizer, especially N fertilizer, because of its positive effect on soil and the environment. Hairy vetch and green barley are the most popular crops for cultivation of rice in paddy field. This study was conducted to evaluate effects of hairy vetch and green barley on soil microbial community and chemical properties during short-term application (three years). For this study, treatments were composed of hairy vetch (Hv), green barley (Gb), hairy vetch + green barley (Hv+Gb), and chemical fertilizer without green manure crops (Con.). Hv+Gb treatment showed the highest microbial biomass among treatments. Principal component analysis (PCA) showed that PC1 (73.0 %) was affected by microbial biomass and PC2 (21.5 %) was affected by fungi, cy19:0/18:1ω7c (stress indicator). Combined treatment with hairy vetch and green barley could be more efficient than green manure crop treatment as well as chemical fertilizer treatment for improvement of soil microorganisms.
