Air conditioner outdoor fan motor is affected by headwind. It is caused of start-up failure of outdoor fan moto and it causes serious problem to the air conditioner system. This paper considers the method for prevention from start-up failure by headwind. To prevent the star-up failure, rotating speed of fan motor is measured with back-EMF and inverter output the voltage reference according to the rotating speed. After that speed controller controls the fan motor speed by closed-loop control. This method prevent the start-up failure of fan motor by headwind. It is verified by simulation.

산사태의 발생 징후를 효율적으로 사전에 감지하기 위한 방법을 도출하기 위하여 모형사면을 제작하여 지상LiDAR 장비로 사면의 변위를 파악하고자 모니터링 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 신속하게 사면 변위에 대한 영상을 모니터링 할 수 있었으며, 사면에 대한 모니터링 분석 정확도는 변위 전을 기준으로 1차,2차,3차 변위 후에 대하여 각각 평균 0.007m, 0.006m, 0.006m편차로 매우 적은 편차가 나타난 것이 입증 되었기에 향후 실제 사면의 변위 측정에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. A model slope was made to work out a way of detecting the sign of the occurrence of landslides and monitoring analysis was conducted to grasp the slope displacement of Terrestrial LiDAR equipment. As a result, the image of slope displacement could be monitored quickly and the accuracy of monitoring analysis was a deviation of 0.007m, 0.006m and 0.006m on average based on the figures prior to displacement after the first, second and third displacements, respectively. As the figures represent a very small deviation, they will be able to be used helpfully in measuring the displacement of actual slope in the future.

Purpose: This study investigated effect of skating exercise on balance ability improvement in cerebral palsy. Methods: Total five subject with cerebral palsy were recruited from school for disability childen in Daegu, and the skating exercise was conducted 3times at a week during 8 weeks the skating exercise. Balance test was measured using Balance System with overall index, anterior/posterior index, medial/lateral index of balance ability. Results: There was significant difference between 4 and 8weeks training session in the overall index(p<0.05). There was no significant difference between 4 and 8weeks training session in the anterior/posterior index(p<0.05). There was significant difference between 4 and 8weeks training session in the medial/lateral index(p<0.05). There was significant difference between 4 and 8weeks training session in the anterior/posterior index and medial/lateral index(p<0.05). Conclusion: This study showed that skating exercise was effect on balance ability improvement in cerebral palsy. The future study needs more detailed research and comparison about effect of skating exercise on balance ability improvement in cerebral palsy.
원예주제 중심의 통합 환경교육 프로그램이 초등학생의 환경태도와 학업성취도에 미치는 영향

This research was conducted to validate the effect of integrative environmental program focused on horticulture. First of all, cognitive domain of the classes are very effective to increase knowledge of environment. Also, affective domain of classes are effective to alter the behavior of children s attitude to environment. Specially, environment education is related to grounding education in real life with practice. Second, total score of scholarlic achievement was higher in experimental class than control at Time 2. It means that the result of integrative educational program of horticulture through this research affect the interest of study itself very much. Differences of scholarlic achieve of national language and social study through Time 1 and Time 2 was statistically significant among other subjects. Specially in language part seems higher than writing and expressing at national language such as ‘Writing poems about flower or Writing beauties about near by nature . Scholaric achievement of social study was highest because of the relation of environment thant any other subjects and the concentration and interest of students in social study at experiment group was higher also. Third, the result of performance test is conducted to know the effect of classes of integrative environmental horticulture. Most of the classes are very effective to teach Practice environment preservation and live’ and also connected to teach career education about various kinds of environmental vocation.

국부적이지만 수 ㎜단위까지 스캔이 가능한 지상LiDAR 장비를 이용하여 사면을 스캐닝 한 후에 사면의 6개 지점에 대하여 강제로 변화를 준 후 다시 스캐닝하여 분석한 결과 0.008m의 평균편차를 나타내었다. 이것을 볼 때 미세변화 탐지를 위한 기법으로 지상LiDAR자료의 적용이 유효할 것으로 판단된다.
