BHT-C의 허혈성 뇌졸중 동물에서의 뇌부종 억제효과

Objectives : BHT has been commonly used to treatment of brain disorders in Oriental clinic in Korea. The purpose of this study was to determine the inhibitory effect of modified BHT-C extract on the transient forcal cerebral ischemia in rats. Method : We prepared ischemic rats by the transient middle cerebral artery occlution(MCAO; 90 min occlusion and 144 h reperfusion) in rat brains. BHT-C extract (100 and 200 mg/kg, i.p.) was administered every day after the onset of MCAO until 6 day. Result : BHT-C extract increased survival rate of ischemic rats compared with vehicle-treated rats. BHT-C extract treated rats (100 and 200 mg/kg) were shown a significant reduction in infarct volume compared with vehicle-treated rats. Conclusions : These results suggest that BHT-C extract may contribute to its protective effects in brain ischemia through the reduction of brain infarction.

In a general centrifugal pump, if it is operated in a two-phase flow the activity of the impeller usually degrades and occasionally losses its function. However, the effect of break down of centrifugal pump due to entrained air has not been clarified yet. This paper shows the air-water two-phase flow characteristics of closed type and semi-open type impellers. In a sing1e-phase flow, closed-type impeller has higher efficiency and head. But in air-water two-phase flow semi-open type impeller's rates of decreases of efficiency and head are decreased.

후족부 내시경술을 이용한 거골내 결절종의 치료 - 증례 보고 -

골내 결절종은 일반적으로 관절에 인접한 골단이나 연골하골에 위치하며, 낭종부위를 개방한 후 소파술 단독 또는 소파술 후 골이식술을 병용하여 치료한다. 저자들은 거골의 후방에 있는 골내 결절종의 치료로 후외측 및 후내측 삽입구를 통한 내시경적 낭종 내 소파술 및 골이식술을 시행하여 양호한 결과를 얻었기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. An intraosseous ganglion typically exists in periarticular epiphysis or subchondral area, and is usually treated with open curettage of cyst or curettage and bone graft. We report a case of intraosseous ganglion of talus treated by endoscopic curettage and bone grafting with a review of the literature.

통일준비 어떻게 되어 있나?

김정일의 사망과 북한의 경제난으로 북한정권의 붕괴시기에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 김정일과는 달리 급조된 김정은 체제는 그럭저럭 안정을 찾은 것처럼 보인다. 그러나 미래의 어느 시점에서 북한체제는 갑자기 붕괴할 수도 있다. 실제로 김정은 체제가 단기적인 난관을 극복 한다 해도 장기적으로 서서히 와해될 것으로 다수가 전망하고 있다. 이 때문에 통일은 현대를 살아가는 한국인들에게 주어진 가장 중요한 공공의제이다. 김정일이 사망하고 김정은으로의 3대 세습의 실패라는 북한 내부의 상황이 우리의 의도와는 달리 통일을 촉진시킬 수도 있기 때문이다. 이 같은 시대적 요청과는 달리 우리는 아직 통일 준비가 되어 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존의 통일준비 추진체계를 점검해 보고 통일을 위해 구체적으로 어떤 준비가 필요한지를 지적하였다. 그 중 국방통합, 사법통합, 농림어업통합 등 분야별통일 준비에 대한 점검 결과 거의 준비되어있지 않다는 결론을 얻었다. 이 같은 결론은 통일을 하겠다는 의지와는 달리 통일로 다가갈 수 있는 준비가 되어있지 않다는 것이며 아울러 통일이 될 경우 납북자나 국군포로, 이산가족 문제 등 분단의 아픔이 치유되고, 정치·사회·경제 등 모든 면에서 한 단계 더 발전 할 수 있으므로 통일준비를 서둘러야 된다고 지적했다. Interest on when the North Korean regime will collapse is increasing due to the death of Kim Jong-il and the economic difficulties of North Korea. The system under Kim Jong-un looks stabilize disappearance, but the system can collapse at some point. On top of that, a majority forecasts that the Kim Jong-un system will fall apart in the long run. Hence Korean unification is the most important public age for Korean people. Kim`s death and the failure of Kim Jong-un`s succession can accelerate the unification regardless of our intentions; However, we are not ready for the unification. In this study, the preparation system for Korean unification was inspected, and what to prepare in concrete was suggested. In conclusion ,the preparation for the unification is not so ready that we need to hurry the preparation for the unification in order to take as politics, society and economy as well as to cure the wound from the division of Korean peninsula.

문화연구 위기의 이론적 기원과 알튀세르에 관한 기억

이 글은 문화연구의 지적⋅정치적 위기와 알튀세르에 대한 이론적 억제가 가지는 상관성을 논구한다. 알튀세르를 통한 지적 혁신의 기회는 경험주의로 대변되는 영국의 지적 전통과 근본적으로 불화하는 것이기도 했다. 문화마르크스주의 전통에서 톰슨은 알튀세르를 이론적 환원주의자로 낙인찍었으며 윌리엄스는 정치적 주체의 기획을 알튀세르주의적인 계급 노선이 아 닌 그람시주의적인 대중 노선으로 변환시켰다. 그 결과 문화마르크스주의는 계급 형세에 대한 분석으로부터 멀어지게 됐고, 문화연구는 그 출발점에서부터 더 이상은 마르크스주의 내에서의 이론적 쇄신을 도모하는 것이 불가능하게 됐다. 홀은 과잉결정 개념을 비롯해 알튀세르주의에 대해 호의를 보이기는 했지만, 그에게 있어 알튀세르의 구조주의적 마르크스주의는 여전히 자율적인 정치 주체의 형성이라는 문제를 식별해내지 못하는 이론적 체계로 인식되었다. 그람시주의의 전격적 수용의 결과로 문화연구는 자본주의가 아닌 모더니티를 비평 대상으로 삼게 되었으며, 의도치 않은 결과였을 테지만 마르크스주의와의 접합을 상실한 채로 대중주의적 해석학으로 경도되기에 이르렀다. 오늘날 저항의 가능성을 원천적으로 내부화하는 후기-자본주 의의 문화논리는 문화연구의 이론적 쇄신을 요청하고 있으며, 이는 메타적 지배 형식에 대한 탁월한 통찰을 제공하는 알튀세르주의를 소환하는 맥락을 형성하고 있다. This article discusses the relationship between the intellectual/political crisis of cultural studies and the theoretical suppression of Althusser. The opportunity for intellectual innovation through Althusser was fundamentally at odds with the British intellectual tradition represented by empiricism. In the cultural Marxist tradition, E. P. Thompson stigmatized Althusser as a theoretical reductionist, and Raymond Williams transformed the planning of political subjects into Gramsian people’s line rather than Althusserian class lines. As a result, cultural Marxism has moved away from the analysis of class configuration, and cultural studies no longer allow for theoretical renewal within Marxist tradition. Hall favored Althusserism, including the concept of over-determination, but for him, Althusser’s structuralist Marxism was still perceived as a theoretical system that did not resolve the problem of the formation of autonomous political subjects. As a result of the acceptance of Gramsciism, cultural studies have turned to modernity, not capitalism. And cultural studies have gradually turned to popularist hermeneutics, losing their connection with Marxism. Today, postcapitalism’s cultural logic, which internalizes the possibility of resistance, calls for a theoretical renewal of cultural studies. This forms the context for Althusserianism, which provides an excellent insight into the form of meta-domination.

유아음악교육에 대한 유아교사의 인식 및 운영실태

본 연구는 유아교육기관에서 이루어지는 유아음악교육에 대한 유아교사의 인식과 운영실태를 분석하고자 실시하였다. 선행연구를 통해 연구도구인 설문지를 구성하였 으며 유아교사 190명을 무선 표집 하여 연구자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 독립표본 t-검증, 일원변량분석(One-way ANOVA)을 통하여 분석하였고, 집단 간의 차이 분석은 Duncan 검증을 통해 사후 분석 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 유아교사들은 유아음악교육에 대하여 전반적으로 높 은 인식을 가지고 있었다. 둘째, 유아음악교육에 대한 교사변인 간 인식은 차이가 있 는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사용 지도서를 많이 참고하였고, 음악교육에서는 신체 표현을 가장 많이 활용하였으며, 주 2~3회 음악활동을 진행하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 유아음악교육에 대한 교사변인 간 운영실태는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 실태의 개선을 위한 다각적 접근을 논하였다. This study was to examines the actual situations and recognition of teachers of music education for young children in children education institutes. It sheds light on young children``s music education as well as provides effective operating information. Based on advanced research, a questionnaire is designed as a measure to examine actual situations and recognition of 190 teachers, Chosen by random sampling, on music education for young children. The questionnaire survey is carried out and data collected on the recognition of teachers of music education for young children by the teacher``s background and on actual situations of operating music education. The data are analyzed by frequency and percentage, t-test using SPSS 18.0 and one-way ANOVA. Duncan test is used as a post test when analyzing differences between groups. The results of this study are as follows. First, recognition of teachers on music education for young children was statistically significant and it was statistically meaningful between teacher variables. Second, recognition of teachers of music education for young children was statistically significant and it was statistically meaningful between teacher variables. Third, in actual situations of music education, music is most often used in physical expression activities: teachers usually refer to guidebooks, and music education occurs two to three times a week. Fourth, the actual situations of teachers of music education for young children was statistically significant and they were statistically meaningful between teacher variables.

유아 영상콘텐츠 썸네일의 시각적 표현에 대한 기호학적 분석

인터넷의 고속화, 디바이스의 디지털화에 갑작스러운 코로나 팬데믹이 더해지면서 디지털 콘텐츠 시장은 급격히 성장했다. 그중에서도 유튜브는 사람들이 가장 많은 시간을 소비하는 영상콘텐츠 플랫폼으로서 성인과 청소년뿐만 아니라 유아들에게도 큰 영향력을 가지고 있다. 유튜브에는 다양한 유입 경로와 변수가 존재하는데 그중에서도 썸네일은 한 콘텐츠를 선택하는 데 있어 매우 중요한 역할을 맡고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유튜브 유아 영상콘텐츠의 분류별 썸네일을 기호학적으로 분석하여 크리에이터의 제작 의도와 방식 그리고 수신자에게 전달되는 해석적인 측면까지 알아보고자 하였다. 우선 콘텐츠의 성격을 다섯 가지로 구분하고 각각 조회수가 높은 채널을 대상으로 정했다. 분석에는 현대 기호학을 체계화시킨 퍼스의 삼항 모델을 활용했다. 연구결과 세 가지의 유의미한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 첫 번째로 A채널은 비전문가 가족이 운영하는 채널로써 썸네일 상에 기호학적 장치는 크게 확인할 수 없었다. 두 번째, B채널과 E채널의 경우 영상콘텐츠 전문 기업이 제작하여 다양한 기호학적 요소들로 명확한 아이덴티티를 구축하고 있었다. 마지막으로 C와 D채널은 장난감과 여러 유아용 아이템들로 콘텐츠를 구성했다. 이 경우 제작의 용이성이 있지만, 등장인물로써 얻을 수 있는 상징적 요소가 부족하여 유사 채널과의 변별력이 부족했다. 이처럼 영상콘텐츠의 썸네일은 송신자인 크리에이터의 구성에 따라 수신자가 받는 영상 내용에 대한 해석은 물론, 이후 채널의 충성도에까지 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. The digital content market has grown rapidly as the sudden corona pandemic has been added to the high-speed Internet and digitalization of devices. Among them, YouTube is a video content platform where people spend the most time, and it has a great influence not only on adults and teenagers but also on infants. There are various inflow paths and variables on YouTube, and among them, thumbnails play a very important role in selecting a content. In this study, I tried to find out the creators intention and method of production and the interpretive aspect delivered to the receiver by semiotically analyzing the thumbnails for each category of YouTube video content for children. First of all, the characteristics of content were divided into five categories, and each channel with high views was targeted. For the analysis, Peirces triadic model, which systematized modern semiotics, was used. As a result of the study, three significant results were obtained. First, channel A was run by a non-professional family, so it was not possible to see a large number of semiotic devices on the thumbnail. Second, in the case of channel B and channel E, they were produced by a company specializing in video contents, and a clear identity was established with various semiotic elements. Lastly, channels C and D consisted of toys and various childrens items. In this case, there is ease of production, but the lack of symbolic elements that can be obtained as a character lacks the ability to discriminate from similar channels. As such, it was confirmed that the thumbnail of the video content can affect the loyalty of the channel as well as the interpretation of the video content received by the receiver depending on the composition of the sender, the creator.

Developed and conducted a performance test of the Water mist system that is satisfied with the requirement of a fire test requiring Class 3 Engine Mock-up exceeding net volume 3,000㎥ as per IMO's MSC/Circ. 668 Appendix 8(Test method for fire testing equivalent water-based fire-extinguishing systems for machinery spaces of category A and cargo pump rooms).Even though fuel atomizing was continued for 15 sec. after stopping of the system according to the test method relating to the atomizing fire type, no fire was reignited. This result shows the excellence of the system. There was no damage to the contents of the system after the test.
