We know paranasal sinusitis is one of the most common disease in the field of otolaryngology. Especially in the case of chronic paranasal sinusitis, patient is sufferred from recurrence. So we prescribed Bojungikgitang(補中益氣湯) to the patients who were suffered from chronic paranasal sinusitis, and we witness some noticeable improvement. Here are the findings of my experience 1. The addition and subtraction temperament drugs of Bojungikgitang(補中益氣湯加減方) are effective to the patient of chronic and feeble paranasal sinusitis by the effect of removing wind(祛風), unnecessary metabolite(祛痰), and draining pus(排膿) and strengthening digestive organs(健碑) and enriching the lung yin(益肺陰) and alleviation of pain(止痛). 2. In the symptom of chronic paranasal siunutitis, nasal obstruction, postnasal drip, sputum, headache were quick to disappear, and dysosmia, internasal polyp, etc got better slower. 3. The most quick improvement appeared within two weeks and most symptoms improved within one month, and disappeared within two months.

The environmental damage caused by river-improvement and slope of incision cliff can dest habitations of animate nature and it takes long time for restoration. River system constructed with stability of flood control, fine biotope, harmony with surroundings should be need to protect and restore nature. Therefore, in this study, conduct comparative experiment in various methods which are stable hydraulically and develop vegetation on revetment of bank, stream bed protection and disaster prevention aspect.

連翹敗毒散加味方이 炎症狀態의 面胞에 미치는 影響

In the age of puberty or 20-30th young people who are sensitive to outward appearance, acne is serious problem at beauty and has social and psychological influence on that people. So this experiment is carried out for test whether the addition temperament drugs of Yungyopaedock-san(YP) have an anti-inflammatory effect and have suppression effect on immunocyte in the state of inflammation which induced by acne. The results was as follows. 1. YP has suppress inflammatory reaction induced by carageenan. 2. YP has suppress increasing activation of abdominal cavity macrophage in the carageen and zymosan induced inflammation. 3. YP has suppress increasing activation of spleen cell in the carageenan and zymosan induced inflammation. Based on the above result, YP was improved its suppression effect to the inflammatory reaction through the suppression of spleen cell and macrophage activation. So we concluded that YP is prospected as a anti-inflammatory agent to cure inflammation induced by ance.

자폐스펙트럼장애 및 정서·행동장애아동의 사회적 기술 증진을 위한 로봇적용연구 동향

본 연구는 자폐스펙트럼장애 및 정서·행동장애 아동의 사회적 기술 증진을 위한 국내외 로봇적용연구 동향을 살펴보고, 로봇의 외형과 자극제시 방법의 분류를 통해 향후 자폐스펙트 럼장애 및 정서·행동장애아동을 위한 로봇 중재 연구의 교육 및 치료적 지향점을 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 ‘1) 국내외 로봇의 외형을 살펴본다, 2) 국내외 로봇의 자극제시를 살펴본다’를 연구문제로 설정한 후 논문의 동향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해, 2000년 1월부터 2013년 12월까지 국내외 논문을 분석한 결과 국내 12편, 국외 21편이 최종 선정되었고, 이를 연도, 논문제목, 키워드, 연구대상, 연구방법의 하위에 외형, 자극제시의 틀로 분석하여 빈도 및 경향을 제시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 로봇의 외형이 점점 인간과 닮은 형태의 휴머노이드나, 안드로이드의 외형으로 변화하고 있음을 알 수 있었고, 자폐스펙트럼장애 및 정서·행동장애 아동들에게 인간을 닮은 로봇외형이 더 많은 관심과 참여를 유발시킨다는 선행 연구자들의 의도를 짐작할 수 있었다. 둘째, 로봇이 제시하는 자극이 단일자극에서 복합자극으로, 그리고 일방향 복합자극제시에서 양방향 복합자극제시로 변화하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. This study were to review studies on the application of robots for improvement of social skills for children with autistic spectrum disorder and emotional and behavioral disorder and to considerate education and therapy-oriented through analyzing Robot’s figure and stimuli. We collected data of 33 articles (12 in domestic, 21 in international research) from Jan. 2000 to Dec. 2013, and analyze articles using frame of year, title, keyword, subject, method(figure, stimuli) and frequency of articles. The results of this study were as follows, First, we found author’s intended meaning that the trend of robot’s figure goes toward to humanoid and android as ‘human-like’ robot, also ‘human-like’ robot prompts attention and participation to children with autistic spectrum disorder and emotional and behavioral disorder. Second, the stimuli of robot has changed from single stimulus to multiple stimuli, from one-way to two-way in multiple stimuli between robot and children.

한국의 영어회자의 영어 복합 wh-의문사 발화오류 분석

본 논문은 한국인 영어회자의 복합 wh-의문사 발화오류를 분석하였다. 실험자료는 영어전공 교과목을 수강하는 한국인 대학생 피실험자 67명으로부터 구두번역을 통하여 유출하였다. 이 중 복합 wh-의문사를 포함하는 영어 복수절을 성공적으로 구두번역한 피실험자는 31명에 불과하였다: which color do you think he like?와 같이 문법적으로 적합한 복합 wh-의문사절을 구두번역한 피실험자는 15명(48%)이며 다른 12명(39%)은 의도한 복합 wh-의문사절 구두번역에 실패하며 wh-의문사를 2개 사용하는 혼종의 비문법적인 복합 wh-의문사절(예:What do you think which color he likes?)로 구두번역하는 규칙성을 보았다. 본 논문에서 복합 wh-의문사는 고급수준의 영어실력을 보유하지 않는 일반 한국인 영어학습자는 구두번역하기에 다소 어려운 구조임을 증명하였다. 또한 많은 한국인 영어회자의 중간언어는 2개의 wh-의문사를 사용하는 비문법적인 복합 wh-의문사절을 꾸준히 사영하게 된다는 사실을 보여주었다. This paper examines errors in the oral production of English complex wh-question by Korean learners. Data are elicited from an experiment of oral production by sixty-seven Korean university students enrolled in English-major classes. Only thirty-one of them succeed in producing biclausal structures for complex wh-question: Fifteen (48%) successfully produce correct English complex wh-question such as which color do you think helices? And twelve(39%) produce the intended question, rather persistently, with two wh-question with what in the matrix clause such as What do you think which color he likes?. The paper concludes that the production pf complex structures like complex structures like complex wh-question is challenging for the learner unless he obtains advanced working proficiency in English. Otherwise, the learner would likely be frozen in the obligatory stage of employing wwo wh-phrases in Korean-English interlanguage.

화공안전분야 : 사고대비물질 취급자의 비상대응계획 작성 프로그램 연구

Emergency preparedness plan(EPP) is the systematic management of activities that involve a material degree of risk of loss or other damage to the surroundings(people, property and environment), and the boundary of accident recovery plan(ARP). The main purpose of the program is to provide a safety management system to each facility in order to enable to prevent accident and to control accident immediately. The EPP includes not only typical safety-related documentations such as material safety data sheet(MSDS), standard operation procedure(SOP), emergency response plan(ERP). EPP is established basis of the preliminary safety analysis involving risk identification, assessment and prevention plans. The program is also helpful for government or related agencies to control a number of accidents in small-scale companies in the whole country.

유해화학물질 불법유통 관리 방안

The purpose of this study is to prepare regulation on handling hazardous chemicals, especially commercial activities through internet. Analysis report on distribution of hazardous chemicals, and relevant regulations with case study were conducted to meet this purpose. As results, several items should be applied to regulations as follows; it is necessary to record personal informations about purchaser even small for amount, accredition system is needed for commercial activity through internet, abandon saling to juvinile to prevent from illigal use on purpose.

자체방제계획서는 위험물질의 등급 주위환경의 피해, 사고대응계획 등으로 구성된 체계적인 관리제도이다. 자체방제계획서 작성지원 프로그램의 개발 목적은 사고를 예방하고, 사고를 제어할 수 있도록 안전관리 시스템을 각 시설에 제공하는 것이다. 이 프로그램은 MSDS(Material Safety Data Sheet), SOP(Standard Operation Procedure), ERP(Emergency Response Plan) 등 일반적인 안전관련 자료를 포함하고 있다. 자체방제계획서는 위험 확인, 평가, 예방 계획, 안전 분석 등으로 구성되어있다. 또한, 자체방제계획서 작성지원 프로그램은 정부 또는 관련 기관이 중소기업에서 발생 가능한 사고를 관리하는데 유용하다. 표현중심 문학치료교육이 대학생의 우울 및 불안에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 표현중심 문학치료교육을 받은 대학생의 우울과 불안의 특징을 밝히 고자 하였다. 이미 표현중심 문학치료교육을 이수한 대학생 76명, 표현중심 문학치 료교육을 이수중에 있는 대학생 79명, 그리고 표현중심 문학치료교육을 이수하지 않은 대학생 94명을 대상으로 우울 및 불안을 분석하였다. 첫째, 표현중심 문학치 료교육을 이수한 대학생이 표현중심 문학치료교육을 이수중에 있는 학생과 이수하 지 않은 학생에 비하여 우울이 낮으며 그 중에서도 표현중심 문학치료교육을 이수 하지 않은 학생의 우울이 가장 높았다. 둘째, 표현중심 문학치료교육을 이수한 대 학생이 표현중심 문학치료교육을 이수중에 있는 학생과 이수하지 않은 학생에 비 하여 불안이 낮으며, 그 중에서도 표현중심 문학치료교육을 이수하지 않은 학생의 불안이 가장 큰 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 표현중심 문학치료교육을 이수한 대학생 과 이수중인 대학생의 우울과 불안이 상호 정적 상관을 나타내었고, 표현중심 문학 치료교육을 이수한 대학생과 표현중심 문학치료교육을 이수하지 않은 대학생은 우 울과 불안이 정적 상관을 나타내었다. 표현중심 문학치료교육을 이수중인 대학생과 표현중심 문학치료교육을 이수하지 않은 대학생 또한 우울과 불안이 정적 상관을 나타내었다. This study is to indicate the characteristics of depression and anxiety in the group of university students who got literary therapy education. Depression and discomfort was cross-checked in the three groups, 76 who already took the literary therapy education, 79 university students in taking class, and 94 who did not take the class. First, depression was lower in university students who took literary therapy education than in who are taking and who did not take literary therapy education, especially, the students who did not take its class were shown the highest depression. Secondly, anxiety was lower in university students who took literary therapy education than in who are taking and who did not take literary therapy education, especially, the students who did not take its class were shown the highest of anxiety. Thirdly, depression and anxiety in the two groups of who took literary therapy education and who are taking its class, was shown correlation between them. And the students who did not take its class were shown the correlation between depression and anxiety. As mentioned above, depression and anxiety was shown to be relived in the university students who took literary therapy education, and the enthusiastic and highly psychological resilience were shown in them, in daily life and campus life.
