직류전동기의 속도제어에 대한 적응제어이론의 적용에 관한 연구

최근에 활발히 연구되고 있는 model reference adaptive control 이론을 microprocessor를 사용하여 직류전동기의 속도제어에 적용할 수 있음을 보였다. 본 논문에서는 일차로 근사시킨 reference model을 설정하고 model의 output과 motor의 output의 처리가 영에 수렴하도록 하였다. 먼저 computer simulation에 의해 reference 입력과 부하의 변동에 따른 출력을 살펴본 후 microprocessor M 6800을 이용하여 직류전동기를 제어하였는데 input 및 부하의 급격한 변동에 잘 적용하는 특성을 보여 주었다. In this paper, the application of model reference adaptive control theory to the D.C motor speed control using the microprocessor is studied. It is shown that with the use of an adaptive control algorithm the error between output of the motor and the reference model, which is approximated to first order, can be conve to zero. By computer simulation and the practical implementation with the microprocessor M 6800, can be concluded that the adaptive control system adapts well to the rapid change of the load and reference inputs.
역량중심 교육과정 개발을 위한 학업성취도 예측 시스템: D대학 사례를 중심으로

Achievement at university is recognized in a comprehensive sense as the level of qualitative change and development that students have embodied as a result of their experience in university education. Therefore, the academic achievement of university students will be given meaning in cooperation with the historical and social demands for diverse human resources such as creativity, leadership, and global ability, but it is practically an indicator of the outcome of university education. Measurement of academic achievement by such credits involves many problems, but in particular, standardization of academic achievement by credits based on evaluation methods, contents, and university rankings is a very difficult problem. In this study, we present a model that uses machine learning techniques to predict whether or not academic achievement is excellent for D-University graduates. The variables used were analyzed using up to 96 personal information and bachelor's information such as graduation year, department number, department name, etc., but when establishing a future education course, only the data after enrollment works effectively. Therefore, the items to be analyzed are limited to the recommended ability to improve the academic achievement of the department/student. In this research, we implemented an academic achievement prediction model through analysis of core abilities that reflect the philosophy, goals, human resources image, and utilized machine learning to affect the impact of the introduction of the prediction model on academic achievement. We plan to apply the results of future research to the establishment of curriculum and student guidance conducted in the department to establish a basis for improving academic achievement.

Many studies have reported that housework done using household appliances may affect biomechanical characteristics of the musculoskeletal system. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of housework done using a pulsator washing machine on joints and muscles. We calculated joint torques and muscle strengths on the basis of an experimental/virtual three-dimensional motion analysis for six healthy females using the pulsator washing machine at different heights (H) and depths (D) of the inside drum (H (mm){\times}D (mm), Trial1: $962.5{\times}609.4$, Trial2: $962.5{\times}624.4$, Trial3: $982.5{\times}644.4$, Trial4: $995.5{\times}642.4$, Trial5: $1015.5{\times}677.4$). The joint torques and muscle strengths tended to be considerably different during torso flexion in the sagittal plane for all the trials. The maximum joint torques for the thoracic vertebra, left ankle, and right shoulder measured in Trial4 were significantly higher than those measured in the other trials (p < 0.05); in addition, those for the thoracic vertebra and both ankles measured in Trial5 were significantly higher than those measured in the other trials (p < 0.05). The maximum muscle strengths for the left trapezius muscle and both tibialis anterior muscles measured in Trial5 were significantly higher than those measured in the other trials (p < 0.05). These results indicate that housework done using a pulsator washing machine may affect joint torques and muscle strengths, and these effects are dependent on the height and/or depth of the inside drum of the pulsator washing machine.
The colchicine derivative CT20126 shows a novel microtubule-modulating activity with apoptosis

New colchicine analogs have been synthesized with the aim of developing stronger potential anticancer activities. Among the analogs, CT20126 has been previously reported to show immunosuppressive activities. Here, we report that CT20126 also shows potential anticancer effects via an unusual mechanism: the modulation of microtubule integrity and cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase before apoptosis. When we treated COS-7 cells with CT20126 (5 lM), the normal thread-like microtubules were disrupted into tubulin dimers within 10min and thereafter repolymerized into short, thick filaments. In contrast, cells treated with the same concentration of colchicine exhibited microtubule depolymerization after 20min and never underwent repolymerization. Furthermore, optical density (OD) analysis (350nm) with purified tubulin showed that CT20126 had a higher repolymerizing activity than that of Taxol, a potent microtubule-polymerizing agent. These results suggest that the effects of CT20126 on microtubule integrity differ from those of colchicine: the analog first destabilizes microtubules and then stabilizes the disrupted tubulins into short, thick polymers. Furthermore, CT20126 induced a greater level of apoptotic activity in Jurkat T cells than colchicine (assessed by G2/M arrest, caspase-3 activation and cell sorting). At 20nM, CT20126 induced 47% apoptosis among Jurkat T cells, whereas colchicine induced only 33% apoptosis. Our results suggest that the colchicine analog CT20126 can potently induce apoptosis by disrupting microtubule integrity in a manner that differs from that of colchicine or Taxol.

변혁기에 처해 있는 대학들에게 있어 치밀하고 체계적인 대학발전계획 수립은 생존을 가늠할 정도의 중요한 요소로 부각되었다. 이를 실현시키기 위해서는 무엇보다도 대학 비전에 대한 구성원의 공감대가 형성되어야한다. 대학의 특성에 맞는 개개의 차별성을 확보하여야 하며, 조직 내의 다양한 가치관을 수용할 수 있는 방향으로 전략이 수립되어야 한다. 구성원 간 괴리가 있으면 대학발전계획 시행이 성공하기 어렵다는 점을 염두에두고, 변화에 대한 구성원의 저항 극복방안을 모색해야 할 것이며 현실 속에서 대학발전계획을 쉽게 수용할 수 있도록 노력해야 한다.
