This paper presents a method for automatically detecting Korean prosodic boundaries using both acoustic and grammatical information for the performance improvement of speech information processing systems. While most of previous works are solely based on grammatical information, our method utilizes not only grammatical information constructed by a Maximum-Entropy-based grammar model using 10 grammatical features, but also acoustical information constructed by a GMM-based acoustic model using 14 acoustic features. Given that Korean prosodic structure has two intonationally defined prosodic units, intonation phrase (IP) and accentual phrase (AP), experimental results show that the detection rate of AP boundaries is 82.6%, which is higher than the labeler agreement rate in hand transcribing, and that the detection rate of IP boundaries is 88.7%, which is slightly lower than the labeler agreement rate.

Momel을 이용한 한국어의 억양 연구

This paper aims to propose how to extract intonation patterns using Momel, a pitch stylization algorithm, and to present results of analyzing speech corpora in comparison with those in earlier researches. Two speech corpora are used: one is the sound files obtained from the K-ToBI web site, and the other consists of 80 passages pronounced by 4 speakers (2 male and 2 female). The results show that Momel provides significant pitch targets which can be labeled as H and L tones within prosodic units such as Accentual Phrase (AP) and Intonation Phrase (IP). The resulting AP patterns and IP boundary tone patterns correspond to those in earlier researches. Thus, this study will contribute to the study of intonation as well as to the development of automatic intonation labeling systems.

Bacillus atrophaeus DYL-130이 생산하는 biosurfactant의 분리 및 특성

원유 분해능이 강력한 균주를 얻고자 덕유산의 토양으로부터 crude oil을 탄소원으로 이용하는 수십 종을 분리하였다. 분리된 균주 중 원유분해능 및 biosurfactant 생성능이 우수한 균주를 선별하여, 형태학적 특성을 관찰하고 165 rDNA sequence와 』gyrA gene sequence를 통하여 Bacillus atrophaeus DYL-130으로 동정하였다. 동정된 균주 배양액의 표면장력은 최저 28 mN/m까지 감소되었다. 또한 Bacillus atrophaeus DYL-130이 생산하는 biosur-factant가 column chromatography에 의하여 분리 되었으며, 분리된 biosurfactant의 toluene 유화능 및 crude biosurfactant의 유화활성과 안정성이 시험 되었다. Crude biosurfactant의 유화활성은 kerosene에서 최대였으며, soybean oil에서도 높은 편이였으나 유화안정성의 경우 soybean oil을 기질로 하였을 경우가 kerosene을 기질로 하였을 때 보다 우수하였다. 또한 crude biosurfactant의 유화안정성을 합성계면활성제와 비교 한 결과 DYL-130이 생산하는 biosurfactant의 유화안정성이 합성계면활성제와 유사하거나 뛰어남을 확인하였다. Column chroma-tography에 의하여 분리된 biosurfactant는 drop-collapsing method에 의하여 surface-activity가 확인 되었으며 또한 toluene에 대한 유화력이 매우 뛰어난 것을 확인 하였다. 따라서 DYL-130에서 추출한 biosurfactant는 합성계면활성제를 대체할 수 있는 환경친화적인 생물 계면활성제로 사용될 수 있는 가능성을 보여주고 있다. 산업적으로 이 물질을 이용하기 위해서 Bacillus atrephaeus DYL-130이 생산하는 biosurfactant에 대한 구조분석과 물리 화학적 특성, 생분해도 및 환경독성 등의 조사를 수행하여야 할 것으로 생각된다. The objective of this study was investigate the characteristic of biosurfactant produced from the iso-lated strain. The strain was isolated from soli samples of Duck-Yu Mountain and it was identified as Bacillus atrophaeus DYL-130 by 16S rDNA and gyrA gene nucleotide sequence analysis. The surface ten-sion of culture filtrate of Bacillus atrophaeus DYL-130 decreased to 28 mN/m and its biosurfactant con-centration was determined by diluting the culture filtrate until the critical micelle concentration (CMC). The emulsifying activity and stability of crude biosurfactant was measured by using water-immiscible hydrocarbons and oils as substrate. The biosurfactant was purified by affinity chromatography and the surface activity of purified biosurfactant was measured by drop-collapsing method and it could be effectively emulsify toluene.

'소크라테스적 문답법'과 '셀프-프락시스' 기반의 철학상담

A suffering that the world and ego disappear slowly is depression. This suffering is a terrible one where the world is deemed to be full physically but vacant emotionally. Nowadays depression appeared in front of us as an inevitable condition. However, if this condition is inevitable in our life, is our action as to this condition inevitable likewise? Today what is the philosophical counseling method necessary to depressed contemporary men of a gloomy society? In this writing, first we are going to examine into one of basic methods out of a variety of methods in philosophical counseling focusing on Socratic Dialogue. For this purpose, we first confirm a therapeutic status of a client and counselor, the mother of philosophical counseling thereof. Further, we enhance an educational status used mainly before the counseling-therapeutic status of Socratic dialogue and study the limit of the previous use of Socratic dialogue. Based on a theoretical argument like this regarding Socratic dialogue, we’ll check the detailed background and cases where Socratic dialogue was applied to philosophical counseling. Especially through the case where we counseled a client applying for depression, we are going to suggest a counselor’s role as philosophical midwife helping a client, that is, the mother through ‘Socratic dialogue’ in the process to heal his/her depression for oneself on the one hand. On the other hand, we will suggest in detail the role of a philosophical mother searching for the answer to the present question of a mother, a client alone in philosophical counseling through ‘Self-Praxis’. In order to confirm the detailed effect of such philosophical counseling, basically we used a client’s self-diagnosis through the dialogue with the client, and in the supplementary method we <Resilience Quotient> test together which is determined to be helpful to the confirmation of philosophical reason and the therapy extent of the depression.

기관지 세척액 검사를 이용한 MAGE 유전자 검사의 임상적 의의

Background: Melanoma antigen genes (MAGE) are expressed in many human malignant cells and are silent in normal tissues other than in testis and in placenta. But MAGE expression in benign lung diseases, such as pulmonary tuberculosis or cases with severe inflammation, needs further evaluation to overcome false-positive findings. We evaluated detection rates of the melanoma antigen genes (MAGE) RT-nested PCR in bronchoscopic washing samples from patients with benign lung disease, as well as in patients with malignancies. Methods: Bronchial washing fluid from 122 patients was used for cytological examination and MAGE gene detection using RT-nested-PCR of common A1-6 mRNA. We compared the results from the RT-nested PCR and the pathologic or bacteriologic diagnosis. We also analyzed the expression rate and false positive rate of MAGE gene. Results: Among 122 subjects, lung cancer was diagnosed in 23 patients and benign lung disease was diagnosed in 99 patients. In patients with lung cancer, the positive rate of MAGE expression was 47.8% (11/23) and in benign lung disease group, the expression rate was 14.1% (14/99). Among benign lung disease group, the expression rate of MAGE gene (25.0%) in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (11/44) was especially high. Conclusion: MAGE A1-6 RT-nested PCR of bronchial washing fluid can be used as a complementary method in lung cancer, but that test results in a high false positive rate in tuberculosis patients.

철학 프락시스를 통한 철학교육과 철학치료 방법론 연구

이 논문에서 논자는 규율사회와 성과사회의 중첩 속에서 피로사회, 우울사회, 분노사회라는 복병을 끌어안고 있는 우리사회를 진단하고 예방하고 치료하기 위한 포월적 프락시스의 가능성을 모색하기 위하여 자신의 삶에 대한 비극적 의식을 실천하고자 하는 최근의 철학적 시도들 중에서 ‘철학 프락시스(Philosophische Praxis)’를 주목해보고자 한다. 철학 프락시스와 관련하여 오늘날 대표적으로 실천되고 있는 방법은 바로 소크라테스의 문답법이다. 소크라테스는 특히 니체에 의해서 평가절하 되었다. 그리고 일반적 수용사에서 소크라테스는 독자적인 위상 속에서 평가되기보다는 플라톤과 혼융되었다. 그러나 이와 같은 소크라테스 수용사에서 혼용되었거나 왜곡되었던 모습은 최근에 재평가되고 있다. 오늘날 플라톤과 독자적인 위상 속에서 수용되는 그러한 결과 중에 하나가 바로 ‘소크라테스적 문답법(socratic Dialogue)’이다. 이것은 플라톤의 그림자를 벗어난 소크라테스 철학의 진면목을 철학 교육, 철학 상담, 철학 치료의 영역에서 기본적이고도 광범위하게 활용하고 있다. 논자는 이와 같은 맥락에서 과연 오늘날 사용되고 있는 다양한 형태의 소크라테스적 문답법의 정체성을 검토하기 위하여 우선 소크라테스에 의해서 구사된 문답법을 분석해보고자 한다. 이는 문답법이 오늘날 철학과 삶의 관계에 있어서 지닐 수 있는 구체적인 역학관계를 짚어볼 수 있는 근거를 제공한다. 이 연구에서는 이와 같은 배경 속에서 우선 2장에서는 단지 학문적인 이론 활동만이 아니라 삶의 차원으로의 철학의 확장을 드러내는 소크라테스의 프락시스 활동으로서 문답법을 살펴볼 것이다. 3장에서는 소크라테스의 문답법을 엘렝코스, 산파술 그리고 변증술로 세분화하여 살펴볼 것이다. 그리고 4장에서는 이와 같은 소크라테스 문답법이라는 철학방법을 통해서 얻고자 하는 내용을 무지-애지-지에 대한 자각을 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다. 이와 같은 논의는 주로 『소크라테스의 변론』, 『테아이테토스』, 『국가』를 중심으로 다루고자 한다. In this thesis this writer is going to take note of ``Philosophische Praxis`` out of recent philosophical attempts to practice the tragic awareness as to our life in order to grope with the possibility of encompassing practice to diagnose, prevent and heal our society embracing an ambush of so-called fatigue society, gloom society, anger society in the overlap of disciplinary society and outcome society(Leistungs- gesellschaft). The method to be practiced typically today in relation with Philosophische Praxis is just Socratic Dialogue. Socrates was depreciated specially by Nietzsche and was evaluated in a general reception theory mixed with Plato instead of an independent status. However, such a shape mixed or twisted in the adoption of Socrates is being reassessed recently. Today, one of the results to be accepted in the independent status from Plato is just ‘Socratic Dialogue’. This is used to show the real worth of Socratic philosophy escaping from Plato`s shadow basically and intensively in the realm of philosophical education, philosophical counseling, philosophical therapy. This arguer intends to analyze the Dialogue commanded first by Socrates to review the identity of Socratic Dialogue of varied forms used today in such a context. This provides a ground to witness a concrete relation of dynamics which the Dialogue can have in the relation of philosophy and life today. In such a background of this research, we`ll first check the Dialogue as Socratic Praxis activity disclosing the extension of philosophy as the dimension of life instead of only an academic theory activity in Chapter 2. In Chapter 3, we are going to study Socratic Dialogue by segmenting it into elenchus, midwifery and dialectics. And in Chapter 4, we will check the content to get through the philosophic method as such Socratic Dialogue focused on ignorance/love of knowledge/self-awareness of knowledge. In this argument we`ll cover it mainly centered on Apology, Theaitetos, Politeia.

The view of truth used realistically to clients in the field of philosophical therapy and the view of truth used in the philosophy as learning are the same thing? In this research we are going to review the identity of philosophy or philosophical therapy fulfilling the view of truth which common people can use more within a big category of philosophy and accept realistically centered on the argument of Logic-Based Therapy emerging recently. For this purpose, in Chapter 1, we`ll deal with the issue of the view of truth in the area of counseling or therapy, and in Chapter 2, we are going to examine the view of truth centered on an eclectic selection of psychological therapy area such as Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy or Cognitive Therapy. And in Chapter 3, we`ll review the issue of the view of truth in the theoretical solidarity with the area of previous psychological therapy on the one hand, and together with the analysis on the eclectic identity of Logic-Based Therapy discriminated from them on the other hand. Further, in Chapter 4, we`ll disclose the philosophy-external eclecticism of Logic-Based Therapy related to Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy or Cognitive Behavior Therapy especially centered on the issue concerning a differential identity. And finally in Chapter 5, we`ll analyze the view of truth focused on philosophy-internal eclecticism appearing in the five stages of Logic-Based Therapy. Through such a process, we`ll review the eclectic identity which is routinized in the area of diverse counseling or therapy recently and the characteristic of the view of truth in the center thereof, and further transform the border of psychology and philosophy, and disclose the eclectic issues of Logic-Based Therapy forming its therapeutic identity.

출소자를 위한 상호통섭적 인문치료의 이론적 접근

최근 들어 범죄율은 청소년에서 노년에 이르기까지 전 연령층을 망라하여 광범위하게 증가되고 있는 실정이다. 범죄율의 증가와 더불어 출소자들의 복역만기 후 사회적응의 어려움 또한 사회의 주요 문제로 부각되고 있다. 이는 출소자들의 재사회화의 실패가 범죄율의 증가와 악순환의 고리를 이루고 있는 데 기인한다. 이와 같은 문제는 한편으로는 우리 사회의 한 구성원으로서 출소자 개인의 재사회화에 있어서 심각한 고충에 대한 관심의 환기를 촉구하며, 다른 한편으로는 사회의 안전망 구축을 위하여 사후처방 이외에 보다 근본적인 문제 해결의 필요성을 제기한다. 이에 본 연구는 범죄율의 감소와 더불어 출소자들의 재사회화에 인문학적 접근이 교육적으로나 치료적으로 기여할 수 있는 지점을 모색해보고자 한다. 사회구성원들이 안전하게 살 수 있는 사회안전망 정비와 더불어 출소자들이 다시 사회 구성원으로서 편입할 수 있는 대책의 모색은 더불어 살아가는 행복한 사회를 만들어가는 데에 있어서 매우 필수적인 과제이다. 그러므로 이에 상응하는 다차원적인 시도들이 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 출소자의 재사회화에 인문학적 접근이 기여할 수 있는 교육적이고 치료적인역할을 살펴보고자하는 필자들의 연구계획의 전반부에 해당된다. 차기에 진행될 연구는 본 논문에서 다루게 될 이론적 연구를 바탕으로 구체적인 임상과정과 결과를 집중적으로 다룰 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 임상적인 부분은 본격적으로 다루지 않을 것임을 사전에 밝힌다. 이와 같은 계획 아래 본 연구는 출소자들의 성공적인 새 삶의 토대 형성을 위해 가장 필요한 재사회화를 인문학적 접근을 통하여 시도하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 우선 출소자 재사회화 사업의 현황과 재사회화의 요인들을 살펴본다. 다음으로 출소자 재사회화에 대한 인문학적 접근의 현황을 살펴보기 위하여 인문학 기반의 재소자와 출소자에 대한 인문학 프로그램 현황과 재사회화 인문치료 프로그램의 과제와 대안을 살펴본 후에 이에 대한 이론적 근거 정립을 위한 시도를 위하여 교육의 대상에서 주체로의 확장: 교육의 주체로서 ‘셀프’와 프락시스 관계로서 상호통섭: 상호주체로의 확장의 가능성을 차례로 살펴볼 것이다. 그리하여 출소자의 재사회화에 인문학이 기여할 수 있는 지점을 상호통섭적 인문치료로 명시해 보고자 한다. Recently the crime rate tends to increase extensively covering all the age groups from youth to old age. The difficulties of released convicts’ social adaptation after the expiry of service term as well as the increase of crime rate emerge as the main issue of the society. This springs from the fact that the released convicts’ failure in resocialization forms the ring of a vicious circle with the increase of crime rate. Such an issue urges the attention to a serious difficulty in the resocialization of a released convict as a member of our society on the one hand, and raises the necessity of a more fundamental problem solution other than the post-recipe for the construction of social safety net on the other hand. This research hereby intends to group for the point where a human approach can contribute to released convicts’ resocialization together with the reduction of crime rate educationally and therapeutically. The organization of social safety net for social members to live safely and the plan of the measure for released convicts to be incorporated into social members again must be an extremely essential task in making a happy society living together. Therefore, multi-dimensional attempts corresponding to this shall be made continuously. This research intends to study the educational and therapeutic role of a human approach to contribute to released convicts’ resocialization, which comes under the first half of the writers’s research plan. The research to proceed next will cover the concrete clinical process and result intensively based on the theoretical study to be handled in this thesis. Therefore, it is clarified in advance that this research will not handle the clinical part radically. Under such a plan, this paper attempts to deal with the most essential resocialization of released convicts through a human approach for their formation of the foundation of a successful new life. For this purpose, first we will study the status of released convicts’ resocialization project and the factors of resocialization. Next, in order to figure out the status of a human approach to released convicts’ resocialization, we will study the status of a human program for humanities-based convicts and released convicts and the assignment and alternative plan of the resocialization Humanities Therapy program, and in order to attempt to establish a theoretical evidence thereto, we will study the extension of the object of education into the subject: the mutual consilience in the relation between ‘Self’ and ’Praxis’ as the subject of education: the possibility of the extension as mutual subjects one by one. Therefore we will call such a humanities connected with released convicts’ resocialization ‘the Humanities Therapy of the Mutual Consilience’.

북한이탈주민 사회적응의 철학 치료적 접근

현재 우리 사회의 현안 중의 하나인 북한이탈주민의 사회적응 문제는 경제적 차원의 지원과 심리적 차원의 상담 서비스의 역할을 넘어서 있다. 이들에게 긴급하게 필요한 것은 경제적 토대이자 고통스런 심리적 상흔의 치료이지만 열심히 일만 한다고 급변하는 사회에 잘 적응할 수 있는 것도 아니고 마음의 상흔이 치료되었다고 그럴 수 있는 것도 아니다. 장기적이고 일상적인 차원에서의 사회적응을 위해 이들에게 필요한 것은 열심히 일하는 것과 더불어 냉혹한 현실에 대면할 수 있는 문제 해결능력이다. 또한 사회 적응의 차원에서 한 걸음 더 나아가 자립과 자활을 통한 행복한 삶이 본질적인 과제일 것이다. 적극적이고 장기적 형태의 적응은 경제적인 부의 획득과 정신적, 심리적 질환을 치료하는 소극적 형태의 접근에서 자신의 존재 의미와 사회와 개인의 긍정적 관계 그리고 함께 하는 삶의 연대적 기쁨을 향유할 수 있는 인간적 감성과 지성의 활성화로의 확장에 의해서 가능하다. 이와 같은 문제의식 속에서 논자는 우선 사회적응의 화두를 실현하기 위한 기초 개념으로서 상호 통섭적 소통을 살펴볼 것이다. 둘째, 이를 구체적으로 논의하기 위하여 사회 적응의 주체와 영역의 관점에서 상호 통섭적 소통을 살펴볼 것이다. 셋째, 구체적으로 북한이탈주민의 사회적응 문제를 철학적 관점에서 접근해 보고자 한다. 넷째, 이들을 바탕으로 프로그램을 구성할 경우 기본적인 조건에 대해서 논의해 볼 것이다. 그리고 마지막으로 사회적응이라는 문제를 풀기 위한 철학 치료적 방법으로서 관점치료와의 연관성을 살펴볼 것이다. 이와 같은 연구를 통하여 논자는 한편으로는 북한이탈주민 사회적응문제라고 하는 사회적 현안 문제의 해결을 모색해보고자 하며, 다른 한편으로는 철학이 사회의 구체적인 문제 상황과 관련하여 기여할 수 있는 치료적 논거를 마련해 보고자 한다. ??Currently the problem of North Korean Defectors' Social Adaptation which is one of pending issues in our society goes beyond the role of the support in the economic dimension and the counseling service in the psychological level. What is urgently needed for them is the economic foundation and the therapy a painful psychological scar, but a diligent work cannot guarantee a good adaptation to the rapidly changing society nor cure the psychological scar. What is needed for them for a social adaptation in the long-term and routinely dimension must be the problem-solving ability to confront a heartless reality along with the diligent work. And it is the pursuit of a happy life in the dimension of social adaptation and further through self-reliance and self-support. The adaptation in the positive and long-term phase can be made not just by the acquisition or a passive form of approach to treat the mental and psychological disorder but by the meaning of one's own being, a positive relation between an individual and the society and the extension into human sensitivity and intelligence to enjoy a joint pleasure in the common life.<br/> ??In this problem awareness, first, this writer will survey a mutual consilient communication as a basic concept to realize the topic of social adaptation. Second, in order to discuss it concretely, we will examine a mutual consilient communication in the perspective of the subject and realm of social adaptation. Third, we'll approach concretely the problem in the philosophical viewpoint. Fourth, we'll also argue the basic conditions in case of constructing a program based on these. And finally we'll examine the relation with the therapeutic point of view as a philosophical therapy to solve the social adaptation. Through this study, this writer is going to cope with the social pending issue of North Korean Defectors' Social Adaptation, on the one hand, and prepare the therapeutic argumentation for which philosophy can contribute in relation with the concrete problem situations in the society.
