      • 위전도(胃電圖)의 최근(最近) 연구(硏究) 동향(動向) - 중국논문(中國論文)을 중심(中心)으로

        Objectives : To review the history, method, parameters, system of electrogastrography(EGG) and to study its oriental medical application in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods : We investigate the research results through internet search engine, CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure). Results : In China, EGG was studied on various regions , including multifarious regions of Traditional Chinese Medical. And also regions of Traditional Chinese Medical could divide classification of diseases , herbal medicine, acupuncture and the like. Conclusions : EGG is a noninvasive, easy and painless method that is kept recordings of the electrical activity of the stomach, therefore it has used for studies and clinics widely. EGG in Traditional Chinese Medicine has used an objective parameter that verified efficacies of oriental medicine. I would therefore like to conclude that there should be continued study and active application of EGG in the wide variety of oriental medicine.

      • 위전도(胃電圖)에 영향을 미치는 요인(要因)에 대한 고찰(考察)

        Objectives : To review to determine difference in the effect of age, gender, location of electrode, test meal and period of recording that influence Electrogastrography (EGG) parameters and to study its oriental medical application. Methods : We investigate the research results through internet search engines, Pub Med, Karger, Mary Ann Libert and Pro Quest. Results : Age and gender influence postprandial Dominant Frequency Instability Coefficient (DFIC). Body mass index (BMI) influence fasting and postprandial EGG parameters. Menstrual cycle phase influence fasting Dominant Frequency (DF). Test meal volume and composition influence postprandial EGG parameters. But reduced -calorie test meal have no effect on EGG parameters. Conclusions : Because the amplitude of surface-recorded SW(slow wave) is very weak, EGG is influenced by many factors. Age, gender, BMI, menstrual cycle phase, test meal volume and test meal composition influence EGG parameters. but reduced-calorie test meal have no effect on EGG parameters.

      • 보중익기탕 변증설문지와 위전도의 상관성 연구

        Background : Currently, as a method of standardization of prescription, questionnaire for Buzhongyiqi-Tang[補中益氣湯] was developed, and which is a Objectives : The purpose of this thesis is to testify whether differentiation of Lao Juan Shang[勞倦傷] etiology is relative to mobility of gastric smooth muscle. Methods : The subjects(20 to 65 years old; 14 males, 46 females) were isolated from drinking alcohols for 24 hours before the experiment, and fasted for 8 hours, and measured for electrogastrography(EGG) and they filled out Questionnaire for Buzhongyiqi-Tang. Results : 1. Six factors from the factor analysis of Questionnaire for Buzhongyiqi -Tang were named and classified as Spleen-Qi deficiency syndrome factor [脾虛] (factor 1), Lung-Qi deficiency syndrome factor [肺虛] (factor 2), Working factor [習慣] (factor 3), Yin-Fire factor [陰火] (factor 4), Jung-Qi deficiency syndrome factor [中氣虛] (factor 5), and Stomach-Qi deficiency syndrome factor [胃虛] (factor 6). 2. As for the reliability of Questionnaire for Buzhongyiqi-Tang, we used Cronbach`s alpha coefficient. Cronbach`s alpha coefficient was 0.772 for the mean of the item-total. 3. Lung-Qi deficiency syndrome factor(factor2) had significant correlation with Bradygastria Time (□ =-0.312, □ <0.05) 4. Working factor(factor3) had significant correlation with Bradygastria Time (□=-0.329, □<0.05). 5. Yin-Fire factor(factor4) had significant correlation with Power Ratio (□=-0.328, □<0.05). Conclusions : It is shown that Bradygastria Time and Power Ratio tended to decrease against postprandial DP increased and postprandial frequency decreased in normal case.

      • 몬테칼로 시뮬레이션을 이용한 소동물 전용 양전자방출단층시스템의 성능 향상 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 몬테칼로 모사방법을 이용하여 소동물 전용 양전자방출단층촬영 시스템의 성능향상 연구를 하는 것이다. 이 연구에서 제안한 소 동물 전용 양전자방출단층촬영 시스템은 모듈 내 섬광체 수를 1~8개로 구성하여 성능 향상 여부를 평가하였다. GATE(Geant 4 application for tomography emission) 몬테칼로 시뮬레이션 코드를 이용하였으며 시뮬레이션 결과를 획득하여 동시계수 측정된 좌표값을 이용하여 민감도 및 사이노그램을 획득하였다. 모듈 내 섬광체 수가 적을수록 모듈 별 틈새가 줄어들어 민감도가 향상되는 결과를 보였으며, 사이노그램 결과에서도 불완전한 데이터(missing data)가 발생하지 않는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이 연구 결과는 소동물 전용 양전자방출단층촬영 시스템의 성능 개선을 위한 새로운 접근법을 제시한다. This study is performed simulations to design the detector module with crystal array by Monte Carlo simulation. For this purpose, a small animal PET scanner, employing module with 1∼8 crystal array discrimination scheme, was designed. The detector module with crystal array of the designed PET detector was simulated using the Monte Carlo code GATE(Geant4 Application for Tomographic Emission). The detector is enough compensation for the loss of data in sinogram due to gaps between modules. The results showed that the high sensitivity and effectively reduced the problem about the missing data were greatly improved by using the detector module with 1 crystal array.

        뇌교경색 이후 발생한 편마비, 현훈 및 딸꾹질 치험 1례

        Objective: : This clinical study reports on the effect of Sunghyangjungki-san-gami and Banhabaeckchulchunma-tang-gami on hemiplegia, dizziness, and hiccupping caused by pontine infarction.Methods: This study was performed on one patient with hemiplegia, dizziness, and hiccupping caused by pontine infarction. The patient was treated by Sunghyangjungki-san-gami and Banhabaeckchulchunma-tang-gami from 6 January to 2 March 2015. The National Institutes of Health stroke scale (NIHSS), motor grade, and numerical rating scale (NRS) were used to assess the effectiveness of this treatment.Results: After treatment, the patient’s discomfort decreased significantly, and NIHSS, motor grade, and NRS scores were all improved.Conclusion: This clinical study suggests that traditional Korean medicine may be effective in treating hemiplegia, dizziness, and hiccupping caused by pontine infarction.
