        의치사용자의 구강건강, 의치관리 및 의치건강보험 인식에 대한 실태 조사

        Purpose: The aim of the present investigation was to understand the incidence, prevalence of denture stomatitis in denture wearers, who were over 60 years old, and use the results for a fundamental data to promote public awareness about denture stomatitis and its education tools. Materials and methods: From August 21 to September 8 2017, 500 denture wearers, who were more than 60 years old in Seoul and 4 other metropolitan cities (Busan, Daegu, Gwangju, and Daejeon), received questionnaires. The questionnaires included denture wearers' demographic distributions, specific dental treatment experiences, discomforts with current dentures, their oral health conditions, and the method of denture cleansing. Results: Thirty-two percent of 500 denture wearers responded that they have healthy oral conditions. Two hundred and eight respondents (41.6%) were aware of denture stomatitis. Only 131 (26.2%) were informed about the removable denture covered by national health insurance and 327 (65.4%) of denture wearers were using the improper denture cleansing methods. Conclusion: A large number of denture wearers still do not recognize the importance of proper treatment for denture stomatitis, insurance covered denture treatments, and adequate denture cleansing methods. 목적: 60세 이상의 의치사용자를 대상으로 구강 건강 상태, 의치 사용 및 관리 실태를 파악하여 올바른 의치 사용과 관리 중요성의 대국민 홍보 및 인식 제고를 위한 기초 자료로 활용하는 것이다. 대상 및 방법: 의치사용자의 구강건강상태, 의치성 구내염 현황 및 의치관리상태에 대해 2017년 8월 21일부터 9월 8일까지 서울 및 4대 광역시(부산, 대구, 광주, 대전)에서 60세 이상 남녀 중 현재 의치(총의치, 국소의치)를 사용하고 있는 자를 500명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 연구는 각 항목들에 대해 개별 면접 조사를 시행하였으며, 사용된 조사 항목은 응답자의 특성 8문항, 틀니 사용 현황 및 불편 경험 6문항, 구강 건강 상태(의치성 구내염 여부) 12문항, 틀니 관리 현황 7문항으로 구성되었다. 결과: 연구대상 의치사용자 중 161명(32.2%)은 본인의 구강 상태가 건강한 편으로 인식하고 있었고, 111명(22.2%)은 보통이라고 인식하고 있었다. 의치성 구내염은 208명(41.6%)에서 인지하고 있었다. 의치건강보험제도에 대해서는 조사대상자의 26.2%(131명)만이 인지하고 있었으며, 조사대상자의 65.4%(327명)의 의치사용자가 잘못된 의치 관리 방법을 사용하고 있었다. 결론: 본 연구에 따르면 의치사용자의 많은 수가 구강건강, 의치관리 및 의치건강보험에 대한 올바른 인식이 부족함을 알 수 있다.

        잠수함용 LED 등기구의 제작과 평가

        In order to develop a LED luminaire for naval-submarines which can replace a conventional one with two-compact fluorescent lamp (CFL) of 18 W, we analyzed the electrical and optical performance of the conventional luminaire. A LED luminaire was fabricated as compact as possible based on the analyzed data. The weight of the prototype LED luminaire is 1.8 kg, reducing up to 58% of the conventional one. The use of LED package for the submarine luminaire could reduce the power consumption from 38 W to 14.5 W with the same optical performance. The reason is that the optical efficacy of the LED luminaire improved by 2.47 times as 61.9 lm/W, compared to 25.1 lm/W for the conventional one.

      • 탈중국을 위한 대만 남향정책의 지속과 변화: 균형과 편승의 동학

        본 논문은 '균형'과 '편승'의 관점에서 대만 '신남향정책'을 분석한다. 구체적으로는 리덩후이 정부 시기부터 이어져온 남향정책의 변화양상과 특징을 살펴보고, 차이잉원 정부가 추진하는 신남향정책이 갖는 의미를 살펴본다. 대만의 대외정책은 미·중관계라는 대외적 변수에 의해 강한 영향을 받아왔다. 역대 대만 정부는 '탈중국'을 목표로 아세안 등 동남아 국가로 진출하는 남향정책을 적극적으로 추진했지만, 큰 성과를 거두지 못했다. 이것은 당시 협조적인 미·중관계와 중국의 강한 견제 등 변수가 작용했기 때문이다. 이러한 환경 속에서 대만은 미국과 중국 그리고 동남아 국가들 사이에서 적절한 균형을 추구해야만 했다. 그러나 트럼프 행정부 출범 이후 미·중 간 전략적 경쟁이 격화되면서 대만의 대외정책 역시 새로운 공간이 창출되고 있는데, 이는 미국이 중국의 부상을 억제하기 위해 인도태평양 전략 등을 구체화하는 과정에서 대만과의 협력을 중시하였기 때문이다. 차이잉원 정부가 추진하는 신남향정책은 미국의 '인도태평양 전략'과의 연계를 모색하고 또 인도 등 남아시아 국가로 진출을 시도한다는 점에서 기존 남향정책과 차별성을 갖고 있다. 탈중국을 적극적으로 추진함과 동시에 미국과의 협력을 모색하는 차이잉원의 신남향정책은 기존의 균형에 더해 미국으로의 '편승'으로 해석할 수 있다. 앞으로도 상당 기간 미·중 간 전략적 경쟁은 심화될 것으로 보이며, 민진당 정권 하에서 대만과 미국의 상호 협력적 관계 역시 지속될 것으로 전망된다. 신남향정책과 인도태평양 전략 간의 연계 등을 적극적으로 추구하는 대만의 편승전략 역시 강화될 것으로 보인다. This paper analyzes Taiwan's 「New Southbound Policy」 from the perspective of 'balancing' and 'bandwagoning' in international politics. Specifically, it examines the changes and characteristics of 'Southbound policies' that have continued since the period of the Lee Teng-hui(李登輝) administration, and examines the meaning of the New Southbound Policy promoted by the Tsai Ing-wen(蔡英文) administration. Taiwan's foreign policy has been strongly influenced by external variables such as U.S.-China relations. Previous Taiwanese governments have actively promoted Southbound policies to advance to Southeast Asian countries such as ASEAN with the aim of 'De-Sinicization', but have not achieved much results. This is because variables such as cooperative U.S.-China relations and strong checks from China played a role at the time. In this environment, Taiwan had to pursue an appropriate 'balancing' between the United States, China, and Southeast Asian countries. However, since the inauguration of the Trump administration, strategic competition between the U.S. and China has been maximized, creating a new space for Taiwan's foreign policy. This is because the U.S. valued cooperation with Taiwan in the process of embodying the 'Indo-Pacific Strategy' to curb China's rise. The New Southbound Policy promoted by the Tsai Ing-won administration is different from the existing Southbound policies in that it seeks to link with the U.S. India-Pacific Strategy and attempts to advance to South Asian countries such as India. From an international political point of view, the Tsai Ing-won administration's New Southbound Policy can be interpreted as a 'bandwagoning' to the United States, not a balanced strategy between the U.S. and China. Strategic competition between the U.S. and China is expected to intensify for a considerable period of time in the future, and honeymoon between Taiwan and the U.S. are also expected to continue. Taiwan's bandwagoning strategy, which actively pursues a link between the New Southbound Policy and the India-Pacific Strategy, is also expected to be maintained.

        크롬계 탄화물의 분포와 형태가 니켈계 합금 600의 염기응력부식에 미치는 영향

        32$0^{\circ}C$, 40%NaOH 용액의 autoclave에서 약 300wppm의 탄소를 함유하고 있는 15Cr-9Fe-balanced Ni 합금 판상시편에 대해 응력부식 저항성을 조사하였다. 부식시편은 $700^{\circ}C$, 100시간 동안의 열처리로 합금내부에 석출될 수 있는 가능한 한 많은 양의 크롬계 탄화물을 석출시킨 후, 다시 재용해에 의해 크롬계 탄화물의 형태를 조절하는 $800^{\circ}C$-$950^{\circ}C$범위의 최종열처리를 시행하고 급냉시킨 다음 U-자형으로 응력을 가하여 준비되었다. 최종열처리 온도가 올라감에 따라 시편들의 입계응력부식균열(IGSCC ) 전파속도는 $900^{\circ}C$까지는 거의 직선적으로 증가하다가 $950^{\circ}C$에서는 $700^{\circ}C$에서 얻은 값보다도 더 낮게 감소하였다. 즉, 크롬계 탄화물이 재용해되어 그 밀도가 감소함에 따라 IGSCC저항성이 감소하다가 완전히 재용해된 $950^{\circ}C$ 열처리 조건에서 오히겨 가장 큰 IGSCC 저항성을 나타내었다. 이와같은 최조열처리 온도에 따른 니켈계 합금 600의 부식거동은 입계에 존재하는 크롬계탄화물의 형태변화 때문이 아니라 입계에서 탄소-크롬계 탄화물-크롬간의 상평형에 의해 이루어지는 탄소의 입계편석량이 크롬계탄화물이 존재할 때에는 열처리 온도에 따라 증가하다가 그것이 완전히 재용해 되었을 때 가장 낮아지기 때문인 것으로 생각된다.

        SF<sub>6</sub> 가스절연에서 부분방전의 특성분석

        This paper deals with the characteristics of partial discharge (PD) for the purpose of a condition based maintenance (CBM) of gas insulated switchgears (GIS) in power equipment. Four types of electrode systems such as a protrusion on enclosure (POE), a particle on spacer (POS), a free particle (FP) and a Floating were designed and fabricated. PD pulses were measured using UHF sensor with a frequency range of 300 MHz~1.4 GHz and a DAQ with a sampling rate of 250 MS/s. Discharge inception voltage (DIV), discharge extinction voltage (DEV), and phase resolved partial discharge (PRPD) were analyzed depending on electrode systems. The average DIV in the POS was 28.8 kV. It was about 1.7 times higher than that in the FP, which was the lowest value of 17.2 kV. The FP shuffled and jumped at the applied voltage of 23.5 kV. Over 95% of PD pulses in the POE were generated in the negative polarity ($181^{\circ}{\sim}360^{\circ}$) of applied voltage. The results showed the phase (${\Phi}$)-magnitude (dBm) of PD pulses by UHF sensor, a cluster was formed separately depending on electrode systems.

        AC Impedance Characteristics of the Corroded Hydrogen-Charged Zircaloy-4 Alloy

        The 250ppm hydrogen-charged Zircaloy-4 sheets, homogenized at $400^{\circ}C$ for 72hrs in vacuum, were corroded under the autoclave conditions of $350^{\circ}C$, 2350psi. The corrosion behavior of the Zircaloy-4 sheets was evaluated by measuring their weight gains with the exposure time. The electrical characteristics were investigated in the ranges of 5000~1x10\ulcornerHz using AC impedance technique in 1N $H_2$$SO_4$aqueous solution. The corrosion rate of the hydrogen charged specimen was more rapid than the normal specimen at the early stage of the corrosion. With a longer corrosion time, however, the normal specimen corroded faster than the hydrogen-charged specimen. At the same time the hydrogen pickup in the hydrogen-charged specimen was more suppressed compared with the normal specimen. Such appears to be occurred because the impedance for the movement of the hydrogen ion into the metal was higher in the hydrogen-charged specimen compared to normal specimen at the interface between the oxide layer and the uncorroded metal. Thus the corrosion rate of the hydrogen-charged specimen was likely to be decreased with a longer corrosion time.

        $PerioTest^{(R)}$를 이용한 임플란트 동요도에 관한 임상적 연구

        Assessment of implant mobility is an important and reliable method to clinically evaluate implant stability. PerioTest is a precise and reproducible device that cam dynamically measure the reaction of damping characteristics of peri-implant tissue. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of amount of implant surface area, diameter, type, implantation site, degrees of cortical engagement, and length of time in function on PTVs and to find out the most determining factor on PTVs. The results are as follows 1. 5.0mm diameter implants show significantly lower PTV than that of 3.75mm diameter implants. 2. PTV in the mandible is significantly lower than that of the maxilla 3. In the maxilla, there is no significant difference in PTV during the first year of implant function, but during the second year a significant decrease in PTV is noted. 4. In the mandible, there is a significant decrease in PTV during the first and second year of implant function. 5. Implantation site seems to be the most determining factor on PTV among the influencing factors in this study. In conclusion, the amount of implant surface area, type, degrees of cortical engagement had no significant effect on PTV, but installation site and diameter influenced significantly on PTV
