        르네상스시대에 리노베이션 개념에서 계획된 건축물에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this paper is the study on the planned building from renovation concept of Renaissance period.The results of study are as follow: 1. S.Pietro church has the intention of repair work by reason of old building, and it is the project for structural and functional performance renovation through new aisle composition, transept and chancel extension works. 2. S.Francesco church is the project for aesthetic performance renovation through new plan and elevation project. Thus project begin to compose the new facade of church. 3. S. M. Novella church is the project for aesthetic performance renovation through new facade project. Thus project is composed of the partial reuse of ex-building, reuse of ancient architectural elements, and elements of local architectural tradition. 4. S.M.degli Angeli church is the project for functional performance renovation through partial recomposition of public bath of Roman period. 5. Basilica is the project for structural and aesthetic performance renovation through partition work of support wall system.

        DH 집단을 이용한 벼멸구 저항선 연관 QTLs 분석

        벼멸구 저항성 유전자의 mapping, 벼멸구 저항성 관련 QTL 분석, 주요 농업형질과 벼멸구 저항성과의 관계 분석 등에 관한 연구를 수행 하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 벼멸구 저항성을 가진 통일형 벼인 '삼강'과 자포니카형 벼인 '낙동'을 교배하여 양성된 F_1의 약을 배양하여 육성된 120 DH 계통을 유전자 지도 작성을 위한 mapping 재료로 이용 하였다. Maker 검정에서 양친에 다양성을 나타낸 SSR 73, STS 89개 등 총 162 This study was conducted to develop a japonica-type rice cultivar with brown planthopper (BPH) resistance using DNA markers. A doubled haploid (DH) population consisting of 120 pure-lines was established by anther culture of F_1 hybrids between 'Samgang', a Tongil type BPH resistance cultivar, and 'Nagdong', a japonica cultivar. To determine the map position of genes responsible for BPH resistance in rice, a genetic map was constructed based on 120 DH lines. A total of 162 molecular markers were classified into 12 linkage groups, covering 1,884 Kosami centimorgan (cM) with an average of 11.6 cM. Five QTLs (qBPR3, qBPR6, qBPR7, qBPR8, and qBPR12) associated with BPH resistance were identified and mapped on chromosomes 3, 6, 7, 8, and 12, respectively, using the genetic map constructed in this study. To analyze the relationship between BPH resistance and agronomic traits, a total of eight QTLs related to the agronomic traits were detected on 12 rice chromosomes. In an analysis of relationships, three QTLs (qBPR3, qBPR7, and qBPR8) showed a linkage with tested agronomic traits. A QTL (qBPR3) located on chromosome 3 (RM282-3023) was closely linked to culm length (qCL3). The QTL (qBPR8) for BPH resistance on the short arm of chromosome 8 also overlapped the region detected in culm length (qCL8).

      • Acetyl Saliylic acid의 粒子度에 따른 Bio-availability에 關한 硏究

        해열 진통제의 一種인 Aspirin(Acetyl Salicylic acid)을 粒子度를 달리하여 生物學的 實驗法을 選擇하여 時間當 尿中 藥物排泄量을 측정하였다. 50mesh, 100mesh, 200mesh 粒子度의 Aspirin 一定量을 건강한 成人 男女에게 隔主間으로 投與한 후 尿中의 藥物排泄量을 비교 관찰하였다. 그 결과 尿中의 總 Aspirin 排泄量은 95% 이상이었으며, 藥物 服用後 4時間後에 100mesh, 200mesh 粒子度의 Aspirin은 最大의 排泄量을 나타냈으며, 50mesh 粒子度의 Aspirin은 6時間後에 最大의 排泄量을 나타내었다. 또한 粒子度가 가장 작은 200mesh 粒子度의 Aspirin은 아주 급작한 排泄量 curve를 나타내나 粒子度가 클수록 즉 100mesh, 50mesh 粒子度 順으로 다소 완만한 排泄量 curve를 나타낸다. 이러한 점으로 미루어 볼 때 藥物의 粒子度가 작을수록 吸收, 排泄이 신속하게 일어나며 粒子度가 클수록 吸收, 排泄이 느리게 나타냄을 알 수 있다. 또한 粒子度가 작을수록 藥物作用은 빨리 나타나며 藥物作用 持續時間이 짧고, 粒子度가 클수록 藥物作用은 늦게 나타나며 藥物作用 持續時間이 길다는 것을 알 수 있다. In order to examine the rapidity of absorption of drugs into the blood and the operating time of drugs, a dose of Aspirin powders of different sizes, was orally ad-ministered to a healthy man and woman every other week, and the amount of total Aspirins excreted into the urine according to the particle sizes was measured by the hour. The total amount of Aspirin excreted into the urine showed more than 95% of that administered orally. The measurement of Aspirin excretion indicated that ad-ministration of particle sizes 100 mesh and 200 mesh resulted in the largest amount of Aspirin in the excretion 4 hours after administration, and particle sizes 50 mesh resulted n the largest amount of Aspirin in the excretion 6 hours after administration. In the relation diagram of time and excretion, the case of particle sizes 200 mesh showed an abrupt curve. In the other words, the administration of particle sizes 200 mesh caused the fastest excretion and the largest amount of Aspirin. On the other hand, the administration of particle sizes 100 mesh and 50 mesh showed the relatively smooth curves. As a result, the measured value indicated that as the particle sizes became smaller, the time required to absorb drugs into the blood and to excrete into the urine lessend gradually, and that as the particle size became larger, the time required increased gradually.

      • Anionics의 Sulfate鹽과 Sulfonate鹽의 洗淨力, 浸透力, 起泡力 및 硬水性等에 關한 硏究

        This study is a comparison experiment on the powers of detergent, foaming, permeation and hardness of Sulfonate salt and Sulfate esters which are active agents, and also is a comparison experiment of the two cases, one is a combination use of nonionics and the other is the use of anionics only. The obtained results are as follows: As a result of the research, Sulfonates was found to be good for solubility, and among Sulfate esters, lauryl system seemed to be good. But in hardness Sulfonates were better than the Sulfate esters, and in the powers of foaming and detergent among Sulfate esters, especially, the Sulfate ester conducted amide radical to coconut oil has the excellent foaming power, and has durability of foaming with excellent detergent power. Especially, it was good compared with the other in the detergent of animal oil with good permeation.

      • 注射劑의 溶血性 및 溶血作用에 관한 硏究

        It is very important to study the hemolytic property and the action of the parenteral solutions. Although there are several methods for the calculation of hemolytic degree, we determined to review the method of optical absorption studied by Okano ee and tested 7 kinds of drug solutions. Upon inspectise, it is noted that there are two groups of drugs, according to their modes of action. One is a grop of drugs which are not hemolytic in isotonic solutions, but are more or less hemolytic in more dilute solutions. The other is a group of drugs which have specific hemolytic activity in spite of the concentration of solutions.

      • 芳香性 精油의 可溶化에 관한 硏究

        정유의 큰 결점은 용해도이다. 정유는 물에 난용성으로 극미량이 물에 포함될 뿐 임의로 필요한 농도로 가용화가 어려워 사용면에 지장이 많다. 이런 점을 감안하여 정유와 물만으로는 필요한 농도로 가용화가 곤란하므로 제3자인 비어온성 계면활성제를 사용하여 정유의 용해를 촉진 증가하고자 본 실험을 했다. 정유는 terpen계와 지방족계2동이 있어 우리 terpen계와 지방족계 2종이 있어 우선 terpene계의 박하율(pepeprmint oil)와 지방족계의 methyl salieylate를 선정하여 실험하기로 하고 계면활성제는 sorbitol화합물인 tween 20과 tween 80을 가용화제로 사용했다. 그 결과 박하유는 tween 80이 양호했으며, tween류의 농도를 증가함에 따라 정유를 고노동로 가용화할 수 있음을 확인했다. Essential oils can not be dissolved in satisfactory concentrations owing to their very slight solubility in water. We determined to dissolue freely them by use of nonionlisurfactants in water. peppermint and methyl salicylate were used as essential oils and tween systems were used as surfactants. Consequently, we observed that tween20 is more suitable to pepperimint than to tween 80, and tween 80 is more suitable to methyl subeylate than to tween 20. then, essential oil can be dissolved at high concentration by increasing subfastants.
