고정밀 회전체의 불평형 변동에 따른 회전정밀도 영향에 관한 연구

The spindle unit is a core part in high precision machine tool. Rotation accuracy of spindle unit is needed for high dignity cutting and improving the performance of machine tool. However, there are many factors to effect to rotational error motion(rotation accuracy). This study studied how rotational error motion is variation when unbalance amount is variation. Rotation accuracy of initial spindle unit is decided depending on parts and assembly such as bearing. When it is rotation, vibration and noise is appeared depending on volume of unbalance amount, so it works to decrease unbalance amount. The purpose of the study tests that unbalance amount how much effects to initial rotation condition. The result of the study shows that accuracy of parts and assembly is highly necessary to reach high rotation accuracy and unbalance amount hardly effects to initial rotation accuracy. However, it shorten spindle"s life because vibration and noise is increasing by increasing unbalance amount and we can expect situation that rotation accuracy is falling by long time operation.

전쟁영화 속에 담긴 어린이 -2019∼2020년 BIKY(부산국제어린이청소년영화제) 상영작을 중심으로-

영화는 전쟁과 냉전을 소재로 앞 다투어 많이 다룬다. 흥미로운 얘깃거리와 박진감 넘치는 화면을 마음 놓고 만들 수 있기 때문이다. 전쟁의 아픔, 그 속에서의 고뇌와 용기, 비인간성과 같은 것을 보여주는 영화는 이미 많다. 그 중에 어린이가 등장하는 장면도 많다. 어린이를 앞세우면 감정을 더 짙게 전할 수 있고 전쟁을 다른 시선으로 만들기가 손쉽기 때문이다. 그렇지만 어린이를 위해 전쟁을 소재로 다루거나 어린이가 중심을 이루는 전쟁영화 는 그리 많은 편이 아니다. 뿐만 아니라 국내 제작 영화는 거의 없다고 봐도 좋다. 있었다면 반공을 부추기는 애니메이션 영화이거나 눈물샘만 자극하는 신파조의 영화를 넘지 못한다. 그럼에도 ‘전쟁 영화 속의 어린이’를 다루어 보자는 것은 70년 동안 계속되고 있는 한국전쟁 속에서, 오늘에 되짚어 볼 의미가 있다고 여겼음직하다. 이 글에서 다루는 영화는 부산국제어린이청소년영화제(BIKY)에서 상영한 장편 영화 2편과 단편 2편이다. <87명의 아이들>은 2019년 ‘너와 더불어’ 섹션에 초청하였고, <나 치의 아이들>은 2020년 ‘다름 안에서’, <땋은 머리>는 ‘아시아 파노라마’, <헬멧>은 ‘경 계를 넘어서’ 섹션에 초청 상영되었다. 영화는 우리의 세상사를 폭넓게 다룬다. 돈벌이가 목적이라 해도 세상사를 다루지 않고는 거친 재미도 줄 수 없다. 그 덕분에 영화는 좋은 생각을 나누기도 하지만 나쁜 생 각을 가려 볼 수 있게도 한다. 나아가 감성을 돋궈내는 역할도 하기에 더없이 좋은 매체 이다. 그러나 비판 없이 파묻히면 매체의 노리개일 뿐이다. 앞서 살핀 전쟁 영화 속의 어린이에서 영화가 어떤 태도를 가지고 어린이를 담는가에 따라 어린이는 달라질 수 있다. 모든 것은 어른의 문제다. 어른이 성찰하고 각성하고 실천을 게을리 말아야 하는 이 유이다. Many movies deal with wars and the Cold War a lot as if they make a head-to-head. It is because the filmmakers can create as many interesting stories as they want and they can make scenes full of excitement to their heart’s content in their work. There are already plenty of movies that show the pain of war, the agony and courage in war and the inhumanity. Among those movies, there are many scenes where children appear since children can convey their emotions more deeply and war could be easily turned into different perspectives. However, there are not many war movies that depict war for the sake of the children or focus on children themselves. As well as, it is fair to say that there are few films produced domestically. Even if there have been, it would not have been more than animated films that encourage anti-Communism or movies by Neo-fascism that only stimulate tear glands. Nonetheless, it would be meaningful to look back on the Korean War which has been going on for over 70 years by even today to deal with ‘Children in War Movies’. The films covered in this article are two feature films and two short films, which were screened at the Busan International Kids and Youth Film Festival (BIKY). “87 Children” was invited to the 2019 ‘Staying Together’ section, “The Nazi Children” to the 2020 ‘Embrace the Difference’ section, “Braids” to the ‘Asian Panorama’ and “The Helmet” was invited to the ‘Beyond the Boundary’ section. Movies cover a wide range of our world history. Even if making money is the main purpose of film industry, no film can entertain the audience only with rough excitement without dealing with world affairs. Thanks to that, movies help to share good thoughts and make it possible for the audience to filter what bad thoughts are. In addition, there is nothing like a movie when it comes to playing a role to stimulate emotions. However, if being buried without criticism, a movie is nothing more than a plaything for media games. Image of the children shown in the previously mentioned ‘Children in War Movies’ can be changed depending on what attitude the films show to describe children. Everything is a matter of adults. This is why grown-ups should reflect, get awaken and put their thoughts in practice with more diligence.

간암 환자에서 간절제술 시행 후 초기 회복기간 중 이용할 수 있는 적합한 영양상태 평가 지표

목적 : 간절제술 후에는 간의 합성능력이 저하되고, 복수나 부종이 발생하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 상황에서 영양상태를 평가할 수 있는 적절한 지표를 검증하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 간세포암을 진단받고, 간절제술을 시행받은 65명의 환자를 대상으로 후향적으로 의무 기록을 분석하였다. 간절제 전 및 간절제 후 7일째 체중과 신체 체질량 지수, 혈액검사를 통해 영양 평가 지표를 측정하였다. 결과 : 65명의 환자중 남자는 52명, 여자는 13명으로 남녀 비는 4:1이었으며, 평균 연령은 56.2세였다. 수술 전 신체 체질량 지수는 저체중인 18.5 kg/m2 미만이 2명 (3.1%), 18.5-23kg/m2의 정상 범위가 22명(33.8%), 23-27.5 kg/m2의 과체중 상태가 19명(29.2%), 그리고 신체 체질량 지수 27.5 kg/m2 이상의 비만 상태가 22명(33.8%)였다. 수술 전 후의 영양 평가 항목의 변화를 살펴보면, 수술 후 림프구 수, 총 단백질량, 알부민, 혈액 요소 질소(BUN), 콜레스테롤, 프리알부민 수치가 유의하게 감소하였으며, 반면에 백혈구 세포수(5642±1831 vs. 7149±3069)와 CRP(2.98±4.78 vs. 25.69±22.23)는 눈에 띄게 증가하는 소견을 보였다(p=0.00, p=0.00). 수술 전과 후의 신체 체질량 지수와 체중은 통계학적으로 의미있는 변화는 보이지 않았다(p=1.91, p=8.23). 결론 : 간절제술 시행 후 영양 상태를 정확하게 평가하기 위해서, 염증 반응과 외부의 개입에 의한 영향 등을 고려하여, 쉽게 적용 할 수 있는 단일 영양 상태 평가 지표로는 프리알부민이 가장 적합할 것으로 사료된다. After hepatic resection, a synthetic liver function is often deteriorated, and ascites have been occasionally developed. Because of these limitations, this study is designed to validate the optimal nutritional index. We retrospectively reviewed medical records of sixty-five patients who underwent hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma. Body weight, Body Mass Index (BMI) and laboratory parameters were compared at preoperative day and postoperative day 7. Patients consist of fifty-two males and thirteen females and average age is 56.2±9.9 years old. Forty-four patients had resected more than three segments, and twelve had resected 2 segments and nine had resected only one segment or received a wedge resection. According to preoperative BMI, there were two underweight (BMI < 18.5), twenty-two normal, nineteen overweight, and twenty-two obese (BMI>=27.5). After the surgery, lymphocyte count, total protein, albumin, BUN, Cholesterol, Prealbumin statistically significantly increased (p=0.00 & p=0.00). However, BMI and change in Body weight do not show statistically significant data (p=1.91, p=8.23). The degree of inflammation may have a significant influence in nutrition evaluation scale. Therefore, a new method of nutritional evaluation that can adjust degree of inflammation is needed to accurately evaluate the nutrition scale after hepatectomy.

초등학교 교사들의 수학적 의사소통 활용 실태 및 인식 조사 -초등학교 1,2학년을 담당한 교사들을 대상으로

The national mathematics curriculum revised in 2007 emphasized students` mathematical communication and the curriculum is currently applied to all grades. In order to promote students` mathematical communication, the teacher needs to understand full implications and apply them to instruction. This study examined how teachers employed mathematical communication in their instruction and how they perceived it. The results showed that teachers had lack of understanding of student-centered instruction and mathematical communication. They also did not use various representation activities and discussion-based activities as expected. The number of students per classroom was reported by teachers as a main barrier to promote mathematical communication, but it did not make substantial differences in practice. Building on the results, this paper included implications for improving teachers` conception of mathematical communication.

본 연구는 현행 수학과 교육과정에서 강조하고 있는 수학적 의사소통 능력 신장을 위한 수업 중 표현중심 수학 수업에 대해 살펴보았다. 초등 교사들은 학생 개개인의 수학적 사고나 특성을 살려 다양한 표현을 할 수 있도록 수업을 하는 것이 중요하다고 인식하지만 실제 수업에서는 잘 이루어지지 않는다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2·4·6학년에서 표현중심의 수학적 의사소통 수업을 구현하고 표현중심 성취요소 도달 정도와 학생들의 표현 산출물을 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 토대로 표현중심 수학수업을 구현할 때의 교사 역할에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다. This paper analyzed three mathematics teaching practices focused on representation as a way to fostering students mathematical communication ability which has been emphasized in recent mathematics curricular revisions. Elementary school teachers tend to recognize easily the importance of multiple representations on the basis of individual students mathematical thinking abilities or characteristics, but often report considerable difficulties in implementing such an idea in their actual classrooms. Given this, this paper first illustrates how three teachers implemented mathematics instruction focused on representation in their second, fourth, and sixth grade classrooms respectively. It then analyzes how learning expectations related to mathematical representation were attained in each classroom. Students various products were additionally analyzed in terms of the diversity of representational forms and thinking processes through mathematical representations. This paper finally discusses the role of a teacher for effective mathematics teaching focused on representation.
