장애인스포츠지도사의 자격증취득동기와 직업가치관 및 직업선택의 관계

요사이 장애인스포츠지도사 자격증제도가 국가자격증제도로 도입됨에 따라 일반체육 관련 지도자들은 또 다른 직업을 선택할 수 있는 계기가 더 늘어나고 있다. 이로 인하여 새롭게 부각되고 있는 직업군인 `장애인스포츠지도사`를 대상으로 하는 직업관련 특성에 관한 연구의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이에 이 연구의 목적은 장애인스포츠지도사의 자격증 취득동기, 직업가치관, 직업선택의 관계를 알아보고자 한다. 이와 같은 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 2016년 장애인스포츠지도사 연구과정에 참여하고 있는 4개 권역(수도권, 충청, 전라, 경상)의 연수 참가자 총 360부의 자료를 추출한 후, 조사내용이 일부 누락되었거나 불성실하게 답변한 20부를 제외한 총 340부의 자료를 본 조사의 유의표본으로 하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 장애인스포츠지도사의 자격증 취득동기는 직업가치관에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애인스포츠지도사의 자격증 취득동기는 직업선택에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 장애인스포츠지도사의 직업가치관은 직업선택에 유의한 미치는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통해 측정된 연구결과들은 장애인스포츠지도사 자격증제도가 추구하여야 할 방향과 장애인스포츠지도사의 직업적 가치를 높이는데 기초자료를 제공하는데 의의가 있을 것이다. Nowadays, the certificate for adapted sports instructor was adopted to the national licensing system, providing broader jon opportunities for general physical education instructors. The need for research on the job variables of `adapted sports instructor`, is therefore magnified. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among the motivation for the certificate acquisition, job values, and job decision of the adapted sports instructor. For the analysis the trainees of adapted sports instructor program of four regions(metropolitan area, Chungcheong, Jeolla, and Gyeongsang) of 2016 were selected as the participants. Among the 360 survey results, 20 observations with partial omissions or unfaithful results were excluded, and the total of 340 observations were selected as purposive samples. Data processing was conducted with SPSS 22.0 programs, and the findings were acquired using the correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The findings are as follows; first, the motivation for certification acquisition of adapted sports instructors was found to significantly influence on one`s job values. Second, the motivation for certification acquisition of adapted sports instructors was found to significantly influence job decision. Thirdly, the job values of adapted sports instructor were found to significantly influence job decision. The findings of the analysis in the study will be able to not only provide the foundation in regard to the future direction of adapted sports instructor license, but also assist the enhancement of vocational values of the instructors.

한국 일무의 연구동향과 성과

본 연구는 종묘일무를 비롯한 문묘일무 및 그 밖의 한국 일무를 대상으로 1968년부터 2017년까지 발표된 논문들을 조사하여 연구 동향을 살펴보고 그 성과를 논의 하였다. 선행 연구의 동향과 성과를 규명하는 것은 무용학의 발전 동향을 파악하여 후속 연구 과제를 수행하는데 매우 유용하며 자료사적 차원에서도 그 필요성을 찾을 수 있다. 1968년 일무를 주제로 처음 발표된 논문을 시작으로 2017년까지의 논문을 10년 주기로 기간을 선정하여 전체 5기로 나누어 조사하였다. 연구는 년차별, 주제별 동향을 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 일무연구의 성과를 분석하였다. 연구결과 한국 일무 연구는 총 50년의 연구 기간 중 최근 20년 동안 양적이나 내용적으로 급성장하였음을 알 수 있었다. 총 102편의 연구가 이루어졌고, 이중 학위논문이 31편으로 전체연구 대비 30.4%의 연구 흐름을 보였고, 학술논문이 전체 연구 대비 71편으로 69.6%의 연구 흐름을 보였다. 연구 성과는 양적인 면에서 제5기부터 제4기, 제3기, 제2기, 제1기의 역순으로 높게 나타나고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 연구 주제별 양적동향은 철학/미학/무용사가 가장 많은 연구 성과를 보였고, 다음으로 무용보/움직임 분석, 기타(개괄 및 콘텐츠), 이론/비평의 순으로 성과를 보였다. 가장 미비한 성과를 보인주제는 심리학(치료), 사회학/인류학, 교육 등으로 각 1편의 연구 성과만을 보였다. 일무연구 50년의 성과는 폭넓은 연구주제로의 확산, 중점과제의 심화, 광대한 사료의 체계화, 사료를 통한 객관적 논점의 제시, 학파 성립의 가능성 제고 등을 통해 후속연구를 이끌어 내거나 심화 시키는 등 학문적 성과를 거두며 무용학 발전에 기여하였다고 할 수 있다. This study investigated the research trends of 1968 to 2017 and examined the results of the study. To identify trends and achievements of previous studies, it is very useful to understand the trends of development of dancers and to carry out the follow - up research tasks. Starting with the research published in the first journals related to daily work in 1968, the period was selected every 10 years until 2017, and the period was divided into five periods. The results of the study were analyzed based on the annual trends and thematic trends. As a result of the research, it was found that the Korean workplace study has grown rapidly both quantitatively and contentually during the last 20 years. Work-related research has achieved academic achievements such as spreading to a wide range of research topics, intensifying focus tasks, systematizing vast feeds, presenting objective points through feed, and enhancing the possibility of establishing schools.

AAC를 통해 알아본 발달장애인의 지역사회 자립생활 의사

본 연구는 보완대체의사소통(AAC)를 통해 지역사회 자립생활 지원에 기초자료가 될 발달장애인 당사자의 욕구와 의사를 밝히는데 목적이 있으며 나아가 발달장애인에 포용적인 지역사회를 구현하는데 기여하고자 했다. 이를 위해 2020년 8월 7일부터 9월 11일까지, 훈련된 조사원이, AAC 설문지를 활용하여 발달장애인 전문기관에서 추천받은 당사자 74명을 대상으로 1:1 면접조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0으로 빈도분석, 교차분석, T검정 분석했다. 그 결과 발달장애인의 지역사회 자립생활에는 주거와 취업 등 지역사회 차원의 여건 조성, 적성과 기호를 고려한 일자리 등이 중요하며 시민으로서의 권리행사 등 사회참여에 대한 기대와 욕구가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기존 대리인을 통한 연구결과와 다른 것으로, 향후 발달장애인 지원정책이 의사결정 지원에 의한 당사자의 욕구에 기초하고 '지역사회의 일원으로 지역사회 안에서 살아가는 일상적 삶'을 지향해야 함을 보여준다. This paper aimed to reveal the needs and intentions of the people with developmental disabilities through AAC for supporting their independent living in the community and furthermore to contribute to realizing an inclusive community. From August 7 to September 11, 2020, trained researchers conducted 1to1 interviews(AAC) with 74 people recommended by specialized institutions. Data were analyzed by frequency-analysis, Chi-square-analysis and T-test using SPSS 25.0. As a result, the creation of community-level conditions(ex. housing and employment) and job aptitudes and preferences are important for the independent living and expectations and desires for social participation were high. It is different from the previous survey results through agents. It means the policy for the developmentally disabled should be based on their needs and aim for 'living in the community as a community member'. Based on these results, the implications of supporting decision-making for the ordinary lives of people with developmental disabilities were suggested.

발달장애인의 지역사회 지원 체계 구축을 위한 탐색적 고찰

본 연구의 목적은 발달장애인 지역사회 지원 체계 구축 기반조성을 위한 기초적 단초를 제공하는데 있으며, 이를 통해 단순 사회참여(integration)가 아닌 포용적 사회(inclusion) 실현에 기여하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2020년 11월 3일부터 19일까지 총 3회에 걸쳐 발달장애인 관련 학계 및 현장 전문가 14인을 대상으로 초점집단면접(Focus Group Interview, FGI)을 실시하였다. 초점집단면접을 통해 수집된 자료는 지속적 비교분석법(constant comparative analysis)으로 분석하였으며 그 결과 ‘절대적 서비스 부족으로 인한 시스템 혼란’을 포함한 7개의 상위범주와 ‘주거(유형)의 공급다변화’를 포함한 20개의 하위범주를 도출하였다. 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 향후 발달장애인이 지역사회의 일원으로 존중받으며 살아갈 수 있도록 지원하기 위한 함의를 지역사회 서비스체계, 조기발견, 직업, 주거, 의사결정지원제도, 지역사회 통합돌봄, ICT 지원 등 7가지 영역에서 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to provide a foundation for establishing a community support systems for people with developmental disabilities, which aims to contribute to the realization of an inclusive society rather than an integration society. To achieve this, three Focus Group Interviews (FGI) were conducted for 14 experts in academia and field related to developmental disabilities from November 3 to 19, 2020. The collected data were analyzed by continuous comparative analysis. As a result, 7 upper categories including disruption of service due to absolute service shortage and 20 subcategories including diversification of housing(type) supply’ were derived. Based on the results, the implications for supporting people with developmental disabilities to live with respect as members of the community were presented in 7 areas: community service system, early detection, occupation, dwelling, supported decision making schemes, community care, and ICT support.

X-선 디지털 래디오그래피의 영상 특성 연구

의료영상분야는 최근 디지털 기술의 발달로 인해 디지털 래디오그래피(Digital Radiography: DR)시스템의 연구가 활발히 진행 중이다. 본 연구는 아날로그 형식의 Xiscan X-선 진단 영상 시스템에 디지털 보드를 설치하여 디지털 래디오그래피(Digital Radiography)시스템을 개발하고, 평기를 위해 라인팬텀을 이용하여 관전압에 따른 디지털 영상을 획득한 후 그 영상의 해상도를 측정하였다. 시스템의 정확한 영상 특정을 평가하기 위하여 MTF(Modulation Transfer Function)의 방법을 이용하여 정확한 해상도 결과를 얻었다. 획득한 Edge 영상은 영상 분석 프로그램인 IDL(Interactive Data Language)로 분석하여 EsF(Edge Spread Function)와 LSF(Line spread Function)를 측정하고 MTF를 얻었다. 치과용 디지털 래디오그래피로 개발되어 있는 시스템인 Orad도 Xiscan 시스템과 동일한 방법으로 MTF를 를 측정하였다. Xiscan 시스템은 약 4.3 lp/mm Orad 약 9 lp/mm의 결과를 얻었다.
