        음의 도수 인공수정체 백내장 수술을 받은 고도근시 환자의 임상양상

        목적: 고도근시안에서 음의 도수의 인공수정체를 이용한 백내장 수술 후 임상양상에 대해 알아보았다. 대상과 방법: 백내장 수술을 받은 환자 중 음의 도수의 인공수정체를 이용한 14명 18안과 낮은 도수의 인공수정체를 이용한 9명 10안을 대상으로 안축장 길이, 삽입한 인공수정체의 도수, 수술 전후의 최대교정시력 및 수술 전후 구면대응치 등에 대해 후향적 의무기록 분석을 시행하였다. 결과: 두 군 모두 수술 후 유의한 최대교정시력의 호전을 보였으며(p=0.01, 0.01), 각 군의 평균 안축장 길이는 32.17 ± 2.20 mm, 29.49 ± 1.44 mm였다. 음의 도수 군에서 술 후 구면대응치 측정이 가능했던 17안의 수술 전 목표 굴절력과 술 후 구면대응치의 차이는 +1.59 ± 1.34D로 나타났다. 낮은 도수 군의 수술 전 목표 굴절력과 수술 후 구면대응치의 차이값은 +0.31 ± 0.50D였다. 고찰: 대부분의 환자에서 근시성 망막변성 또는 후포도종에도 불구하고 수술 전후 최대교정시력의 유의미한 호전을 보였다. 그러나 술 후 굴절력은 술 전 목표 굴절력과 비교해 더 원시성 오차를 보였는데, 낮은 도수 군보다 음의 도수 군에서 더욱 원시성 오차가 크게 나타났다. 따라서 고도근시안 환자에서 마이너스 디옵터 인공수정체를 이용한 백내장 수술 시 이 점을 고려해야 하겠다. <대한안과학회지 2016;57(6):898-904> Purpose: To evaluate the clinical features of high myopic eyes with cataracts implanted with negative power intraocular lenses (IOLs) at the time of cataract surgery. Methods: A retrospective chart review was conducted of 18 eyes of 14 patients who underwent cataract surgery with negative power IOLs and 10 eyes in 9 patients with low power IOLs. We investigated axial length, IOL power, preoperative and postoperative best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) and preoperative and postoperative spherical equivalent (SE) refractive errors. Results: Mean BCVA showed significant improvement in both groups. We measured postoperative SE refraction and the difference between the mean intended and the mean achieved SE refractive errors in the negative power group (17 eyes) was +1.59 ± 1.34 D and +0.31 ± 0.50 D in the low power group. Conclusions: BCVA was significantly improved in the majority of eyes, although they had myopic macular degeneration or posterior staphyloma. However, the mean achieved postoperative SE refraction was more hyperopic than the predicted postoperative SE error. Additionally, hyperopic refractive error was greater in the negative power group than the low power group. Therefore, we recommend that postoperative hyperopic refractive error should be considered when performing cataract surgery in high myopic patients. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2016;57(6):898-904

        저항성 운동후 입욕 침수조건이 성인여성의 혈중 피로물질과 스트레스 호르몬에 미치는 영향

        This study is designed to ascertain the influence of soaking types in a bath on fatigue-causing materials in blood and stress hormones after doing resistance exercise through conducting an experiment for 7 women in their 20s. Each subject had full soaking in a bath at 17~18 ℃(a cold bath), 35~36℃(a tepid bath) and 42~43℃(a hot bath) for 30 minutes respectively after having her blood taken one time in her stable state and then having one time of blood-sampling right after doing exercise in a 80% of 1RM level. They had their blood taken one time after a bath and after 30minutes of relaxation one time, 4 times a day, 12 times of blood-sampling in total. From this experiment. The analyzed data brought about the following results by using one-way ANOVA with SPSS 10.0 and post-hoc analysis was done by Scheffé. In the lactate levels in blood int subjects after resistance exercise, the lactate levels showed significant changes(p〈.01) in a cold bath, a tepid bath and a hot bath. In the ammonia levels in blood in the subjects changed significantly(p〈.01) in a tepid bath and a hot bath. The epinephrine levels showed significant changes in a cold bath(p〈.01) and also indicated significant changes in a tepid bath(p〈.05). The norepinephrine levels indicated significant changes in a cold bath(p〈.01), a tepid bath(p〈.05) and a hot bath(p〈.01). As a result, bathing after resistance exercise seems to have a positive effect on blood fatigue change and further studies such as the immersion method and time should be considered.

        발레 운동프로그램이 노인여성의 체력과 우울척도 및 인지기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the ballet exercise program on physical fitness, depression and cognitive function of elderly women over 65 years old. A total of 27 subjects were randomly assigned to exercise group(14) and control group(13). The exercise program was 50 minutes and performed twice a week for 12-weeks. As a result, physical fitness was significantly increased in all variables in the exercise group, the depression scale was significantly increased in the control group, but significantly decreased in the exercise group, cognitive function was significantly increased in the exercise group. In addition, there was a significant difference between groups in all variables, and there was a significant correlation between physical fitness and depression scale and cognitive function. These results are expected to contribute to the improvement of activities of daily living ability of the elderly women by positively affecting the improvement and prevention of depression and cognitive function.

        긍정 심리 개입 프로그램이 대학 선수의 자아존중감, 수행 전략 및 경기력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 대학 운동선수의 심리 기술 요인 및 경기력 요인을 향상시킬 수 있는 긍정 심리 개입 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구 참여자는 대학 운동선수 21명으로 구성되었다. 측정 도구는 자아존중감 척도 및 스포츠 수행 전략 검사지, 인지된 경기력를 활용하였다. 대학 운동 선수를 위한 긍정 심리 개입 프로그램은 선행 연구, 전문가 의견, 대학 운동선수 면담 등의 자료를 근거로 구성되었다. 긍정 심리 개입 프로그램은 오리엔테이션, SWOT 분석을 통한 목표 설정, 자신의 장점 지각 및 개발하기, 성공 경험 지각을 통한 자아존중감 향상하기, 목표 성공 심상 만들기, 감사하기, 용서하기, 건설적 행동하기와 인생 음미하기, 습관 점검 및 만들기이다. 긍정 심리 개입 프로그램은 대학 운동선수의 자아존중감을 향상시켰으며, 수행전략 하위요인인 혼잣말, 컨디션 조절, 심상과 목표설정, 긴장 조절, 감정 조절도 증가되었다. 마지막으로 긍정 심리 개입 프로그램은 대학 운동선수의 인지된 경기력을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to develop a positive psychological intervention program that could improve psychological skill factors and performance factors of university athletes and to verify their effectiveness. The participants consisted of 21 university athletes. Self-esteem and performance strategy inventory were used as the measurements. Positive psychological intervention programs for university athletes were developed by integrating data from previous studies of positive psychological intervention programs, expert opinions and interviews with university athletes. The positive psychological intervention program developed in this study was composed of orientation, SWOT analysis, goal setting and self-appreciation and development, improvement of self-esteem through perception of success experience, goal success image creation, appreciation, forgiveness, constructive behavior and enjoying life, to check and make habit, to perform post-measurement and to organize the program. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, the positive psychological intervention program improved the self-esteem of college athletes. Secondly, the positive psychological intervention program improved self-talk, condition control, image and goal setting, tension control and emotional control factor which were sub-factors of the performance strategy of college athletes. Finally, the positive psychological intervention program was found to improve perceived performance of college athletes.

        12주간의 발레 운동프로그램이 여성노인의 혈중지질, hs-CRP 및 면역글로불린에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of a ballet exercise program on blood lipids, hs-CRP, and immunoglobulin in elderly women. A total of 20 subjects were randomly assigned to exercise group(10) and a control group(10). The exercise program was 50 minutes and performed 3 times a week for 12-weeks. As a result, TC, TG, and LDL-C in blood lipids showed an interaction effect between time and group, and significantly decreased in the exercise group, and there was a significant difference in the change values between groups. HDL-C was significantly increased in the exercise group. hs-CRP showed an interaction effect between time and group, and it was significantly decreased in the exercise group, and there was a significant difference in the change values between groups. IgA and IgM showed an interaction effect between time and group, and a significant difference was found in the change values between groups. IgA was significantly increased in the exercise group, and there was no significant difference in IgG. These results are expected that the exercise program of this study will have a positive effect on blood lipids, hs-CRP, and immunoglobulin, thereby contributing to the improvement of health care in elderly women.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of an exercise program that applies basic ballet motions on the flexibility, balance ability( BBS, TUG, STS, FRT) and fall efficacy of women over 60 years old. For training group program is based on standing motions with a ballet barre, while the control group exercise of sitting or lying motions on a mat. In conclusion, the exercise program has positive effects on flexibility and balance ability of women over 60 years old, and it will be helpful to prevent falling accidents as well as to improve physical fitness of the elderly.

        오늘날 인터넷의 발전을 통해 사용자 눈높이가 높아지고 있으며, 그와 더불어 온라인쇼핑이 활성화 되고 있다. 온라인 쇼핑 사이트에서는 공급자의 기계적 정보제공보다는, 고객에게 맞는 추천 상품제공이 중요한 성공요소이다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 요소 정의, 수집,역변환, 패턴분석, 추천 과정을 통해 연관관계를 구성하고 추천 시스템에 적용할 수 있는 고객패턴 분석 모델을 제안한다. 또한 제안된 고객패턴 분석 모델을 인쇄물 쇼핑 사이트에 적용하여 응용방안을 제시한다.

        12주간의 발레 운동 프로그램이 60세 이상 노인여성의 체력, 혈중지질 및 노화 관련 호르몬에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a 12-weeks ballet exercise program on physical fitness, blood lipid and aging-related hormones in elderly women over 60 years old. As a result, physical fitness(SFT) was significantly increased in the exercise group, and interaction between the time and group appeared. TC, TG and LDL-C were significantly decreased in the exercise group and HDL-C was not significantly different. Estradiol(E2) was significantly increased in the exercise group and there were no significant difference DHEA-S and testosterone. Therefore, ballet is considered useful as an exercise program to maintain and improve the health of elderly women.
