오픈 마켓상의 제공 정보에 대한 만족도가 구매자의 거래 의향에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

인터넷의 성장과 이용자 수의 증가는 인터넷이란 매체를 상거래를 위한 새로운 장소로 부각시켰으며, 전자상거래의 눈부신 발전을 이끌었다. 최근 오픈 마켓의 급속한 성장은 이 같은 추세를 나타내는 대표적인 예로 제시될 수 있다. 그러나 온라인 상거래는 비대면 접촉이라는 한계를 지니고 있어 소비자들에게 어떻게 신뢰를 제공해 거래를 성사시키느냐가 사업 성공의 관건이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 따라 오픈 마켓에서는 소비자의 신뢰 형성을 위해 다양한 정보를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 오픈 마켓에서 제공되는 다양한 정보들에 대한 만족이 실제 구매자의 거래 의향에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 그리고 소비자들이 거래를 할 경우, 어떤 정보에 가장 의존하는지를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 거래 시스템과 관련한 정보, 판매자 관련 정보, 과거 구매자들의 구매후기 피드백 정보 등에 대한 만족도와 구매자의 거래 의향은 서로 긍정적인 관계에 있었으며, 이들 중에서도 거래 시스템 관련 정보와 기존 고객의 피드백 만족도가 판매자 관련 정보보다 실제 거래 의향에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 결과를 나타냈었다. The e-marketplace has emerged as a new place for transactions in the online industry. In the e-marketplace, buyers make transactions with whom they have little prior interaction. Thus it makes trust as one of the most important issues in the e-business. There are various kinds of information to foster customer's trust in the e-marketplace. In this study, we analyzed the impact of the information's satisfaction on the customer's transaction intention. The results showed that the satisfaction on the information related to transaction system, individual seller's information, and buyer's feedback are all positively related with the customer's transaction intention.

온라인 상에서의 고객 충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 포탈 사이트를 중심으로

Providers for the commercial web sites are seriously competing for attraction and retention of customers. However, customer loyalty in the on-line business could be determined by factors different from those in the off-line business. In this paper, determinants for the customer loyalty in the on-line business are analyzed as two parts. The first part includes determinants that foster voluntary customer loyalty, such as satisfaction, self-involvement, and positive characteristics of Internet. The second part includes determinants that foster involuntary customer loyalty, such as switching barrier and bonds. Through the empirical study of 399 survey of Korean Internet users, both voluntary and involuntary factors contributing to the customer loyalty were found. Also, relationship between the positive characteristics of Internet and customer loyalty were found. The understanding of the determinants of customer loyalty will be an important information developing a winning strategy in the on-line business.

Cavernous angiomas are being increasingly well recognized throughout the central nervous system due to the widespread use of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI). However, these malformations are uncommon in the spinal column and rarely occur in the spinal cord. Here, we report a case of a cervical cord intramedullary cavernous angioma in a 49-year-old man. The patient had complained of left upper extremity paresthesia and weakness in the left hand for 5 days prior to admission. A neurological examination showed a left C-6 dermatome paresthesia and a weakness in the left hand grasping power. A MRI demonstrated a mixed signal intensity core at the C-5 level and a surrounding edema on the T-2 weighted image. Conservatively, a laminectomy was performed and slightly hard and well demarcated intramedullary mass was removed. A histological examination confirmed the diagnosis of a cavernous angioma.

HWW(Herlyn-Werner-Wunderlich) 증후군은 중복자궁, 일측성 폐쇄질 및 동측 신장 무형성을 보이는 비뇨생식기계의 선천성 기형으로 매우 드문 질환 중 하나이다. 대부분 초경 이후 발생하는 월경통이나 복강내 종물등으로 발견되지만, 본 증례는 소아에서 반복되는 요로 감염과 현미경적 혈뇨로 인해 진단된 경우이다. 복부 초음파 검사에서 일측 신무형성이나 중복 자궁의 소경이 보일 때는 이러한 뮬러관 기형의 가능성을 염두에 두어야 보다 빠른 진단이 가능하고, 환자의 고통 또한 중여줄 수 있을 것이다. 특히 반복되는 요로 감염시에도 단순한 감염 치료보다 정밀검사를 항상 염두에 두어야 할 것이다. Herlyn-Werner-Wunderlich syndrome(HWWs) is a rare variant of Mullerian ductal anomalies characterized by the presence of a hemivaginal septum, a didelphic uterus, and ipsilateral renal agenesis. It usually presents after menarche with progressive pelvic pain, and palpable mass due to hemihematocolpos. If a cystic mass is detected behind the urinary bladder in children, in association with the absence of a kidney, the diagnosis of uterus didelphys with imperforate vagina and hydrocolpos should be considered. When renal agenesis is found in asymptomatic children, the small size and the tubular shape of the uterus makes it almost impossible to evaluate uterine anomalies, so follow-up should be performed until the end of puberty. Appropriate preoperative diagnosis and treatment will prevent unnecessary procedures and offer relief of symptoms. We report one case of didelphic uterus with blind hemivagina and ipsilateral renal agenesis with biopsy- proven thin glomerular basement membrane disease which is not related to the above syndrome.

인공지능 기반 자연어처리를 적용한 욕창간호기록 분석

본 연구의 목적은 자연어처리에 의해 생성된 욕창간호진술문의 특성을 파악하고, 욕창 단계판별 예측정확도를 평가하기 위함이다. 욕창관련 간호기록은 서술통계를 이용하여 분석하였고, 워드클라우드 생성기를 활용하여 욕창예방 간호기록에서 단어의 특성을 파악하였다. 딥러닝을 이용하여 욕창단계판별 정확도(accuracy ratio) 를 구하였다. 연구결과, 욕창의 단계에 대한 기록 중 2단계와 심부조직손상의심단계가 각각 23.1% 와 23.0 % 로 가장 많았고, 빈도수가 높은 핵심단어는 홍반, 수포, 가피, 부위, 크기 등으로 나타났다. 예측의 정확도가 높은 단계는 0단계, 심부조직손상의심단계, 2단계 순으로 나타났다. 따라서, 이를 활용하여 임상적 의사결정지지 시스템으로 개발된다면, 임상간호사의 욕창관리역량 향상 전략 개발에 기초가 될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the statements characteristics of the pressure ulcer nursing record by natural langage processing and assess the prediction accuracy for each pressure ulcer stage. Nursing records related to pressure ulcer were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and word cloud generators (http://wordcloud.kr) were used to examine the characteristics of words in the pressure ulcer prevention nursing records. The accuracy ratio for the pressure ulcer stage was calculated using deep learning. As a result of the study, the second stage and the deep tissue injury suspected were 23.1% and 23.0%, respectively, and the most frequent key words were erythema, blisters, bark, area, and size. The stages with high prediction accuracy were in the order of stage 0, deep tissue injury suspected, and stage 2. These results suggest that it can be developed as a clinical decision support system available to practice for nurses at the pressure ulcer prevention care.

중환자실 간호사의 고위험약물에 대한 투약오류 위험과 약물단독확인 태도, 투약안전간호활동 간의 상관성

This study was conducted to examine the relationship among the error risk of high-alert medication, attitudes to single-person checking of medication, and medication safety activities. The participants were 60 nurses working in the intensive care unit. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, t-test, analysis of variance, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The mean scores of the knowledge and certainty of high-alert medication were $0.71{\pm}0.11$ and $2.74{\pm}0.59$, respectively. The mean score of the error risk of high-alert medication was $1.63{\pm}0.24$ and that of attitudes to single checking medication was $3.32{\pm}0.49$. The error risk of high-alert medication had a positive correlation with nurses' attitudes to single checking medication (r = .258, p = .047), which is correlated with the scores for certainty of knowledge (r = .284, p = .028). Based on the results of this study, continuing education for high-alert medication and the development of an accurate protocol for single checking medication are needed to improve the stability of high-alert medication.

일 지역사회의 가정간호서비스 내용 및 만족도 조사

Purpose : This study was done to examine the home care service provided by home care nurses and the level of client satisfaction in community. Method : Data were collected from 120 clients who received the home care service at the community home care service center in Pusan from 2th May. 2003 to 31th May 2003. The tool for measurement of satisfaction was composed of 16 items and was 4 score scale by Kim. Data were analyzed by using SPSS/WIN 10.5 program. Result: 1) 67.5% among 120 clients was over sixty years old and 30.6% of clients received home visits 20 times by home care nurse. 2) The total number of home care services was 15,783. And most of the clients received therapeutic nursing care. 3) The mean score of satisfaction on provided home care services was 3.31, among 16 items, "The home care nurses kept up the secret of patients and family" was the highest($3.67{\pm}0.48$). the total level of satisfaction of home care services was very high, with mean score $3.31{\pm}0.32$. Conclusion : The satisfaction level of home care services was very high. so we can expect that the prospect of home care services is very challengeable. Therefore we should try to expand the service recipients with promotional education to assure close ties with the public health centers for the continuous home care service linking and make more efforts to improve the quality of the service.
