사회적 약자를 위한 재활스포츠 복지통합모델 구축

사회적 약자에게 스포츠 복지 문제에 참여하는데, 차별을 받고 배제될 수 있는 집단이기 때문이다. 우리나라는 우선적으로 사회적 약자를 위한 재활스포츠와 스포츠 취약계층 그리고 전문체육인의 욕구와 기본적인 생활권, 생존권을 보장한다는 점에서 사회복지, 문화 복지와 다른 스포츠를 통한 삶이 가능하도록 제도적인 여건을 제공하는 것이 절실히 요구되며, 스포츠를 통하여 사회적 약자의 삶의 질을 높이기 위한 공공서비스를 기획, 개발 및 운영하는 것이 필요한 시점 이라 생각된다. 본 연구는 사회적 약자의 스포츠 참여를 활성화하고 우리나라의 스포츠복지를 체계적이고 효율적으로 실현하기 위해서 사회적 약자를 위한 재활스포츠 복지 통합모델을 구축하고자 재활스포츠 복지통합모델(안)과 재활스포 츠 복지 통합 모델구축 활용방안(안)을 수립하고 사회적 약자를 위한 재활스포츠 시설통합시스템 구축 및 운영(안)을 개발하였다. 그 결과 사회적 약자를 위한 재활스포츠 복지 통합모델은 체계적이고 효율적인 건강관리 시스템으로써 선진 국형 스포츠 복지 국가가 될 수 있도록 할 것이다. Sports welfare is important for the underprivileged because it is a group that can be discriminated and excluded from participating in sports activities. Korea should desperately try to provide institutional conditions to enable rehabilitation sports for the underprivileged, and social welfare, cultural welfare and other sports for professional sportsmen's needs, basic living rights and survival rights. And it is necessary to plan, develop and operate public services to improve the quality of life of the socially underprivileged through sports. Therefore, this study aims to establish the rehabilitation sports welfare integrated model for the socially underprivileged in order to activate the sports participation of them and to develop the integrated model of rehabilitation sports welfare (plan) and the integrated system of rehabilitation sports facilities for the socially disadvantaged. As a result, the integrated rehabilitation sports welfare model for the socially disadvantaged will contribute to a sport welfare state of developed countries as a systematic and efficient health management system.

감염병 위험 인식이 보건용 마스크 디자인 선호도에 미치는 영향

Background Paying attention to the relationship between the sense of crisis about the COVID-19 virus in the pandemic era and the favorable feeling for the design of health products, we analyzed how the level of awareness of the risk of infectious diseases affects the preference for design of health masks. Methods Quantitative research was conducted by setting individual and social aspects for infectious disease risk perception and 23 product types for mask design as research variables. Results The group that favored the protective value of the mask preferred a stable shape, detail, and standard material that fit the shape of an individual's face. And gray, which gives a feeling of psychological safety, and white, which has a strong image of health and hygiene, were preferred. By emphasizing the expressive value of the mask, there was a tendency to pursue universality or differentiation in form, color, and pattern, and to focus on message delivery. As the awareness of the risk of infectious diseases increased, preference gradually increased in the order of white, pastel color, string length adjustment device, gray, disposable convenience material, and KF standard functional material, which was different from general preference. Conclusion Materials, colors, and details are design elements that are particularly affected by the trend of the risk of infectious diseases. Therefore, mask design seems to be able to respond to the changing trend through the development of new materials that can selectively satisfy safety and convenience, diversification of low-saturation colors that give a feeling of psychological safety, and diversification of string length adjustment devices and detachment methods. 연구배경 팬데믹 시대 COVID-19 바이러스에 대한 위기감과 보건용품 디자인에 대한 호감의 관계성에 주목하였다. 이에 감염병 위험인식 수준이 보건용 마스크 디자인 선호도에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 향후 마스크 디자인에 적용, 반영하여야 할 선호 요소를 탐색하고자 하였다. 연구방법 감염병 위험인식은 개인적 차원과 사회적 차원으로, 마스크 디자인은 형태, 소재, 색채, 패턴, 디테일 요소별로 총 23개 제품 유형을 연구 변수로 설정하여 양적연구를 실시하였다. 연구결과 마스크의 보호적 가치를 선호하는 경우 개인 얼굴의 생김새에 맞는 안정적 형태와 디테일, 규격 소재를 선호하였고, 심리적 안전감을 주는 회색 및 보건위생의 이미지가 강한 흰색을 선호하였다. 마스크의 표현적 가치를 중시하여 형태, 색채, 패턴 면에서 보편성이나 차별성을 추구하는 경향과 메시지 전달에 목적을 두는 경향이 있었다. 마스크 착용 습관을 지속하는 것에 가치를 두어 가격이 저렴한 형태, 반복사용이 가능한 소재, 오염이 덜한 색채의 제품을 선호하였다. 그러나 감염병 위험인식이 높아질수록 흰색, 파스텔톤 무난한 컬러, 끈 길이 조정 장치, 회색, 일회용 편의성 소재, KF 규격 기능성 소재 순으로 선호도가 점점 높아져, 일반적 선호도와는 차이가 있었다. 결론 소재와 색채, 디테일은 감염병 위험인식의 경감 추세로부터 특히 영향을 받는 디자인 요소이다. 감염병 위험인식이 강해질수록 안전성과 편의성을 동시에 충족하는 소재와 심리적 안전감을 주는 저채도 색감을 선호한다. 또한 끈 길이 조정 장치를 부착하여 착용 안정감을 자율적으로 조절할 수 있게끔 해야 한다.

최근에 디지털 여가 활동이 늘어나면서 순기능 이외에 부작용에 대한 우려가 현실로 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 여가의 중요성, 여가에 참여할 때의 참가 효과, 역기능을 살펴보고 정보화 사회에서 디지털 기기의 사용을 중심으로 한 디지털 여가의 역기능을 알아본다. 또한 이러한 역기능을 해결하기 위한 방법으로서 교육을 통한 대책과 융 복합화를 통한 대책을 제시한다. As digital leisure's activity increase recently, the worry for side effect except right function occurs with reality. In this paper, the importance of leisure, participation effect when someone has a chance to leisure is reviewed. The dysfunction of digital leisure that focuses on usage of the digital device in information society is examined. In order to solve those dysfunction, the measure is presented through education and convergence.

안구후퇴 증후군에 있어서 상전 및 하전에 대한 수술요법

상전과 하전을 동반하고 제 1안위에서 외사위를 보인 안구후퇴 증후군 3례에서 외적근후전 및 Y형 분리술을 시행하여 만족스러운 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. The upshoot and downshoot in Duane's retraction syndrome is believed to be related to a leash effect from the lateral rectus muscle. When the eye is rotated into the adducted position, the lateral rectus muscle slips over the globe, producing the up-and downshoot on adduction. The splitting of the ends of the lateral rectus into a Y configuration prevents the rotation of the globe up or down by stabilizing the muscle's position on the eye. Three patients with Duane's retraction syndrome demonstrated abnormal vertical movement on adduction and underwent a Y-splitting on the lateral rectus. In all patients, marked decrease in the up-and downshoot is noted after surgery.

The purpose of this study is to examine the interrelation between Socrates' life and physical education. In the history of physical education, physical idea was discussed widely whether objective aspects or subjective aspects through the process of human society. Socrates thought that although soul man's master, body is his servant, this is based on the theory of Socrates idea which is soul and body are one Socrates insisted that the whole person formed through physical training is very valuable because he could gain happy and satisfaction from biological and physiological development. Socrates shows his concept of individual human perfection and relates it of social and mental perfection in his Greek period. Socrates discards all the dogmas of revealed formation which represent luxury and extravagance and believes only that people will have health when they are fully mature between soul and body. Therefore his concept of perfection is the harmony of soul and body in order to approach his concept, Socrates already talks with young men and is wondering without shows. In the end Socrates recognized goodness on the basis of intellectual reliance and finally reached to the true self identity through the insight and reflection According to "know yourself" which is the matter of Socrates life, Socrates awakes himself all the time.
