        PSO 알고리즘을 이용한 이동통신용 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나 설계에 관한 연구

        In this paper, a novel particle swarm optimization method based on IE3D is used to design a mobile communication microstrip patch antenna. The aim of the paper is to design and fabricate an inset fed rectangular microstrip antenna and study the effect of antenna dimensions length (L), width (W) and substrate parameters relative dielectric constant (${\varepsilon}r$), substrate thickness on radiation parameters of band width. PSO algorism was applied to IE3D, low resistance against, band width and advantage, were improved. 본 논문에서는 IE3D를 기반으로 하는 새로운 PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization) 알고리즘을 사용해 이동통신용마이크로스트립 패치 안테나를 설계하였다. 본 논문의 목적은 이동통신용 급전 사각형 마이크로스트립 안테나를 설계하고, 대역폭의 복사 매개변수에 대한 안테나 크기(길이, 폭) 및 기판 매개변수 상대 유전 상수(${\varepsilon}r$), 기판 두께의 영향을 연구하여 이동통신용에 적합한 안테나를 설계하는 것이다. 안테나 설계 프로그램인 IE3D에 PSO알고리즘을 적용하여 안테나의 낮은 입력저항, 대역폭, 안테나의 이득 등을 개선하였다.

        한국인(韓國人)의 치아상실(齒牙喪失)과 회복(回復)에 관(關)한 통계학적(統計學的) 고찰(考察)

        A total of 11,039 permanent missing teeth and their 2,696 prosthetic replaced teeth in 6,123 Korean patients were selected for this study, Analyzing the data according to age, sex, jaw and the location, following results were obtained. 1. Tooth mortality and replacement were higher in female than in male. 2. Replaced teeth were only 24 percent of missing teeth. 3. More teeth were extracted and replaced on lower jaw in young patients and on upper jaw in old patients. 4. There are no significant difference in right and left sides of both jaws in missing and replaced teeth, respectively. 5. First molar was the highest percentage in both mortality and replacement. 6. Upper tooth mortality and replacement were higher in anterior portion and lower in posterior portion.

      • 민·관 협력법인 방식에 의한 u-City사업 사례연구

        Initially, most of ubiquitous city(hereafter u-City) projects in Korea were supported by the government because they focused on providing public services. Having constructed several u-Cities, pioneering people realized that there were several issues to successful operations such as providing useful services to citizens, supporting operational costs, continuing the need for investments, and so on. Recently, public-private collaboration efforts have increased to solve these issues. This paper studies a case of such efforts by applying a Public-Private Partnership Cooperation (PPPC) model to u-City projects. The case study introduces u-City development for an Incheon Free Economic Zone (IFEZ). It is expected that the presented case will help boost the sustain-ability of u-Cities by solving surrounding issues and providing an effective operational mechanism.

        담결석(膽結石)의 한의학적(韓醫學的) 문헌적고찰(文獻的考察)

        The disease of cholelith is common world widely. As life expectancy gets extended and life environment and dietary life change, increased to gallstone in Korea. On the case that elimination surgery is inapplicable and for the aged patients. recently the dissolution therapy of cholelith is studied world widely. From the view of oriental medicine, the causes of gallstone, treatment methods and the effects of therapy are as follows ; 1. The attack of gallstone is by the stagnation and disturbance of qi in the body. 2. The causes of gallstone are classified into three types. 1).The type of stagnation of qi. 2).The type of damp-heat. 3).The type of noxious heat. 3. The treatment effect is high in the damp-heat type. 4. Medical treatment of gallstone, considering the function of the intestines, are lithodialysis and removol of gallstone, soothing the liver and regulating the cerculation of qi, clearing away heat and elininating dampness. 5. The dissolution therapy of gallstone effected to the size within the diameter of 1.5cm 6. Through the oriental medicine therapy, besides excretion and dissolution of gallstone, the interval extention and elimination of spasm, the prevention of relapse and aftere effect are to be expected. The study which can improve the treatment rate of cholelith through the combination therapy of oriental and western is needed and deep study on oriental medicine diagnostic and classification according to the observation based on symptoms is necessary.

      • 이기종 네트워크의 QoS 향상을 위한 Hybrid ABS기반 셀 간 스케줄링 알고리즘

        본 논문에서는 이기종 네트워크의 QoS 성능 향상을 위한 멀티 셀 스케줄링을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘 구현을 위하여 UE 처리량에 미치는 영향을 인식하고자 분산형 구조의 매크로-피코 배치 시나리오와 중앙 집중식 구조의 매크로-RRH 배치 시나리오를 제안하여 이기종 네트워크 시스템을 구성한다. 제안되는 시스템의 간섭완화를 위해 선택적 서브프레임을 적용하고 각 서브프레임 기간의 CQI 측정을 통하여 시스템 상황에 따른 제약조건을 측정하며, 시스템의 단순화를 위해서 동일한 ABS를 적용하여 뮤팅 패턴을 가정한다. ABS를 이용하는 것은 전송시간 구간의 일부를 매크로 셀이 전송하지 않게 설정하고 이 구간에서 피코 셀에서만 전송하도록 설정하기 위한 것이다. In this paper, for the improvement of quality of service(QoS) performance of heterogeneous networks, multi-cell scheduling is proposed. In order to implement the proposed algorithm, for the recognition of the impact on the throughput performance of users, macro-pico-cells that form distributed architecture were proposed. In operating heterogeneous networks, considering the centralized structure, a macro-RRH(Remote Radio Head) deployment scenario was proposed. For interference mitigation of the proposed system, by applying the optional sub-frame, through CQI(Channel Quality Indicator) measurement for each sub-frame period, constraint conditions were measured according to system situations. For the simplification, the pattern of the same ABS muting was assumed. In the above two multi-cell environments, the algorithm of high-speed load balancing maintenance was proposed.

        肺의 氣機에 대한 硏究 : 동의보감중 마황이 포함된 처방을 중심으로

        To investigate ascending-descending-floating-depositing of lung-qi system, 1 studied many prescriptions which include Ephedra herba, which has quality of making people sweat and evaporate out. After I compared many prescriptions in Korean Encyclopedia Medica(Tong-ui-bo-gam) to study how Ephedra herba is applied to many kinds of diseases, I came to the following conclusions ; When external vicious qi penetrates into human body, it enters first into skin and then lung. Ephedra herba breaks through choked symptom of lung-qi and makes lung-qi spread out, so it can cure pains such as headache, lumbago and hypochondrium. Spreading lung-qi and descending qi, a way of breaking through choked symptom, blows off stasis, and clears away impure thing, and makes good moisture, qi and blood spread through body. Liver-qi and lung-qi control each other. When one ascends, the other descends. Their relative functions promote and control the qi-system. Lung-qi cures the symptom of inner fever which cumulates in meridian. When diseases of eye, ear, nose and throat occur, Ephedra herba lets lung-qi work out, and controls lung-qi and cures diseases. Ephedra herba cures skin diseases and carbuncle which occur when the vicious qi exists between the external layer and deep layer of skin, by scattering the cumulated qi and breaking through vicious qi. Scattering and descending of lung-qi means that lung-qi spreads up and makes sweats come out by opening skin pores, and that spreads down and clears vicious qi by urination. It plays an important role on curing cough, jaundice, beriberi, and dropsy. Comprehensively, scattering and descending of lung-qi play an important role on curing external and internal sickness. Recently, it is reported that by scattering lung-qi, Ephedra herba has a good effect on curing low blood pressure, scleroderma, enuresis, dermatitis, menorrhalgia, leucorrhea, drooping of uterus, acute and subacute nephritis, perception loss, and impotence. From now on, 1 think that more studies are needed to set high rate of curing various diseases and incurable diseases by controling lung-qi. Key word : lung-qi system, Ephedra herba, Tong-ui-bo-gam

      • 민간투자유치를 통한 U-City구축에 있어서 사전 타당성 분석의 핵심요인과 분석모델

        As local governments have difficulties in financing U-City projects very much at once, investment from private sectors is necessary. This paper propose methodologies about preliminary feasibility study of private investment in U-City construction. They are concrete shapes of feasibility study methodologies of KDI PIMAC to meet U-City construction. They are feasibility study of private investment by policies of the local government and the central government, methodologies of financial VFM analysis to cost during a U-City project, methodologies of qualitative VFM analysis of project management, U-City service quality and operation efficiency of U-City infrastructure . They give concrete examples of the Ansan U-City project.
