The purpose of this paper is to explore a plan for active implementation of after school program. To achieve this purpose, this paper analyzes the program satusfaction for youths and their test anxiety. The results were as follows: 1. All differences in contentment level of lecturer, class envirnment, teaching and the overall were significant in academic years. The satisfaction of after school was not significant in type of guardian and number of siblings. With respect to contentment level of academic achievement, all differences in lecturer, tuition, class envirnment, overall and total satisfactions were Significant. 2. With regard to test anxiety on after school satisfaction, teaching was significant. The ex-post study showed that youths were distinguished by a difference in lecturer and overall satisfaction. Therefore, an activity plan for after school program were suggested as follows: First, the needs of youths should be considered before launching after school program. Secons, after school program should be diversified. Finally, contents of after school program should be classified in academic level.

In this study, we propose a new approach to impliment autonomous travelling of mobile robot based on obstacle avoidance and voice command. Obstacle Avoidance technology of mobile robpot. It has been used in wide range of different robotics areas to minimize the risk of collisions. Obstacle avoidance of mobile robots are mostly applied in transportation systems such as aircraft traffic control, autonomous cars etc. Collision avoidance is a important requirement in mobile robot systems where they all featured some kind of obstacle detection techniques in order to avoid colliding. In this paper it was illustrated the reliability of voice command and obstacle avoidance for autonomous travelling of mobile robot with two wheels as the purpose of application to the manufacturing process by simulation and experiments.
인간-로봇 상호협력작업을 위한 모바일로봇의 지능제어에 관한 연구

This study proposed a new technique to control of mobile robot based on voice command for (Human-Robot Cooperative operation in manufacturing precess). High performance voice recognition and control system was designed In this paper for smart factory. robust voice recognition is essential for a robot to communicate with people. One of the main problems with voice recognition robots is that robots inevitably effects real environment including with noises. The noise is captured with strong power by the microphones, because the noise sources are closed to the microphones. The signal-to-noise ratio of input voice becomes quite low. However, it is possible to estimate the noise by using information on the robot’s own motions and postures, because a type of motion/gesture produces almost the same pattern of noise every time it is performed. In this paper, we describe an robust voice recognition system which can robustly recognize voice by adults and students in noisy environments. It is illustrated by experiments the voice recognition performance of mobile robot placed in a real noisy environment.
고온 환경에서 적용 가능한 병진관절을 갖는 수직 다관절 로봇시스템 개발 및 내구성 분석에 관한 연구

We Proposed a new technology to develop vertical type multi-joint robot system enable to adapt in high temperature environment. The main contents is a new approach to design a vertical type articulated robot with prismatic joint and analysis of thermal for process automation of casting and forging. The proposed robot is suitable to use handling working parts of casting and forging. for the manufacturing process of forging and casting. The reliability is illustrated that the proposed technique is more stable and robust than the conventional system. This study is concerned with an analytical methodology of kinematic computation for 7 DOF manipulators for optimization of forging manufacturing process.

Leadership had long been discussed as a very important factor of organizational effectiveness. But, it was not until the early 20th century that leadership studied in scientific and systematic ways. Traits theory regarded as the first scientific study on leadership depended on each person's characteristics and tried to closely examine the characteristics, but failed to present the consistent characteristics of leader. Later, behavior theory based on behavbioral science concentrated on leader's behavior and tried to find out what is an effective leadership style. In the result, the theory proposed two dimensions out of leader's behavior style: tasks and realtions; One who is highly qualifed with both dimensions would be more effective. But these two theories came to face theoretical limitation under such complex situations today due to that they were not only somewhat ignorant of organizations's situation, but also static in understatanding leadership. There can't be the most effective leadership style applicable to every situations. Therefore, the recent theory is going to the viewpoint that leadership effectiveness chiefly relies on situations. In this viewpoint, the contingency theory which is well exemplified with contingency model by Fiedler gives a chance to understand the leadership phenomenon dynamically. According to Fiedler, relationship between leadership style and effectiveness are varied with situations, leadership effectiveness depends on how leadership style combines with three of the situations, leadership effectiveness depends on how leadership style combines with three of the situation elements(leadermember relations, task structure, and position power). While contingency model is being supported in validation by many researchers and also estimated as being able to apply to real situations, it still remains a lot of problems to be solved(the reliability and meaning of LPC scale, the classification scheme of group-situational factors, statistical verification, the validation of Leader Match). The studies of testing the contingency model have been actively performed in educational organizations, but most of them were questioned in validation. In the result of analyzing on the the applicability of contingency model to educational organization, contigency model can usefully be applied to educational organizations. In the future, as the researchers continue to do a positivistic study on the application of contingency model to educational organizations, it is expected that contingency model will greatly contribute to the practical knowledge and theory development.

Today, media art contents that are realized by the fusion of the realms of art and science and technology are being activated, and exhibition contents that can be enjoyed in the outdoor environment are also changing and are facing a new phase. By incorporating advanced technology into outdoor environments such as festivals, theme parks, and trails, immersive media content that can be enjoyed both day and night and new experiential media content that emphasizes the experience of visitors are emerging. In line with this trend, this study intends to consider ways to utilize digital technology for future local cultural festivals through case studies of domestic and foreign regional festivals that apply advanced technology, and to classify advanced technologies applicable to different outdoor environments. 오늘날 예술의 영역과 과학기술의 영역이 융합되어 구현되는 미디어아트 콘텐츠들이 활성화되고 있고, 옥외환경에서 즐길 수 있는 전시 콘텐츠 또한 변화되어 새로운 국면을 맞이하고 있다. 축제, 테마파크, 산책로 등의 옥외환경에 첨단기술이 접목되어 주간과 야간을 모두 즐길 수 있는 실감미디어 콘텐츠와 관람객의 체험을 중요시하는 새로운 체험형 미디어 콘텐츠가 부상하고 있다. 이러함 흐름에 따라 본 연구는 첨단기술을 적용한 국내외 지역축제 사례연구를 통해 향후 진행될 지역 문화축제에 디지털 기술을 활용할 수 있는 방안을 고찰하고 각기 다른 실외환경에 적용 가능한 첨단기술을 분류하고자 한다.
