다문화 청소년들의 스포츠 프로그램 참여 경험에 관한 근거이론적 접근

The purpose of this study is to present the process of experience as a theoretical paradigm through the empirical and in-depth analysis of the experience of participating in a sports program of multicultural youth. To execute the study, a grounded theoretical approach was used. As a result, the participants of the study were selected, fifteen of them were multicultural youths who their parents’ country of origin is from the China, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, England, Russia, two researchers who are program operators, and two lecturers, a total of nineteen participants were selected as the study participants. Interviews were utilized as the main data. The collected data are derived to obtain the results through the following theoretical analysis methods: open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. First, through the open coding, a total of sixty-nine concepts, thirteen subcategories, and six top categories were derived respectively. Second, we found six paradigms of casual condition, contextual context, central phenomenon, interventional condition, interaction strategy, and result through axis coding. Third, through the selection coding, we derived the core category of ‘Multiculturalism from One Culture’ and presented the theoretical paradigm through the outlined story.

블록체인을 위한 RSP 합의 알고리즘

블록체인 기술은 21세기 들어 가장 주목받고 있는 네트워크 보안 기술이며 이와 관련된 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 합의 알고리즘은 블록체인 기술의 주요 요소이며 분산된 노드들로 구성된 네트워크의 무결성과 보안성을 유지하는데 매우 중요하다. 하지만, 기존의 블록체인 네트워크에서 채택된 합의 알고리즘에선 다양한 문제점들이 발생되고 있다. 따라서 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 분산되어 있는 여러 명의 사용자들로 구성된 블록체인 네트워크 환경에서 사용자들 간 합의 과정에 효율적으로 동작할 수 있는 합의 알고리즘을 제안한다. 먼저, 기존에 사용되고 있는 다른 합의 알고리즘들을 소개하고 각 알고리즘의 문제점들에 대해 분석하며 이러한 문제점들을 보완할 수 있는 RSP (Rock-Scissors-Paper) 알고리즘을 제안한다. RSP 합의 알고리즘은 악의적인 참여자의 공격을 확률적으로 희박하게 만들어 회피하기 위한 용도로 서로 균형을 이루는 세 가지 값들: R, S, P를 사용하여 분산된 사용자 간에 합의를 이루는 알고리즘이다. 또한 제안하는 RSP 알고리즘을 기존 알고리즘들과 비교하여 성능을 예측 분석하며 향후 제안한 알고리즘을 활용하여 분산된 모바일 네트워크 환경에서 미칠 효과들에 대하여 논의하였다. Blockchain is the most popular security network technology in the 21st century and stil under active research. The consensus algorithms in Blockchain plays a major role and are crucial for maintaining the integrity and security of a distributed network. In addition, there are various problems arising from the consensus algorithms adopted in the existing Blockchain network. Therefore, it is of upmost importance to develop a consensus algorithm to address these problems. In this paper, therefore, we propose an efficient consensus algorithm for Blockchain networks environment consisting of several distributed users. First, we study the process of consensus among users to add new blocks to the existing Blockchain. Second, we introduce the other conventional consensus algorithms, analyze the problems of each algorithm, and propose Rock-Scissors-Paper (RSP) algorithm to mitigate these problems. The RSP algorithm is an algorithm that achieves consensus among distributed users using three values, Rock (R), Scissors (S), and Paper (P) to avoid attacks by malicious participants. Furthermore, the propose RSP algorithm is compared with the existing consensus algorithms to predict the performance and its effects in a distributed mobile network environment.

승마 선수들이 지각하는 마필-선수 관계가 스포츠자신감 및 경기력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to explore the educational information which is needed for establishing the horse-rider relationship at the equestrian education field, provide a basic data for improving the competitiveness and professionalism of equestrian athletes. The subjects were selected as the dressage and show-jumping riders, and the samples were extracted using the convenience sampling method. Using the PASW ver. 18.0 program, the statistical methods used in the analysis for this study were frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach’s alpha test, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, simple and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First, according to the demographic characteristics of equestrian athletes, there were statistically significant differences in horse-rider relationship, sport confidence and performance. Second, communication and respect, the sub-factors of equestrian athletes’ perceived horse-rider relationship, had significant effects on sport confidence. However, compatibility and trust had no statistically significant effects on sport confidence. Third, compatibility, respect and trust, the sub-factors of equestrian athletes’ perceived horse-rider relationship, had significant effects on performance. However, communication had no statistically significant effect on performance. Fourth, the equestrian athletes’ sport confidence had a significant effect on performance.

열간성형 기술을 이용한 차량 범퍼 보강용 빔 개발

최근, 화석연료 고갈에 따른 에너지 비용 증대 및 온실가스에 따른 CO2 배출규제 등의 문제에 의해 전세계 자동차 제조사들은 차량 중량 절감을 위한 기술을 개발해 왔다. 하지만, 강화되고 있는 충돌 안전 법규를 만족시키기 위해 차량 중량 절감은 한계에 직면하고 있다. 또한, 미국연방자동차안전기준(FMVSS) 및 미국고속도로안전보험협회(IIHS)등에서는 차량의 저속 충돌 성능 및 수리비에 대한 평가를 실시 중에 있다. 이러한 양면적 문제를 동시에 해결하기 위해 소재분야에서는 고장력 강판의 성형성 증대 기술 및 알루미늄, 마그네슘, 카본파이바 등의 경량화 소재를 개발하여왔으며, 소성분야에서는 하이드로포밍, 핫스탬핑 등의 신기술 개발에 많은 투자를 하고 있다. 본 논문은 핫스탬핑 기술을 응용한 열간성형 범퍼 보강용 빔 제조 기술을 이용하여, A3 변태점 이상으로 고주파 가열한 파이프를 금형내에서 성형과 동시에 급랭시켜 형상을 갖춘 인장강도 1300㎫ 이상의 보강용 빔을 제작, 범퍼에 장착함으로써, 차량의 충돌 성능 향상 및 경량화를 동시에 실현시키는 기술 개발에 대해 다룬다.

중학생 뉴스포츠 참여자와 지도자간의 교환관계와 임파워먼트 및 학교생활만족 간의 구조적 관계

The purpose of study is to analyze the structural relationship among exchange relationship, empowerment and school life satisfaction of middle-school newsport participants and leader. In this study, 207 surveys were collected and the newsport participants were in S city middle-school. Data analysis was conducted using frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis. The analysis results are as follows. First LMX had a positive effect on empowerment. Second, TMX had a positive effect on empowerment. Third, LMX had a positive effect on school life satisfaction. Fourth, TMX had a positive effect on school life satisfaction. Fifth, empowerment had a positive effect on school life satisfaction. The results of this study suggest that it is possible to present basic data on the relationship between participants and leaders in the field of supplying new sports.

This study is to offer a basic document and supper most suitable plan for course of physical education. To achieve the aim, the supper factor of a course of physical education which is selected best excellence among 'the evaluation authorization in knowledge' carried out the Korean Council for University Education. The subject of study is that five universities which are selected best excellence in field of physical education among superior eighteen universities, estimated to be best excellence in 'the evaluation authorization in knowledge' by the Korean Council for University Education. The method of study use case study for documents are made by self evaluation and collected record of best excellence universities, operate inductive category analysis. Also, the writer simultaneously use triangulation, peer debriefing and methodical reflection. As the conclusion, a course of physical education ought to organize a course of study suitably by character of each studies. This compose the subjects which are coincided with the educational purpose for advance in a course of physical education, is contents of subject step by step by a school year which are adequate to the detailed field of physical education. Moreover, people establish many subjects which give various chance to become a leader of variable society and nation and continuously develop them.

The purpose of this study is to develop a sports program for social integration of multi-cultural youth. To do this, we conducted the following five steps of development process. In the first stage of goal setting, the satisfaction knowledge(pleasure), performance knowledge(physical), relationship knowledge(affective), conceptual knowledge(cognitive), four goals were set as goal elements of sports program for social integration through investigation and analysis of expert group and learner needs. The second stage program consisted of ten lecture programs in consideration of learner, instructor, facilities and curriculum. The program consisted of know-my-body, matting exercise, sports dodge ball, flying disk, broadcast dance, kin ball, ball game, golf, horse riding, and athletic track meet. In the application of the third stage program, the ten lecture programs was applied to thirty multi-cultural youth. In the fourth stage of verification and evaluation, analysis was made by the participants’ reports, interviews, and observation logs. As a result, satisfaction knowledge, performance knowledge, relationship knowledge, and conceptual knowledge were derived and knowledge of social integration was derived through categorization. In the fifth stage of final development, the program consisted of eighteen programs in total, including two programs in 10th grade with four elements of sports participation goal and knowledge of social integration. The contents consisted of initiation of know-my-body, physical moving, team-play 1, team-play 2, play with music, new sports 1, new sports 2, outdoor sports, sports favorites, and sports festival.

2급 생활스포츠지도사 실무연수 운영사례를 통한 발전방안 탐색

The purpose of this study is to explore the development plan for the practical training course for level 2 life sports instructors. This study analyzes practical training of the training course, which is considered to be the most important in the training process for the second-level life sports instructor for the development of qualification system for nationally qualified sports leaders. In-depth research on the practical training process was conducted by selecting participants of eight (multi-disciplinary) who completed practical training at the training center for second-level life sports instructors in the metropolitan areas, three general theoretical instructors, and two on-the-job training instructors. The following seven development methods were shown. First, re-establishing the meaning of practical training as a national qualification, second, improvement by adjusting the percentage of time spent on practical training, third, development of theoretical classes curriculum to strengthen the field, fourth, strengthening operations through the development of field training manuals, fifth, improving qualification eligibility by establishing provisions for recognition of sports expertise, sixth, post-acquisition training, and job-related program development, seventh, improving practical training through policy budget support. Starting in 2015, the qualification system for sports leaders that has been in operation has been completely reorganized, but there are still many problems. The training of the second-level life sports instructor is a nationally recognized test, and therefore efforts must be made to faithfully fulfill its role.
