태풍에 의한 벙어리뻐꾸기(Cuculus optatus)의 가을철 이동 실패 사례

On May 29, 2021, an Oriental Cuckoo (Cuculus optatus) was caught in mist nets on Socheong Island (37°45′41.4″N, 124°43′46.8″E), Ongjin-Gun, Incheon, South Korea, and a transmitter was fitted on to it. On September 12, 2021, a typhoon heading north on the Philippine Sea affected the autumn migration of the cuckoo. On the 15th, under the influence of the strong winds, the cuckoo was forced to move north to the southern sea of Jeju Island; subsequently, the transmitter signal stopped, indicating that the cuckoo was killed at sea. This report provides the first direct example to suggest that extreme weather conditions such as typhoons can cause the failure of migration across the sea for land birds. 2021년 5월 29일, 인천 옹진군 소청도에서 벙어리뻐꾸기(Cuculus optatus) 1개체를 포획하여 위치추적발신기 부착 후 이동 경로를 추적하였다. 이 개체는 가을철 남하 이동 중 2021년 9월 12일 필리핀해에서 북상 중인 태풍의 영향을 받았으며, 강한 바람에 휩쓸려 15일에는 제주도 남쪽까지 북상한 후 추적이 중단되어 해상에서 죽은 것으로 추정되었다. 본 보고는 태풍과 같은 극심한 기상 상황이 바다를 횡단하여 이동하는 육상조류의 이동 실패에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 보여주는 직접적인 사례를 최초로 제공한다.
알루미늄薄板 의 Stretch Forming 에 관한 硏究

A method of numerical analysis is proposed for the pure stretch forming of A1 sheet by hemi-spherical punch. The analysis is performed by Woo's general method under the condition of variable friction and plastic yielding is based on the new anisotropic yield function proposed by Hill. A comparison of the calculated results with experiment shows good agreement for various lubrication when the initial values of the coefficient of coulomb friction at pole are less than 0.4.

In the research of the rolling of strip, producing the strip with a close tolerance of thickness over the rolling direction was a principal object. But it was solved by the contribution of two-dimensional theory of rolling and the development of automatic gauge control system. And new requirements for the study of flatness, crown of rolled strip and edge drop grow up recently. These phenomena are closely related with the thickness distribution along the lateral direction of rolled strip. To analyse the thickness distribution of rolled strip along the lateral direction, elastic deformation of rolls and plastic deformation of work material must be discussed simultaneously. In this report, an approximate three-dimensional analysis based on Tozawa's three dimensional approach was applied to 12 cases of different rolling conditions and the numerical results were investigated. Especially stresses were laid upon the investigation of optimal boundary position between the three-dimensional analysis region and the plane strain analysis region. 본 연구에서는 Tozawa의 이와 같은 근사적 3차원 해석법을 검토하여 그 특징 을 살피고 판나비, 판두께, 압하율의 변화가 삼차원변형역과 평면변형역의 최적 경계 면 위치에 미치는 영향을 고찰하고자 한다.

Addressed in this paper is a factory focused manufacturing strategy in the agricultural and industrial estate of Chonbuk Province. A proper factory focusing model is selected and modified in order to apply it to the agricultural and industrial estate. The model includes following four variables ; corporate strategies, developmental stages of manufacturing systems, factory focusing, and business competitiveness. The Data for empirical investigation of the model have been collected from small and medium-sized firms, and analyzed using various procedures in SAS package. The main results of the analysis are ; (1) A manufacturing department can contribute to corporate success, where a main strategy is factory focusing, (2) As the factory focusing is going on, competitiveness of a corporation is further consolidated.
球狀黑鉛鑄鐵에 있어서 S添加 및 鑄物 두께에 關한 硏究

As the demand of Nodular Graphite Cast Iron increase, the study of this field is going on many ways. In this study, many effects of Sulphur content and casting thickness on the mechanical properties of Nodular Cast Iron was investigated. As a result, by incresing casting thickness, the size of Nodular Graphite grew larger, on the contrary, the number of Nodular Graphite was decreased. And the tensile strength and hardness was nearly uniform to the extent of 0.075 wt.% S (Mn/S = 7.3), but the tensile strength and hardness was decreased because of Carbides and Sulphides on the 0.090 wt.% S (Mn/S = 6.1). The elongation was rapidly decreased beyond 0.075 wt.% S (Mn/s = 7.3). Therefore, the Sulphur in Nodular Cast Iron can be controlled by Mn content. It reserved relatively good mechanical properties to the extent of 0.075 wt.% S (Mn/s = 7.3), it was almost the same with the thin section of casting.
