        암호화를 적용한 위치 공유 앱 개발

        Location sharing through apps is increasing, such as finding a friend's location or sharing delivery status on the Internet. However, location information is important personal information, and in some cases can be misused for crimes, and so encryption of location information is essential when developing such apps. This paper develops an app that encrypts and shares location information between friends for purposes such as finding friends and deciding meeting locations. To improve encryption performance, the symmetric key was encrypted and transmitted using an asymmetric key, and for location sharing, only the symmetric key was used to encrypt it. The proposed app was developed on iOS, and performance measurements showed that encryption of location information was at least 5,000 times faster when using a symmetric key than when using an asymmetric key.

        공원 수목 데이터베이스를 활용한 시민 과학 기반 Mapbox 온라인 지도 시각화 및 활용 연구 - 서울숲 공원의 수종별 수목 데이터를 활용하여 -

        Since trees in the city are green assets that create a healthy environment for the city, systematic management of trees improves urban ecosystem services. The sporadic urban tree information centered on the site is vast, and it is difficult to manage the data, so efforts to increase efficiency are needed. This paper summarizes tree data inventory based on data constructed by Seoul Green Trust activists and constructs and discloses online database maps using Tableau Software. In order to verify the utilization of the map, we divided into consumer and supplier aspects to collect various opinions and reflect feedback to implement tree database maps for each area and species of Seoul Forest. As a result, the utilization value of tree database in urban parks was presented. The technical significance of this study is to systematically record the process of constructing and implementing a dashboard directly using the Mapbox platform and Tableau Software in the field of landscaping for the first time in Korea. In addition, the implications and supplements of landscape information were derived by collecting user opinions on the results. This can be used as an exploratory basis in the process of developing online-based services such as web and apps by utilizing landscaping tree information in the future. Although the visualization database currently constructed has limitations that ordinary users cannot interact in both directions because it utilizes business intelligence tools in terms of service provision it has affirmed both the database construction and its usability in web public format. In the future it is essential to investigate the assets of the trees in the city park and to build a database as a public asset of the city. The survey participants positively recognized that information is intuitively presented based on the map and responded that it is necessary to provide information on the overall urban assets such as small parks and roadside trees by using open source maps in the future.

        헤어 미용서비스 마케팅 믹스요인(7Ps)이 고객만족 및 충성도에 미치는 영향

        This study attempted to investigate the influence of the 7Ps of marketing on customer satisfaction and loyalty in hair services with a goal of providing marketing strategies which are needed to increase revenues through such 7 elements of marketing. For this, a questionnaire survey was performed, and a total of 325 copies were used for final analysis. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis, using SPSS 21.0, and the results found the followings: First, among the 7Ps of marketing, ‘people’ was excluded. Instead, ‘partnership’ was added. In addition, customer satisfaction and loyalty are categorized as ‘uni-dimensional’. Second, as strategic marketing was used, customer satisfaction and loyalty further increased. Third, high customer satisfaction revealed high customer loyalty. In sum, it is anticipated that the 7Ps of marketing mix would have a positive influence on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty as differentiated strategic elements and increase sales. It is expected that there would further studies which are more reliable with a wide range of age and region and through segmentation of diverse variables.

        독도 해양과학연구 성과의 홍보현황과 활성화 방안 연구- 한국해양과학기술원 독도전문연구센터의 성과를 중심으로 -

        This study investigates and analyzes the current promotion of the results of Dokdo ocean science research and methods to invigorate the promotion as Dokdo Research Center, East Sea Research Institute, Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology (KIOST) has revealed the vast marine territory of Dokdo in the East Sea and found the value of the marine territory, contributing to the solid establishment of the island’s sovereignty as a Korean territory, along with its utilization and management, and has achieved a great results performing science research activities. Founded in 2006, Dokdo Research Center has constantly performed ocean science research on Dokdo and has promoted the results for 16 years. Methods to promote such results include academic papers, academic activities, patent obtaining, publication of books, media advertisement, exhibitions and academic events, photo books on Dokdo, a Dokdo series, and a Dokdo experience system. According to the released information on the results of the research on Dokdo ocean science by Dokdo Research Center, during the period from 2006 to 2020, it published 82 academic papers, made 226 academic presentations, obtained 11 patents, published 35 books, made 1158 media advertisements, held 32 exhibitions, organized 227 academic events (e.g., workshop, seminar, symposium), held 107 lectures for the general public, conducted 791 field trips (visits), provided data 226 times, totaling about 3,000 promotional efforts. Although active promotional efforts for Dokdo have been made by the general public, such as civic groups and the Voluntary Agency Network of Korea, or VANK, researchers on Dokdo ocean science have not made sufficient promotional efforts for their academic results. Therefore, this paper suggests the following methods to invigorate the promotion. First, it is necessary to assign names to all rocks of the 89 dependent islets, in addition to Dongdo and Seodo, for makings in a new marine and submarine topographic map, and then produce and distribute related maps and leaflets. Second, rocks on land damaged by the nature, such as weathering, should be constantly monitored in terms of the utilization and development of Dokdo. Third, a comprehensive marine observation system of Dokdo should be built and real-time service should be provided to improve the use of data on the ocean and environment of the island. 이 연구는 한국해양과학기술원 동해연구소 독도전문연구센터가 동해의 바닷속 펼쳐진 거대한 독도의 해양영토를 밝히고 그 가치를 찾아 한국의 영토로서 확고한 주권확립과 이용관리에 기여하고 있으며, 과학연구 활동으로 많은 성과를 이루어내고 있기 때문에 독도 해양과학연구 성과를 중심으로 홍보현황과 활성화 방안에 대하여 조사와 분석을 한 것이다. 이 독도전문연구센터는 2006년도에 설립되어 올해 16년째 독도 해양과학연구를 꾸준히 하고 있으며, 축적된 연구 성과에 대하여 홍보를 하였다. 이러한 독도 해양과학연구 성과의 홍보 방법으로는 학술논문, 학술활동, 특허, 서적출간, 언론홍보, 전시회 및 학술행사, 독도관련 화보집, 총서와 독도체험시스템 등이 있다. 독도전문연구센터의 독도 해양과학연구 성과의 홍보현황을 보면 2006년부터 2020년까지 학술논문은 82편, 학술발표 226편, 특허 11건, 서적 35종, 언론홍보 1158건, 전시회 32건, 학술행사(워크숍, 세미나, 심포지엄 등) 227건, 대중강연 107건, 견학(방문) 791건, 자료제공 226건 등 약 3천건 정도로 집계되었다. 독도 시민단체와 반크 등 일반인의 독도 홍보활동은 많이 이루어지고 있지만, 독도 해양과학 연구자들의 독도 성과와 홍보에 관한 것은 아직 충분치 않은 실정이라고 할 수 있다. 그래서 본고에서는 다음과 같은 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 새로운 해양, 해저지형 표기에 있어서 동도, 서도 외 89개 부속 섬의 전체 바위명칭 부여 및 지도, 리플릿 제작 배포가 필요하다. 둘째, 독도 이용개발에 있어서 육상의 경우에는 자연환경에 의한 풍화작용 등의 영향으로 바위가 훼손되는 현상을 지속적으로 모니터링 해야 한다. 셋째, 독도 해양 및 환경자료 활용을 확대하여 독도 통합관측시스템을 구축 및 운영하여 실시간 서비스 제공도 지속적이어야 한다.

        Analysis on Pre­service Mathematics Teachers’ Statistical Literacy in Lesson Plan

        This study aims to investigate the statistical literacy of pre-service mathematics teachers and to discuss the impact of statistical literacy in lesson plan. For the purpose of this study, we analyzed 13 pre-service mathematics teachers’ statistical literacy tests and lesson plans. The results of this analysis are as follows: First, pre-service mathematics teachers did not have a high level of statistical literacy, and it was also observed that there was a big level difference between them. Second, pre-service mathematics teachers‘ lesson plans showed significant difference in the level of the target grade, the characteristics of the target student, and the contents. Based on this study, we seek to find implications for how it is appropriate to educate teachers in charge of statistical education.

        일본의 독도 상륙작전에 대한 한국의 방어 작전통제권 연구

The ROK Forces are under operation control of the commander of the UNC. since 1950. The mission of the United Nation Forces under operation control fo the United Nations Command has been to repel the armed attacks. The Secounty Coaneal in its Resolution of June 27 recommanded that the members of the United Nations to repel armed attack ... This mission of the United Nations Forces was confirmed in the Securit Counale Resolution of July 7 whish established the United Nations Command. Therefore the mission of the Commander of the UNC is to UNC repel the armed attacks. On account of the mission of the commander, the operation control authority of the Command, UNC id restrickted to repel the No, the Roream armed attack. There id no The operation control autherity of the Command, UNC on the ROK Force’s defending operation against the landing operation of the Japanese Self-defense Force on Dokdo. 한국정부는 1952년 1월 18일 “인접해양의 주권에 관한 대통령 선언”을 공표하였다. 일본은 2018년 3월 27일 미해병대를 모델로 2개 연대 2,100명 규모의 수륙기동대를 발족하고 미해병대의 첨단장비를 도입하였고 2021년까지 연대 규모로 확대해 나간다는 계획을 발표하였다. 이에 따라 일본 수륙기동대가 독도에 상륙작전을 전개해 올 경우 한국해병대는 여러 가지 대책을 강구하고 있다. 한국의 영토와 독도에 일본 수륙기동대의 상륙작전은 국제연합헌장 제51조에 규정된 자위권 행사의 요건중 하나인 ‘무력적 공격’(armed attack) 발생이라는 요건을 구비한 것으로 한국의 방어 작전은 헌장상 합법적인 자위권의 행사로 인정될 검토의 여지가 없다. 국제연합군사령관의 작전통제권은 북한의 무력적 공격을 격퇴하는데 한정된다. 1969년 4월 10일 체결된 주월 한국군사령관과 주월 미군사령관간에 체결된 “군사실무약정서” 제3항은 “주월 한국군 전 장병의 지휘권은 대한민국 정부가 임명한 주월 한국군사령관에게 있다”라고 규정하고 있다. 독도는 통합방위법상 갑종 또는 을종 사태의 경우 제1함대사령관의 관할 하에 있고, 독도에 상륙하는 일본자위대에 대한 한국군의 방어 작전은 국제연합군사령관의 작전통제권이 미치지 않는 것이다.

        미용실 선택속성이 고객감정반응과 행동의도에 미치는 영향

        This study attempted to provide beauty salons with useful data needed to make profits by making customers clearly aware their distinctiveness through beauty salon selection attributes after investigating the influence of such attributes on customers’ emotional responses and behavioral intention. For this, a questionnaire survey was performed, and a total of 341 copies were used for final analysis. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis, using SPSS 24.0, and the results found the followings: First, beauty salon selection attributes were divided into products, convenience facilities, human services and interior image. In addition, customers’ emotional responses were classified into cognitive and emotional responses while behavioral intention remains in a single dimension. Second, beauty salon selection attributes had a positive effect on customer’ emotional response and behavioral intention with statistical significance. The above results confirm that beauty salon selection attributes affect customer emotions and at the same time induce positive customer behavior. In other words, they could be a good means of marketing to attract customers. It is anticipated that there would be further studies with more diverse age ranges and regions through the segmentation of variables.

        미술가의 차별화 전략에 관한 연구 - ‘예술계’(Art World) 개념과 장 미셀 바스키아(Jean‐Michel Basquiat) 사례를 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to explore the strategy of differentiating an artist by various intermediaries’ activities such as curators, collectors, critics, and dealers. To do so, we consider Howard Becker’s concept of Art worlds(2008 [1982]) as a theoretical framework. Jean-Michel Basquiat served as a single case and historical document were analyzed according to the theme of this paper. To discover the problems that could occur in the process, we took Peter Burger’s(1986) critical view of the institutional theory of the arts for examining possible oppression of an artist’s autonomy and invasion of art work’s essence intended by Basquiat according to authoritative acts of the art world. By doing so, within the perspective of the sociology of arts, the contribution of this paper lies in deepening our understanding of the distinctiveness of art and various intermediaries who engage with institutions in the arts. This can be overlooked in positivistic research on the marketing and branding of artists within the literature of management. 본 연구의 목적은 예술계(art world)를 구성하는 큐레이터, 컬렉터, 미술 비평가, 딜러 등과 같은 미술시장 매개자들의 활동을 통해 이루어지는 미술가의 차별화 전 략을 살펴보는 데 있다. 이를 위해, 본 연구는 하워드 베커(Howard Becker, 2008[1982])의 예술계 개념을 통해 이론적 틀을 구성하였다. 단일 사례로 장 미셀 바스키아(Jean-Michel Basquiat)를 채택하고, 선택적으로 수집된 역사적 자료는 이 연구의 주제에 맞춰 분석되었다. 또한, 예술계에 의한 예술가의 차별화 전략 구성 의 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 포착하고자, 페터 뷔르거(Peter Burger, 1986)**의 예술 제도론에 대한 비판적 시각에 근거하여, 예술계의 권위적인 행위로 인한 예술작품 본연의 의미 퇴색과 예술가 자율성의 침범 가능성에 대하여 살펴보 았다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 경영학을 도구적으로 적용하여 예술가의 브랜드화와 마 케팅 전략을 탐구하는 실증주의(positivism) 연구에서 간과하는, 예술이 가진 특수 성의 이해를 기반으로 예술제도의 논리와 복잡한 관계를 유지하는 다양한 미술시장 매개자들의 활동들에 대해 예술 사회학적 측면에서 짚고자 한다.
