        Changing of a business environment, the importance of logistics was increased. Recently, instead of transaction cost decreased, logistics cost increased and the complexity of logistics management was increased. A strategic logistics outsourcing is applied for concentration of company's core competence. A 4PL service which is combined a information system and a management consulting is proposed. As the logistics transportation demand is increased, it became necessary that we should have a compatible and applicable transportation management system. Also It became necessary that we should have a system of optimization and planning. This paper describes a design and implementation of web-based transportation management system considering auto dispatching algorithm.

        Stress Analysis in Cooling Process for Thermal Nanoimprint Lithography with Imprinting Temperature and Residual Layer Thickness of Polymer Resist

        Nanoimprint lithography (NIL) is a next generation technology for fabrication of micrometer and nanometer scale patterns. There have been considerable attentions on NIL due to its potential abilities that enable cost-effective and high-throughput nanofabrication to the display device and semiconductor industry. Up to now there have been a lot of researches on thermal NIL, but most of them have been focused on polymer deformation in the molding process and there are very few studies on the cooling and demolding process. In this paper a cooling process of the polymer resist in thermal NIL is analyzed with finite element method. The modeling of cooling process for mold, polymer resist and substrate is developed. And the cooling process is numerically investigated with the effects of imprinting temperature and residual layer thickness of polymer resist on stress distribution of the polymer resist. The results show that the lower imprinting temperature, the higher the maximum von Mises stress and that the thicker the residual layer, the greater maximum von Mises stress.

        열-나노임프린트 공정의 점탄성 유한요소해석

        최근 나노임프린트 리소그래피 공정이 마이크로/나노스케일의 소자 개발에 있어서 경제적으로 대량 생산할 수 있는 기술로 주목 받고 있다. 나노 스케일의 패턴을 성공적으로 전사하기 위해서는 폴리머의 기계적 거동에 대한 이해를 바탕으로, 적절한 공정 조건 즉, 압력, 온도, 시간 등의 선택이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 열-나노임프린트 공정에서의 충전과정을 해석하기 위하여 비선형 유한요소법을 이용하였으며, 폴리머의 거동을 점탄성으로 가정하여 재료의 응력완화 효과를 고려하였다. 해석을 통하여 온도 및 몰드의 패턴형상이 열-나노임프린트 공정에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. Nanoimprint lithography (NIL) is an emerging technology enabling cost-effective and high-throughput nanofabrication. To successfully imprint a nano-sized pattern, the process conditions such as temperature, pressure, and time should be appropriately selected. This starts with a clear understanding of polymer material behavior during the NIL process. In this work, the squeezing of thin polymer films into nanocavities during the thermal NIL has been investigated based upon a two-dimensional viscoelastic finite element analysis in order to understand how the process conditions affect a pattern quality. The simulations have been performed within the viscoelastic plateau region and the stress relaxation effect has been taken into account.

        대면적 UV 임프린팅 공정에서 유연 몰드의 변형

        Recently there have been considerable attentions on nanoimprint lithography (NIL) by the display device and semiconductor industry due to its potential abilities that enable cost-effective and high-throughput nanofabrication. Although one of the current major research trends of NIL is large-area patterning, the technical difficulties to keep the uniformity of the residual layer become severer as the imprinting area increases more and more. In this paper we focused on the deformation of the 2^nd generation TFT-LCD sized (370×470 mm^2) large-area soft mold in the UV imprinting process. A mold was fabricated with PDMS(Poly-dimethyl Siloxane) layered glass back plate(t0.5). Besides, the mold includes large surrounding wall type protrusions of 1.9 mm width and the via-hole(7㎛ diameter) patterend area. The large surrounding wall type protrusions cause the proximity effect which severely degrades the uniformity of residual layer in the via-hole patterend area. Therefore the deformation of the mold was calculated by finite element analysis to assess the effect of large surrounding wall type protrusions and the flexiblity of the mold. The deformation of soft mold was verified by the measurements qualitatively.

        한국특수교육에서의 생애사 연구 동향분석 -2000∼2017년을 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study was to synthesize research trends about Life History research in Korean Special Education by analyzing 64 articles from 2000 to 2017 in Korea. A total of 64 articles were analyzed in terms of ‘period trend’, ‘yearly trend’, ‘object of study’, ‘disability area’, ‘duration of study’, ‘numbers of subjects’, ‘topic of study’, ‘data analysis’, ‘research methodology’. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, the research papers of Life History were greatly increased afterwards 2008. Second, yearly trend shows master’s and doctor’s theses getting investigated after 2013. Domestic journals have the most research in 2015. Third, most object of study were children with disability, and parents of children with disability. Fourth, physical disability and persons without disabilities were majority area in disability area. Fifth, 22 articles(34.3%) shows most preferred on 3~5 month in duration of study. Sixth, highly frequent numbers of subjects was one person, in 20 articles(31.3%). Seventh, 62 articles(96.9%) researched with interview on methods of research. Eighth, the main topics of research resulted into: life history of person with disability 24 articles(37.5%), nursing experience of person with disability 11 articles(17.2%), person with severe disability life 10 articles(15.6%), women with disabilities life 8 articles(12.5%), achievements of special education 7 articles(10.9%), workers related person with disabilities 3 articles(4.7%), others 1 article (1.6%). Finally, others 19 articles(29.7%) were majority among all. Most research papers, without achievements of special education, were encoded by topic and categorized. Based on this results, the author discussed and explored the improvement and development directions about life history study for a better qualitative study in special education. 본 연구는 한국특수교육에서 생애사 연구 동향분석을 위해 2000년부터 2017년까지 총 64편을 선정하여 시대별 동향, 연도별 동향, 연구대상, 장애영역, 연구기간, 연구 참여자 수, 자료수집, 연구주제, 자료 분석을 기준으로 분석하였다. 64편의 연구논문을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시대별 동향은 2008년 이후에 생애사 연구에 대한 관심이 점점 확대되었고, 둘째, 연도별 동향은 2013년 이후 국내 석․박사 학위논문이 점차 연구가 진행되었고, 국내 학술지 논문은 2015년도에 가장 많은 연구가 이루어졌다. 셋째, 연구대상은 장애인과 장애아 부모를 대상으로 한 연구가 많았으며, 넷째, 장애영역별 분석결과 지체장애인과 비장애인을 대상으로 연구한 논문의 비중이 가장 높았다. 다섯째, 연구기간은 3~5개월 기간이 22편(34.3%)으로 가장 선호하는 기간으로 나타났고, 여섯째, 연구 참여자는 1명이 20편(31.3%)으로 가장 높은 빈도를 차지하고 있었으며, 일곱째, 연구의 자료 수집 방법은 면담/심층면접이 62편(96.8%)으로 가장 많았다. 여덟째, 연구주제로는 장애인의 생애사가 24편(37.5%), 장애인의 양육경험 11편(17.2%), 중도장애인의 삶 10편(15.6%), 여성장애인의 삶 8편(12.5%), 특수교육업적 7편(10.9%), 장애인 관련 종사자 3편(4.7%), 기타 1편(1.6%)으로 파악되었다. 마지막으로 자료 분석은 기타 19편(29.7%)이 가장 많이 나타났고 특수교육업적을 제외한 대부분 연구논문이 주제별 코딩 작업을 하여 범주화 한 논문이 많았다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 특수교육 분야에서 질 높은 질적연구의 수행을 위한 생애사연구의 개선점과 발전방향을 논의하였다.
