Objective : This study was performed to investigate the Anti-Inflammatory Effects of WooBangHaeGiTang on the Allergic Contact dermatitis. Method : Contact hypersensitivity assay, video microscope, WBC count, RBU count, neutrophil ratio, lymphpcyte ratio and GOT & GPT were measurd. Result : 1. At Contact hypersensitivity Aasay, at 24 hours after Control group & Sample group showed appreciably more ear swelling than Normal group, at 48 hours after Control group showed more ear swelling than Normal group & Sample group, at 72 hours after Control group & Sample group showed more ear swelling than Normal group 2. Regarding the number of WBC, at 24 or 48 hours after There are no significant difference among Normal group, Control group. Sample group, at 72 hours after Sample group showed more WBC than Control group. 3. Regarding the number of RBC, at 24 hours after Control group showed more RBC than Normal group, at 48 hours after Control group & Sample group showed more RBC than Normal group. at 72 hours after Control group showed more RBC than Normal group. 4. Regarding the percentage of neutrophil in WBC, at 24 & 48 hours after Control group & Sample group showed higher percentage than Normal group. 5. Regarding the percentage of Lymphocyte in WBC, at 24 hours after Sample group showed lower percentage than Normal group, at 48 hours after Sample group & Control group showed lower percentage than Normal group. 6. Regarding the GOT & GPT in blood, the GOT & GPT are in Normal scale, so there are no Hepatotoxicity in Normal group, Control group, Sample group. Conclusions : According to above experiments, WooBangHaeGiTang have some anti allergy effects on allergic contact dermatitis.

북한 정치사상교양에 대한 연구

본 연구는 북한이 사회주의 정치체제를 유지하기 위하여 대내외 정세 변화에 어떻게 대응하여 왔는가를 고찰하였다. 구체적으로 이데올로기의 발전과정과 그에 따른 정치사상교양의 목표와 내용의 변화과정에 대하여 살펴보았다. 북한은 정권 수립 당시 마르크스-레닌주의를 정치이념으로 내세웠으나, 구소련과 중국과의 관계에서 자주성을 확보하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 주체사상을 정립하였다. 이후 주체사상이 마르크스-레닌주의를 대체하고 당의 유일사상으로 격상되면서, 주체사상은 북한 사회 전반을 지배하는 절대적 사상으로 정착하게 되었다. 구소련의 해체와 동구권 사회주의국가의 몰락, 그리고 김일성의 사망으로 정치적 불안감이 고조되었던 시기에는 다양한 슬로건이 등장하였으나, 이것이 주체사상의 근본적인 변화나 대체를 의미하지는 않는다. 북한의 정치사상교양은 주체사상에 기초한 사상개조사업으로서, 투철한 혁명의식과 주체사상으로 무장하고 당과 수령에 무조건 충성하고 복종하는 북한 특유의 공산주의적 인간을 육성하는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 정치사상교양은 북한주민들을 사상적으로 통제하여 북한 정치체제의 유지와 가부장적 권력세습체제의 정착에 기여한다. 정치사상교양은 북한 체제를 지탱해주는 가장 핵심적인 기제이며, 앞으로도 북한의 교육에서 가장 중요한 위치를 차지할 것이다. 북한의 정치사상교양의 분석은 북한의 당면과제, 사회적 분위기, 혹은 북한이 지향하는 인간상의 파악에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 또한 정치사상교양을 통해 형성된 북한 주민들의 가치관과 세계관도 이해할 수 있는 방법을 모색할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to explore how North Korea has dealt with domestic and foreign changes in order to sustain the socialist political system. Specifically this study considers how North Korea has developed its own ruling ideology, and correspondently what happened to the objectives and contents of political idea education. Setting up a government, North Korea advocated Marxism-Leninism. However, North Korea established Juche Idea in order to insure independency in the relationship with old Soviet Union and China. After Juche Idea has been elevated to Yuil Idea, the idea of uniqueness and top priority. it became an absolute idea dominating the whole North Korea. Due to the fall of old Soviet Union and Eastern European socialist nations and the death of Kim Ilsung, a political unrest in North Korea has been growing. A variety of slogans have been appeared so as to find a way out of the difficulties, but any of them did not lead to fundamental changes or substitute Juche Idea. Political ideal education is thought-remolding project based on Juche Idea, producing communist people peculiar to North Korea who are armed with Juche Idea and revolutional awareness and are loyal to Supreme leader and the ruling Workers Party. Political Idea education has contributed to the sustenance of North Korea political system and the smooth transition into father-to-son power succession by controlling North Korean ideologically. Political idea education is a most essential mechanism supporting North Korea regime, and continues to occupy an important position in North Korea education system. The analysis of political idea education of North Korea will help grasp a urgent problem, a social atmosphere, or a desirable human type. Furthermore we can find a way to understand their sense of values and view of the world formed by political idea education.

황지우 `해체시` 텍스트의 의미생성과정 고찰 -시적 언어로서의 상호텍스트성과 관련하여-

본고는 황지우의 시론인 `시적인 것`에 대한 검토와 그 시론을 배경으로 하여 문학사적 차원에서 일명 `해체시`로 불리웠던 그의 대표적인 `형태파괴 시`의 의미생성과정에 관한 고찰을 목적으로 한다. “나는 `시`를 추구하지 않고 `시적인 것`을 추구한다.”는 황지우의`시적인 것`에 대한 명제는 당시의 관습적인 시 장르의 해체와 갱신으로서의 시적 방법론이라고 할 수 있는 바, 이 `시적인 것`의 의미 맥락을 전제로 하여 `해체시` 텍스트의 의미생성과정을 시적 언어로서의 상호텍스트성 개념을 빌어 고찰하고자 기획한 것이다. 본고에서 살펴 본 시적 언어로서의 상호텍스트성은 일반적이고 논리적인 언어와는 달리 시적 언어가 갖는 특성인데, 시적 언어는 몇 개의 약호가 교차하면서 서로를 부정하는 관계에 놓여있으므로 시적 언어로서의 상호텍스트성은 텍스트의 단일하고 통합된 의미를 거부한다는 측면에서 텍스트의 복수성, 불확정성과 관련되고, 역사적이고 문화적이며, 사회적인 진행과정에 연결된다는 측면에서 동시대의 정치성과 연결된다. 따라서 시에서의 상호텍스트성은 수평적 차원(쓰기 주체와 수신자)과 수직적 차원(동시대의 역사, 문화, 사회적 텍스트들)을 통해 텍스트의 열린 구조를 지향하는 기제가 되는데, 본고에서는 이러한 상호텍스트성을 통해 황지우의 `해체시` 텍스트가 생산한 의미의 복수성, 불확정성과 `시적인 것`과 `정치적인 것`의 동시적인 공존 가능성에 대한 시학적 규명을 시도해 보았다. 특히나 `시적인 것`과 관련된 황지우의 시론을 검토한 결과 추출된 핵심 키워드를 의미의 복수성, 불확정성, 현실지시성으로 설정하여 그의 `해체시` 텍스트와 결부시켜 살펴보고자 할 때, 시적 언어로서의 상호텍스트성은 `보기`와 `보여주기`로서의 `간주관성`과 “미적인 것은 정치적이며, 정치적인 것은 미적이다”라는 그의 `시적인 것`과 `정치적인 것`의 동시공존가능성을 시학적으로 규명해줄 수 있는 유효한 방법을 제공해주었다. This study aims to examine `the poetic` which is well known as the poetic theory of Ji-woo Hwang, and to investigate the process of text significance in his representative `poems with deconstruction of form` that used to be called as `deconstruction poetry` in the history of literature, with his poetic theory as a background. “I do not pursue `poetry` but `the poetic`”, said Ji-woo Hwang and this thesis of `the poetic` could be seen as a poetic methodology as destruction and renewal of conventional genre of poetry at that time. Thus, with the context of significance of `the poetic` as a prerequisite, the process of text significance is examined in this study with the concept of intertextuality in poetic language. The intertextuality of poetic language in this study is a particular characteristics of poetic language, distinguished from the general and logical language, and as the poetic language involves mutual denial in the crossing of a few codes, it is related to the plurality and uncertainty of text from that point of view, and it is also connected with the political nature of the era as it is related to the process of historical, cultural and social development. Therefore, the intertextuality in poetry becomes the base to pursue the open structure of texts through horizontal level (the subjective writer and the receiver) as well as the vertical level (historical, cultural and social texts of the time), and in this study, it is attempted to clarify whether the plurality and uncertainty of significance in the texts produced by Ji-woo Hwang`s `deconstruction poetry` could co-exist coincidentally with `the poetic` and `the political`. Especially, the keywords resulted from the research of the poetic theory of Ji-woo Hwang in relation to `the poetic`, have been decided to be plurality, uncertainty and reality-referentiality, in order to connect it with his texts of `deconstruction poetry`, and that has provided a base for an effective method to clarify the possibility of the coincidental coexistence of intertextuality as poetic language and the `intersubjectivity` of `seeing` and `showing`, and `the poetic` and `the political`, as shown in his argument of `the beautiful is political and the political is beautiful.`

성인에서 발생한 Henoch-Schonlein 신염의 예후인자

Purpose: Renal involvement of Henoch-Schonlein (HS) purpura is common, and the long-term prognosis depends on the degree of renal injury. The aim of our study was to search for prognostic factors of HS nephritis and its relationship with clinical, laboratory, and renal pathologic features. Methods: Study population consisted of 81 patients (age ≥15 years) with HS nephritis who had been admitted to Chungnam National University Hospital from January, 1991 to February, 2008. We reviewed the clinical symptoms, laboratory data and pathologic findings of kidney of total 81 patients, and also analyzed the relationship between these and renal prognosis. Results: The mean age of patients was 40.6 years and the median duration of follow-up was 16 months. Male to female ratio was 1.08. Kidney biopsies were carried out in 61 patients (75.4%). Regarding renal function, 14 (17.3%) of patients reached moderate to severe renal insufficiency, and 4 (4.9%) progressed to end-stage renal disease within 16 months (median, range 1.5-196 months) after diagnosis. Complete clinical remission was achieved in 26 patients (32.1%). The presence of gastrointestinal symptoms, relapse of purpura, hypertension, nephrotic syndrome, renal insufficiency, increased level of serum immunoglobulin A, and the magnitude of crescents and sclerotic glomeruli were significantly associated with poor renal prognosis (all p<0.05). In multivariate logistic regression analysis, initial elevated serum creatinine level and hypertension were independent prognostic factors (p=0.013, p=0.007). Conclusion: We concluded that the initial clinical findings including renal function and hypertension are important prognostic factors in adult HS nephritis.

아쿠타가와 류노스케 문학에 나타난 가족표상 -만년의 작품을 중심으로-

본고는 아쿠타가와의 만년의 텍스트 『주유의 말』 『갓파』 『어느 바보의 일생』에 나타난 가족표상에 대해 아쿠타가와의 전기를 다룬 문헌과 함께 살펴보았다. 그의 문학은 아포리즘과 우화형식을 취하고 있어 다양한 해석이 가능하다. 그래서 텍스트의 행간에 담긴 아쿠타가와의 실제체험과 그 의미에 주목했다. 이 텍스트들은 아쿠타가와가 죽음을 결의한 시기에 쓴 작품들인 만큼 그의 내면에서 분출되는 가식이 없는 육성이 많이 들어있음을 고찰했다. 아쿠타가와가 그려낸 가족 표상은 인간불신에 토대하고 있어서 부정적이고 회의적 요소가 강하다. 그가 인식한 부모와 자식은 비극의 근원, 가족은 이기적 사랑의 공동체이다. 그리고 가족제도는 부조리한 제도라고 말하고 있다. 이러한 인식의 배경에는 그의 자의식을 형성한 가정환경 및 청년기 실연 체험이 있으며 엄혹한 시대상황도 일조했다고 보았다. This paper examines the representation of family in Akutagawa’s three works of later years “shuju no kotoba” “kappa” “A life of a fool”. These works take the form of aphorism and allegory, so I paid attention to reading between the lines. These text are wrritten he decided to die. Because of that, I think there is serious inner voice. The family representation that he describes is based on human distrust. The relationship between parents and children that hi recognized is the root of tragedy. And the family is a community of selfish love. He also thinks that the family system is a foolish and absurd system. Behind the perception is the home environment that shaped his self-consciousness. In addition, it was considered that frustrated marrage experience and dark times also had an influence. To write this paper, I referred to several of his biographies.

Diabetic nephropathy is the leading cause of end-stage renal disease, and is associated with increased risk of cardiovascular disease. Optimal control of blood glucose and blood pressure based on the blockade of renin-angiotensin system is the standard of care for the prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Regardless of these therapies, the prevalence of diabetic nephropathy continues to increase, highlighting the need for additional therapies. Diabetes affects the progression of kidney disease through a variety of mechanisms; several new therapeutic agents targeting these pathways have been developed, with currently being evaluated in clinical trials. 1990년대 후일담 시에 나타난 ‘아직-아닌-존재의 존재론(Ontologie des Noch-Seins)’과 희망의 원리 - 박영근과 백무산의 시를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 1990년대 문학의 한 조류이자, 1980년대와 1990년대의 ‘연속’과 ‘단절’이라는 문학사적 논쟁의 중심에 위치했던 후일담문학의 하위 장르로서의 ‘후일담 시’에 나타난 사유와 존재론적 특성을 살펴보고자 함에 있다. 이를 통해 그동안 1990년대 후일담문학이 주로 소설 장르에 초점이 맞춰진 까닭에 상대적으로 조명을 받지 못했던 1990년대 후일담 시의 문학사적 의의에 대해 접근해보고자 한다. 본 연구는 후일담 시에 나타난 미래지향적인 존재론의 특성을 보다 보편적인 논리로 규명할 수 있는 방법론 차원에서 에른스트 블로흐의 ‘아직 아닌- 존재의 존재론(Ontologie des Noch-Seins)’과 그것이 내재한 ‘희망의 원리에’ 대한 전유를 통해 1990년대 후일담 시의 정신사적인 의미를 규명해보고자 했다. 블로흐의 ‘아직 아닌-존재의 존재론’은 ‘살고 있는 순간의 어두움’으로부터 비롯된다. ‘살고 있는 순간의 어두움’은 ‘아직-아닌-존재’의 전초(Front)로서 ‘어두움Dunkelheit’과 아님Nicht’, 어두움과 개방성이 종국적으로 유토피아를 향해 나아가는 것으로 파악되는 것이고, 그것이 바로 희망의 원리가 된다. 블로흐가 제시한 희망의 원리를 바탕으로 박영근과 백무산의 시를 살펴보면 박영근의 후일담 계열의 시에 나타난 어둠은 환멸과 회한으로 묻혀버릴 수 있는 소멸의 어둠이 아니었다. 그의 시에 나타난 어둠은 ‘뜨거움’이라는 주체의 존재론적인 윤리학을 내장한 ‘살아가는 순간의 어둠’이요, 빛을 반사하기 위한 희망의 전초기지이자 저장고였다. 백무산의 후일담 계열에서 볼 수 있었던 어둠 속에서의 길 찾기는 어둠을 견뎌내는 존재의 윤리학이 발견한 시대의 빛으로 존재했다. 어둠의 전초에서 포기하지 않고 혹독하게 견뎌낸 길 찾기는 빛을 향해 나아갈 수 있는 희망의 씨앗이었던 것이다. The purpose of this study is to think and exist in ‘Later-Talked’ poems as a sub-genre of ‘Later-Talked’ literature, which was a tide in literature in the 1990s and was at the center of literary historical debate of ‘continuity’ and ‘breaking’ in the 1980s and 1990s. Through this, I would like to approach the significance of the literary history of ‘Later-Talked’ poems in the 1990s, which was relatively unclear because the ‘Later- Talked’ literature in the 1990s was mainly focused on the genre of novels. In this study, I tried to find a methodology that can clarify the characteristics of the future-oriented ontology that appeared in later talked poems with a more universal logic. Through the appropriation of Ernst Bloch’s “Ontologie des Noch-Seins” and “The Principle of Hope,” I tried to clarify the psychological meaning of the Later-Talked poems in 1990s. Let’s look at the poems of Young-geun Park and Musan Paik based on the principle of hope suggested by Ernst Bloch. The darkness that appeared in Park Young-geun’s poem was not the darkness of extinction that could be buried with disillusionment and regret. The darkness that appeared in his poems was “the darkness of the moment of life” through “hotness”, and was an outpost and storehouse of hope to reflect light. The finding of the way in the darkness, which was seen in Baekmusan’s later-talked poems, existed as the light of the times discovered by the ethics of beings that endure the darkness. Finding the path that he endured harshly without giving up on the outpost of darkness was the seed of hope that could move toward the light.
