사이버보안 전문인력 획득을 위한 사이버보안 훈련생에 특화된 훈련성과 측정 모델에 관한 연구

We proposed a specialized model of performance measurement to measure the training performance of the trainees in cyber practical training. Cyber security professionals are cultivating their expertise, skills, and competencies through cyber practical training in specialized education and training institutions. The our proposed process of trainee evaluation is consisted of an evaluation component discovery, evaluation item selection, evaluation index catalog, ratings and criteria decision, and calculation formula. The trainee evaluation is consisted of a formative evaluation during the training and an overall evaluation after finished training. Formative evaluation includes progress evaluation and participation evaluation, and overall evaluation includes practice evaluation and learning evaluation. The evaluation is weighted according to the importance of evaluation type. Because it is evaluated actual skills and abilities, competencies are assigned a high weight, while knowledge and attitudes are assigned a low weight. If cyber security trainees are evaluated by the proposed evaluation model, cyber security professionals can be cultivated by each skill and knowledge level and can be deployed by importance of security task.

소각로 폐열을 이용한 요소수 주입 공정 개발

선택 적 비촉매 환원법 (Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction)은 소각로의 연소실 내부로 환원제를 주입하여 연소과정에서 발생하는 질소산화물을 제거하는 기술이다. 대부분의 소각시설에서는 환원제로 요소수를 사용하고 있으며, 이류체 노즐을 통하여 분사된 요소수는 연소가스 중 질소산화물을 질소와 수증기로 환원시킨다. 이러한 선택적 비촉매 환원법의 경우에 초기 투자비 및 유지비가 적다는 장점이 있으나 요소수가 액상으로 주입되기 때문에 질소산화물과의 반웅 효율이 낮아 일부 미반응된 요소수가 대기 중으로 배출되는 암모니아 슬립 발생에 대한 문제점이 있다. 또한 계속해서 강화되는 대기오염물질 배출허용기준과 미세먼지 관리 종합대책의 후속 조치로 질소산화물 배출 부과금제가 시행됨에 따라 기존의 소각시설들은 질소산화물의 관리를 강화할 수 있는 현실적인 대책이 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 요소수를 기화시킨 후 소각로 내부로 주입하여 암모니아 슬립 발생은 줄이면서 질소산화물의 저감 효율은 극대화하고자 하였으며, 추가적인 가열설비의 구축 없이 소각로에서 발생되는 폐열을 활용하여 이를 구현하고자 하였다. 요소수의 기화 및 주입을 위하여 소각로 잉여 열원의 현황을 파악하고 운영조건을 사전에 검토하였으며, 온도와 압력에 따른 요소수의 기화 특성을 실험적으로 확인하여 설비 제작을 위한 설계 인자를 도출하였다.

고대 로마사 문헌 사료 편집 사례 연구 - 타키투스의 『연대기』 제1권 1-2장을 중심으로 -

본고는, 고대 로마의 역사를 다룰 때 필요한 가장 우선적인 문헌학적 준비 과정에 주목하고 있다. 일종의 사례 연구로서 이하에서는, 학계에서 통용되는 타키투스의 『연대기』 비판 편집본 두 종을 선별해 그 서두 부분을 비교했다. 1906년 ‘옥스퍼드 고전 문헌’(OCT) 총서에 포함되어 출간된 이래 기이하게도 여전히 상당한 권위를 누리고 있는 피셔(C. D. Fisher)의 편집본이 그 첫 번째 대상이다. 반대로, 비판 장치를 상당히 잘 갖추었음에도 불구하고 보르자크(István Borzsák)가 1992년 ‘토이브너 그리스, 로마 문헌 총서’(BT)로 출간한 편집본은 국내 학계에서는 그다지 참조되고 있지 않다. 이하에서는, 이 두 비판 편집본의 장단점을 『연대기』 서두를 연구 대상으로 삼아 상호 비교, 분석했다. 요컨대, 보르자크의 비판 편집본이 『연대기』 전반부를 담고 있는 <메디치 제1사본>에 대해 충실한 문헌 사료 비평을 하고 있는데, 그럼에도 불구하고 제목 및 저자명 표기 문제, 장절 구분, 필사 전승사 등 거의 모든 면에서 연구자들은 피셔의 편집본에 기대는 경우가 많은 듯하다. 접근성이나 편의상의 이유에서든, 다른 비(非) 문헌학적 이유에서든 이럴 경우, <메디치 제1사본>은 물론 『연대기』 독해에도 오해를 낳을 수 있기에 비판 편집본 선택, 문헌 사료 비평에 있어서 경각심을 가질 필요가 있을 것이다. 물론, 거기에는 어느 정도 “전통과 이성”(traditio et ratio)에 대한 신뢰가 뒷받침되어야 할 것이다. 역사학, 특히 고대사 연구에서 고전 문헌학이 차지하는 비중은 아주 크다. 시계열적으로 지금-여기에서 너무나도 멀리 떨어져 있기에 그 온전히 복원하기 힘든 과거의 사실(事實)을 연구하는 데 있어서 문헌 사료, 즉 사실(史實)에 의탁하는 수밖에 없기 때문이다. 이 문헌 사료들은, 그것이 기록으로 담고 있는 역사와는 별개로 나름의 독자적인 문헌 전승의 역사를 안고 있다. 예컨대, 기원 전후의 역사를 공부하고자 한다면, 실제 그 당시 저술가가 작성했거나 출판했던 원본 문헌 사료를 조회할 수밖에 없는데, 유감스럽게도 그것이 온전히 전해 오는 경우는 전혀 없다. 그 때문에 수백, 수천 년 동안 필사되어 온 후대의 문헌 사료들을 탐색하고 그 진위 여부, 그것들 간의 선후 관계 등을 분석해 비로소 원본에 최대한 가까운 문헌 사료를 재구성해야만 한다. 이와 같은 문헌 사료 비평 작업을 거치고 난 후에는 그것을 토대로 사실(事實)에 대해서 연구하게 되는데, 그런 점에서 사실(史實) 비평으로서의 문헌학적 연구는 결코 간과될 수 없을 것이다. This paper focuses on the philological preparation that is the most fundamental work for the study of Ancient Rome. As a case study, the present paper has compared and analyzed two critical editions of Tacitus’ Annals 1-6, particularly focusing on the early parts of them. The one is Charles D. Fisher’s edition (1906) which is still in the line-up of Oxford Classical Texts and has been being used by many people unusually with some authority for a long time. On the other hand, István Borzsák’s edition (1992) as a title of Bibliotheca Teubneriana provides evidently substantial apparatus criticus, but it seems to have gone largely unnoticed by domestic researchers. By philologically analyzing these editions, this study concludes that Borzsák’s work is more faithful that Fisher’s, in regard to the textual criticism of the manuscript, which is well-known as Codex Mediceus sive Laurentianus 68.1, with a more comprehensive and truthful text edition, e.g. the notation of the title of the work, of the author’s name, the division of chapters and sections, the information of the text transmission, etc. However, Fisher’s edition seems to have been more attractive to many ones, because of the authority or the accessibility of the OCT. These non-philological reasons may bring about some misunderstandings or confusions for the manuscript and Tacitus’ work. So it is necessary for academics to be careful and cautious in choosing the ancient historical text sources and their critical editions, keeping the reliablity of the tradition and the reason (traditio et ratio) in mind. Classical philology has the most important role in the field of historical studies, particularly in the case of ancient history. Because there is such a long time span from hic et nunc, it is necessary to depend on the historical writings or the historiographical works which can be very obscure, in order to study and reconstruct the historical facts or truths. Such written documents have their own traditions and histories independent from the histories of the past that they contain. For instance, if someone would study the history of the centurial period BCE to CE, she or he should refer to the original or primary sources which were published in those days. Unfortunately, however, there are no intact sources that have endured the invincible time. Accordingly, he/she, the historian or the philologist, should devote themselves to explore the manuscripts which have been produced after the original text, the other literary sources also, then to compare and analyze them, to criticize their authencity and historicity, and finally to reconstruct the historical writings as probably and credibly as possible. After such a philological preparation involving the textual criticism that cannot be overlooked by any historian, then at last one is allowed to study the historical facts or the fact itself.

When Sellers Pay More to Access More Buyers on Free Platforms?

본 연구는 판매자와 구매자가 무료로 거래할 수 있는 플랫폼 상에 존재할 때, 어떤 경우에 판매자가 더 많은 구매자를 접하기 위해서 수수료를 지불할 용의가 있을 것인가를 분석한다. 판매자는 플랫폼이 제시하는 특별한 멤버십 서비스를 이용할 경우, 구매자에게 쉽게 노출될 수 있으며 이를 위하여 수수료를 지불할 수 있다. 본 연구는 경쟁 중인 두 플랫폼의 차별화 정도가 낮고, 판매자가 구매자에게 미치는 네트워크 효과가 크다면, 플랫폼이 판매자에게 무료로 특별 멤버십 서비스를 제공할 수 있음을 보여준다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 전자 메일의 인증 가격 설정에도 적용될 수 있다. This research analyzes when sellers can be charged to access more buyers on free platforms, where buyers and sellers transact with no charge. Sellers may use the platforms' special membership service to transact with more buyers in return for a fee. We show that if sellers exert strong network externalities on buyers, two competing platforms with little differentiation may subsidize (multihoming) sellers to use the special membership service (zero fee is levied on the service). Our analysis can also be applied to certified email pricing.

Korean EFL Learners’ Use and Perception of English Epicene Pronoun

The English language does not possess a 3rd person singular epicene pronoun normally used in a sex-indefinite or gender-neutral context, so the masculine 3rd person singular “he” has taken the role for over centuries. However, many researchers have indicated that generic he is not exclusively sex-neutral in that it evokes masculine imagery. For this reason, in English speaking countries, singular they has successfully evolved as an alternative to generic he. Nevertheless, in the Korean EFL setting, where the importance of English education has been emphasized, the actual use and perception of the English epicene pronoun has rarely been considered. In this context, this study investigated Korean EFL learners’ use and perception of the 3rd person epicene pronoun in sex-neutral contexts. The research observed that generic he was the learners’ most preferred choice of pronoun though it indeed evoked masculine images, whereas singular they was neither widely accepted, nor often used. The present study also determined to what extent the use and perception of epicene pronouns were related to and affected by linguistic and biographical variables. It was also demonstrated that simplicity in epicene pronoun use could have assumed priority over nonsexist expression among some Korean EFL learners. The present study has implications in that it contributes to epicene pronoun education in Korean EFL settings, and to build awareness in Korean EFL learners regarding the issue of sex bias in language.

전기차 시장의 활성화를 위한 정부의 금융 지원 정책 분석

Several developed countries have recently provided electric vehicle consumers and producers with financial subsidies. There has been some empirical research on the impact of government subsidies on the consumers’ purchase of electric cars. However, little analytical research on the government subsidies for the electric car market exists. This research analyzes the impact of the government financial subsidies on the electric car price and technology level as well as the consumers’ adoption of electric cars. This research also suggests that the government should subsidize only the electric car market to further improve the electric car technology.

This research is implemented to shed mew light on the essence lf Korean sentoments, aesthetic sense and restructure it in modern was, In particular, applying the current images of traditional Korean village in Jeonju to meckties is focused on the purpose of globalizing the industrialization of Korean traditional sceneries and Korean image products. Adobe Photoshop CS program was used to develop necktie designs containing the images of the traditional Korean village. To make artworks, the Digital Textile Prining System that is an environment-friendly printing method was used. Moreover, Hanji yarn fabric was adopted for them so as to use Korean materials. The total number of developed designs is eight and neskties for men were made by altering images of the traditional Korean village in modem ways. According to the research results, required are more investment and self-development for proper understandings on our traditional cultural images and their development from now on. Moreover, in my view, customers`` desires must be met by comprehending public consciousness, trends and environments to meet customer``s desires. Furthermore, higher value-added products must be created by using Hanji yarn and images of traditional Korean villages by distributing high quality designs that will satisfy customers`` desires and psychology, producing small quantities of products with various designs and colors.
