        성별에 따른 조현병 환자의 공감 능력 및 얼굴 정서 인식 능력의 차이

        Objectives The aim of the present study was to investigate gender difference in empathic ability and recognition of facial emotion expression in schizophrenic patients. Methods Twenty-two schizophrenic outpatients (11 men and 11 women) and controls (10 men and 12 women) performed both the scale of Empathic Quotient (EQ) and facial emotion recognition test. We compared the scores of EQ and the facial emotion recognition test among each group according to diagnosis and gender. Results We found a significant sex difference in the scores of EQ and the facial emotion recognition test in the schizophrenic patients. And there were significantly negative correlation between the score of the facial emotion recognition test and the scores of Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS) in female schizophrenic patients. However, in male schizophrenic patients, there were no significant correlations between the score of each test and the scores of PANSS. Conclusions This study suggests that the sex difference in empathic ability and facial emotion recognition would be very important in chronic schizophrenic patients. Investigation of sex effects in empathic ability and facial emotion recognition in chronic schizophrenic patients would present an important solution for constructing optimal rehabilitation program.

        사과의 삼투압처리 후 열풍 및 동결건조에 따른 품질 특성

        본 연구는 삼투압 전처리와 열풍, 동결건조의 방법이 최종제품의 품질에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 농도(20, 40, 60°Brix)와 시간별(2, 4, 8시간)로 삼투압처리를 하여 물질이동 특성을 조사하고, 이후 열풍과 동결 건조방법을 거쳐 최종 시료의 품질 특성을 분석하였다. 삼투압 처리 중 시료의 중량감소, 수분손실, 고형분 증가는 삼투압농도와 침지시간이 증가함에 따라 상승하는 경향을 보였으며 삼투처리의 농도가 가장 큰 요인으로 고려된다. 최종 건조를 거친 시료의 수분함량은 40°Brix 당 용액 침지 후 동결건조에서 가장 낮은 수분함량을 보였으며, 열풍건조에서 삼투건조 처리의 유무, 농도, 시간은 최종 수분함량에 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 보였다. 시료의 변색에 미치는 영향에 있어서는 삼투압처리의 L, a, b값이 처리를 하지 않은 것보다 낮은 값을 보여 삼투압처리가 갈변을 억제하는 것으로 보였고, 열풍건조에서는 삼투압처리의 농도와 침지시간이 증가할수록 L값이 감소하였다. 경도(hardness)의 경우 열풍 건조와 동결건조 모두 삼투압처리 당 용액의 농도와 침지시간이 증가할수록 높아지는 경향을 보였다. 유리당의 함량에 있어서는 삼투용액의 농도와 침지시간이 증가할수록 glucose와 fructose 함량은 증가하고 sucrose 함량은 감소하는 경향을 보여 당용액의 농도와 침지시간의 증가가 삼투효과를 높이는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 삼투압처리 후 동결건조의 방법이 열풍건조보다 더 높은 유리당의 함량을 보여 동결건조의 방법이 최종 제품의 단맛을 증가시켜 기호성을 높일 것으로 예상된다. The aim of our study was to develop drying process of apple slice. Quality characteristics of apple slices dried by hot-air and freeze drying after osmotic dehydration was investigated in different sucrose solution (20, 40, 60°Brix) and steeping time (2, 4, 8 hours). The weight of apple slice before and after osmotic dehydration was measured for characteristic of mass transfer. Consequently, osmotic dehydration increases weight reduction, water loss and solid gain of apple slice as the concentration of the sucrose solution and steeping time increased. Moisture contents of apples slices dried hot-air and freeze were about 3 to 7%. Hunter color L, a, b value was lower than non-treatment to osmotic dehydration of apple slice. In hot-air drying, L value decreased as the concentration of the sucrose solution and steeping time increased. The hardness increased as the concentration of the sucrose solution and steeping time increased. Contents of monosaccharide (glucose, fructose) decrease by osmotic dehydration but sucrose increased. In comparison with hot-air drying, freeze drying was high in contents of free sugar.

        돼지감자분말을 첨가한 부침가루의 항산화 및 품질특성

        본 연구는 prebiotics, 혈당조절, 콜레스테롤 감소 및 항산화 활성 등의 효과가 있는 돼지감자를 식품소재로써 활용하고자 돼지감자분말이 첨가된 부침가루를 제조하고 첨가량에 따른 품질특성을 분석하였다. 돼지감자분말의 첨가량에 따른 부침개의 물리적 특성은 30% 첨가 시 탄력성, 응집성이 가장 낮았으며 혼합비율이 증가할수록 유의적으로 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 색도의 경우 돼지감자분말의 첨가량이 늘어날수록 밝기는 감소하며 적색도와 황색도는 유의적으로 증가하였다. 돼지감자분말 첨가에 따른 부침가루의 fructan 함량은 30% 첨가 시 13.71%로 무첨가보다 약 9배의 높은 함량을 보였다. 또한 총 폴리페놀함량의 경우에는 무첨가는 68.93 mg GAE/100 g의 함량을 보였으며 30% 첨가 시에는 84.87 mg GAE/100 g까지 증가하였다. DPPH 라디칼 소거능은 30% 첨가시 약 63.72%의 활성을 보여 무첨가보다 약 11배 이상의 소거능을 보였다. 관능적 특성은 색, 향, 전반적 기호도 항목에서 돼지감자분말의 첨가가 무첨가 부침개보다 유의적으로 높은 값을 보였다. 위의 결과와 같이 돼지감자분말을 첨가한 부침가루는 기능성 및 기호도 측면에서도 우수하여 고품질 식품소재로의 효율적인 적용이 가능할 것으로 생각된다. This study evaluated the qualitative properties of Buchimgaru supplemented with JAP (Jerusalem Artichoke Powder). In Buchimgaru, JAP and wheat flour were mixed in ratios of 1:9 (10% JAP), 2:8 (20% JAP), and 3:7 (30% JAP). The values for texture profiles (hardness, chewiness, springiness, and cohesiveness) decreased when JAP was added to Buchimgae formulations. The fructan contents of Buchimgaru supplemented with 0, 10, 20, and 30% JAP were 1.52, 6.39, 10.50, and 13.71%, respectively. The total polyphenol content of Buchimgaru supplemented with JAP was significantly higher than Buchimgaru without JAP. The 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity of Buchimgaru supplemented with 30% JAP was approximately 11 times greater than Buchimgaru without JAP. In the sensory evaluation (color, flavor, overall preference), Buchimgae supplemented with JAP showed higher sensory values than Buchimgae without JAP.

        제진재 경량화를 위한 설계 프로세스 연구

        Sound packages and damping materials have been widely applied on the floor to decrease the interior noise of a vehicle. Based on the previous researches on the low-noise vehicles, weight optimization through minimization of damping material usage is required while decreasing mid and high frequency range noise by application of sound packages. This paper describes the analysis process of robust design of vehicle body structure before applying damping materials and focuses on the analysis and test process of the location optimization at the stage of damping material application. A vibration experiment for the analysis of floor panel velocity with respect to the excitation of suspension attachment parts at the underfloor of a vehicle is performed. And through the improvement correlation between FEA and TEST, a design guide to optimize damping materials application in the early design stage is proposed. A research on vibration damping steel sheets and liquid acoustic spray on deadener(LASD) is performed to minimize manufacturing time and to minimize the space for pre-existing asphalt damping materials. As results of this study, panel stiffness is achieved through curved surface panel and bead optimization. And test baseline of optimum design is suggested through damping material optimization. And finally, through re-establishing the analysis process for vibration reduction of vehicle floors and lightweight design of damping materials, it is possible to design damping materials efficiently in the preceding stage of design.

        This paper describes the design process of floor damping material optimization to reduce structure borne noise. This process uses finite element analysis(FEA) along with experimental techniques to complement each other. The objective of this approach was to develop an optimized damping material application layout and thickness at the initial design stage. The first step is to find the sensitivity areas of vehicle body without damping material applied using FEA. In order to determine the high vibration areas of the floor panel, the velocity was measured using a scanning laser vibrometer from 20 Hz to 300 Hz. To excite the floor panel vibration, shaker was placed at the front suspension attachment point. The second step is the optimization process to determine the light weight solution of damping material. The design guideline of damping material was suggested that the lightweight solution was verified using test result of road noise. Design engineer could efficiently decide the design variable of damping material using parameter analysis results in early design stage.

        파라미터 해석을 통한 차량 성능 예측 기법 연구

        With the development of the auto industry, the automobile manufacturers demand to shorten development period and reduce the cost. Compared with the traditional method, applying the virtual prototype is more economical. This paper presents a method for parameters sensitivity analysis and optimizing the performance of vehicle noise and vibration. The existing design processes were repeatedly analyzed with a focus on vehicle performance to decide the design parameters of dimension, thickness, mounting type of body and chassis systems in the vehicle development period. This paper describes the prediction technique of vehicle performance using L18 orthogonal array layout, quality deviation analysis and parameter sensitivity analysis for robust design. This paper analyzed the performance correlation equation through the frequency and sensitivity database according to a design factor change. The new concept is that the performance prediction is possible without repeated activities of test and analysis. This paper described the parameter analysis applications such as bush dynamic stiffness and bush void direction of rear suspension. Design engineer could efficiently decide the design variable using parameter analysis database in early design stage. These improvements can reduce man hour and test development period as well as to achieve stable NVH performance.

        This paper describes the design process of roof damping material optimization to reduce vibration and noise. The vehicle studied in the present research was a 1,800 cc passenger car with a 4-cylinder engine. The interior noise generated in the wide-open throttle valve (WOT) of the vehicle during acceleration was mainly by 2nd-order components with respect to the engine RPM; as for frequency components, it was less than 200 ㎐. This paper presented that the roof panel is one of the sensitive components that the sound pressure level of the rear seat relative to the front seat is high. The optimized damping treatment configuration is validated by comparing the location and the size of the treatment with that of an experimental modal test conducted on roof compartment.
