        切削加工에 使用되는 切削油의 濃度最適化에 關한 硏究

        It is indispensable to modern society metal processing since the industrialized rapidly, but it is a metalworking cutting fluid immediately. In addition, this means selecting a emulsion on the basis of quality criteria processing method, the material of the material, cutting depth, cutting speed, Djourou fence Liang, and surface roughness, cutting oil, the shape of the device based on the emulsion, I will be the structure of the tank, filtration equipment also changes. In particular, acting bacteria is now breeding in response to the passage of time due to metal ion degradation due to heat generated hydraulic fluid leakage, humidity tung, during processing, seep from processing material at the time of processing the water-soluble cutting oil for generating the malodor by dropping significantly the performance of the cutting oil to corruption from, sometimes by introducing various additives to suppress spoilage in advance. In this study, we expect the effect of the cost reduction in the extension of fluid replacement cycle through the application of the management apparatus and deep understanding in the management of cutting fluid, the working environment through the understanding and interest of workers in the production site more than anything I try to become useful for the improvement.

        MCT 가공을 통한 알루미늄 합금의 표면 거칠기와 가공형상에 관한 연구

        The MCT has been most extensively used in the machining. In particular, the ball endmill has been mainly adopted for finishing on the free- form surface. The advancement of CAD/CAM software has made it possible to develop various cutting pattern methods and to create diverse tool routes. Therefore, the current research made an attempt to find the optimal cutting pattern among the seven cutting patterns (i.e., Follow Periphery, Zig, Zig Zag, Concentric Zig, Concentric Zig Zag, Radial Zig, Radial Zig Zag) when aluminium 6000 series were machined by the ball endmill. The optimal pattern was found by comparing different shapes and surface roughness produced by the seven patterns. The current research found that each cutting pattern produced its own unique geometric features on the machined surface. It was found that the Radial Zig cutting pattern produced the lowest roughness on the flat surfaces. The Radial Zig Zag cutting pattern was found to produce the most accurate free-form surface. Finally, the most efficient cutting pattern in terms of machining time turned out to be the Follow Periphery.

        배분력 제어를 통한 미세축 선삭가공에 관한 연구

        In this study, Machining fine shaft was examined by Lathe. method is proposed to control the thrust force to 0. through relationship between the cutting depth and the thrust force in turning, fine-shaft of less than 0.1mm diameter in turning is confirmed experimentally. also we propose practical expression to control thrust force in turning Through to change the approach angle, optimal tool design would be possible in turning.

      • CNC 旋削加工時 切削條件에 따른 표면 거칠기에 관한 硏究

        본 연구에서는 기계 구조용 탄소강인 SM2SC 소재를 사용하였고, CNC선반에서 절삭가공 시 초경공구를 이용하여 절삭속도, 절삭깊이, 공구 날끝반지름 등의 절삭조건들을 변화시켰을 때 가공면의 표면거칠기를 비교 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 절삭공구가 마멸보다는 칩핑에 의한 절삭팁의 손상이 크며, 절삭 깊이가 증가할수록 표면 거칠기의 결과들이 증가하여 비례함을 볼 수 있었으며, 절삭속도 100m/min 에서 표면 거칠기가 가장 양호하였고, 150m/min, 50m/min, 200m/min 순으로 나타났다.

        A1100 알루미늄 용접에서 실드가스의 종류에 따른 용입부의 변화 연구

        Recently welding of aluminum material is actively carried out to make lightweight in the fields of LNG vessels, aircraft, chemical plants, etc. To obtain high strength, hardness and elongation, elements such as manganese, zinc, silicon, etc should be added in aluminum alloy, which has been improved on the mechanical properties like precipitation hardening, age hardening, loosening, corrosion resistance acid resistance. Ar gas is used as a shielding gas of MIG welding for aluminum, also N₂, O₂, CO₂, H₂ etc can be added depending on the composition of the alloy. In this study, Ar + O², Ar, and He were used for welding, hardness, penetration status and changes in composition of penetrated parts were compared and analyzed. This made it possible to know the status and changes of the process in the penetrated parts depending on used gas throughout this study.

        성인남성의 BMI 측정방법에 의한 평가분류와 WHR, %Fat, 대사성 위험요인과의 관련성 연구

        The purpose of this study is to observe the relationship between indicators of metabolic syndrome, WHR and %Fat by BMI classification in adult men. The subjects of this study were 500 adult men with ages ranging from 40 to 59 years old who had no physical and congenital problems. These adult men were measured their body composition height, body weight, body mass Index, percent body fat, waist to hip ratio, fast blooding sugar, blood pressure and serum lipids total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglyceride. The result of these variables was analyzed and compared using SPSS 12.0 program. The major analysis employed Descriptive detective, Independent samples t-test and Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient. All statistical significance levels were P<.05. The results of this study were as follows. First, in normal weight group, there was the significance positive correlation between BMI, WHR and %Fat in BMI classification of both WHO and KSSO(Korea society for the study of obesity). Generally in overweight and obesity groups, the classification of KSSO’s BMI had more significance than WHO’s. Second, there was the significance positive correlation between systolic blood pressure, diastolic pressure and fasting blood sugar in overweight and obesity groups of KSSO’s BMI classification. But, WHO BMI classification had no significant correlation in metabolic risk factors. Future studies must be performed with more variables region, gender, age, exercise, alcohol, nicotine and percent body fat, waist circumference indicating distribution of body fat to examine the interaction between BMI and metabolic risk factors.

        家族性 정신분열병과 非家族性 정신분열병과의 比較硏究

        Since Kraerelin described dementia preaecox, Schizophrenia has been widely considered to be a heterogenous syndrome. Various approaches have been taken in attempting to subdivide this disorder into more homogenous groups. In addition, it also has considered that genetic factor may contribute to schizophrenia predisposition and schizophrenia may be genetically heterogenous. The existence of a characteristic that expresses a genetic predisposition to schizophrenia would be helpful in defining a genetically more homogenous group. So, this study was performed to evaluate assumptions that schizophrenia could be differentiated on the basis of family history. We compared two groups of patients distinguished by the presence or absence of family history. each groups included 34 schizophrenic patients matched by age and sex. these two groups of patients were evaluated on the aspect of psychopathology, neruomotor function abnormality and pathologic reflex. The results are as follows : 1) There was no significant difference in age of onset, duration of illness, frequency of hospitalization and dosage of drug detween two groups. 2) At the time of admission, there was no significant difference in the psychopathology between two groups. 3) As for the present psychopathology, most patients had remitted from active psychotic symptoms, patiens with family history had significantly more negative symptoms than those without family history. and patients with family history showed singificantly more increasement in negative symptoms from the time of admission to the present than those without family history. 4) We divided the schizophrenia into three subtypes : postive, negative and mixed schizophrenia. At the time of admission there was no significant difference in the rate of these three subtypes between two groups but at present, the proportion of negative schizophrenic patients were increased in the group of patients with family history and that of mixed schizophrenic patients were increased in the guoup of patients without family history. 5) The total score of neuromotor function test were not significantly different between two groups. In the individual test the group of patients with family history showed significantly more abnormal patients in the heel to tap test, and significantly slower speed in the successive finger opposition and heel to tap test. 6) There was no significant difference in the pathologic reflex between two groups. 7) Among patients without family history, there was signiticant correlation berween negative symptoms and neuromotor function abnormality.
