      • 대학부속 병원 여직원의 직무태도에 관한 연구 : 대구직할시를 중심으로

        The purposal of this study is to know about working attitude of non-medical women personnel of hospital belonged to the university in Taegu City. This data is the result of analysis of the base of the questionaires aquired from 132 persons in working at hospital belonged to the university in April, 1991. 1. Working affairs 1) 58% of women personnels are relatively unsatisfied with working affairs but they are competent for disposal of working affairs. 2) Only 36% of women personnels are satisfied with ability of disposal of working affair. The reason of unsatisfaction of disposal of working affairs is too much of working affairs. They are 50% of total women personnels. 2. Working Department 27% of women personnel are satisfied with working department, and 28% of personnel didn't want change the working Department. 3. Staff Meeting 1) 78% of personnel have the needs of the staff meeting. 2) Among the personnel wanted the staff meeting, 41% of the personnel have meeting upon occasion without the rules. 4. Promotion 1) Only 2% of the personnel answered “YES” about the justice of promotion between men personnel and women personnel. 2) Only 2% of the personnel answered “YES” about the question of promotion following the working ability between men and women. 5. Salary Management 1) In present about the question of satisfaction of women salary, 4% of the personnel amswered “YES”. And so, most of them have the room for unsatisfaction. 2) Only 10% of the personnel answered “YES” have the lower salary than the office worker of their university. 6. Grievance Handling 1) About the question of the grievance of women personnel, the answer are overworking ; 52%, friction to personnel ; 29%, friction to authorities ; 8%, friction to other department ; 11%. So the overworking is the reason about unsatisfaction of the working disposal. 2) About the question of the Handling of Grievance, 52% of personnel who answered, solved of herself. 7. Working attitude of women personnel after marriage 1) About the question of the want of hospital working after marriage, in case of married personnel. 90% of personnel wanted hospital working. In case of the unmarried personnel. 49% of personnel wanted hospital working. So they are satisfed with hospital working. 2) About the question of the attitude of working arter marriage, in case of married personnel, 75% of personnel answered the same attitude before marriage. So, relatively, they have positive aspects of their working attitude. 3) Under the assumption that they are the executive, about the question of employment of women personnel after marriage, 52% of total personnel want to employ. 8. Management of set out workshop 1) For the question of want of set out workshop, only 9% of personnel want set out workshop. 2) In case of want set out, the reason are salary ; 21%, promotion ; 18%, no possibility ; 16%. So, in case of women personnel, the salary is most important reason of set out workshop.

        커피전문점을 이용한 고객의 체험마케팅이 고객만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향

        Today, coffee shops have evolved into a 'multicultural space' rather than simply a place to drink coffee. Despite the consumption trends, customers want to drink coffee at coffee shops and satisfy individual emotions, lifestyles, and relationships. In this study, we analyzed the effect of experience marketing on customer satisfaction and loyalty in coffee specialty stores. The results showed that experience marketing factors of coffee shop consisted of sensation, emotion, cognition, behavior, and relational experience. Experience marketing had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Therefore, there is a need to strengthen various experiential factors in order to enhance customer satisfaction of coffee shops and to attract loyal customers. 최근 커피전문점은 단순히 커피를 마시기 위한 공간이 아닌 ‘복합 문화 공간’으로 발전해왔으며 고객들은 커피전문점에서 커피도 마시며 개인의 감성과 라이프스타일, 관계적 소통을 만족시켜주기를 원하는 소비 트렌드에도 불구하고 커피전문점들의 체험마케팅에 대한 연구는 미흡하므로 본 연구에서는 커피전문점의 체험마케팅이 고객만족 및 충성도에 미치는 영향 관계를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 커피전문점 체험마케팅 요인은 감각, 감성, 인지, 행동, 관계적 체험으로 구성되어졌으며 체험마케팅은 고객만족 및 충성도에 유의한 영향을 나타내었다. 따라서 커피전문점의 고객만족을 높이고 충성 고객 유치를 위해서는 다양한 체험적 요소를 강화시킬 필요성이 있다.

        "임원십육지"의 떡류(餠餌)조리가공에 관한 문헌 비교 연구

        Imwonshibyukji is a copying manuscript written around 1825, the 27th year of king Soonjo of the Chosun Period. It is a massive home encyclopedia of total 52 books and 100 volumes. It was quoted from many Chinese literatures The unpublished 'Jeongjoji'of its 17-20th volumes was analyzed to study the cooking methods on the Korean rice cakes (dduck) and studied for the degree of their usefulness and medical values in the light of the cooking and processing science. The book introduced 6 kinds of Korean rice cake: sirudduck (steamed rice cake), chinundduck (steamed and struck rice cake), zizinundduck (small oil fried rice cake), danggui (steamed rice cake mixed with rice power and honey), hondon (=danja: boiled and stuffed rice cake) and butu (fermented rice cake), all of which were composed of total 64 items. The main materials fur the Korean rice cake were as follows: sirudduck and butu were nonwaxy rice powder, chinundduct dinggui and hondon were glutinous rice powder, and zizinundduck was wheat flour. The side material was mainly natural food with the effect of a medicine. The literatures quoted in Imwonshibyukji are as follows: 4 Korean books including Ongheejabji were quoted total 28 times (41.5%), 5 Chinese books including Junsengpaljeon were quoted total 35times (52.2%), and I Japanese book Whawhansamjedohoi was quoted total 4 times (6.0%). The Korean rice cakes quoted in the Korean literature so far exist but the Chinese ones no longer exist. In the comparative analysis of Imwonshibyukji and other contemporary literatures, Chosunmoossangsinsikyorijebub was the most similar one to the book among others.
