The volume of transfer passengers now faces a crisis because the number of Chinese and Japanese passengers, the majority of transfer through Korea, is decreasing. This paper is analyzing the their air travel behaviors as well as characteristics of their transfer behaviors at airport. According to the research, it is suggested that transfer passengers perceive the importance of duty-free stores but their satisfaction of using duty-free stores during their transfer at Icheon airport was proven to be low. Considering the characteristics of transfer service quality at Incheon airport, waiting time of transfer is important but not satisfactory for them. Moreover, information of free transfer tour to city downtown and paid-in transfer tour for medical tourism is not known very well among North East Asian passengers. Thus, it is necessary to do detailed research of North East Asian transfer passengers, who have transferred through Incheon airport more than twice a year, to find out their exact needs of transfer tour in Korea.
인터넷 및 방송서비스의 QoS 보장을 위한 10Gbps급 스트리밍 패킷 스케줄러 구조 및 제어방법

본 논문에서는 초고속 패킷 스위치 네트워크에서 VoD나 HDTV, VoIP같은 고품질 스트리밍 서비스의 QoS를 보장하는 패킷 스케줄러의 구조 및 제어방법을 제시한다. 스트리밍 서비스는 버스트 데이터 응용서비스보다 더욱 엄격한 QoS(jitter, delay, packet loss)보장을 요구한다 또한 스트리밍 서비스는 다른 플로우들의 동작에 상관없이 끊김 없는 서비스를 제공하기 위해 각 플로우별로 최소 대역 보장과 종단간 지연조건을 보장해야 한다. 이들 요구조건들을 만족하기 위해, 패킷 스케줄러는 플로우들이 다른 플로우의 영향을 받지 않도록 분리하고, 각 플로우들에게 종단간 지연 보장을 제공해야 한다. 그리고 각 플로우들에게 요구되는 최소 대역폭을 할당해야한다 지금까지 많은 벤더들이 10Gbps급 트래픽 관리기 칩을 개발하였지만 대부분 칩들은 고품질 스트리밍 서비스를 지원하지 못하는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 상용 TM칩들의 단점 및 스트리밍서비스의 트래픽 특성을 조사하고, 제안한 패킷 스케줄러의 하드웨어 구조를 제시한다. 그리고 마지막으로 제안한 스케줄러의 시물레이션 결과를 분석하였다. This paper presents architecture and control method of packet scheduler to guarantee QoS of high quality streaming services in high-speed packet-switched networks. Since streaming services need far more stringent QoS requirements than the typical sort of burst data applications, they should be guaranteed minimum bandwidth and end-to-end delay bound to each flow, regardless of the behavior of other flows. To meet these requirements, a packet scheduler isolate a flow from the undesirable effects of other flows and provides end-to-end delay guarantees for individual flow and divides stringently the available link bandwidth among flows sharing the link. Until now, many vendors are developing traffic management chips running at 10Gbps, but most of chips have drawbacks to support high quality streaming services. In this paper, we investigate the drawbacks of commercial TM chips and traffic characteristic of streaming services and present implementation frameworks of the proposed packet scheduler. Finally, we analyze the simulation results of the proposed scheduler.
ARIMA-개입모델을 이용한 항공기상정보 사용료 징수액 추정 및 적정성 연구

Korea meteorological administration(KMA) has started to levy air meteorological service charge on both national and foreign carriers since 2005. The charge has grown on 2010 and 2014 twice. However, KMA has still kept asking airlines to agree with another increase in the charge due to the low cost of goods recovery ratio of 7%. The air meteorological charge has changed from 2,210 KRW at the beginning to 11,400 KRW as of June 2018. According to ARIMA intervention time series analysis, it was proven national carriers would make a payment of 831 million KRW 2018 and 1,024 million KRW 2019, showing 186.2% and 123.2% increase compared to last year respectively. The total amount of charge for both national LCC and foreign airlines was aggregated up to 1,952 million KRW 2019, 227% bigger than the charge paid at 2017. Considering the 50% increase of consumer price index last decade, the increased charge would impair the global competitiveness of national carriers. It could be suggested that current air meteorological charge scheme be improved to apply overseas trend and for national carriers to have a competitive advantage in global aviation market.
근대 일본의 종합잡지 『太陽』(1895-1905)의 한국관계 기사와 그 사료적 가치

The Sun(Taiyo-太陽) was published from 1895 to 1928. It was the mass circulation-magazine having the influencing power in modem Japan. This study is different from the preceding studies in some points. Till now many research about the subjects of The Sun(Taiyo-太陽) relating to Korea mainly cleared the Japanese consciousness about Korea by piece of subjects itself. But I study the articles of The Sun(Taiyo-太陽) through the characteristics of the magazine itself. First I summarized the basic knowledge of the magazine The Sun itself. Next I study the subjects of The Sun(Taiyo-太陽) about Korea. I think that the Magazine The Sun(Taiyo-太陽) is very important because it was best selling magazine in modem Japan. Therefore subjects about Korea of The Sun is different from the other magazine. In this article I treat the theme from 1895 to 1905. This periods is turning point in Japanese foreign conception by war(Sino-Japanese war and the Russo-Japanese war), which transforming to the direction disregarding Korea and China. The Sun(Taiyo-太陽) made a important role in this process. The Sun was forerunners in spreading distorted image of Korea. Readers of The Sun(Taiyo-太陽), first of all, watch the photos and read articles, episodes, and so on. Through the photograph of Korea, readers think that Japan is advancing in civilization, on the other hand, Korea is backwarding. This gave the reader distorted views about Korea. In the editorial column, also, The Sun(Taiyo-太陽) had various theme about Korea. The Sun(Taiyo-太陽) also had political and economic editorials about Japan's invasion. At the same time, the special issue of The Sun(Taiyo-太陽) included special topics and it was more attractive to many readers. In this book, Korea was regarded as a country historically ruled by Japan. Some English 따tides placed too much emphasis on Japan so that gave distorted images of Korea to the Westerner.
RSOA기반 WDM-PON 링크와 Reach Extender를 이용한 2.5 Gbps 하이브리드 PON 링크 기술

본 논문에서는 기존 G-PON(Gigabit Passive Optical Network) 링크에 RSOA(Reflective Semiconductor Optical Amplifier) 기반 DWDM-PON(Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing-PON) 기술과 O/E/O 변환 방식의 RE(Reach Extender) 기술을 적용하여 전송거리와 링크 용량 그리고 분기수를 증가시킬 수 있는 2.5 Gbps 하이브리드 PON 링크의 구조를 제안한다. RSOA 기반 DWDM-PON 기술은 간선 중계링크에 적용되어, 기존 G-PON 보다 최대 32배의 링크 전송용량을 제공할 수 있다. RE 기술은 원격노드에서 GTC(GPON Transmission Convergence) 프레임의 재 변조를 통해 DWDM-PON과 G-PON 사이의 파장변환 기능을 제공하며, 상향 프레임의 수신을 위한 버스트 모드 리셋 신호를 제공한다. 본 논문에서 제안된 하이브리드 PON은 상용 G-PON 시스템을 사용하여 WDM 신호 파장 당 최대 60 ㎞의 전송거리와 128분기를 제공할 수 있다. We presents the architecture of the 2.5 Gbps hybrid PON link which can increase of the transmission distance and link capability, and split ratio by using a colorless DWDM-PON and O/E/O based reach extender into an existing G-PON link. A RSOA based DWDM-PON to apply the feeder fiber can provide a link capacity of 32 larger that of a legacy G-PON. The reach extender converts the wavelength of DWDM-PON to G-PON through GTC frame regeneration at the remote node, and can provide a burst reset signal in order to extract upstream burst signal, simultaneously. The proposed hybrid PON enable a legacy G-PON to operate over the maximum 60 ㎞ distance with a 128-way split per WDM wavelength.

This study aimed to research what service factors can meet customer satisfaction for who are using express shipping. It`s also to analyze the successful factors to build an international air express companies. The perspective of Customs for express shipment also should be changed that it`s an important factor to make Korea as strong country. The growth for air express business can be performed based on reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles, which is studied by Parasuraman, Zeithmal and Barry, in the early stage of take-off for economic development. Through this analysis I did benchmarked, I realized that worldwide network is essential factor to meet customer`s expectation and quick response also must be done within their requested time. If not, they change their carrier to other company without hesitation because there are many logistics companies in the market. The company want to be grown as a leading company should be equipped with new systems based on IT technology.
