        3차원 Web GIS 기반 풍력에너지 시설물 적지분석 시스템 개발

        최근 신재생에너지 자원에 대한 사회적인 관심 증대와 맞물려 IT(Information Technology) 기술과 공간정보기술의 급속한 발전에 따라 신재생에너지 분야에서도 GIS(Geographic Information System) 공간정보 분석 기술과의 융합을 통하여 체계적이고 과학적인 활용 방법들이 많이 연구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정확한 지형, 경제, 문화적 환경 요소들을 종합적으로 고려한 정확하고 정밀한 풍력에너지 시설물 적지분석 시스템 모듈 개발과 동시에 3차원 GIS 등과 같은 최신 공간 정보기술을 활용하여 정밀한 현장정보 구현과 3차원 결과물 표출, 3차원 객체 구현, 모의 등 풍력 신재생에너지 관련 종합정보를 관리할 수 있는 3차원 Web GIS 기반 풍력에너지 시설물 적지분석 시스템을 개발하였다. 이를 통하여 과학적인 신재생에너지 시설물 단지 조성과 함께 정확하고 정량적인 정보 수집, 관리, 분석이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 실시간 정보제공체계 구축의 전환점을 마련할 수 있었으며 3차원 영상기반 신재생에너지 자원정보 관리시스템 구축을 통한 다양한 현장정보 분석이 가능함으로써 합리적 의사결정 지원을 할 수 있게 되었다. Recently, with an increased social interest in new and renewable energy resources, together with rapid advancement in IT (information technology) and spatial information technology, there have recently been a lot of attempts to find out methods to make systematic and scientific use of information technology and spatial information technology, depending upon a fusion with GIS (Geographic Information System) spatial information technology in the field of new and renewable energy. This paper developed a suitability analysis system to conduct a correct and precise analysis of an ideal place for wind energy facilities in comprehensive consideration of topographic, economic, and cultural environments. It also used recent spatial information technology including 3D GIS to develop a supportive system for an analysis and decision making of an ideal place for 3D Web GIS-based wind energy facilities like a precise field information implementation, a 3D result display, a 3D object implementation, simulation, and so on. These systems make it possible to build scientific new-renewable energy facilities, to collect, manage and analyze information in an accurate and quantitative manner. In addition, they help serve as a turning point for the construction of a real-time information supply system. Furthermore, they can support rational decision making by making it possible to analyze a variety of forms of field information through building a system for the management of 3D image-based information on new-renewable energy resources.

      • 성능 시그네쳐를 이용한 서비스 거부 공격 침입탐지 시스템 설계

        Role-Based Access Control(RBAC) security policy is being widely accepted not only as an access control policy for information security but as both a natural modeling tool for management structure of organizations and flexible permission management framework in various commercial environments. Important functions provided by the current RBAC model are to administrate the information on the components of RABC model and determine whether user's access request to information is granted or not, and most researches on RBAC are for defining the model itself, describing it in formal method and other important properties such as separation of duty. As the current RBAC model which does not define the definition, design and operation for applications is not suitable for automated information systems that consist of various applications, it is need that how applications should be designed and then executed based on RBAC security model. In this paper, we describe dynamic properties of session which is taken for a passive entity only activated by users, as a vehicle for building and executing applications in an automated information systems. And, a framework for session-oriented separation of duty property, application design and operation is also presented.

        System(IDS) hasn't protection capability for various security attacks perfectly. Because, it is probably affected by IDS's workload caused by treating all kind of the characteristics and attack patterns of system and can't probe all of the attack types being intelligently different with attack patterns. In this paper, we propose a new taxonomy criteria about DoS(denial of service attacks) to make more efficient and new real time probing system. It's stared with an idea that most of the goal oriented systems make the state of system operation more unambiguous than general purpose system. A new event caused the state of the system operation to change and classifying a category of the new events may contribute to design the IDS.

      • 무선 메쉬기반 신재생에너지 모니터링 시스템 개발

        By development in the sensor networks and ubiquitous techniques, the decision of user is reflected by the data which is collected and analyzed at real-time without constraint of time and spatial. And analysis and prediction of the collected data can provide important information to users. The data collected from the sensor network is defined as the stream data which has infinite and continuous properties. So, the new and renewable energy resources data collected from the established sensor network has properties of the stream data. Because of this property, the existing researches did not reflect such property and environment of data streams scientifically. One of the problems is the difficulty in processing the volume of data stream and the lake of support for some methods for collected New&Renewable Energy Resources such as statistics, prediction and analysis. So, the exact information is not provided to the users. Therefore, in this paper, we establish the monitoring system based on wireless mesh technique for new and renewable energy resource and apply the principal component analysis for analyzing the collected stream data. The established system can be immediate response about the variable situation of management with new and renewable energy. Also, the system provides the convenience and efficiency to users and administrators and proposes the pacesetting model. Furthermore, it proposes the solution of wireless mesh network and IP-USN.

        신재생에너지에 대한 GIS기반의 정보화전략계획 수립 및 통합관리 시스템 개발

        New renewable energy information becomes one of the greatest issues all over the world because of serious environment problems and limited fossil resources. The new renewable energy source information system is treated seriously for efficient management and distribution as dealing with these energy problems. However, it is difficult to manage and utilize new renewable energy information because gathering and surveying information is progressed individually in each research field. Therefore this paper will establish ISP(Information Strategy Planning) and propose the basic management system based-on GIS to analyze new renewable energy such as solar energy, wind power, small hydro, biomass, geothermal etc. and build the integration management system. The proposed integration management system can provide spatial analysis using thematic map, data search, data import/export and interpolation about users’ queries.

        LiDAR Data를 이용한 태양광에너지 자원도 제작

        최근 에너지의 무분별한 소비에 따른 유한에너지 부족으로 인하여 지구온난화 발생 등 지구환경이 변화함으로써 이에 대한 해결방법으로 친환경 에너지자원 확보 및 신재생에너지 자원량에 대한 국민들의 관심이 증대하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 각광받고 있는 공간정보기술과 신재생 에너지인 태양광 에너지 분야에서의 활용 가능성을 타진하고자 LiDAR 데이터를 이용한 태양광 에너지 자원도를 제작하였다. 연구 대상지는 경상북도에 위치하고 있는 울릉군의 울릉도를 선정하였다. 울릉군 지역의 항공 라이다(LiDAR: Light Detection And Ranging) 신규 촬영 및 자료처리를 통하여 1m급 등고선을 생성하였으며, 이를 활용하여 1m급 수치표고모델(Digital Elevation Model) 자료를 구축하였다. DEM 자료를 이용하여 태양 고도 및 방위각에 따른 태양광 입사범위를 파악하여 태양광에너지 평가 기술에 활용하였으며, 1m급의 정밀하고 정확한 공간해상도 자료를 기반으로 태양광에너지 자원도를 제작함으로써 보다 정확한 정보 반영과 과학적이고 합리적인 신재생에너지 자원량 평가 방법 제시가 가능할 것으로 기대된다. Recently, people are getting more interested in green energy resource and environment friendly energy resource due to the lack of energy and global warming. This study produced a solar energy resource map using LiDAR (Light Detection And Ranging) data to check if it is utilized for spatial information technology and solar energy sectors that people pay more attentions to as new recycling energy. This study assigned Ulleungdo (Island) located in Gyeongsangbuk-do as a target area. This study created the contour line with 1 meter by newly photographing LiDAR and data processing. And using this contour line, this study built DEM (Digital Elevation Model) data with 1 meter. The incidence range depending on the altitude and azimuth of sun using DEM data is used to evaluate solar energy resource. This is expected to suggest an accurate method to evaluate more reliable and more precise information of new recycling energy resource by producing solar energy resource map based on accurate and precise spatial resolution data with 1 meter level.

        태양광발전 단기예측모델 개발

        In this paper, Korea Institute of Energy Research, building integrated renewable energy monitoring system that utilizes solar power generation forecast data forecast model is proposed. Renewable energy integration of real - time monitoring system based on monitoring data were building a database and the database of the weather conditions and to study the correlation structure was tailoring. The weather forecast cloud cover data, generation data, and solar radiation data, a data mining and time series analysis using the method developed models to forecast solar power. The development of solar power in order to forecast model of weather forecast data it is important to secure. To this end, in three hours, including a three - day forecast today Meteorological data were used from the KMA(korea Meteorological Administration) site offers. In order to verify the accuracy of the predicted solar circle for each prediction and the actual environment can be applied to generation and were analyzed.

        풍속 데이터 불확도 평가

        In this study, we measured the wind data as new and renewable energy resources and carried out the evaluation of uncertainty about these data with the authentic standards. These data collected at the 20 locations in korea. We carried out the processing and evaluation about these data with standards as ISO, GUM, and IEC. Whereby these data become standards data and the credibility are gained. These data include some information as direction, humidity, pressure, temperature, and energy density. The annual average of wind speed(inHamo) was measured as 9.5㎧, then the uncertainty was evaluated as ±0.88㎧. We judge the credibility of data by expression of reliability quantitatively. In additional, the standards data is able to approach anywhere and it will be used to support of related research and industry.
