슬관절 각도에 따른 교각운동이 하지근 활성도에 미치는 영향

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of the lower extremity muscle activity on bridging exercise according to the knee joint angle. Methods : Twenty-five healthy adults volunteered to participate in this study. Subjects were required to complete following four bridging exercises; knee joint flexion $120^{\circ}$, $90^{\circ}$, $60^{\circ}$, $45^{\circ}$. Surface electromyography from selected lower extremity muscles was normalized to maximum voluntary isometric contraction. Muscle activity was measured by QEMG-4 system (LXM 3204, Laxtha Korea). A repeated measures of one-way ANOVA was used to determine the influence of bridging exercise on muscle activity for each muscle and descriptive statistics was used to determine muscle ratio. Results : The biceps femoris of all bridging exercises showed significantly(p<.05). The vastus medialis and lateralis of all bridging exercises showed significant excepted $120^{\circ}$(p<.05). The rectus femoris of all bridging exercises showed no significant. Median of vastus medialis/rectus femoris ratio of $120^{\circ}$ was 2.03, $90^{\circ}$ was 2.16, $60^{\circ}$ was 2.67, $45^{\circ}$ was 4.10. Median of vastus lateralis/rectus femoris ratio of $120^{\circ}$ was 1.70, $90^{\circ}$ was 1.70, $60^{\circ}$ was 2.08, $45^{\circ}$ was 2.58. Median of vastus medialis/vastus lateralis ratio of $120^{\circ}$ was 1.26, $90^{\circ}$ was 1.50, $60^{\circ}$ was 1.52, $45^{\circ}$ was 1.47. Conclusion : Angular motion decreasing with knee joint flexion made increase biceps femoris and vastus medialis activation. This result will be use knee joint stabilizing exercises during bridging or unstable surface training and biceps femoris strength training.
PNF 하지굴곡패턴운동이 체간근육 활성도에 미치는 영향

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of PNF lower extremity flexion pattern on the eletromyographic (EMG) activity in rectus abdominis, internal oblique abdominal, external oblique abdominal, erector spinae. Methods : Twenty-six healthy adults volunteered to participate in this study. Subjects were required complete following two PNF lower extremity patterns; flexion-adduction-external rotation with knee flexion (D1) and flexion-abduction-internal rotation with knee flexion (D2). A paired t-test was used to determine the influence of the PNF two patterns on muscle activity for each muscle and descriptive statistics was used to determine local/global muscle ratio. Results : The D1 pattern was showed significant rectus abdominis (p<.05) and Median of internal oblique/rectus abdominis ratio was 2.23 and internal oblique/external oblique ratio was 1.53. The D2 pattern showed significant erector spinae (p<.05) and Median of internal oblique/rectus abdominis ratio was 3.06 and internal oblique/external oblique ratio was 1.72. Conclusion : The D1 pattern made rectus abdominis activation increase. The D2 pattern made erector spinae activation increase. As compared D1 and D2 pattern on trunk muscle activation, it's will be useful decision making for the trunk muscle strength and stabilization.
대칭 및 비대칭 2차원 쐐기의 입수 충격에 관한 실험적 연구

In the present study, the water impact loads on two-dimensional symmetric and asymmetric wedges were studied. The impact pressure and force were measured during a vertical drop of the symmetric and asymmetric wedges. The measured pressure was compared with analytic solutions. The measured force at a local area of the wedge was compared with the integrated pressures and analytic solutions. Some findings on symmetric and asymmetrical wedge drops are presented, and the reliability of the force sensor used for the measurement of the local impact force is discussed.

국방 기술개발전략은 미래전에 요구되는 미션, 합동능력 및 운용개념을 기반으로 설정된 개별 무기체계의 능력/목표성능을 충족시킬 수 있도록 다양한 기술적 대안들에 대한 Trade-off 및 최적화를 통해 기술개발목표를 설정해야 하나 이를 위한 체계적인 시도는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 무기체계 목표성능을 기반으로 작성되는 핵심기술에 대한 기술개발전략 수립을 위한 국내ㆍ외 국방과학 기술분야와 국방 획득분야의 주요 활동 및 연구사례를 중점적으로 분석하였다. 이번 연구에서는 향후 국내 개발 및 건조가 예상되는 함정을 대상으로 함정 개념설계(선행연구) 단계에서의 요구 사항 및 기능 분석, 체계조합, 그리고 성능/비용/일정의 최적화를 고려한 대안분석(AoA:Analysis of Alternatives 등 시스템공학 방법론을 적용한 체계적이고 과학적인 기술기획(Technical Planning) 방법론 및 기술개발전략 확보 방안을 제시하였다.

Technology transfer and commercialization is significant to improve enterprise competitive power and enhance national competitiveness. Korean government designated lots of public and private technology transfer institutions for activation of technology transfer and commercialization. The paper analyzed why the performance of institutions for technology transfer and commercialization in Korea is not so satisfactory compared to the developed countries` technology transfer institutions such as IRC, INTIS, NTTC, APCTT and STPL. In this paper, we proposed some suggestions to improve productivity of Korean technology transfer and commercialization as follows: (1) Development of Customized technology and transfer for small and medium sized enterprises, (2) Modification of performance evaluation indices for government funded projects, (3) Introduction of open Innovation system in technology transfer and commercialization, (4) Motivation for qualified patents development through adopting of a reward system, (5) Exportation of patents not in used to abroad.
연구개발기획(Fuzzy Front End) 단계에서의 사업부문 간 횡적 협업이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 외부에서 아이디어 및 기술 등을 도입하는 개방형 혁신을 사업부문 간의 협업을 통한 자원결합으로 확장하여 연구를 진행하였다. 현재 많은 기업에서 사업부제를 도입하고 있으며 사업부제는 사업단위에 대한 자율성과 책임을 부여하는 조직 구조이다. 그 동안 다 수의 선행연구는 사업부제 회사(multidivisional firm)의 시너지를 고찰하는 내용에 집중해 있었으나 혁신을 촉진하는 것은 사업부문 간의 자원결합이라는 관점에 대해서는 다루고 있지 않고 있다. 그 결과 기존의 논문에서는 공동기회의 출현, 창출 그리고 경영에 미치는 요인에 관한 검증 연구가 부족하였다. 이에 본 연구는 혁신적인 제품과 서비스를 창출해 내는 기업들 이 사업부문 간 자원을 결합하는 관점에 대하여 탐색하였으며 사업부문의 횡적 협업과 이를 성공으로 이끌기 위하여 Fuzzy Front End라는 연구개발전단계에서의 역할에 대해서도 논하였다. 본 연구는 PLS-구조방정식 모델을 활용하여, 첫째, Fuzzy Front End에서의 사업부문 간 긴밀한 협업이 이노베이션을 촉진하는데 중요하며, 둘째, 사업부문 간 횡적 협업의 촉진을 위해서는 통합메커니즘과 보상시스템이 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 결론을 도출하였다. 또한 Front End에서의 사업부문 간 횡적 협업은 사업부문 간 횡적 이노베이션에 기여하고 기업성공에 강한 영향을 미치고 있다는 것을 밝혔다. In this study, we combined resources to expand collaboration between the business sector through the introduction to the ideas and technologies from outside the open innovation research was carried out. In many companies, business subtitles, subtitles and business introduction to grant autonomy and responsibility for the business unit organization structure. In the meantime, numerous previous studies to investigate the synergies of the business subtitles company multidivisional firm to concentrate on the content, but to foster innovation that combines the resources between the business sector perspective, did not discuss. In the previous paper, was a lack of research on the opportunities of co-emergence, creation and management factors on verification results. “Fuzzy Front End” on the research and development phase of this study navigation and horizontal collaboration and division to lead to success for innovative products and services that create companies to combine resources between the business sector perspective on the role played were This study, utilizing a structural equation model PLS-Model first, to facilitate the close collaboration between the business sector in the Fuzzy Front end Innovation, and second, to promote horizontal collaboration between the business sector, the integration mechanism and reward systems positively affects the conclusions. Front end of the business sector in the inter-lateral collaboration between the horizontal innovation in the business sector also exerts a strong influence on the success of the company and said that contribute.

획득대안 분석 프로세스는 비용, 일정, 성능 및 위험이라는 제약사항 내에서 다양한 후보 대안들 가운데에서 최적의 대안을 선택하는 것이다. 신규 무기체계 획득을 위해 사용하고 있는 기존의 대안 분석 방법은 일반적으로 요 구사항 분석, 설계 조합, 그리고 비용 추정을 통해 수행되고 있다. 본 논문은 함정 설계개념 정제 및 물자적 대안분석 단계에서 다목표 의사결정 방법을 기반으로 개선된 획득대안 분석 방법을 제시한 것이다. 이번 연구에서는 시스템공 학 원리를 기반으로 효과도 분석, 사업 비용 추정, 그리고 위험도 평가 기법을 활용하여 차세대 다목적 훈련지원함에 대한 실질적인 응용 및 적용 연구를 수행하였다. The process of an analysis of alternatives(AoA) attempts to select the best and balanced solution among a set of multiple candidate solutions under the constraints of cost, schedule, performance and risk(CSPR). The traditional AoA for the acquisition of a new weapon system has usually centered on the sequence of the requirement analysis, design synthesis, and cost estimation. An improved process for AoA is developed in this paper based on a multi-objective decision-making method, which is intended to be applied in the design concept refinement and material solution analysis stage for the acquisition of naval surface ships. The presentation of the proposed AoA approach is then followed by a case study for the next generation multi-purpose training ship based on the principles of systems engineering and also using the models of the effectiveness measure, cost estimation, and risk assessments.
