소아 신경심장성 실신환자에서 비정상적 심박수 프랙탈 상관에 대한 연구

목 적 : 본 연구는 신경심장실신발작 환자의 일상생활에서의 심박수의 단기 및 장기 프랙탈 상관의 특성을 조사하고자 하였다. 방 법: 최소한 2회 이상의 실신이 있었던 25명의 환자(10-15세, 여 14명, 남 11명)를 대상으로 하였다. 24시간 홀터 테입을 정상재생속도의 230배 고속으로 재회전 시키면서 이를 460 kHz로 디지털 변환시켰다. 변환된 심전도를 1시간 단위로 자른 다음 RR간격을 측정하였다. 1시간의 RR interval(RRI) 자료 중 연속된 20,000개를 추출하여 분석하였다. 프랙털 상관을 정량화하기 위해서 detrended fluctuation analysis를 이용하여 단기간 프랙탈 상관지수($n{\leq}16$, ${\alpha}_1$)와 장기간 프랙탈 상관지수(n>16, ${\alpha}_2$)를 계산했다. 결 과: 대조군과 비교할 때, 실신환자에서 단기간 프랙탈 상관지수인 ${\alpha}_1$는 24시간 평균과 모든 6시간 대에 걸쳐 의미있게 증가되어 있었다. 반면 장기간 프랙탈 상관지수인 ${\alpha}_2$는 24시간 평균과 모든 6시간대에 감소되어 있었으나 통계적 의의는 24시간 평균과 0-6시에서만 있었다. 결 론 : 실신이 있는 소아의 심박수는 단기적 상관은 높고 이것은 일중 전체에 걸쳐 나타난다. 따라서 단기적으로 심박수는 정상소아보다 부드러운 거동을 보인다. 이것은 심박수가 일단 증가하거나 감소하면 단기간에서는 같은 방향으로 지속적 증가 또는 지속적 감소되는 경향이 있음을 나타낸다. 이것은 실신소아에서 실신발작 때 보이는 지속적인 심박수 감소가 일상생활에서의 지속적 심박수 감소와 관련됨을 시사한다. Purpose : The purposes of this study were to determine short- and long-term fractal correlation behavior of heart rates during daily activity in patients with neurocardiogenic syncope. Methods : Twenty five patients with histories of neurocardiogenic syncope episodes were included. Their analogue 24h ambulatory Holter electrocardiograms were analyzed. The tape was digitized and the digitized electrocardiograms were partioned into sections of one hour. Then their RR intervals were measured and 20,000 points of RRI were used. To quantify the fractal correlation behavior, we employed the detrended fluctuation analysis, and short-term($n{\leq}16$, ${\alpha}_1$) and long-term(n>16, ${\alpha}_2$) fractal scaling exponents were calculated. Results : When compared to control, 24-hour average values of ${\alpha}_1$ and all ${\alpha}_1$ values at quarters of each day were significantly higher in patients with syncope. On the contrary, their 24-hour average value of ${\alpha}_2$ and all ${\alpha}_2$ values at quarters of each day were lower in patients with syncope. However, statistical significances were found in 24-hour average value of ${\alpha}_2$ and in ${\alpha}_2$ value at MN-6AM. Conclusion : In the syncope patients with neurocardiogenic syncope, short-term fractal scaling exponents of RR interval was significantly high throughout the day. Therefore, their RR intervals were smoother in the short term scale and had a tendency to continue in the same direction of increase or decrease, which may contribute to persistent decrease in heart rate during a syncopal attack.

이 연구는 한국 근대교육체제 형성에 핵심적 사항이라고 할 수 있는 교육기회 개방 문제를 사료비판적 접근으로 다루었다. 흔히, 한국에서 교육기회 개방은 갑오경장을 통해서 시발되었 다고 간주하고 있는데, 이런 주장을 하는 데에 근거로 삼고 있는 사료가 과연 그 주장을 성립 시킬 수 있는지 검토·분석하였다. 또한 19세기 말의 경장기에 취해진 제반 조치들이 갖는 의미 를 교육기회 개방이라는 문제와 관련시켜 논의하였으며, 조선에 있어서 교육기회를 누린다는 것의 의미를 보장적 교육기회와 권유적(허용적) 교육기회로 구분하여 재해석하였다.

PURPOSES : This study deals with the traffic accidents classified by the traffic analysis zone. The purpose is to develop the accident density models by using zonal traffic and socioeconomic data. METHODS : The traffic accident density models are developed through multiple linear regression analysis. In this study, three multiple linear models were developed. The dependent variable was traffic accident density, which is a measure of the relative distribution of traffic accidents. The independent variables were various traffic and socioeconomic variables. CONCLUSIONS : Three traffic accident density models were developed, and all models were statistically significant. Road length, trip production volume, intersections, van ratio, and number of vehicles per person in the transportation-based model were analyzed to be positive to the accident. Residential and commercial area ratio and transportation vulnerability ratio obtained using the socioeconomic-based model were found to affect the accident. The major arterial road ratio, trip production volume, intersection, van ratio, commercial ratio, and number of companies in the integrated model were also found to be related to the accident.

Ferrite electromagnetic wave absorber whose attenuation ability are mainly relied on their magnetic loss, has been used in relatively narrow wave frequency ranges. In this study, we tried to produce a wide-range electromagnetic wave absorber by laminating sintered ferrite (Mn0.07Ni0.28Zn0.65Fe2O4) and dielectrics (Cordierite). We also investigated effects of dielectric constant and thickness on the attenuation behavior of the absorber. Applicable band width, in which the attenuation is greater than 20 dB can be widened from 100∼700 MHz of ferrite alone to 100∼900MHz by employing the laminated structure. Thickness of dielectrics to achieve wide-range application decreased as the dielectric constant increased.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to provide basic data to improve the survival rate of pre-hospital cardiac arrest patients. This study suggests a more effective method of performing effective chest compressions for a cardiac arrest patient in a moving ambulance. Methods: To compare the differences between gender and license (qualification), SPSS 18.0 (Windows) was used. Independent and paired t-tests were used for differences between before and after wearing a rescuer's belt. Results: The success rate of chest compressions according to gender was higher in males (68±21.91%) than in females (25.04±16.88%). There was no difference according to license (44.70±26.63 for paramedic, 45.05±19.25 for nurse). However, the depth (mm) and the success rate (%) were improved during the evaluation of chest compressions when wearing the rescuer's belt (depth: 46.95±6.49 vs. 49.55±6.05, success rate: 44.80±24.66 vs. 57.39±26.823). Conclusion: Wearing a rescuer's belt in an ambulance during patient transport can result in deeper and more accurate chest compressions; therefore, it is expected to be effective in recovering the circulation of patient with cardiac arrest.

The study examined changes in physical education curriculum, and discussed problems of them. Conclusions are as follows. The first, more school hours of physical education are required at each level of school. With current school hours, it is impossible to active the desired result in elementary education for lifelong physical exercise. At elementary school, physical education should be run separated from "pleasant livies". The second, At middle school, physical education should be run separated from musical education and art education. The unit of class should be secured more than 3unit. The third, That's not sufficient for physical activity to have one hour per week in vocational school, and 12 unit in high school. So the unit of class should be regulated up to 14 unit. The fourth, the examination of physical strength measurement system should not be the program of physical education. And the physical education class of senior in high school should not be substituted by other subjects.
수축율 조절에 의한 적층 칩 LC Filter의 동시 소성에 관한 연구

Among many problems that need to be solved in the process of preparing multilayer chip LC filters, we studied the control of shrinkage in order to prevent the crack, warpage, and/or delamination which occurs at the interface between the inductance (L part) and the capacitance (C part). Shrinkage was controlled by compositions, powder size, calcining temperature and amount of organic binder. Capacitance sheet was prepared by mixing 65 wt% binder with the composition of 96 wt% TiO2 having an average particle size of 0.5 $\mu\textrm{m}$, 3 wt% CuO. After small amount of MnO2 and SiO2 added, it was calcined at 750$^{\circ}C$ for 2 hr. Inductance sheet was prepared by mixing 60 wt% binder with the composition of 49.5% mol% Fe2O3, 20.5 mol% ZnO, 20 mol% NiO and 10 mol% CuO which was calcined at 775$^{\circ}C$ for 2 hr. These sheets was laminated at 250 kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$, and cofired at 900$^{\circ}C$ for 2 hr to give rise to a multilayer chip LC filter without any warpage.
