        QoS 기반 웹서비스 컴포지션을 위한 효율적인 리플래닝 기법

        A Web service is a service provided by software systems to support machine to machine inter-operations over Web. Given a set of Web services and a goal, the QoS-aware Web service composition problem constructs a composite Web service with the optimal accumulated QoS value, which satisfies the given goal specification. However, in the real world environment, frequent changes happen inherently ― for instance, temporary machine down, heavy system workload, and network failure. If the solution we have constructed is not valid anymore due to the changes, we have to solve a new problem again. Ordinary approaches to find a new solution from scratch may waste computation time, since they explore the whole searching space again. Hence, in this paper, we propose a novel replanning algorithm, which does not solve the new composition problem from scratch but explores only the changed space to identify the new optimal solution. In the experiment, our replanning algorithm can deal with the composition problem much faster than the original algorithm to solve from scratch.

        참당귀의 무기성분, 유리당, 아미노산 및 지방산 함량 특성

        Background : The major compounds of Angelica species are decursin, decursinol angelate, nodakenin, umbelliferone and β-sitosterol, which act anti-inflammatories, reduce pains, protect the liver and enhance the immune system. This study investigated the chemical compositions, minerals, metals, sugars and overall amino acid composition in Angelica gigas Nakai. Methods and Results : Powder of Angelica roots smaller than 30 mesh were used. Physico-chemical analysis revealed the presence of carbohydrates (62.0%), crude proteins (13.9%), moisture (11.4%), crude fats (7.3%) and ash (5.4%). Results showed that potassium was present in the highest amount (1,859 ppm), followed by magnesium (214.5 ppm), calcium (147.3 ppm) and sodium (6.0 ppm). Free sugar profiles showed the presence of sucrose (29.3 g/100 g). The total amino acids concentrations was 9,752 ㎎/ 100 g, the most common and dominant amino acids were arginine (2,181 ㎎/100 g), glutamic acid (1,212 ㎎/100 g) and aspartic acid (834 ㎎/100 g). The total free amino acids contents was 1,476 ㎎/100 g, in which the most common amino acid were arginine (932 ㎎/100 g), glutamic acid (127 ㎎/100 g), and γ-aminobutyric acid (80.4 ㎎/100 g). The fatty acid composition of A. gigas showed a higher concentration of unsaturated fatty acids such as linoleic acid (443.9 ㎎/100 g) and palmitic acid (181.3 ㎎/100 g) according to gas chromatography. Conclusions : These results showed that Angelica roots can be used in various fields of foods and medicines, and in the preparation of cosmetics.

        변수 추상화를 활용한 행위 기반 서비스 컴포지션

        The service composition based on Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA) can make us view various machines or its functionalities in the Web or Internet-of-Things environment as "service", and efficiently create new value-added services that users want by compositing different services if there is no service to satisfy the client. The service composition problem with respect to behavioral descriptions deals with the automatic synthesis of a coordinator service that controls a set of services to reach a goal state. Despite its importance, however, solving the service composition problem with only partial observations remains to be doubly exponential in the number of variables in service descriptions, rendering any attempts to compute an exact solution for modest size impractical. Toward this challenge, in this paper, we propose novel approximation-based approaches using abstraction methods. We empirically validate that our proposals can solve realistic problems efficiently.

        해외 SW정규교육의 사례 연구

        With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, software(SW) education has become a necessity, not a choice of those who live in the digital age. Recently, many countries around the world have been actively promoting software education based on Computational Thinking(CT) for K-12 students, so software education in schools has bigger meaning as basic literacy education of future digital generation rather than coding skills. However, the integration of software education as a formal curriculum in schools is still ongoing in even other countries. Korea is also pursuing software education, but it is in the beginning stage. Therefore, we need to study the cases of other countries that have already started software education at the national level. In this paper, we first investigate the software education cases of three countries, e.g., UK, France and China with a respect of background & educational objective, development stage, and curriculum and we suggest education policies that software education can settle in Korea schools to foster a creative talented people.

        A Study on Efficient Software Education Donation Ecosystem

        In this paper, we propose a software education ecosystem model for activating software education donation. First, in order to investigate current software education donation status, we will conduct a survey on software education donors and analyze the results. 39.6% of the software education donors responded that they were introduced to software education donation activities through their affiliated companies, institutions, organizations. Therefore, it can be seen that the promotion of software education donation activities is the most effective by promoting through software companies, organizations, and organizations and using human networks. The subjects of software education donation activities were the highest at middle school students (73.9%), and the contents of software education donations were the highest at programming practice (63.3%). Donors" satisfaction with software education donation activities was 57.9%. The social support for SW education donors was in the order of software education contents support, activity cost support, equipment and network support, and place sponsorship. 87.4% of donors were willing to continue to donate to software education. The reason why they did not want to continue donating software education was "lack of personal time" (65.4%). Therefore, it is necessary to develop appropriate social support and incentive system to overcome shortage of personal time in order to activate software education contribution. In order to promote sustainable software education donations, it is essential to establish a virtuous circle of software education donation ecosystem based on cooperation and solidarity with various organizations such as government, corporations, institutions, universities and civil society organizations.

        미국과 한국 수수종의 농업적 형질 특성

        1. 국내에서 수집한 수수의 성숙기 간장이 250 cm 이상되는자원은 5 종으로 전체 62 수집종의 8.1 %를 차지하였다. 2. 수형 특성 조사에서는 3개 분얼수를 가지는 자원은 전체수집종의 56.6%를 나타낸 것으로 보아, 평균 분얼수는 3개 인것으로 나타났다. 3. 잎의 특성조사에서 엽장이 90 cm 이상되는 자원은 14.5%로 분류되었다. 4. 분얼형에 있어서는 반밀수타원형이 전체 수수 수집종의32.3%를 차지하였다. 5. 전체 수집종 수장의 평균값은 29.2 cm로 나타났다. This study was conducted to select the superior lines through the investigation of morphological or agronomic characteristics of Sorghum bicolor collected from the South Korea and United States. The selection of superior baselines was made by comparing the plant height, stem diameter, tiller number, ear type, ear length, ear width, leaf length, leaf width and leaf vein color. On average, five accession lines (09-SB-010, 09-SB-020, 09-SB-025, 09-SB-027, 09-SB-056) among of collections for South Korea were showed more than 250 cm in plant height. Two accession lines (09-SB-006, 09-SB 048) exhibited above 4 cm stem diameter. In terms of tiller number, 56.6 % of collected accessions revealed possessed three tillers. In this result, about 14.5 % of collected accessions showed leaf length of above 90 cm and leaf width more than 10 cm. The colors of all leaves were white. The semi-compact elliptical ear type constituted to 32.3% among the 62 accessions collected in South Korea. The mean ear length value of the collected accessions appeared to be 29.2 cm. The sample collected from United States (09-SB 104) was selected as an excellent line by checking the plant height (419 ± 10.1 cm). This report displayed that crop characteristics of S. bicolor have a significant morphological and agronomic differences which could be useful for plant breeding program and genetic resources.

      • Optimistic Scheduling Scheme for Mobile Transactions

        무선 통신 기술이 발달함에 따라, 무선 이동 컴퓨팅 환경에서 데이터를 질의하는 주제가 많이 연구되고 있다. 그러나 트랜잭션 개념을 지원하는 분야는 충분히 지원되지 않고 있다. 이동 컴퓨팅 환경에서 제약조건은 특히 이러한 개념을 지원하는 것을 곤란하게 만들기 때문이다. 이 논문에서 우리는 두가지 낙관적 트랜잭션 처리 알고리즘 -OCC-WR, AOCC-WR-을 제안한다. 이 알고리즘에서 이동 클라이언트들은 서버로부터의 주기적으로 브로드캐스트되는 제어 정보 및 캐쉬 데이터를 이용하여 트랜잭션을 낙관적으로 수행시킨다. 직렬화가능성을 보장하기 위하여 우리는 이동 트랜잭션간에 발생한 충돌 순서를 결정하기 위해 재순서화 개념을 제안한다 또한 불필요한 철회를 준이기 위해 AOCC-WR 알고리즘에서는 완료 순서를 조절하도록 재순서화 개념을 확장하였다. With the advance of wireless communication technology, the topic of querying data in a wireless mobile computing environment has been a lot of attention in the literature. The concept of transaction semantics, however, has not been fully provided. The reason is that the limitations of mobile computing environments make difficult in developing those systems. In this paper, we propose two optimistic concurrency control algorithms called OCC-WR and AOCC-WR. In these algorithms, the mobile clients listen to periodic broadcast information from the server, and optimistically execute their read/write operations based on both the cache data and the control information from broadcast. To ensure serializability, we propose the reordering technique which determines the conflict order among the mobile transactions. To reduce the unnecessary aborts, we expand the reordering technique by adjusting the commit order in AOCC-WR.
