시스템 통합 산업에서 조직흡수역량과 다각화 수준이 전략적 제휴체결에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 자원기반관점에서 IT기반의 비교적 신생산업인 시스템 통합 산업(SI산업)을 중심으로 전략적 제휴체결의 선행요인이자 기업특유자원으로서 흡수역량과 다각화 수준이 제휴의 체결과 제휴유형에 미치는 영향을 분석, 검증하였다. 로지스틱회귀분석결과, 가설의 예측대로 흡수역량은 제휴체결에 역U자형의 비선형적 결과를 도출하였고 다각화는 긍정적 선형관계를 도출하였다. 제휴유형별 차이를 예측한 가설은 흡수역량이 높을수록 비 자본제휴에 비해 자본제휴 체결경향이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 SI산업에서는 적정수준의 흡수역량을 보유한 기업들은 제휴를 통한 외부자원의 이전, 획득을 위해 전략적 제휴를 추진하는 경향이 높으나 흡수역량이 그 이상 높아지게 되면 제휴 파트너 기업으로부터 획득하는 자원특질의 유사성이 높아진다. 그 결과, 점차 제휴체결의 효익이 감소하게 되어 제휴추진경향이 낮아진다고 해석할 수 있다. 다각화에 관한 통계결과, 예측한 바와 같이 다각화 추진은 부족한 내부자원을 보완하기 위해 외부기업과의 제휴를 통한 자원 충족을 추구하려는 경향이 높음을 확인 할 수 있다. 한편, 제휴체결유형별 요인효과를 보고자 한 통계분석에서 흡수역량이 높은 기업은 기술제휴로 측정한 비 자본제휴에 비해 자원의 이전, 획득이 보다 용이한 자본제휴를 추구하게 됨을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 자원기반관점에서 전략적 제휴체결에 있어 흡수역량과 다각화수준으로 측정한 제휴 선행요인 효과를 역동적으로 분석하였다는 점에 의의를 부여할 수 있다. This study analyzes how absorptive capacity and diversified level as alliance antecedent factors as well as firm specific resources influence strategic alliance, which focused on the relatively newly developed SI industry based on resource based view. Based on logistic statistical analysis, it provides empirical evidence on inverted U shaped curvilinear relationship between absorptive capacity and strategic alliance formation and positive linear relationship between diversified level and strategic alliance formation. In addition, it investigates how these factors are influential by the different types of alliance. Its statistical result shows that the higher absorptive capacity, the more it tends to form an capital alliance compared to non-capital alliance. however, in case of diversified firms, it was not statistically significant. Based on the study output, firms which hold appropriate level of absorptive capacity are likely to form strategic alliance for transfer and acquisition of external resource. however, if their absorptive capacity exceeds proper level, resource similarity with alliance parter firm is getting increased. thereafter, its alliance tendency is likely to decrease gradually because of reduced benefits of alliance formation value. In case of diversification, as predicted, it was verified that the higher diversified level, the more alliance tendency, because it is likely to receive supplementary resource through alliance with other firms for complement of scarce internal resource. Meanwhile, Absorptive capacity which is analyzed according to alliance types is likely to form capital alliance which is more easier than non capital alliance which is represented to technical alliance in resource transfer and its acquisition. Based on RBV perspectives, The study provides insightful contribution in analyzing effect of alliance antecedent factors which is measured to absorptive capacity and diversified level, dynamically.

연구논문 : 계급구조특성을 고려한 군(軍) 조사연구의 탐색

본 논문은 군 조직을 대상으로 한 그간의 조사연구의 흐름을 살펴보고 군의 주요한 특징인 계급구조에 입각한 조사연구의 방향과 대안을 모색하였다. 군을 대상으로 한 조사연구는 제반조사환경의 제약으로 인해 조사연구 결과의 신뢰성을 확보하고 다양한 주제에 대한 함의를 제공하는 데 많은 제한이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 군 조사과정 및 결과에 중요하게 영향을 미치는 군의 위계적 계급구조의 특성을 입체적으로 파악한 뒤, 조사목적에 부합한 조사기획 및 분석방안을 도출하였다. 군 조사연구의 향후 개선방향은 군 계급구조의 특성을 고려한 군 조사기법의 정교화와 분석방법론의 다차원화로 구분하여 제시하였다 구체적으로 조사방법 및 조사과정을 보다 치밀하게 설계하여 조사를 실시하고 다양한 요인을 분석할 수 있는 다차원의 분석방법론을 개발, 적용하는 것이 필요함을 주장하였다. This paper examines the past tendencies of survey study on military organizations and explores the directions and alternatives of research study based on one of the main military characteristics of rank structure. Military survey study has limitations in confirming the credibility of the research results and in supporting implications on the diverse subjects due to the constraining research environment in the military. This study deduced survey designs and analytic methods fit for the research objective upon multidimensionally grasping the characteristics of the hierarchical rank structure which influences the survey process aid its result crucially. It proposes that the future direction of military survey study is to elaborate research method and multidimensionalize analytic methodology. More specifically. this paper insists that it is necessary to design method and process of the survey delicately and to develop analytic methodology which can analyze diverse factors.

제 2차 세계대전 개전 초기 독일군 에반에마엘 요새 점령작전의 승리 배경과 요인

본 연구는 창의성의 관점에서 2차 세계대전 개전초기 독일군의 에벤에마엘 점령작전을 중심으로 창의적 전법을 분석하였다. 우선 독일군의 창의적 전법의 근원을 임무형 지휘전술로 보고 임무형 지휘전술의 태동 배경과 추진경과를 살펴보았다. 샤른호르스트부터 몰트케를 거쳐 젝트에 이르는 임무형 지휘전술의 발전과정을 통해 임무형 지휘체계가 정립되었다. 그 결과 임무를 기초로 현장상황을 고려한 독자적 지휘가 가능한 임무형 지휘전술이 독일군의 지휘철학으로 잡았음을 확인하였다. 다음으로 에벤에마엘 작전의 상위 전략으로서 만슈타인의 낫질전략과 양공작전의 일환으로 시행된 에벤에마엘 점령작전(글라이더 강습작전)의 창의적 전략과 작전요소들을 고찰하였다. 아르덴느 삼림지대로의 종심깊은 기계화부대 돌파와 글라이더 강습 작전은 모두 기습과 속도를 유지하며 전개된 창의적 전략이자 작전이었다. 끝으로 에벤에마엘의 현장 작전부대인 팔슈름얘거 그라니트 특공대의 창의적 전술행동을 고찰하여 창의적 요소들을 도출하였다. 이를 위해 모체가 되는 팔슈름얘거의 전력화과정을 살펴보고 현장 작전간 시행된 창의적 전술요소들을 분석하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 창의성의 배경과 요인들을 토대로 보다 확장된 연구가 이루어진다면 근본적인 차원에서 창의적 사고와 행동이 체질화될 수 있는 군대는 물론 사회조직의 조형에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 본다. This study analyzes creative military tactics focused on operation to seize fort eben-emael by German forces in the beginning of world war Ⅱ in view of creativity. First of all, the current study identifies that mission command system is a root of German forces’ creative tactics and examines the emergence and progress of mission command. Mission command has been formulated through its developmental process from Scharnhorst through Moltke to Seeckt. as a result of that, it is identified that mission command in which independent command is possible in consideration of field circumstance had been concretely situated as command philosophy of German forces. Next, I examine creative strategies and operational elements of Sichelschnitt strategy of Manstein as a higher strategy of eben-emael operation and operation to seize eben-emael enforced as part of feint operation. Rapid and deep drive of panzer corps to the English Channel through breakthrough of the wooded hills of the Ardennes and glider assault operation in eben-emael was a creative strategy and an operation that was launched surprisingly and speedily. Lastly, this study extracts creative elements by analyzing creative tactical actions of field tactical unit, Fallschirmjäger granite special team. additionally, it searches fielding process of Fallschirmjäger and analyzes creative tactical elements implemented in a field operation. If further extensive studies are implemented on the basis of fundamentals and factors of creativity presented in this study, it will be contributed to formulation of social organization as well as the military upbringing which is embodied to creative thinking and action.
