2-푸란 및 2-티오펜카르복시알데히드 유도체인 α-엔온의 합성과 물리화학적 연구

The syntheisis of α-enones containing a furan or a thiophene ring obtained by aldol condensation in acid or base medium of 2-heteroaryl aldehyde with acetone or various aryl methyl ketone is described. In all cases, only(E)-isomers have been obtained. The stereochemical assignments are based on ^1H-NMR data and are confirmed by UV, IR and ^13C NMR spectral data. The analysis of the spectra of these α-enones reveals that they exist in the one or two preferred conformations.

The synthesis of some α-phenyl-β-(2-furyl)-and-(2-thienyl)acrylic acids obtained by the triethylamine-catalyzed Perkin reaction between some phenylacetic acids and 2-furaldehyde, is described. In many cases, only (E)-isomers have been obtained. The stereochemical assignment was accomplished by UV, IR and NMR spectroscopy. The analysis of the spectra of (E)-α-dhenyl-β-(2-thienyl)acrylic acids reveals that these acids exist in the preferred s-trans conformation(??C=C^|―C=C??―). In the case of (E)-α-phenyl-β-(2-furyl)acrylic acids the presence of s-cis rotamer has been established.

A simple, highly regioselective method for aminolysis of 1,2-epoxide under mild conditions, by means of lithium perchlorate, is described. Treatment of 1,2-epoxyoctane with aliphatic or aromatic amine in the presence of LiClO_4 at room temperature affords the corresponding amino alcohol(^1 : R^1=C_6H_13), in good yield. The ring opening of styrene oxide is acomplished by using the same reagents, and two regioisomers <(^1 : R^1=Ph) and (^2 : R^1=Ph)> are obtained in good yields.

The additive acylation of ethylene with heptanoyl chloride in the presence of AlCl_3 gave 1-chloro-3-nonanone 1 in yield of 96%, 4-Hexyl-8-quinoline 2 was prepared in 60% yield by reaction o-nitroaniline with 1 at 140℃ for 1.5 hr using the modified Skraup reaction. The reaction of 2 with tin(Ⅱ) chloride·dihydrate gave 4-hexyl-8-aminoquinoline 3 which was used without further purification. 4,7-Dihexyl-1,10-phenanthroline 4 was obtained via sequential Skraup reaction of 3 with 1 in 79% yield. The reaction of 4 with organo lithium derivative of 5 followed by rearomatization with MnO_2 gave the organic ligand key compound 6 and the unsymmetrically substituted phenanthroline derivative 7 in 42% and 38% yield, respectively, 6 was prepared for further study of quantitative self assembly of [2]-catenane from two component ring. The structure of compound 6 was confirmed by ^1H NMR and ^13C NMR spectra.

(E-E)-9,11-옥타데카디엔산 메틸에 말레산 무수물을 첨가하여 6-헥실-3-[7-(메톡시카르보닐)헵틸]-1-1시클로헥센-4,5-디카르복시산 무수물(1)을 얻었다. 화합물(1)을 클로로포름 중에서 m-클로로과벤조산과 처리하여 4,5-에폭시-6-헥실-3-[7-(메톡시카르보닐)헵틸]-1,2-시클로헥산디카르복시산 무수물(2)를 합성하였다. Nafion-H를 촉매로 사용하여 메탄올에 의한 에폭시드(2)의 고리 열림 반응에 의해 6-헥실-4(5)-히드록시-5(4)-메톡시-3-[7]-(메톡시카르보닐)헵틸]-1,2-시클로헥산디카르복시산 무수물(3)을 얻었다. 화합물(1)-(3)의 구조물 ^1H-헥자기공명, ^13C-핵자기공명, 적외선, 전자충돌-질량분석(EI-MS), 그리고 화학적 이온화-질량분석(CI-MS) 스펙트럼들의 결과로부터 고찰하였다. 그 결과 화합물 (1)과 (2)가 주로 반-의자형 형태에 있는 것을 알 수 있었다.

습도센서의 감습막으로 응용하기 위하여 폴리이온넨계 전해질 잉크를 제조하였다. 감습필름 은 금전극이 인쇄된 알루미나 기판 위에 잉크젯 인쇄 기법을 사용하여 도포 하였다. 또한 methyl methacrylate, acrylic acid, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate 그리고 [(2-methacryloyloxy)ethyl)ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride의 공중합체를 합성하였으며, 이것은 침적코팅에 의한 감습막 제조에 사용하였다. 상대습도에 따른 전기적 특성을 측정하였으며 침적코팅에 의한 습도센서와 비교하였다. 습도센서는 상대습도가 증가함에 따라서 저항의 감소함을 보여주었으며 그들의 저항특성은 시료간에 가깝게 일치함을 보여주었다. The modified polyionene polyelectrolyte inks were newly prepared and applied to the humidity-sensitive membrane of humidity sensor. The films were fabricated on the alumina substrate with comb-type gold electrode using a ink-jet printing technique. The copolymers of methyl methacrylate, acrylic acid, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate and [(2-methacryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride were also prepared for the humidity-sensing material. which was fabricated by dip-coating method. Electrical measurements under various relative humidity were performed. The humidity-sensitive characteristics of sensors obtained by ink-jet printing technique were compared with that of dip-coating method. Humidity sensors showed a decrease in resistance as an increase of relative humidity and their resistance characteristics are in a close agreement each other.
