PURPOSES : Traffic accidents and damage due to speeding should be recognized as a problem which harms society and the economy as well as the parties to the accidents. It is time to seek more detailed and concrete customized alternatives than the existing policies for the prevention of traffic accidents. METHODS: In this study, we identified the characteristics driver behavior and psychological factors that lead to speeding, and a study was carried out to verify the causality models developed from the factors we identified. RESULTS : Driving behavior variables have a significant effect on speeding behaviors in order of Lapse, Violation, and Mistake. And the violation which is defined as intentional violation showed the result which supports the research hypothesis as it has the significant effect on speeding intention and behaviors. CONCLUSIONS: The result of this study can be utilized to develop educational problems concerning speeding and previous response with the main objective of eliminating speeding driver behavior.
고집적 개발지구의 주차발생도 및 주변지역 특성분석에 관한 연구

In this study, we analyzed the characteristics of around zone about street-network of secondary street, analyzing influence and consciousness by parking generation, analyzing parking generation density classified by an study area, analyzing the characteristics by degree of parking inflow, analyzing the areas by parking occupancy, analyzing the characteristics and density by parking generation of high accumulation developed area centering around three street network. (1) In three areas of the number of parking stall of on-street parking occupancy by road dimension as very low distributions as Daeheung 17.2%, Yongmoon 4.9%, Yoosung 3.5%, but Daeheung area is found out the highest one among them. There are some reason that Daeheung area is appointed as a parking improvement area because it is one of CBD area. (2) The result of investigation by the inflow degree of parking generation as a characteristic analysis the distribution of the number of parking generation shows that it is the lowest hour at A.M. 7-9h and the peak hour of parking demand is at PM 4-6h in this three areas. (3) The number of parking generation is reduced, increasing by distance of 50m in density analysis, the afternoon influence much parking generation. The time variable is bigger the afternoon than the morning by effect of parking generation. Also development density of variable analyzed that Daeheug area was higher density area than Yongmoon and Yoosung areas, while we gave Yoosung a standard price for development density as a result, Daeheung has increased 30.43 car, Yongmoon has decreased -15.4 car. (4) We analyzed the effect degree of traffic passing which measured six situation variables of factor obstacles. We measured using vehicle a through time and a running speed by running distance of a congestion time and non-congestion time and than we express it to a price of speed rate. The speed rate price is the highest in Daeheung (30∼40%), Yoosung(25∼30%), the lowest in Yongmoon(20%). The illegal parking is appointed the largest influence about dangerous confusion factor.
충격흡수시설의 실물차량 충돌시험 데이터를 이용한 탑승자 안전도 및 충돌거동 분석에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 한국도로공사 도로교통기술원에서 수행한 충격흡수시설의 충돌시험 결과 데이터를 분석하여 충격흡수시설 설계법 개발을 위한 유용한 결과를 얻고자 하였다. 분석에 사용된 CC1등급 충격흡수시설 10회, CC2등급 충격흡수시설 24회 총34회의 충돌시험 결과데이터들을 이용하여 국내 지침에 따라 탑승자 충돌속도(THIV)와 탑승자 가속도(PHD)를 계산하였고 총34회의 충돌시험데이터에서 Y축 가속도와 Yaw 각속도를 무시하고 X축 가속도 충돌시험데이터만을 이용해 탑승자 충돌속도(THIV)와 탑승자 가속도(PHD)를 계산하였다. 비교분석 결과 충격흡수시설의 탑승자 안전도가 오차율 2% 미만으로 나타나 X축 기속도 충돌시험데이터만을 이용한 탑승자 안전도 계산의 유효성이 증명되었다. 충돌시험 데이터 중 X축 가속도를 적분하여 얻은 흡수에너지와 초기 충돌차량의 충돌에너지를 비교분석한 결과, 거의 정확히 일치하여 X축 가속도만을 사용한 충격흡수시설의 충돌거동 분석이 가능하였다. 본 논문에서는 충격흡수시설의 실물차량 충돌시험데이터를 이용해 탑승자의 안전도 및 충돌거동을 분석함으로써 일차원을 적용한 충격흡수시설의 설계법 개발의 근간을 마련하였다. According to the rules, a crash cushion is supposed to set up products that is satisfied with the standard of a performance test after performing the car crash test by road safety facilities and management guide. For development of crash cushion, performance should be estimated through the car crash test eventually. However, there is no reasonable design method which considers passenger's safety and only depend on crash test without an alternative plan. Therefore it incurs a loss materially and takes a lot. Therefore, we are asked to create a systematic design of the crash cushion. This study shows that a scientific basis of applying single degree of freedom when it designs the crash cushion after analyzing vehicle crash test data of crash cushion and also represents design of crash cushion through single degree of freedom response spectrum using calculated by crash test data on crash cushion.
