Objectives : We already know the importance of stability and flexibility on the vertebra. It is important to keep the lumbar lordosis for stability and flexibility. We hope to reduce lower back pain and low extremity pain by changing the angle of the Lumbar Kyphosis through conservative treatment. We have evaluated the effect of conservative treatment with Saamchimbeop Pejeonggyeok by experimenting one patient suffering from Lumbar Kyphosis with lower back pain and low extremity pain. Methods : One patients were diagnosed as Lumbar Kyphosis through X-ray examination. We used conservative treatment, especially Pejeonggyeok Treatment to the patients and measured NRS((Numerical Rating Scale), rating scale for low back pain, low extremity pain and SLR(Straight Leg Raising) test and walking time in whole term of admission, and we also measured flexion, extension angle and lumbar kyphosis using lumbar x-ray lateral view after diganosing by Lumbar Kyphosis. Results and Conclusions : After treating conservative therapy, We figured out that the patient were on the mend, and we found out the angle change in flexion, extension and lumbar Kyphosis. These results suggest that Pejeonggyeok Treatment were effective to improved Lumbar Kyphosis and reduced the low back pain.

The objective of this paper is to give a general understanding for the development flight test of Korean Utility Helicopter(KUH). This paper contains the contents of detailed flight test plan, the type of flight test, an introduction to main flight test area, and the overview of flight test results. At the beginning, more than 8,500 test points were identified for airworthiness certification to show the compliance for the KUH development requirements. However, the number of flight test points were optimized to 7,800 at the end. To accomplish the test objectives, about 860 flight test sorties had been performed, and more than 1,000 test sorties were consumed for trouble shooting. This paper also describes some major issues faced during development flight test phase.

Aircraft washing is performed periodically for corrosion control. Currently, the aircraft washing interval is qualitatively set according to the geographical conditions of each base. We developed a washing interval determination algorithm based on atmospheric corrosion environment monitoring data at the Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF) bases and United States Air Force (USAF) bases to determine the optimal interval. The main factors of the washing interval decision algorithm were identified through hierarchical clustering, sensitivity analysis, and analysis of variance, and criteria were derived. To improve the classification accuracy, we developed a washing interval decision model based on an artificial neural network (ANN). The ANN model was calibrated and validated using the atmospheric corrosion environment monitoring data and washing intervals of the USAF bases. The new algorithm returned a three-level washing interval, depending on the corrosion rate of steel and the results of the ANN model. A new base-specific aircraft washing interval was proposed by inputting the atmospheric corrosion environment monitoring results of the ROKAF bases into the algorithm.

한국과 일본의 물관리 정책 비교

UN에서는 모든 수자원을 함께 고려하여 물관리를 더욱 효율적으로 하는 것”을 통합물관리로 정의하고 있다. (사득환, 2018) 하지만 한국은 수질과 수량의 별도 관리라는 기형적 형태로 오랫동안 물관리가 이루어져 왔다. 일본 역시 2014년 『물순환 기본법』이 제정되기 전 까지 정부 내 다른 부처에서 각각 관리되고 있었다. 세계적으로 통합물관리(IWRM: Integrated Water Resource Management)를 통한 효율적 수자원관리에 대한 필요성과 요구가 증대됨에 따라 한국과 일본은 마침내 물관리 일원화를 시작하였다. 본 연구는 물관리 일원화를 시작한 한국과 일본의 물관리를 비교·고찰하고 한다. 물관리 통합의 상황과 특성을 일본은 『물순환기본법』을 중심으로, 한국은 『물관리기본법』을 중심으로 문헌적 고찰을 통해 살펴보았다. 일본은 다종다양한 개별시책이 아닌 ‘건전한 물순환의 유지 및 회복’을 목표로 2014년 7월에 『물순환기본법』을 제정하였다. 『물순환기본법』은 전문과 본문 4장 31개 조문 및 부칙으로 구성되어 있으며, 물순환기본계획, 기본적인 시책, 물순환정책본부설치 등에 관해 규정하고 있다. 특히 『물순환기본법』 제3조에서는 물순환의 중요성을 언급하고 물의 공공성을 알려 건전한 물순환에 대한 배려를 꾀하고 유역의 종합적 관리를 통해 국내 물관리를 함과 동시에 물순환에 관한 국제적 협력을 언급하고 있다. 한국은 일본보다 5년 늦은 2019년 6월에 『물관리기본법』이 시행되었다, 물의 공공성을 언급하고 건전한 물순환과 수생태환경의 보전 및 유역별관리, 물의 배분에 대해 밝히고 있다. 한국의 『물관리기본법』은 10년을 단위로 한 국가의 물관리 기본계획 뿐만 아니라 유역 물관리 종합계획을 통한 물관리 일원화를 추진한다. 국가물관리위원회와 유역물관리위원회를 운영하여 물관리의 전문성 및 효율성을 높이고자 한다.. 한국에서의 용수사용량은 약 60%가 농업용수로 사용하고 있으나, 국토부와 환경부만의 물관리일원화는 아직 통합물관리에 대한 과제 미완성이다. 일본 또한 여전히 다부처에서 별도로 물 정책과 시행이 운영되는바 여전히 많은 과제가 남아 있는 것이 현실이다. 가버넌스 개념의 도입과 시행 역시 많은 어려움이 예상되는 바 잘 극복해야 할 과제이다. 이렇듯 한국과 일본의 현재의 물관리 일원화는 통합물관리로써 미완성이므로 도입과 시행에 많은 어려움이 있을 것으로 예상된다. 한국과 일본의 비교고찰을 통해 앞으로 물관리 통합을 위한 보다 효과적이고 능률적인 방향을 모색할 수 있으리라 본다. Integrated Water Resource Management has been recognized as making water management more efficient by considering all water resources together. Korea and Japan have finally begun Integrated Water Resource Management (IWRM). Therefore, the purpose of this paper was to examine water management policies between Korea and Japan about IWRM .The situation and characteristics of IWRM were reviewed through a literature survey focusing on the “Basic Water for Circulation Act” by Japan as well as “Basic Water Control Act” by Korea . The first part shows the policy of Japan, which focuses on water circulation. After the study on the Policy Headquarters for water circulation in Japan, the second section pays attention to that of Korea. In the last section, we identify the tasks left behind through a comparative analysis of water management policies between Korea and Japan. Korea has definitely agricultural water under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, instead of the Ministry of Environment, which means that the integrated water management is incomplete. In Japan, despite the existence of water circulation policy headquarters, many tasks still remain as water policies are operated separately by various ministries. Even though both Korea and Japan have tried to start integrated water resource management, they are still in the progress of actually reflecting and implementing policies. Through the reflective survey of Korea and Japan, it can give more effective and efficient ways to integrate water management in the future.

『아이들보이』의 아동문학사적 의의에 대한 연구

1913년 신문관에서 발간한 아동잡지『아이들보이』는 한국 아동문학의 형성에 중요한 역할을 하였다. 그동안 학계에서는 진정한 아동 문학의 출발은 방정환의『어린이』로 보아야 한다 는 견해도 있었으나 필자는『아이들보이』야말로 우리나라 근대 아동문학의 출발을 알리는 잡지라고 생각한다.『아이들보이』를 아동문학의 기점으로 잡아야 하는 이유를 문학 행위의 세 주체 인 독자, 작가, 텍스트의 측면에서 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째,『아이들보이』가 명실공히 ‘아이들’을 독서 주체로 상정 하였다는 점은 아동문학 형성의 가장 중요한 요인이 된다. 진정 한 근대 아동문학의 시작은 ‘아동의 발견’으로 비롯되기 때문이 다.『아이들보이』는 창간사에서 ‘아이들’을 독서 주체로 상정하였다는 점을 선언하고, 잡지의 내용과 기사의 문체를 보통학교 학령층의 어린이에게 정확히 맞추어 발간하였다. 둘째,『아이들보이』에 게재된 기사는 거의 최남선이 작성하였을 것으로 추측할 수 있다. 아동문학 형성의 요인 중 하나를 작 가군의 등장이라고 본다면『아이들보이』의 작가군은 매우 불완전한 것이었으나, 이것은 시대적 한계일 수밖에 없었다. 셋째, 아동문학 형성의 가장 중요한 요인은 아동문학 텍스트 의 존재이다.『아이들보이』에는 다양한 서사물이 실려 있어 미래의 작가와 당시의 독자들에게 아동문학의 씨앗을 전해주었으며, 최초의 창작동화를 수록함으로써 명실공히 아동문학 형성에 큰 공헌을 하였다.『아이들보이』에 수록된 옛이야기와 서양 동 화의 번역물은 당시의 아동 독자에게 아동만을 위한 서사 문학 의 효용과 필요성을 환기하여 창작 동화 형성의 분위기를 조성하고 동화를 창작할 수 있는 씨앗을 전해주었으며, 창작 동화 <센둥이 검둥이>를 수록함으로써 우리나라 아동문학 형성의 요람 역할을 한 것으로 평가할 수 있다. 또한『아이들보이』에는 초창기의 동요로 볼 수 있는 <소낵이는>이 실려 있다. 이 작 품은 화자를 아이로 설정하여 아이의 생활 감정을 노래한 것으로, 1920년대의 동요와 비교해보아도 그 수준에서 크게 차이가 없다. 『아이들보이』는 우리나라 아동문학이 형성될 수 있도록 분위기를 조성하고 자양분을 공급하여 배태시킨 태반이자, 초창기 아동문학을 성장시킨 요람이었다. The childrens magazine 《Aideulboi》, which Shinmungwan published in 1913, played an important role in developing Korean childrens literature. Some researchers insists that the《Eorini》 written by Bang Jeong-hwan should be considered as the beginning of childrens literature. However, I consider the 《Aideulboi》 is the first step of the childrens literature. There are reasons why the《Aideulboi》 is the first childrens magazine in terms of three aspects which are reader, writer, and text. First, the fact that《Aideulboi》set children as the main readers is important, because the true beginning of modern childrens literature begins with the ‘discovery of children’. At the first issue of《Aideulboi》, they declared that they chose children as the main reader group. Also they published the magazines that positioned its contents and text exactly to elementary school level. Secondly, when we consider the writer as one of the factor that formed the childrens literature, the writer groups of 《Aideulboi》 was incomplete. However, it was the limitation of that period. In this period of Korea, Choi nam-seon and Lee gwang-su was the only writer not only in the childrens literature but also in the adult literary world. Third, the most significant factor of forming children’s literature is the text. Variety of literary works in; 《Aideulboi》 spread the childrens literatures to the children in those times and to the writers of next generation, and one of its works was the first modern children’s story which was the great contribution to the development of children literature. Also,《Aideulboi》 included work which can be considered as the early children’s song. This song tells about emotion of the real life of children, so it is not inferior to the children’s song in 1920s. For these reasons,《Aideulboi》 had grown to the cradle of early childrens literature.
