대학 글쓰기 교과를 위한 온라인 첨삭 프로그램 운영 요건과 개선 방안 -한성대학교 온라인 첨삭 프로그램을 중심으로-

The study is a reflective review for the improvement of the correction program run by the writing center in the university. ‘Correction’ is the most common way of guiding writing. It is also the most preferred way to enhance the learner’s writing skills from the standpoint of guiding writing. However, homogeneous diagnosis and more efficient feedback on a large number of student writings are still tasks that need to be improved. In this study, we will examine the operating system of the online correction program from various angles, focusing on Hansung University, and discuss ways to improve it based on the survey answers of the first semester of 2020, which is a regular survey by the writing center. To this end, Chapter 3 looked at operational requirements such as the organization and operation process of the writing center for the correction program and the progress of the correction program. Chapter 4 suggested ways to improve the online correction program. Among the improvements, communication and recognition of common task conditions among participants as correction advisors, role of the researcher as the correct person, and continuity of tasks were proposed. 이 연구는 대학 내 글쓰기센터에서 운영되는 첨삭 프로그램의 개선을 위한 반성적 검토이다. ‘첨삭’은 글쓰기를 지도하는 가장 보편화된 방식이다. 또한 글을 지도하는 입장에서 학습자의 글쓰기 역량을 높이기 위한 가장 선호하는 방법이기도 하다. 그러나 다수의 학생 글에 대한 균질한 진단과 보다 효율적인 피드백은 여전히 개선해야 할 과제이다. 이 연구에서는 한성대를 중심으로 온라인 첨삭 프로그램의 운영 시스템을 다각도에서 점검해 보고 글쓰기센터의 정기 설문조사인 2020년도 1학기의 설문 답변을 토대로 그 개선 방안을 논의해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 3장에서는 첨삭 프로그램을 위한 글쓰기센터의 운영 담당 조직과 운영 과정, 첨삭 프로그램 진행 과정 등의 운영 요건들을 살펴보았다. 4장에서는 온라인 첨삭프로그램의 개선 방안을 제언하였다. 개선 사항으로는 첨삭 조언자로서 참여자 간 공통과제 조건 소통과 인식, 첨삭자인 연구원의 역할, 과제의 연속성을 제안하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 어류 옆줄(측선)이 수온, 수압, 수류 및 음파 등을 측정한다고 알려진 것을 직접 실험을 통해 확인하여, 어류 옆줄의 물리적 자극을 감지함을 확인하였다. 어류 옆줄 감각기능 실험연구 후 어류 옆줄이 물리적 자극을 감지하는 우수성을 확인하기 위해 옆줄 조직을 확대 분석하였으며, 측공과 측공관의 형태를 3D프린터로 제작하여 옆줄 교구 제작을 실현하였다. 옆줄 교구를 수중에서 물리적 자극인 음파를 측정함으로써 증폭 효과를 확인하였고, 이를 통해 어류 옆줄이 생명공학적으로 우수한 감각기관임을 증명하였다. This study aimed to confirm that the lateral lines of fish indicate water temperature, water pressure, water flow, and sound waves by conducting a direct experiment. To confirm the superiority of fish lateral lines to detect material stimuli after the experimental study of the fish lateral line's sensation function, the lateral line's tissue was expanded and the shape of the lateral side of the fish was created using a 3-D printer to realize the lateral stripe parity. The amplification effect was confirmed by measuring the sound waves, which was the material stimulus of the lateral diagonal parabola. This proved that fish lateral lines are biotechnologically superior sensory organs.
12주간의 걷기운동이 비만 대학생의 근육량의 변화와 혈압 및 심박수에 미치는 영향

This study analyzed the effects of 12-week walking exercise on muscle mass changes, blood pressure, and heart rate in obese college students, and the following conclusions were obtained. 1. The change in skeletal muscle mass (kg) increased by about 3.6% from 28.59±9.67kg before the walking exercise to 29.61±8.10kg after the walking exercise, but no statistically significant difference was found. 2. In the change of SBP (mmHg), it decreased by about 0.1% from 122.43±31.81mmHg before the walking exercise to 122.29±14.26mmHg after the walking exercise, but there was no statistically significant difference. 3. The change in DBP (mmHg) decreased by about 5.4% from 87.57±14.23mmHg before the walking exercise to 82.86±7.65mmHg after the walking exercise, but there was no statistically significant difference. 4. Changes in heart rate increased by 1.1% from 91.00±13.34bpm before walking to 92.00±11.60bpm after walking, but no statistically significant difference was observed. As such, in this study, it is considered that the 12-week walking exercise program had a positive effect on the improvement of muscle mass, blood pressure, and heart rate in obese college students.

Carbohydrate metabolism affects cold hardiness in overwintering deciduous fruit trees. In this study, we compared thechanges in starch and soluble sugar contents, related enzyme activity, and gene expression in the shoots of ‘Soomee’ (SM)and ‘Odoroki’ (OD) peach (Prunus persica) trees during cold acclimation (CA) and deacclimation (DA). SM was coldhardierthan OD from December to March based on the LT 50 value, the temperature at which 50% injury occurred. Duringthis period, starch contents were significantly lower in SM than in OD, along with higher total amylase activity and relatedgene expression. In contrast, total soluble sugar contents were significantly higher in SM than in OD, exhibiting a closerelationship to cold hardiness. Of the detected soluble sugars, sucrose was predominant and its content was most significantlycorrelated with cold hardiness. Sucrose contents were significantly higher in SM than in OD from December to March. Fructose and glucose contents in SM, but not in OD, increased during CA and then decreased during DA concurrently withincreased acid invertase activity and related gene expression. Raffinose and stachyose were detectable only from Novemberto April. Their contents and related synthase gene expression were also significantly correlated with cold hardiness, but werenot significantly different between the two cultivars. During CA, the activities of the enzymes involved in the synthesis ofsucrose, raffinose, and stachyose increased with the up-regulation of their related gene expression. During DA, in contrast,the activities of the enzymes involved in the degradation of starch, sucrose, raffinose, and stachyose increased with theup-regulation of their related gene expression. Furthermore, the differential cold hardiness in the shoots of different peachcultivars was associated with the difference in enzyme activities and gene expression, especially of acid invertase, regulatingsoluble sugar content during CA and DA.
