균형성과표(BSC)와 IPA기법을 활용한 피트니스센터 경영성과 모델링

이 연구의 목적은 균형성과표(BSC)와 Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA)를 이용하여 피트니스센터 경영성과를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 2018년 10월 23일부터 12월 20일까지 약 두 달간 비확률표본추출방법 중 판 단표본추출방법을 이용하여 서울 및 경기지역에서 피트니스센터를 운영하고 있는 대표 및 경영실무자들을 모집단으로 선정하였다. 총 250명에게 설문조사를 실시하였고, 신뢰성이 떨어진다고 판단되는 6부를 제외한 후 최종 244부를 유 효표본으로 선정하였다. SPSS 24.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, IPA matrix를 이용하여 각 분면의 결과를 분 석하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, Ⅰ사분면에 해당하는 항목은 고객 분석수준향상으로 단일 항목이 자리하였다. 둘 째, Ⅱ사분면에 해당하는 항목은 순이익 증가, 고객충성도 향상, 자산 이익률 증대, 기존고객유지, 정보시스템 인프라, 인력양성, 주요고객확보, 고객 중심 업무프로세스로 8개 항목이 자리하였다. 셋째, Ⅲ 사분면에 해당하는 항목은 투자수 익률 증대, 명확한 목표로 2개 항목이 자리하였다. 넷째, Ⅳ사분면에 해당하는 항목은 직원의 생산성 및 만족도, 고객관 리업무의 효율성, 시장점유율, 고객 순자산 가치, 신속한 고객 불만처리, 종업원 교육, 이탈고객 재유치, 고객만족도 향 상, 전문인력 확보로 9개 항목이 자리하였다. The purpose of this study was to verify the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and modeling of fitness center performance using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). For this purpose, from October 23 to September 20, 2018, and selected participants of this study consisted of 244 management practitioner who fitness center management in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Samples were extracted by judgment sampling method. Total 244 data were collected in this study except data which did not respond or trustlessly responded. In data processing, via SPSS 24.0 for window, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics method, final validation was carried out using IPA matrix to obtain the results of each quadrant. The results were as follows. First, Ⅰquadrant included in improve customer analytics. Second, Ⅱ quadrant included in increase net profit, improve customer loyalty, increase asset profitability, maintain existing customers, infrastructure system of information, training of personnel, securing major customers, and customer-oriented business process. Third, Ⅲ quadrant included in increase return on investment and clear target. Fourth, Ⅳ quadrant included in productivity and satisfaction of employees, efficiency of customer management, market share, customer net asset value, rapid customer complaint handling, employee training, retention customer exit, customer satisfaction improvement, and securing professional manpower.

The purpose of this study was to closely analyze the perceptions of arts and cultural education for out-of-school youth by using the big data analysis method. Specifically, it aimed to suggest the implications for the policy direction of arts and cultural education for out-of-school youth by grasping the connection by keyword based on words derived from the web. This study selected social media data left on Naver, Daum, Google, YouTube and Twitter by selecting arts and cultural education for out-of-school youth as a keyword. The analysis period of the data was conducted from January 14, 2019 to January 14, 2020 for the last one year, and the text mining, semantic connection network, N-gram network, and Word Cloud were conducted in stages. The main analysis results of the study are as follows. First, the top 10 words derived based on the keyword of arts and cultural education for out-of-school youth (11,319), out-of-school youth (9102), cultural support (8909), arts and cultural (5393), art (2834), cooperation (1985), youth shelter (1985), arts and cultural education program (1834), local government (1797), and experience (1612). Second, as a result of conducting the N-gram network craft, the words in the top 10 are youth cultural support (4,882), arts and cultural youth (1,794), local government cooperation (1,783), cultural support out of school (835), dreams Darak Saturday school of culture(632), Saturday culture school support (612), child-youth (590), positive effect (553), learning positive(492), out-of-school youth shelter (482), cultural support (478).
코로나19 펜데믹 전후로 홈트레이닝 트렌드는 어떻게 변화했는가?

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine changes in keywords related to ‘home training’ before and after the COVID-19 pandemic using big data analysis methods and to analyze trend changes in detail. Method: As the keyword for data search, keyword results for home training in 2018-2019 and 2019-2020, and the top 30 keywords were analyzed to compensate for the limitations of network simplification and network visualization centering on important nodes in the entire network. The UcINet 6 & NetDraw analysis and word cloud visualization were conducted in stages. Results: First, as a result of analyzing the top 10 keywords related to home training in the past 2 years from 2018 to 2019, home training, exercise, diet, stretching, body care, YouTube, exercise method, yoga mat, women, and dumbbells were found in that order. Second, as a result of analyzing the top 10 keywords related to home training in the last 2 years from 2019 to 2020, home training, Corona 19, exercise, non-face-to-face, VOD, pandemic, application, smart home, social distancing, and smart home were in that order. Conclusion: It has confirmed that the trend of home training before and after Corona 19 is changing, and as the origin of the COVID-19 pandemic is over, home training is starting to become a full-fledged fashion, establishing itself as a new exercise trend.
텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용한 학교문화예술교육 인식 탐색

The purpose of this study was to examine the overall recognition of school arts and culture education and to use text mining techniques based on big data. As a keyword for data search, ‘school arts and culture education' was searched as a keyword, and the top 50 keyword were analyzed to compensate for the limitations of network simplification and network visualization centering on important nodes in the entire network. The data analysis period was conducted from April 10, 2015 to April 10, 2020 in the last 5 years, and the semantic connection network and N-gram network analysis were conducted in stages. The main analysis results of the study are as follows. First, looking at the top 10 words extracted based on the keyword of school arts and culture education, art instructor support projects (17,088 cases), arts and culture education (14,517 cases), schools (10,878 cases), culture (6,584 cases), arts (5,847), regional (2,117), programs (1,914), cartoon animation (1,756), research (1,716), and dance (1,602). Second, as a result of conducting N-gram network craft, arts and culture education / art lecturer support project (8,305 cases), culture / school (1,561 case), art / art lecturer support project (1,451 cases), culture arts education / activation (1,370 cases) ), school / arts and culture education (1,171 cases), dream attic / saturday culture school (1,079 cases), ability / ability development (1031 cases), elementary / school (948 cases), cartoon animation / arts and culture education (916 cases), and it was shown as the top 10 in the relationship diagram of culture / Korean traditional music (813 cases). It was possible to explore the implications of how the school arts and culture education is proceeding in a policy and institutional way.
스포츠전공 교수자의 IC-PBL 수업의 긍정적 인식 전환과정 분석

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth analysis of the process of perception change using the grounded theory method. It examines the positive experiences, challenges, and concerns encounted by sports major instructors during their IC-PBL class experiences. Method: The study involved 7 participants all of whom were instructors responsible for IC-PBL courses and had experience teaching at least one course per semester. Strauss and Corbin’s (1998) domain analysis and classification analysis were systematically carried out in a step-by-step fashion. Results: The causal condition was a vague sense of burden, with the situational context being curiosity about the IC-PBL learning method. The central phenomenon observed was the immersion of instructors in the appeal of IC-PBL classes, while the mediating condition involved realistic difficulties. The interaction strategy employed by instructors was the development of their unique teaching models. Their dedicated efforts led to the confirmation that this method can indeed be applied effctively to sports major IC-PBL classes. Conclusion: Throughout the grounded theory process, sports major professors initially experienced challenges and burdens at the outset of IC-PBL classes. However, their perceptions gradually evolved towards positivity, ultimnately confirmng the feasibillity of implementing IC-PBL methods in sports major classes.

Temporal bone CT was done in 697 patients from April 1985 to October 1989. The abnormal findings were seen in 453 patients, which were chronic otitis media in 355 patients, fracture in 49 patients and congenital anomaly in 44 patients, etc. The abnormal findings of inner ear were observed on 46 patients. The results were summerized as follows. 1. The incidence of inner ear involvement by chronic otits media was 7.3 % (26/355: labyrinthine fistula in 17 patients, labyrinthitis ossificans in 9 patients). labyrinthine fistula was most commonly located on lateral semicircular canal(15/17, 88.2%). 2. fusion of vestibule with lateral semicircular canal and formation of common cavity was demonstrated incidentally in 5 patients(0.7 % of total number of temporal bone CT), and bilateral in 3 patients. 3. The incidence of inner ear anomaly in congenital ear anomaly was 11.4% (5/44). All cases were bilateral and three patients showed associated middle ear anomaly. 4. The incidence of invo vement of bony labyrinth in temporal bone fracture was 10.2%(5/49). labyrinthine fracture was seen all patients of transverse (3) and mixed fracture(1). In longitudinal fracture, labyrinthine fracture was seen in 2.2%(1/45). 5. Orthers were traumatic labyrinthitis ossificans(1), intrcanalicular acoustic neuroma(3) and facial nerve neuromal(1)

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) through customer journey maps based on touch points of fitness center customers. The significance of this study is that it provides data that can be applied to the field in terms of business strategy and service design in gyms. Method: Samples were extracted using the judgement sampling method. Total 466 data were collected in this study except data which did not respond or responded inadequately from April 26 to May 30, 2022. Data processing was done using SPSS 20.0 for window, frequency analysis, and descriptive statistics method. Final validation was carried out using IPA matrix to obtain the results of each quadrant. Results: First, Ⅰquadrant included in short waiting time for equipment such as treadmills and cycles, accurate results provided through body information, use of a single space, aerobic exercise without boredom, various free weight equipment, shower booths that can be used by individuals, and convenient operation and safe use of equipments. Second, Ⅱ quadrant included in easy movement, lighting, the location of various mirrors, the space is wide and not crowded, the overall atmosphere such as the appropriate temperature, humidity, smell, etc., the lack of additional exercise programs, the service linked to the body composition meter (InBody), fast and convenient entry, various types and cleanliness of exercise equipment, a large space and props for stretching, convenience of using lockers in the locker room, easy-touse functions without complicated functions, and sufficient provision and cleanliness of toilet facilities. Third, Ⅲ quadrant included in appropriate water pressure and water temperature, detailed explanations of the latest exercise equipment and operations, and sale of exercise-related supplements and beverages. Fourth, Ⅳ quadrant included in the spacious and convenient environment of the locker room, sufficient shower facilities and cleanliness, and friendly greetings from the staff upon entry. Conclusion: Through this study, it is possible to simultaneously analyze the importance and satisfaction of each touchpoint of fitness center customers. In future research, it will be possible to use the customer journey map not only in the fitness center but also in various fields for business strategy.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the overall perception of sports human rights violations and related keyword using big data analysis. As a keyword for data search, keyword results for sports human rights violations in 2019-2020 and 2020-2021, In order to utilize big data analysis and text mining techniques, news article search information, which is commonly used by the public, was used. A total of 16 media and broadcasting companies (11 central and 5 broadcasting companies) were selected as keyword collection and analysis channels. Top 30 keyword were analyzed by performing N-gram network analysis and word cloud visualization step by step. The main analysis results of the study were as follows. First, the top 10 words extracted based on the keyword of sports human rights violations 2019-2020, Sook-Hyun Choi (1,389), sports field (1,249), Korea Sports Association (1,145), coach (1,136), players (1,086), perpetrator (892), triathlon (754), Gyeongju City Hall (690), victim (688), the Fair Trade Commission (566). Second, the top 10 words extracted based on the keyword of sports human rights violations 2010-2021, Sports field (1,260), coash (1,176), victims (1,125), student athletes (1,037), bullying (949), perpetrators (805), Korea Sports Association (729), human rights violations (618), national team (612), Da-Young, Lee (595). The 2019-2020 words were exposed centered on keywords related to the case of Sook-hyun, Choi and Suk-hee, Shim and it can be seen that the 2020-2021 words related to school violence and sports human rights violations appeared in earnest.
문화예술교육의 국가별 분석을 통한 학교문화예술교육 정책적 함의

The purpose of this study was to examine the policy implications through analysis of arts culture education in school by counties. The systematic review of literature used in this study consisted of five steps: ‘document search’, ‘document selection and selection’, ‘document extraction’, ‘document analysis’, and ‘discussion of analysis results’. The number of documents identified through database search was 1,089, the number of selected documents through format sorting is 889, the number of selected documents through content sorting is 635, 211 were selected. All of this process was done by setting criteria for selection of literature. The results were as follows. First, it was understood that the orientation and continuous expansion are achieved through the understanding of the arts education policy. Second, the policies and trends of arts and culture education in various countries were found through the policy of England, France, Japan and Ireland. Third, the policy situation of arts and culture education has been led by the Korean government. Fourth, the school arts and arts education can be understood as aesthetical linking of the subjects, building a system connected with the local community, close cooperation with the institutions, applying and expanding the traditional culture, and establishing the culture for the enjoyment of arts.
액티브 시니어들의 아웃도어스포츠웨어 선택속성 대한 중요도 및 만족도 분석

The purpose of this study was to verify the importance and satisfaction of active senior choice attributes for positioning strategies of outdoor sportswear using Importance-Performance Analysis. In order to achieve this objective, samples were taken by using convenience sampling method among non-probability sampling methods. Total 349 data were collected in this study except data which did not respond or trustlessly responded. In data processing, via SPSS version 20.0 for window, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach"s α, frequency analysis, and Importance-Performance Analysis. The results were as follows. First, Ⅰ quadrant included in stretch and durability, sweat absorbing function, worn as both outer wear and waterproof. Second, Ⅱ quadrant included in high-priced brand name, everyday wear, comfort of comfort, brand name, body temperature maintenance, famous brand. Third, Ⅲ quadrant included in expression of personality, stretchy comfort, beauty expression, colorful design, wearing at meeting. Ⅳ quadrant included in harmonious colors, trendy brands, comfort in physical activity.
