        당뇨황반부종에 대한 트리암시놀론의 유리체강내 주입술과 테논낭하 주입술의 비교

        `Purpose: To retrospectively evaluate the clinical effect of intravitreal (IVT) and posterior subtenon (PSTT) triamcinolone acetonide (TA) injection in diabetic macular edema. Methods: Fifty eyes of 43 patients with diabetic macular edema (DME) were included. Twenty-two eyes in the IVT group received 4 mg/0.1 ml intravitreal TA injections and 26 eyes in the PSTT group received 40 mg/1.0 ml subtenon TA injections. LogMAR visual acuity and intraocular pressure (IOP) were measured and, using OCT, central macular thickness (CMT) and total macular volume (TMV) were also measured before and 1, 3, and 6 months postoperatively. Results: Both groups showed significant decreases in the mean CMT and TMV. The mean CMT in the IVT group was significantly thinner than that of the PSTT group 1 month postoperatively. The percentage reduction in CMT and TMV were also greater in the IVT group than the PSTT group 1 month postoperatively. Both groups showed significant improvements in mean visual acuity, with no significant difference between the two groups. However, at 1-month postoperative improvement in visual acuity was significantly greater in the IVT group than the PSTT group. The mean IOP in the IVT group was also greater than that in the PSTT 1 month postoperatively. Conclusions: Both injections caused a significant increase in visual acuity and a decrease in CMT and TMV. The effect was more pronounced in the IVT group. However, the PSTT injection also appeared to be a safe and effective technique for the treatment of DME.`

        외상후스트레스장애 환자에 대한 음악요법의 적용 일례

        Music therapy had been widely used in the area of psychiatry. However recently, participation of psychiatrist has been decreased, due to recent trends of emphasizing biological psychiatry and rapid effectiveness of pharmacotherapy. A 46 years old male PTSD patient was admitted to psychiatric ward. He has suffered from PTSD symptoms, such as intrusive distressing recollection of his past traffic accident, social avoidance, insomnia and depression. Music therapy, which is conducted by a psychiatrist and a music therapist, was applied. This case suggests the positive role of music therapy in treatment of PTSD and emphasizes the importance of participation of psychiatrist, as an organizer during music therapy.

        뚜렛 증후군을 가진 15세 소아에서 발생한 양측성 망막박리

        Purpose: To report a case of bilateral retinal detachment in a 15-year-old child with Tourette syndrome. Case summary: A 15-year-old child treated for Tourette syndrome for 4 years presented with decreased visual acuity of several days in duration. The fundus of the right eye was not observed due to lens opacity and posterior synechiae. The B-scan of the right eye showed funnel-shaped densely reflective echoes connected to the optic disc, suggesting a total retinal detachment. Fundus examination of the left eye revealed an inverted retinal flap, which covered the posterior pole. During vitrectomy of the left eye, a ciliary body detachment anterior to a giant retinal tear extending 360 degrees was observed. In addition, an inverted flap covering 2 superior retinal quadrants was observed. A perfluorocarbon liquid was injected to unfold the tear’s inverted flap, and silicone oil tamponade was performed. Conclusions: Self-induced and repeated periocular trauma induced by motor tics of Tourette syndrome can result in bilateral retinal detachment. Regular ophthalmic examinations are helpful for early detection of ocular complications including periocular trauma induced by motor tics of Tourette syndrome.

        토마토페이스트소스첨가 멸치( Engraulis japonica ) 육젓필레통조림의 제조 및 특성

        This study was investigated for the purpose of obtaining basic data for application to the canning process of salt-fermented anchovy Engraulis japonica fillet using tomato paste. The salt fermented anchovy fillet was prepared by fermenting anchovy fillet with salt 15% at 5 for 15 days and then cold air drying the salt-fermented anchovy fillet for 1 h at 16±1. The dried salt-fermented anchovy fillet 85 g was filled with 60 g of tomato paste sauce (tomato paste 42%, gum guar 1.0%, salt 2.0%, starch syrup 2.0%, cooking wine 1%, water 52%) and seamed by vacuum seamer in 301-3 can, then sterilized at Fo 9 and 11 min in a steam system retort at 121, respectively. The factors such as chemical composition, pH, total volatile basic nitrogen (TVB-N), amino-N, color value (L, a, b), texture profile, thiobarbituric acid (TBA) value, sensory evaluation and viable bacterial count of the canned salt-fermented anchovy fillet were measured. Texture value of the product sterilized at Fo 11 min was higher than at Fo 9 min condition. In both sterilized cans, the viable bacterial counts were not detected. There was no remarkable difference in physicochemical between sterilization conditions. As a result of sensory evaluation, most sensory evaluation inspector judged that it was difficult to distinguish the sensory difference of both products sterilized at Fo 9 min and at 11 min. The results showed that sterilization of Fo 9 min was more desirable than that of Fo 11 min to prepare canned salt-fermented anchovy fillet using tomato paste sauce, because this condition is more economical.

        초고추장첨가 과메기통조림의 제조 및 특성

        Kwamaegi is a traditional Korean seafood made from the flesh of Pacific saury Cololabis saira. It is recognized as a valuable, healthy food containing the ω-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). This study was conducted in order to obtain basic data for application to the canning process of Kwamaegi using red pepper paste with vinegar. Commercial Kwamaegi was cut into 2×3 cm lengths and 90 g was put into cans (301-3). Then, 60 g of water was added and precooked for 10 minutes at 100℃. The water was drained after precooking. The precooked Kwamaegi was packed into cans, and 60 g of red pepper paste with vinegar was added. The cans were seamed using a vacuum seamer, then sterilized for differing times (8-12 minutes) in a steam system retort at 121℃. Parameters such as: pH, TVB-N, amino-N, total amino acid content, free amino acid content, color value (L, a, b), texture profile, TBA value, mineral content, sensory evaluation and viable bacterial count of the product produced under varying sterilization times (8-12 minutes) were measured. There were no remarkable differences between ster-ilization conditions and textural characteristics. The results showed that product sterilized for 8 minutes proved to be the most desirable.

      • 압저항 연성해석을 통한 고충격 미소가속도계의 최적설계 및 성능 비교

        In order to detect a high impact that occurs at earth-penetration weapons, piezoresistive micro accelerometers are generally used because of its structural sturdiness. In this paper, structural optimization for piezoresistive micro accelerations was introduced to improve its performances from initial designs. In the optimization formulations, the following sensor performances are considered; maximum stress level, resonant frequencies, and sensor sensitivity calculated by piezoresistive-structural coupled-field analysis. We adopted two reference models: (1) a piezoresistive type silicon micromachined high-shock accelerometer with a bonded hinge structure and (2) a silicon micromachined shock accelerometer with twin-mass-plate structure. Several optimization with different formulations are performed for the examples and their optimum results are compared and discussed.

        지각된 가치와 지각된 즐거움과 모바일 디바이스의 지속적인 사용

        본 연구에서는 사용자와 정보시스템간(예: 모바일디바이스)의 애착동기(attachment)를 살펴보고 자 하였는데, 특히 사용자경험(user``s experience)의 조절효과(moderating effect)를 중심으로 분석을 실시하였다. 240명의 대학생을 대상으로 지각된가치(perceived value), 지각된즐거움(perceived enjoyment), 애착동기(attachment)의 요인들이 모바일디바이스의 지속적인 사용(continuos usage)과의 매개변수(mediating variable)의 관계를 분석하였다. 이와 경주하여, 사용자의 과거경험(user``s past experience)이 모바일디바이스의 지속적인 사용과의 관계에서 조절효과(moderating effect)를 가지는지를 분석하였다. 그 결과 애착동기(attachment)는 지각된즐거움(perceived enjoyment)과 지각된 가치(perceived value)에서 지속적인 사용(continuos usage)에 매개변수(mediating variable)로서의 위치를 검증하였다. 또한, 지각된즐거움(perceived enjoyment)과 지속적인 사용(continuos usage)에 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 분석되었지만, 지각된가치(perceived value)에서는 조절효과가 미비한 것으로 분석되었다. The concept of attachment between users and Information Systems; specifically on mobile devices was examined in this study. Furthermore, the moderating effect of users’ past experience also was investigated. The empirical study was done involving 240 university students; to investigate the participants’ perceived value, perceived enjoyment, attachment and also continuous usage of mobile devices. Additionally, participants’ past experience was also enquired to examine its moderating effects. The results show that attachment is mediating both perceived value and perceived enjoyment with continuous usage. Meanwhile, past experience negatively moderates perceived enjoyment with attachment and also negatively moderates attachment with continuous usage.

        온라인커뮤니티에서 공부와 게임의 재미와 플로우 관계

        One of them is online community which is popular among this modern society. However, it is not appropriate to suggest that online community is solely for personal usage or solely for work-related usage. The usage of online community goes beyond only one purpose. On the other hand, our daily activities whether personal or work-related activities are usually accompanied with preconception ideas whether it is a fun activity or not. However, even with this preconception, individuals are still enjoying themselves while doing activities that are considered as boring or mundane. Furthermore, individuals are really into the activities that they forgot about their surrounding and found themselves being in flow while conducting these activities. Unfortunately, there is little research done in South Korea addressing this emotion related factors. Because of that, more research concerning emotion related factors need to be conducted to better understand users behavior especially in online environment. With regards to that concern, this research studied two distinct everyday activities which are studying and playing games in online community. It is expected that when an individual feels more enjoyable and feels more comfortable, it will be more likely for them to be more satisfied. This satisfaction will lead them to being in a flow state. Hence, this study proposed three hypotheses. In order to investigate these three hypotheses, studies were conducted in two stages. The first stage was conducted in order to derive the implicit knowledge about fun from the participants. The second stage was done by an empirical study. It was conducted with two sample groups. The first group is the study group and the second group is the play games group. There were asked a set of questionnaires related to their enjoyment, comfort, satisfaction and flow while conducting the relevant activity. The results showed that both groups reached the state of flow regardless whether they belong to the study group or play games group. Therefore, the preconception idea about an activity does not promote or prevent individuals from feeling enjoyment, feeling comfortable and achieve satisfaction while conducting those activities.

        정보시스템에서 재미의 하위유형 개발

        본 연구의 목적은 기존의 정보시스템 및 심리학에서 사용한 재미의 개념을 분석하여, 정보시스템 사용자들이 느끼는 재미모형의 유형에는 어떠한 것들이 있는지를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 기존문헌연구를 통하여 재미를 구성하는 29개의 항목을 개발하고 이를 검증하여 이 중 15개 항목을 선정하였다. 이후 다시 실증분석 후 재미를 구성하는 하위요인을 사회성, 만족감, 성취감, 열광적 4개의 1차 하위차원으로 정의하였다.
