        The use of forefoot insoles reduced the number of passive peaks during landing. Since rhythmic gymnasts subject their bodies to large amounts of stress, it is recommended that all rhythmic gymnasts use forefoot insole to reduce impact forces on the body during landing. Furthermore, bending at the hips, knees and ankles proved to be important. During landing, there was a negative correlation between hip joint angle and impact force. Thus, as hip angle increases, impact force is reduced. Therefore, it can be concluded that rhythmic gymnasts can reduce impact force on their bodies by increasing hip angle during landing. In the knee and ankle, as angle decreases active loading rate increase. An increasing active loading rate signifies rapid, energetic movement both downward and upwards during landing. These quick, sharp landings not only showed high values for maximum active loading rate, but also displayed a nearly symmetrical rate of decay for active force. This might indicate a relationship between both active rate values and active decay rate values. This relationship, as well as angular velocity during these time periods should be investigated further in future studies. Although the aesthetics of rhythmic gymnasts emphasize upright body position after landing, it is critically important for gymnasts to bend at the hips, knees and ankles. While these movements seen contrary to the aesthetics of the sport, when performed rapidly with an equally rapid return to an upright position, the gymnasts are able make their landings seem light and effortless. Analysis of ground reaction forces can help gymnasts balance the reduction impact forces, while preserving the aesthetics of their performances. Furthermore, continued analysis of ground reaction force should focus on helping rhythmic gymnasts optimize their performance of vertical jumps. For example, studying the correlation between active loading rate and active decay rates, as well as studying joint angle during these two different periods can provide a great deal of useful information for future analysis. Finally, future studies should also include a much larger sample size in order to increase the validity of the results.

        영어교사의 교직 선택 동기 및 효능감 수준 분석: 국어 및 수학교사와의 비교를 중심으로

        이 연구에서는 영어교사를 중심으로 교직 선택 동기와 효능감 수준을 분석해 보고자 하였다. 특히 전공별 학문 특성과 교직문화에 차이가 존재한다는 선행연구에 기반하여 국어 및 수학교사와의 비교분석을 통해 교사 효능감과 교직 선택 동기에 있어서 교과 간 차이가 존재하는지를 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 아울러 교직 선택 동기에 따라 교사 효능감 수준에 차이가 있는지를 함께 검증하였다. 이를 위해 한국교육개발원에서 제공하는 전국규모의 학교교육실태분석 자료를 활용하여 중학교 국․영․수 교사 2,411명을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 영어교사의 교직 선택 동기 수준을 국어와 수학 X2 검증을 실시한 결과, 영어교사의 교직 선택 동기는 국어와 수학교사와 비교해 내재적 동기는 낮고, 외재적 동기가 높은 경향을 보였다. 둘째, 영어교사의 교직 효능감을 국어와 수학 교사와 비교하기 위해 일원배치분산분석을 실시한 결과, 영어교사의 효능감은 국어와 수학교사의 효능감에 비해서 일관되게 여러 문항에서 낮은 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 학생지도와 관련하여 생활지도, 문제학생지도, 불우학생지도 등 모든 영역에서 교사의 효능감이 타 교과 교사에 비해 낮았다. 또한 영어교사들은 교직 선택 동기에 따라서 교사효능감에 차이가 있었는데, 내재적 동기로 교직을 선택한 영어교사들이 수업효능감과 학생지도 효능감 모두 높은 것으로 나타났다. This study investigated Korean English teachers' motivation for choosing a teaching profession and their degree of self-efficacy. Based on the previous research that the nature of subjects plays a role in forming the pedagogical culture of teachers, this study explored whether there exists a difference among subjects such as English, Math, and the Korean Language regarding teachers' motivation for choosing a teaching profession and their degree of self-efficacy. In addition, this study investigated whether the degree of self-efficacy varies depending on the teachers' motivation for choosing a teaching profession. This study analyzed the cases of 2,411 middle school teachers, using the data from Analysis of the Level of School Education and Its Actual Condition provided by Korean Educational Development Institute. X2 and One-way ANOVA were used for statistical analysis. The results show that 1) English teachers have higher instrumental motivation and lower integrative motivation than Math and Korean Language teachers, 2) the self-efficacy of English teachers is lower than that of Math and Korean language teachers in many areas, particularly the areas related to student discipline, and 3) there exists a difference in the English teachers' degree of self-efficacy depending on the motivations for choosing a teaching profession. That is, those who have intrinsic motivation in choosing a teaching career demonstrated a high sense of self-efficacy in teaching and in student discipline.

      • Articulatory and Acoustic Correlates of Korean /1/

        This study investigated the articulatory and acoustic correlates of Korean /1/. In particular, direct comparison between Korean /1/ and English /1/ was made to evaluate the current assumption about Korean /1/ such that Korean /1/ is phonetically similar to English clear /1/. The present study revealed that Korea /1/ is different from English /1/ in several properties. First, F2 for Korean /1/ is around 600-700 Hz higher than F2 for English /1/. The overall higher F2 for Korean /1/ is attributed to the fact that Korean /1/ involves tongue body raising while it lacks a dorsal gesture. Second, F3 value for Korean /1/ becomes significantly lower when the preceeding vowel is a back vowel. This kind of variable F3 pattern was not observed in English /1/. The current study relates the F3 lowering to the retroflexion of Korean /1/ in the back vowel context.

        교사 전문성 개발 특성이 영어교사 효능감에 미치는 영향 분석

        Research studies demonstrating that English teachers' self-efficacy can be improved through professional development such as teacher training programs are not uncommon. However, little is known about precisely what kinds of professional development activities affect English teachers' self-efficacy. The question of whether the characteristics of professional development whose effectiveness in raising teachers' self-efficacy has been empirically proven in the field of education would also work positively for the case with English teachers needs to be addressed. With this question in mind, this study used the data from OECD Teaching And Learning International Survey(TALIS) and analyzed the characteristics of professional development effective in raising teachers' self-efficacy. Data from 600 English teachers were analyzed through multiple regression analysis. This study found that active learning activities, learning with colleagues, collaborative learning activities, and extended time-period activities are turned out to be all effective in increasing middle school teachers' self-efficacy. However, regarding the English teachers’ self-efficacy, only active learning and extended time-period activities were statistically significant. The results of this study demonstrate that the specific educational contexts where English teaching takes place should be taken into consideration to improve English teachers' self-efficacy and to enable the personal growth of English teachers. Besides, professional development activities for English teachers should be designed from the perspective of holistic education where knowledge and action are balanced.

        인문교양 교수자의 창의성에 대한 인식 연구

        At the heart of the essential skills for the 21st century lies creativity. Creativity is vital for the development of societies and individuals in the future, and therefore there has been an increasing demand for schools and teachers to foster creativity in students. Given that teachers play a crucial role in the development of students’ creative potential in either a positive or a negative way, it is important to understand how teachers perceive creativity in schools. The current study explores the perception of creativity by the college professors teaching humanities in the college of liberal arts. A self-report questionnaire was used to gather data from 53 Korean college professors. According to the data presented in this study, the college professors demonstrated a contradictory conception of creativity. That is, many teachers believed that creativity can be developed in everyone, and at the same time a substantial number of teachers viewed that creativity has a positive correlation with intelligence and only a small fraction of students they teach have creative characteristics. Regarding the necessity of creative education, the majority of the participants reported that creativity is crucial in the development of individuals and society and the facilitation of students’ creativity is included in the college professors’ role. However, when their self-efficacy in creative teaching is measured, it turned out that the college professors don’t feel well-trained to play the given role. Lastly, they reported that college professors’ traditional teaching methods, test-oriented curriculum, and a large number of students in a class are major obstacles to creative teaching. < 창의성은 21세기에 요구되어지는 핵심기술 중 하나이다. 창의성은 사회와 개인의 발달에 필수 적이고, 따라서 학교와 교사는 학생들의 창의성 개발에 대한 지속적인 요구를 받고 있다. 교사 가 학생의 창의적 잠재성 개발에 긍정적 또는 부정적 영향을 미친다는 점을 고려할 때, 교사들 이 학교에서의 창의성 교육을 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 이해하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 대학에서 인문교양교육을 담당하고 있는 교수를 대상으로 창의성에 대한 인식을 살펴보았다. 53 명의 대학교수를 대상으로 자기보고식 설문조사를 실시해 데이터를 수집하였다. 본 연구의 결과 에 따르면 인문교양 교수자는 창의성의 본질에 대해 서로 모순되는 개념을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 다수의 인문교양교수들이 창의성은 모든 사람에게서 길러질 수 있다고 인식하고 있으면서, 이와 동시에 창의성은 지능과 정적 상관관계를 가지고 있고, 소수의 학생들만이 창의 적인 특성을 가지고 있다고 인식하고 있었다. 창의성 교육의 필요성에 대해서는 대다수의 참여자 가 창의성이 개인과 사회의 발전을 위해 매우 중대한 역량이고, 학생들의 창의성을 길러주는 것 이 교수로서의 자신의 역할 중 하나라고 인지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 창의성 교육에 대한 자기효능감을 측정했을 때, 인문교양 교수자는 스스로가 학생들의 창의성을 길러줄 수 있 도록 잘 훈련되어 있지 않다고 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 교수자가 전통적인 교수법 에 익숙하고, 시험 위주의 교육과정이 운영되고 있으며, 학생 수가 너무 많다는 점이 창의성 교육 의 저해 요인으로 지적되었다. <

        사회복지사들이 인식하는 윤리적리더십이 의사소통풍토를 통하여 잡크래프팅 및 자기성장주도성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 사회복지기관에 근무하는 일반사회복지사들을 대상으로 윤리적리더십이 의사소통풍토를 통하여 잡크래프팅 및 자기성장주도성에 미치는 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 한국여성사회복지사회에서 22년 8월부터 10월까지 실시한 온라인 설문을 통하여 총 255명(남=67명, 여=188명)의 자료를 수집하였다. 연구의 결과를 보면, 윤리적리더십은 의사소통풍토에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 의사소통풍토는 잡크래프팅과 자기성장주도성에 정적으로 유의한 효과가 있었다. 또한 윤리적리더십이 잡크래프팅 및 자기성장주도성에 미치는 영향을 의사소통풍토가 매개하는지 살펴보기 위하여 Bootstrapping을 실시한 결과, 두 개의 종속변수에 대하여 모두 유의한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 사회복지실천을 위한 시사점 및 향후 연구를 위한 제안점을 제시하였다. This study explored the effect of ethical leadership on job crafting and personal growth initiative through the mediation effect of communication climate for general social workers. The data for this study was acquired from the online survey of 255 social workers (male=67, female=188) from August to October 2022, sponsored by the Korean Association of Woman Social Workers. The result showed that ethical leadership significantly influenced personal growth initiative and job crafting. Also, the effect of communication climate on personal growth initiative and job crafting was positively significant. Furthermore, based on the result of bootstrapping, it was proved that the mediation effect of communication climate on both dependent variables was significant. Based on the outcome of this study, the implication was discussed for further studies and social work practice.

        코어 안정화 훈련이 리듬체조 선수의 동적 균형감각에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Core stability exercises on Dynamic Balance in Rhythmic Gymnastics. Subjects for this study were ten members of the Korean National Rhythmic Gymnastics Team. Their age(years), height(cm) and mass(kg) were 14.9years, 152.2cm, 38.3kg. Subjects exercised everyday for sixty minutes per session overs eight weeks period. The Core stability exercise program is designed to strength, power, proprioceptive, neuromuscular control at regular practice for Rhythmic Gymnastics. The Kistler 9281B Force Platform was used to evaluate ground reaction force(GRF) variables while pivot B value. The independent t-test via SPSS 12.0 was used for statistical analysis. After eight weeks, there was a significant difference in lateral(t=2.274, p< .05), anterior/posterior(t=-1.692, p< .01) and vertical(t=2.49, p< .05) range variables. In addition, the lateral minimum force(t=-3.506, p< .01) and anterior/posterior(t=2.463, p< .05) and vertical(t=2.520, p< .05) maximum force variables decreased. In Conclusion, the present results show that Core Stability exercises could improved dynamic balance.
