        삼차신경통 태음인 환자의 만성 설사 치험례

        Objectives This study was aimed to report a significant improvement of chronic diarrhea patient, diagnosed as 'Taeeum type liver heat-lung dryness pattern' based on Sasang medicine. Methods The patient had treatment with Sasang constitutional medicine. The treatment was executed three times everyday from August 27th to September 3rd and two times everyday from September 3rd to September 16th of 2021. Clinical improvement was evaluated with Bristol stool form scale, the degree of abdominal discomfort and nausea compared to the day of hospitalization and the number of defecations and nocturia per day. Results The symptoms of diarrhea, abdominal discomfort and nausea were improved. The number of night urination was decreased from 3-4 times to once a night. Conclusion After the treatment with Sasang constitutional medicine, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, nausea and the general condition of the patient also improved.

        방사선 피부염 치료법에 대한 문헌고찰

        Objective : Radiodermatitis is a common sequelae in 95% of patients receiving radiation therapy, which is important to be well managed as it can affect the patient's quality of life as well as the cancer treatment schedule. The aim of this study is to review and summarize the interventions available for the treatment of acute radiodermatitis, including traditional Korean medicine, and to propose treatment algorithms for clinicians. Methods : To collect studies about managements for radiodermatitis, domestic and foreign database were used such as Korean journal of traditional knowledge portal (KTKP), Korean studies information service system (KISS), national discovery or science leaders (NDSL), and oriental medicine advance searching integrated system (OASIS), Pubmed, Google scholar and Scopus. Results : Thirty-two studies were selected. There were nine studies on usual care and dressing, eleven studies on chemical agents, two studies on biological preparations, and ten studies on herbal medicines. Conclusion : Hygienic options and dressings have proved to be useful in the management of radiodermatitis. Chemical agents such as corticosteroid, statin, and topical antibiotic agent have proved to alleviate symptoms and severity, regenerate damaged skin, and prevent secondary infection. In biological preparations, EGF (epidermal growth factor) and GM-CSF (granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor) could be used to protect skin and prevent radiodermatitis. For herbal medicines, Calendula, catechin, β-sitosterol, and Jaungo (紫雲膏) may be effective for symptoms including pain, itching, and burning sensation induced by radiation therapy. Because of some research with conflicting results, further studies are needed to propose an algorithm for more optimal treatments.

        수술적 절제가 가능한 원발성 폐암 환자에서 병발된 방사선학적으로 발견되지 않은 동시성 원발성 폐암을 아르곤 플라스마 응고소작술로 치료한

        1990년대 초부터 형광 기관지 내시경이 임상 진료에 사용되면서 방사선검사에서 나타나지 않는 상피내 폐암이나 미세하게 진행된 조기 폐암의 진단 빈도가 늘어났으며, 이러한 상피내 폐암의 과반수 이상에서 진행성 폐암으로 진행하므로, 근치적 목적의 치료가 더욱 조기에 도입될 수 있어 폐암 치료에서의 중요한 진단 도구가 되었다. 치료적 내시경술의 발달로 기존의 진행된 폐암에서 기도 폐쇄 감소 혹은 출혈 부위의 지혈 등의 완화적 목적뿐 아니라, 조기 폐암이지만 심폐 기능 등 전신 상태의 문제로 수술이 불가능한 환자에서 근치적 치료로도 이용되고 있으며, 특히, 수술의 절제 범위를 축소시키는 효과를 가져올 수 있다. 아르곤 플라스마 응고소작술(argon plasma coagulation, APC)은 레이저와 광역학 치료법(photodynamic therapy, PDT) 등에 비하여 조기 폐암 병변의 치료에서 근치적 치료 및 진행성 폐암에서의 완화요법으로서 효과면에서 동등하고, 특히 침투 범위가 얕으므로 표재성의 병변에서 탁월하며, 경제적 접근성이 용이하다. 저자들은 우측 상엽의 절제 가능한 폐암에 우측 하엽에 상피내 암이 동반된 동시성 원발성 폐암 환자를 우측상엽절제와 APC로써 치료한 증례 1예를 경험하여 보고한다.         Hpall- Mspl Methylation Microarray를 이용한 비소세포폐암의 DNA Methylation Marker 발굴

        연구배경: 유전자의 후생적인 변화(epigenetic alteration)는 악성종양의 병인론에 있어서 유전자 변이와 동등한 위치를 점하고 있다. 특히 종양억제 유전자의 전사 촉진(promoter) 부위에 발생하는 비정상적인 메칠화(methylation)는 유전자의 발현을 침묵화(silencing)하고, 결과적으로 유전자의 기능 소실을 일으키게 된다. 저자들은 CpG island와 HpaII site를 가지고 있으며 암화 과정에 관여할 것으로 생각되는 유전자에 대하여 HpaII-MspI methylation microarray를 이용하여 새로운 종양억제 유전자를 발굴하고자 하였다. 방법: 2005년 건양대학교 병원에서 수술한 비 소세포성 폐암 환자 10명에서 폐암조직과 상응하는 암 주변의 정상조직을 얻었으며, HpaII-MspI methylation microarray (Methyl-Scan DNA chip(R), Genomic tree, Inc, South Korea)를 이용하여 21개의 유전자에 대하여 DNA methylation profile을 분석하였다. 각각의 유전자에서 메칠화된 정도를 두 그룹에서 비교하였고, 정상 대조군으로 두 명의 젊고 건강한 기흉 환자에서 수술한 폐 조직에 대하여 methylation profile을 분석하였다. 결과: 21개의 대상 유전자 중 10개의 유전자에서 폐암조직, 폐암 주변 정상 조직, 대조군에서 모두 공통적으로 과메칠화 되었고, 나머지 11개의 유전자 중 APC, AR, RAR-b, HTR1B, EPHA3, CFTR의 6개의 유전자에서 대조군에서 메칠화가 없으며, 폐암조직에서 폐암 주변 정상 조직에 비하여 더 빈번하게 과메칠화 되었다. 결론: HTR1B, EPHA3, CFTR은 비소세포 폐암에서 후생적 변화로 발생하는 새로운 종양억제 유전자의 후보유전자로서의 가능성이 있을 것으로 생각한다. (Tuberc Respir Dis 2008;65:495-503) Background: Epigenetic alterations in certain genes are now known as at least important as genetic mutation in pathogenesis of cancer. Especially abnormal hypermethylation in or near promoter region of tumor suppressor genes (TSGs) are known to result in gene silencing and loss of gene function eventually. The authors tried to search for new lung cancer-specific TSGs which have CpG islands and HpaII sites, and are thought to be involved in carcinogenesis by epigenetic mechanism. Methods: Tumor tissue and corresponding adjacent normal tissue were obtained from 10 patients who diagnosed with non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and underwent surgery in Konyang university hospital in 2005. Methylation profiles of promoter region of 21 genes in tumor tissue & non-tumor tissue were examined with HpaII-MspI methylation microarray (Methyl-Scan DNA chip(R), Genomic tree, Inc, South Korea). The rates of hypermethylation were compared in tumor and non-tumor group, and as a normal control, we obtained lung tissue from two young patients with pneumothorax during bullectomies, methylation profiles were examined in the same way. Results: Among the 21 genes, 10 genes were commonly methylated in tumor, non-tumor, and control group. The 6 genes of APC, AR, RAR-b, HTR1B, EPHA3, and CFTR, among the rest of 11 genes were not methyl-lated in control, and more frequently hypermethylated in tumor tissue than non-tumor tissue. Conclusion: In the present study, HTR1B, EPHA3, and CFTR are suggested as possible novel TSGs of NSCLC by epigenetic mechanism.

        종이와 플라스틱 필름의 이종 재질로 구성된 직교류형 간접증발소자의 성능에 대한 실험적 연구

        In Korea, a typically hot and humid summer means that air-conditioners consume a large quantity of electricity; accordingly, the simultaneous usage of an indirect evaporative cooler may reduce the sensible-heat level and save the amount of electricity that is consumed. In this study, the heat-transfer and pressure-drop characteristics of an indirect evaporative cooler made of paper/plastic film were investigated under both dry and wet conditions; for the purpose of comparison, an indirect evaporative cooler made of plastic film was also tested. Our results show that the indirect evaporative efficiencies under a wet condition are greater than those under a dry condition, and the efficiencies of the paper/plastic sample (109% to 138%) are greater than those (67% to 89%) of the plastic sample; in addition, the wet-surface, indirect evaporative efficiencies of the paper/plastic sample are 32% to 36% greater than those of the plastic sample. Further, the wet-surface pressure drops of the paper/plastic sample are 13% to 23% larger than those of the plastic sample, and this might have been caused by the surface roughness of the samples. A rigorous heat-transfer analysis revealed that, for the plastic sample, 30% to 37% of the wet channels remained dry, whereas all of the channels were wet for the paper/plastic sample.

      • Modelica 기반 오일쿨러 성능해석 모델 개발

        In this paper, the performance prediction model of the automotive oil cooler was developed using the Modelica language, and its applicability to actual work was confirmed. In particular, the program was completed by applying Dymola & Modelon Library as one-dimensional analysis approach. Numerical analysis results from Modelica based performance prediction program are also compared with experimental results. The results are well matched within +/-3%, and can be usefully used to establish product development direction at the initial design stage. And also this program can be usefully used in RFI/RFQ stage quickly. Modelica-based TOC performance prediction codes are also expanded to stacked plate type and air-cooled type.

        감각을 활용한 미술교육이 만 2세 영아의 정서지능에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 감각을 활용한 미술교육이 만2세 영아의 정서지능에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 어린이집을 다니는 24개월에서 32개월 영아를 대상으로 13명의 실험집단과 13명의 통제집단을 선정하여 실험집단에게 주2회 8주 총 16회 실시하였다. Mayer와 Salovey (1996)의 정서지능모형을 김효진 (2005) 이 수정 제작한 “교사용 관찰 검사지” 평정척도를 사용하여 사전-사후 검사를 실시한 후 공변량 분석과 매회기마다 녹화를 통해 관찰분석을 하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 감각을 활용한 미술교육이 만2세 영아의 정서지능 향상에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났고 하위영역별로는 자기 정서의 인식ㆍ표현능력, 감정조절 및 충동억제, 자기정서이용, 타인 정서의 인식 및 배려, 교사와의 관계, 또래와의 관계에는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었으며 감각을 활용한 미술교육이 영아의 정서지능 증진에 효과적인 자료가 될 수 있음을 알 수 있다. purpose of this study is to examine the effects of art education using sensory experiences on emotional intelligence of infants who reached the age of two. The research participants of this study consist of 13 infants in an experimental group and 13 infants in a control group. Each infant from 24 to 32 months of age has attended a child care center. Experiments were conducted sixteen times for eight weeks, twice a week. To accomplish the purpose of this study, the data were collected by the rating scale of “Observation Instrument for Teachers“ modified by Hyojin Kim (2005) from the emotional intelligence model of Mayer and Salovey (1996). The collected data were treated through videotaped footage at each session by using the pre-post tests, analysis of covariance, and observation analysis. The results of this study are as follows: Art activities using sensory experiences have the effects on the improvement of the emotional intelligence of infants who reached the age of two. Especially the researchers have found a statistically significant difference on the awareness and expression of self-emotion, emotion control and restraint of impulse, use of self-emotion, recognition and consideration of others’ emotion, relationship with teachers, and relationship with peers. Therefore, the result of this study implies that art activities using sensory experiences can be effective materials for the improvement of the infants’ emotional intelligence.
