        Cassava 전분을 이용하는 Rhizopus 및 Aspergillus niger 에 관한 연구

        Several species of the fungi were isolated from cassava(Manihot esculenta Gruntz) starch which had formed into pellet, those had been stored for a while in southern part of Thailand. The species of Rhizopus, Aspergillus niger, and Aspergillus fumigatus were identified. The experimental results are as follows; Dry weight increases were checked during the static liquid culture with modified Czapek Dox medium to which cassava starch was partly replaced to sugar, Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus fumigatus had grown more than Rizopus species when 6% cassava starch was replaced to sugar and had been cultured for 72 hours. Amounts of mycelial protein of Aspergillus niger were checked, the highest amount was shown in 6% cassava starch involved medium. When nitrogen sources were varied such as ammonium sulfate or urea against sodium nitrate, there was no significant difference in mycelial production. Alpha amylase activity of each fungus isolated here was checked, those of Aspergillus niger have shown the highest peak at 72 hours.

        인터넷의 보급이 확산되고 정보통신기술 및 웹 기술의 급속한 발달로 시간과 공간적 제약이 없는 가상대학(디지털대학)과 같은 학교 사이트가 활성화 되고 있으며, 다양하고 질적인 교육 서비스를 제공하고 교육의 사회적 비용절감 및 전문 인력을 양성하여 국가경쟁력을 강화할 수 있으므로 학교사이트의 중요성은 매우 크다고 할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 많은 학교에서 가상학교를 시험 운용 중에 있으며, 가상 학습공간을 웹상에 효율적으로 구축하기 위하여 학교사이트 분석과 연구가 필요하다.<br/> 본 논문에서는 성공적인 학교 사이트 디자인을 위하여 첫째 HTML Tag를 이용한 웹 디자인의 시각적인 요소를 분석하여 가장 일반적인 디자인 패턴을 제시하고, 둘째 설문조사를 통하여 기존 웹 디자인의 문제점과 사용자의 선호도를 알아봄으로써 사용자가 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 디자인의 특성과 가이드라인을 제시하여 학교 사이트 제작에 있어 시행착오를 줄이고 시간과 노력을 절약할 수 있는 학교 사이트 디자인에 도움이 되고자 한다. It is activated a virtual university(digital university) without limitation time and space that the diffusion of internet, the rapid development of information and communicative technologies, web-technology. It is great importance of school-site to support various and qualitative education services, to cut social education spending, to strengthen national competitiveness with breed expert. Many people who are in universities are putting a school-site to the test. So we need study and analysis it to build up a virtual-study-space efficiently on web.<br/> This thesis is supposed to help in school-site design to make it reduce errors and save time and efforts. First, it suggests most general design pattern by analysis visual elements using HTML Tag. Second, it suggests a guide-line and a specific of design to use convenience through research on web-design problem and finding out user's favor.

        Aesthetic marketing which includes the supply of sensory experience & aesthetic satisfaction linked to corporation, products and service positioning is gaining persuasive power as the customers' desire become more aesthetic and diversified and as they want to get satisfaction through products, service and stores, the sources for sensory experiences. Bakery cafe is one of them. It's a new business of bakery and coffee shops mixed, and the bakery cafe is considered as a new field of food service industry, a classified refreshment house which is required to confirm its position and range clearly. Hereupon, the goal of this study is to see store identity if it's well set up as a brand strategy and to seek for the part to be improved. The components, color and material of inner space of the store are similar for united expression of unique brand concept for each store. It's the creation of the brand image setting customers to have favorable emotion and image for the stores with the same brand obtaining utilitarian benefit along with mental benefit such as satisfaction, individuality. Corporation raise the whole brand awareness through strategic brand marketing. Accordingly, brand identity is not less important than brand technical excellency and effective marketing and that the brand image formation is in need of continuous and consistent management from the early set-up stage.

        프랜차이즈 제과점의 실내공간 현황 조사 비교 연구 : 부산 중심가 파리바게트와 뚜레쥬르를 중심으로

        우리나라 제과점은 1990년대에 들어서면서 급속한 환경변화를 하게된다. 그러면서 제과업체간 시장경쟁도 갈수록 치열해지면서 몇 년전부터 차별화된 베이커리 카페형태를 오픈하고 있다. 카페형 복합매장의 대표 업종인 베이커리카페는 극심한 내주 경기 침체와 식재 파동 등으로 불황을 겪고 있는 외식업계에 건강과 웰빙의 이미지를 내세우며 젊은 층을 중심으로 확대되고 있다. 그 대표적인 베이커리카페는 뚜레쥬르 파리바게트이다. 본 연구에서는 프랜차이즈 제과점의 현황을 파악한다. 파리바게트와 뚜레쥬르 매장의 공간 구성적 특성과 면적을 비교분석하고 매장마다 갖추고 있는 좌석의 수와 1인당 소요면적에 대해 비교한다. 그리고 종업원과 고객의 동선 길이를 비교하여 프랜차이즈 제과점의 현황에 관한 기초적 자료를 제시하고자 한다. Tous Les Jours and Paris Baguette are typical bakery cafe. In this study determined the status of the bakery franchise. Structural characteristics of the space to store and compare the area and every store has a per capita number of seats compared to the required area. And employees and customers to compare the length of the wire on the status of the franchise bakery Fundamental data is presented.

        우유중 잔류 항생물질 분석방법에 관한 비교연구

        Recently, as concern about the residual antibiotics in milk increase, the detection methods of residual antibiotics used extensevely at the present time were investigated and compared to their properties and the detection limits of variable antibiotics. At first, comparative tests of the detectable sensitivity of 4 teat organisms, B.cereus, B.subtilis, M.luteus, B. stearothermophilus C-953, were performed by disc assay. As a result, B.stearotleermoph.ilus was the most sensitive strain of all other strains and showed the detect limit of 5-50 ppb for penicillins (PCs). And also, B.subtilis was showed the more effective detection limit, 200-400 ppb, for aminoglycosides (AGs) and M.luteus was showed predominant sensitivity , 50-500 ppb for macrolides(MLs) and B.cereus was the most sensitive strain for tetracyclines (TCs) and showed the detection limit of 100-400 ppb. Therefore, each test strains were showed a different sensitivity in the detection of the different antibiotic families. When the detection limit of disc assay and other methods were compared, TTCmethod was less sensitive than other methods showing 5-50 ppb detectable lebel for PCs. Also, for the detection of other antibiotic families TTC method was showed the worst sensitivity and Delvo and Charm Farm tests were similar to the detectable properties of AGs and MLs. Although disc assay was showed the similar detection limit for PCs with Delvo and Charm Farm, it was more widely effective for the detection of kanamycin, erythromycin, chlortetracycline, doxycycline, verginiamycin and so on than Delvo or Charm Farm. CharmII test was showed the best sensitivity for the most of antibiotics except neomycin and gentamycin. But it was necessary that different tests must be performed to each antibiotic family and so it was regarded that the effectiveness of that method was low.
