        한강수의 오염도에 따른 오수생물학적 (汚水生物學的) 연구

        1. The pollution grade of the Han River and Keum-Gang areas was investigated through saprobien system from April to October, 1973. 2. The 53 indicated species collected from the surveyed area were a follows: bacteria(3), schizophyceae(8), flagellatae(4), diatoms(10), cholroghyceae(6), conjugatae(4), rhizopoda(3), ciliata(5), nemertini(1), rotifera(6) and crustacea (3). 3. The pollution grade of Chungpyeong, Dooksum, and the 1st Han River bridge was oligosaprobic, α-mesosaprobic, and β-polysaprobic respectively. It is considered that the increase of pollution grade of the 1st Han River bridge was caused by the inflow of polluted water from Chunggye stream. 4. The pollution grade of Yeomchang area was indicated as β-polysaprobic and Kimpo area as α-mesosaprobic. 5. The pollution grade of three surveyed areas of Keum-Gang were β-mesosabrobic, which resembled that of Paldang.

        무심천에 (無心川) 있어서 조류의 (藻類) 다양성에 의한 오염도 연구

        This study has been carried out to estimate for the water pollution of Moosim stream by the value of diversity of algaes and to know the effect of Moosim stream on the water quality of Miho stream. 1. This study has been carried out in Moosim stream from May to October and in Miho stream from August to October 1979. 2. Algaes collected from the surveyed areas are as follows: 2 species of schizophyceae, 3 species of flageatae, 11 species of diatoms, 2 species of chlorophyceae and 1 species of conjugatae. 3. In Moosim stream, the surveyed areas are divided into two parts by saprobien system according to the diversity indices. The site I belongs to β-mesosaprobic but the other parts belong to α-mesosaprobic, the values of which are near to those of ploysaprobic. 4. Water quality of Miho stream is polluted slightly by the inflow of polluted water from Moosim stream.

        오수생물학적지표생물에 (汚水生物學的指標生物) 의한 청계천의 (淸溪川) 오염도에 관한 연구

        1. The pollution of Chunggae stream from April to September, 1973 was graded through saprobien system. 2. The 37 indicated species collected from the surveyed area were as follows: bacteria (3), schizophyceae (5), flagellatae (5), diatoms (6), chlorophyceae (2), conjugatae (2), rhizopoda (1), ciliata (5), nemertini (1), rotifera (4), crustacea (2), and insecta (1). 3. Pollution grade of the surveyed stations: station 1, α-ms zone, stations 2 and 5, β-ps zone, and stations 3 and 4, α-ps zone. 4. All the stations were ps zones except station 1. Thus it may be concluded that the inflow of the Chunggae stream in one of the most important factors of the polluted Han River.

        풍수지리에서 본 고구려의 수도 안학궁성(安鶴宮城)과 장안성(長安城)의 도시계획 비교·분석

        This paper analyzes and compares the city plans of the last two capitals - Anhwakgoong and Jangan castle towns of Goguryeo in Pyongyang, based on feng shui, topography of geomantic principles. In doing so, various historical documents and archaeological data were reviewed and analyzed. Findings and results of this study are summarized as follows: During the 4th, 5th and 6th centuries, China and surrounding counturies were frequently and fiercely fighting war against each other, interacting with each other and syncretizing,. Through this process, they were constructing and reconstructing their international relationship, making and forming a new Asian world order system. In the process of the construction of the new Asian world order, Goguryeo was playing a very significant and powerful role continuously in the Northeast Asia. In the early year of the 5th century, Jangsoo King of the rich and powerful country of Goguryeo moved the capital to Anhwakgoong castle town in Pyongyang, the capital of North Korea from Gooknae castle town in Jilin Province of China, for his territorial expansion to the south direction. He searched a propitious region for the new capital in accord with geomantic principes and finally choosed the area of Anhwakgoong in the east Pyoungyang. He constructed the capital with a city plan coinciding with feng shui. For about one and half centuries after the movement of the capital, Goguryeo gained and enjoyed prosperity. In the 6th and 7th centuries, the royal authority of Goguryeo was weakend and a coalition government by nobles was emerged. In the end of 6th century, the coalition government moved the capital from Anhwakgoong to Jangan castle area in the middle of Pyoungyang. However, this analysis based on geomancy tells us that it should seem for the government to pay little attention to feng shui in location of the capital as well as in the city plan. It would seem that the city plan of the last capital out of accord with feng shui was one of the main reasions for Goguryeo to fall to ruin. Feng shui significantly affecting cities" ups and downs, it can be concluded that city planners should consider and reflect feng shui in their city plannig.

      • 시금치에서 分難한 葉綠體의 燐酸透過性에 關한 硏究

        시금치로 부터 葉綠體를 分離하여 溫度, pH, 光, 沮害劑등 環境要因의 變化에 따른 燐酸吸收의 變化와 ATPase의 活性의 變化를 測定하여 葉綠體의 燐酸透過性을 調査하여 燐酸의 透過機構를 밝히고자 하였다. 本 實驗의 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1) 葉綠體에 있어서 燐酸濃度에 따른 燐酸의 吸收는 飽和曲線을 나타내어 燐酸의 透過가 單純한 擴散이 아님을 나타내었다. 2) 葉綠體에 있어서 燐酸의 吸收와 ATPase의 活性은 모두 pH 6.0 溫度 25℃ ∼ 35℃에서 最大가 되었으며 45℃에서 低下하였다. 3) 葉綠體에 있어서 ATPase의 沮害劑인 EDTA處理區 에서 燐酸의 吸收는 약간 減少되었다. 4) 葉綠體에서 燐酸의 吸收는 明條件에서 促進되었고 DCMU處理에 의해 抑制되었다. 5) 葉綠體에 있어서의 燐酸의 吸收는 ATPase와 直接關聯되어 일어나는 것이 아니라 光化學的燐酸化反應의 電子傳達과 關聯되어 能動輸送으로 일어난다. 6) 葉綠體에 있어서의 燐酸의 透過는 擔體와 ATP의 energy가 聯關된 能動的促進 擴散으로 일어난다. In an attempt to clarify the phosphate transport process of chloroplast isolated from spinach leaves, the phosphate influx into chloroplast and membrane-bound ATPase activity were measured under the various environmental factors. The results obtained were as follows; 1. Effect of phosphate concentration on the rate of the phosphate influx into chloroplast was the saturation effect. This result suggested that the phosphate permeability is not due to the simple diffusion. 2. ATPase activities and the phosphate uptake of chloroplast had pH optima of 6.0 and temperature optima of 25℃-30℃. 3. The phosphate influx into chloroplast was decreased slightly by EDTA (10, 100μM). 4. The phosphate uptake by chloroplast was stimulated in the light but inhibited by DCMU (100μM). 5. The phosphate influx into chlorophast did not directly depend upon the function ATPase but depended upon the energy depended mechanism linked with photophos-phorylation. 6. The phosphate influx into chloroplast depended upon the active facilitated transport.

        통합과학교육의 방향 설정을 위한 이론적 고찰

        본 논문은 정성적인 연구방법의 하나인 문헌분석법에 의하여 이루어졌다. 문헌 분석의 방법은 본 논문의 목적에 비추어 교육철학, 교육이론, 과학철학, 교육심리학, 통합교육과정과 관련된 국내·외의 주요 단행본, 연구보고서 및 논문, 전문지에 수록된 자료를 수집하고, 이를 연구내용에서 제시한 관점에 따라 분류·분석·추출·정립하였다. 이를 바탕으로 통합 과학교육의 방향을 설정하였다. 즉, 먼저 과학의 본성을 과학지식으로 보는 관점, 사회적 합의과정으로 보는 관점, 개인 삶의 창조로 보는 관점의 3가지, 그리고 교육의 본성을 지식의 형식으로 보는 관점, 경험의 확대로 보는 관점, 자아실현으로 보는 관점의 3가지로 분류하고, 이를 근거로 하여 통합과학교육의 방향을 지식내용중심, 사회문제 중심, 개인흥미중심의 3가지로 모색하였다. 다음으로, 이상에서 모색된 지식내용중심, 사회문제중심, 개인흥미중심의 3가지 통합과학교육의 방향이 교육철학적, 과학철학적, 교육심리학적 측면에서 정당화되는 근거를 밝혔다. 마지막으로, 이상에서 정당화된 이론적 근거를 바탕으로 하여, 통합과학교육의 방향을 지식내용중심, 사회문제중심, 개인흥미중심의 방향의 3가지로 설정하였다. 여기서 설정된 3가지 통합과학교육의 방향은 앞으로 후속 논문의 논지를 이끄는 데 기본적인 준거가 될 것이다. 이러한 연구 단계에 따라 분석된 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과학의 본성을 '과학지식'으로, 교육의 핵심을 '지식의 형식'으로 보는 관점을 이론적 근거로 하여 지식내용중심의 통합과학교육이 설정된다. 따라서 이는 'Hirst의 통합논리'가 바탕이 된다고 할 수 있으며, 통합화의 초점은 지식의 의미와 그들간의 논리적 관련성을 탐구양식에 따라 보다 분명히 밝히려는데 있다. 둘째, 과학의 본성을 '사회적 합의과정'으로 교육의 핵심을 '경험의 확대'로 보는 관점을 이론적 근거로 하여 사회문제중심의 통합과학교육이 설정된다. 따라서 이는 'Dewey의 통합논리'가 바탕이 된다고 할 수 있으며, 통합화의 초점은 사회적 경험의 과정을 용이하게 해 주는 방법적 측면에 있다. 셋째, 과학의 본성을 '개인 삶의 창조'로 교육의 핵심을 '자아실현'으로 보는 관점을 이론적 근거로하여 개인흥미중심의 통합과학교육이 정당화될 수 있다. 따라서 이는 'Patterson의 통합논리'가 바탕이 된다고 할 수 있으며, 통합화의 초점은 개인의 자아실현을 위한 심리적 측면에 있다. 앞으로 학교현장에서 "효과적인" 통합과학교육이 이루어지기 위하여는 본 연구에서 논의된 통합과학교육의 방향을 이론적 준거로 하여, 교사·교재·학생의 역동적인 관계성을 고려한, 체계적이고 종합적인 통합과학교육과정이 개발되어야 한다. 그리고 개발된 통합과학교육과정을 교사가 실제로 학교수업에 충분히 활용할 수 있도록 하는 노력을 기울여야만 한다. In this study I defined the direction Integrated Science Education(ISE) should take. So that I groped for the direction ISE should take in the inherent nature of science and education, analyzing their respective validity from philosophical and psychological angles. Based upon these researches, I formulated the three directions for ISE to take ; knowledge-centered, social problem-centered, and individual interest-centered. The results of this thesis may be summed up as follows: 1. The knowledge-centered ISE that thinks the inherent nature of science is in the scientific knowledge is based upon Hirst's integrated logic which is built on discipline-centered educational viewpoint. Now, the focus of interdisciplinary integration consists in clarifying the meanings of knowledge and the logical relations between one knowledge and another according to the respective form of exploration. The knowledge-centered ISE, therefore, was analyzed to find its justification in the educational philosophy of idealism, realism, neo-scholasticism; in the educational theories of essentialism, behaviorism, perennialism; in the scientific philosophy of empiricism, positivism ; in the educational psychology of developmental psychology and constructivism. 2. The social problem-centered ISE that thinks the inherent nature of science is the process of social concord is based upon Dewey' s integrated logic which is built on experience-centered educational viewpoint. Now, the focus of interdisciplinary integration consists in the methodological aspect facilitating the process of experience. The social problem-centered ISE, therefore, was analyzed to find its theoretical justification in the educational philosophy of pragmatism; in the educational theory of progressivism; in the scientific philosophy of relativism and rationalism; and in the educational psychology of developmental psychology and constructivism. 3. The individual interest-centered ISE is based upon Patterson's integrated logic which is built on human-centered educational viewpoint. The focus of education here is self-realization. Therefore, rather than provide in learning conditions from outside, one is made to choose them oneself and the process of satisfying one' s motive is emphasized. The individual interest-centered ISE, therefore, was analyzed to find its theoretical justification in the educational philosophy of existentialism; in the educational theory of humanism; in the scientific philosophy of relativism; and in Gestalt psychology.
