        외식업체의 내부마케팅이 종사자의 직무스트레스와 이직의도에 미치는 영향

        Internal marketing has been the emerging area and been the main issues in various areas. Internal marketing practices are needed in a lot of companies as these make possible to integrate the internal customers as the main focus in acquiring customer satisfaction. The main purposes of this study is to examine a influence factor of internal marketing which is effected on foodservice employee`s job stress and turnover intention in the Busan region restaurant. Sample subjects used in this study were 283 employees working at restaurant in Busan. The data from this survey were analyzed by using various statistical techniques including frequency tables, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The research findings are summarized below. First, it was found that employee`s job stress and turnover intention is affected by internal marketing factors. Second, it was found that the job stress have a significant impact on their turnover intention.

        직장인의 라이프스타일이 여가만족과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        This study examined the effects of office workers life styles on leisure satisfaction and quality of life. Data were collected from 254 office workers in Busan Metropolitan City. To achieve the study objective, a total of 254 valid questionnaires are statistically analyzed, using frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows: First, office workers life styles had positive effects on leisure satisfaction. Second, leisure satisfaction had positive effects on quality of life. Third, office workers life styles had positive effects on quality of life. From this result, we can understand that there are some meanings in the psychological factors through their life style and leisure satisfaction affect the quality of life directly.

      • 호텔기업의 윤리적 리더십과 인적자원유연성 및 경영성과간의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to provide evidence concerning the effects of ethical leadership, human resource flexibility, and management performance in the hotel company. The study conducted theoretical and empirical study. The data were collected from employees in deluxe hotels of Seoul with the questionnaires. To achieve the study objective, a total of 261 valid questionnaires are statistically analyzed, using frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis. The results of analysis are: First, the ethical leadership had effects on human resource flexibility. Second, the ethical leadership had effects on management performance. Third, the human resource flexibility partially had effects on management performance. The result shows that management must consider ethical leadership and human resource flexibility in creating a successful management performance. Consequently, many leadership training programs focus on superior officer’s understanding of their subordinates in line with the rising significance of ethical leadership.

        The purpose of this study is to provide evidence concerning the effects of organizational culture, followership and organizational effectiveness(job satisfaction and organizational commitment) in the hotel company. The study conducted theoretical and empirical study. The data were collected from employees in deluxe hotels of Seoul. To achieve the study objective, a total of 284 valid questionnaires are statistically analyzed, using frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis. The results of analysis are: First, the organizational culture partially had effects on followership. Second, the organizational culture partially had effects on organizational effectiveness. Third, the followership had effects on organizational effectiveness. The result shows that management must consider followership, organizational culture in creating a successful organizational effectiveness. This study has provided sufficient evidences for future research to investigate the relationship of organizational culture, followership and organizational effectiveness in the hotel company.

        The purpose of this study is to provide evidence concerning the effects of issue leadership, psychological empowerment, and organizational commitment in the hotel company. The study conducted theoretical and empirical study. The data were collected from employees in deluxe hotels of Gyeongju with the questionnaires.. To achieve the study objective, a total of 275 valid questionnaires are statistically analyzed, using frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of analysis are: First, the issue leadership partially had effects on psychological empowerment. Second, the issue leadership had effects on organizational commitment. Third,the psychological empowerment had effects on organizational commitment. The result shows that management must consider issue leadership and psychological empowerment in creating a successful organizational commitment. This study has provided sufficient evidences for future research to investigate the relationship of issue leadership,psychological empowerment, and organizational commitment in the hotel company.

      • 상사의 이슈 리더십, 리더 신뢰와 경영성과간의 관계

        연구목적 - 본 연구의 목적은 호텔기업의 경영성과를 향상시킬 수 있는 원인변수인 이슈 리더십에는 어떤 요인으로 구성되어 있는지 살펴보는 것이며, 이러한 시도는 호텔조직의 인적자원관리에 있어 중요한 의의를 지니고 있다. 특히 새로운 인적자원 관리방안이 절실히 필요한 시점에서 기존의 리더십연구와는 차별화 된 이슈 리더십 연구를 진행하고자 하였다. 연구방법 - 본 연구의 조사대상은 서울지역에 소재하는 특급호텔에 근무하는 직원을 대상으로 하여 고객과의 대면접촉이 있는 객실부와 식음료부서 등에 종사하는 일선 직원들로 선정하였다. 설문지는 총 300부를 배포하여 276부를 회수하였으며, 이 중 불성실하게 응답된 37부를 제외하여 최종분석에 사용된 설문지는 239부였다. 분석방법은 실증연구의 표본에 대한 특성을 파악하기 위해서는 빈도분석을 실시하였고, 관련된 변수군 및 요인들의 설문내용에 대한 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 Cronbach’s Alpha(α )계수를 이용하였으며, 각 변수간의 상관계수의 산출에 근거한 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 통한 타당성 검증과 AMOS 4.0 프로그램을 이용한 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 주요 결과 - 분석결과는 상사의 이슈 리더십 요인인 이슈창안행위, 오디언스몰입 및 실천시스템이 리더 신뢰와 비재무적 경영성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었으며, 리더 신뢰는 비재무적 경영성과에 높은 수치로 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 시사점 - 인적자원관리가 필수적인 호텔기업의 조직 구성원들을 대상으로 이슈 리더십이 경영성과에 유의적인 영향을 미친다는 사실을 증명함으로써 이슈 리더십이 호텔조직내의 인적자원관리에 중요한 함의를 가질 수 있게 되었다. 그러므로 기업에서 가장 중시하는 경영성과의 창출에 이슈 리더십이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 입증하였다는 것은 대단히 중요하며, 호텔기업은 중견간부들의 리더십을 체계적이고 계획적으로 관리해야 한다는 시사점을 제시하였다. Purpose - The purpose at this study is to provide evidence concerning the effects of issue leadership, leader trust, and management performance in the hotel company. Design/Methodology - The data were collected from employees in deluxe hotels of Seoul with the questionnaires. To achieve the study objective, a total of 238 valid questionnaires are statistically analyzed, using frequency analysIs, AMOS(4.0) for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. Findings - The results of analysis are: First, the issue leadership had effects on leader trust. Second, the issue leadership had effects on non-financial management performance. Third, the leader trust had effects on non-financial management performance. Implications - This study has provided sufficient evidences for future research to investigate the relationship of issue leadership, leader trust, and management performance in the hotel industry.
