      • 개똥쑥 추출물에 대한 채소류의 발아와 생육에 미치는 영향

        소비자가 선호하는 크기와 품질의 수요를 충족하기 위해 농작물의 경우 숙기조절 기술을 통해 상품성을 높일 수 있는 생장조절제에 대한 농가의 수요증가로 천연물 유래 allelochemical을 중심으로 한 작물생육조절 물질개발의 연구가 활발히 전개되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 개똥쑥 주정 추출 물의 배추, 고추 및 상추 종자의 발아 및 육묘단계에서 생육에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 육묘단 계의 생육실험에서는 각각의 작물에 개똥쑥 주정추출물을 0.1, 0.5, 1, 3, 5 및 10% 수준으로 처리 한 결과 모든 작물에서 0.1 및 0.5%의 수준에서 생육이 촉진되었으나 1% 이상의 처리구에서는 농도증가에 비례하여 생육이 억제되는 결과를 나타냈다. 육묘단계 생육조절실험에서 각 작물의 엽수는 대조구와 현저한 차이가 없었으나 건물중, 엽장, 엽폭, 근장 및 초장이 현저히 감소하는 결과를 나타냈다. 개똥쑥 주정추출물의 상추, 배추 및 고추 종자의 발아에 대한 영향을 알아보기 위해 petri dish에 개똥쑥 주정추출물을 0.1, 0.5, 1, 3, 5% 농도로 각각의 종자를 25립씩 치상하여 실험 결과 상추는 3% 이상 처리수준에서 발아가 완전히 억제되었고, 배추는 1% 처리수준에서는 14%, 3% 처리수준에서는 91%, 5% 처리수준에서는 완전히 발아억제가 되었다. 고추는 0.5%와 1% 처리 수준에서는 13%, 3% 처리수준에서는 30%, 5% 처리수준에서는 완전히 발아억제가 되었다. 세 작물 모두 개똥쑥 추출물을 3% 처리수준부터 발아가 현저히 저해되었고, 5% 이상의 처리수준에서는 발아가 완전히 억제되는 결과를 나타냈다.

        Jinhae would be a important city of military facilities for naval. Owing to the background of this times, Jinhae focused on military facilities has remained a lot of modern buildings such as government and public offices, stores, house buildings and it has merited the pursuit of learning about the formation of city in modern and the features of modern buildings. Consequently, this paper will be acquired to a first-data about modern buildings under the current situation of loss and transformation and studied to the speciality of the naval city by inquiring the process of formation in Jinhae, executing the literature analysis and the example investigation.

      • ‘나혜석 거리’ 근대이미지 조성에 관한 연구

        As the first female artist of Western painting in the modern times, Hey-seok Na is the historical figure in Suwon, who went ahead of the times. Suwon City established the street of Hey-seok Na to commemorate her, in Ingye-dong, Paldal-gu. Street-establishment business for the historical figures is one of the factors with the biggest effects for the creation of local cultures. It has many merits such as the offer of fine view of city and resting area as well as giving the pride and educational effects to its residents. However, there are memorial hall or exhibitional hall not established in the street of Hey-seok Na, with the lacks in attractions and convenience facilities. With a poor decorative arrangement in the vicinity of the street, the meaning of street establishment and the image of Hey-seok Na are not well-delivered. Accordingly, the initial plan to make the street with citizens has not been well carried out. This research classified and analyzed the achievements and thoughts of Hey-seok Na, to embody it as the image and the concept of design to be expressed for the street was picked out. As a result, the image of Hey-seok Na, as the historical figure was set at modern times. the existing facilities in the street of Hey-seok Na was analyzed, centering on the time-factor of the modern times, deciding the spacial goal pursued by the street along with things to be improved.

      • 볏짚 중 항생제 잔류량 동시분석

        This study was conducted to develop the simultaneous analysis of veterinary pharmaceuticals (VPs) in rice straw. The method for VPs in rice straw was developed and validated by LC-QTOF-MS. The method was established using solid phase extraction (SPE) cartridges. Efficiency of cartridges was tested in view of recovery and relative standard deviation (RSD). Hydrophilic lipophilic balance (HLB) cartridge was showed the higher result than that of tested other SPE cartridges. Recovery and limit of quantitation (LOQ) of tested 9 VPs in rice straw were 72.0-90.4% and 0.076-7.6 μg/L, respectively. The precision was reliable since RSD percentage (1.7-4.6%) was below 20, which was the normal percent value. The results showed that the developed method might be used the monitoring of VPs in rice straw.

        This study was conducted to investigate residual organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in agricultural waters. Extraction and clean-up method were developed using the liquid-liquid extraction for OCPs in water. Limit of detection (LOD), recovery, and relative standard deviation (RSD) of OCPs and in agricultural waters ranged from 0.001-0.004 mg/L, 73.7-110.9%, and 0.9-4.2%, respectively. The residues of OCPs in agricultural water were analyzed by the developed method, and α-endosulfan, β-endosulfan, and endosulfan sulfate were detected at 0.11-0.18, 0.08-0.12, and 0.11-0.13 mg/L, respectively. The detection number of three compounds in agricultural water were 8 (9.1%), 10 (11.4%), and 20 (22.7%) among 88 samples, respectively. These results showed that endosulfans were detected in agricultural waters and the continuous monitoring of them will be conducted.

      • 비교란 Lysimeter를 활용한 밭 토양에서의 살충제 Diazinon 용탈특성 구명

        This study was conducted to investigate the leaching characteristics of insecticide diazinon in upland soil using undisturbed lysimeter. Soil horizons of sandy loam, loam, and silty clay loam lysimeter were composed of 6, 6, and 5, and clay contents were ranged from 5.0-12.0, 7.0-12.0, and 25.0-37.0%, respectively. Bulk densities of each lysimeter were 1.40, 1.41, and 1.45 Mg/m3, respectively. Diazinon was treated to each lysimeter at 14 days after Chinese cabbage planting, and water was supplied according to Chinese cabbage cultivation method. Pore volumes of sandy loam, loam, and silty clay loam lysimeter were calculated to 718.9, 701.9, and 679.3 L, and pore volume numbers of supplied water for Chinese cabbage cultivation were 0.48, 0.53, and 0.38, respectively. Movement of diazinon in each lysimeter was investigated through the residue of diazinon in 30, 55, 85, and 125 cm soil water from topsoil and leaching water. Liquid chromatography (LC)-quadrupole time of flight (QTOF)-mass spectrometry (MS) was used for diazinon analysis in water sample. Recovery and limit of quantitation (LOQ) of diazinon in water were 93.2-95.3% and 0.005 μg/L. Changes of moisture tension, humidity, weight, and temperature in sandy loam, loam, and silty clay loam lysimeter was not significantly different. Leaching volume decreased with increasing clay content of upland soil, and the volume of sandy loam, loam, and silty clay loam lysimeter were 343.1, 372.3, and 256.3 L, respectively. Total leaching content of diazinon (treatment content 770.5 mg) during experiment period in sandy loam, loam, and silty clay loam lysimeter were 0.008, 0.010, and 0.059 mg, respectively. The content in three lysimeter was not significantly different. However, diazinon in soil horizon of sandy loam, loam, and silty clay loam upland soil were detected at 45.6, 217.8, and 33.5 μg, respectively. These results showed that the movement of diazinon in sandy loam, loam, and silty clay loam paddy soil was very low because the pesticide was steadily detected in soil horizon and leachate at 150 days after treatment.

Changes of moisture tension, humidity, weight, and temperature in sandy loam, loam, and silty clay loam lysimeter was not significantly different. Leaching volume decreased with increasing clay content of upland soil, and the volume of sandy loam, loam, and silty clay loam lysimeter were 343.1, 372.3, and 256.3 L, respectively. Total leaching content of chlorpyrifos (treatment content 770.5 mg) during experiment period in sandy loam, loam, and silty clay loam lysimeter were 0.028, 0.034, and 0.024 mg, respectively. The content in three lysimeter was not significantly different. However, chlorpyrifos in soil horizon of sandy loam, loam, and silty clay loam upland soil were detected at 307.0, 191.3, and 137.6 μg, respectively. These results showed that the movement of chlorpyrifos in sandy loam, loam, and silty clay loam paddy soil was very low because the pesticide was steadily detected in soil horizon and leachate at 150 days after treatment.

        This study was conducted to investigate the leaching characteristics of fungicide iprobenfos in paddy soil using undisturbed lysimeter. Soil horizons of sandy loam, loam, and silty clay loam lysimeter were composed of 6, 6, and 5, and clay contents were ranged from 53.1-63.2, 40.2-47.7, and 32.6-39.2 %, respectively. Bulk densities of each lysimeter were 1.39, 1.34, and 1.37 Mg/m3, respectively. Iprobenfos was treated to each lysimeter at 14 days after rice planting, and water was supplied according to rice cultivation method. Pore volumes of sandy loam, loam, and silty clay loam lysimeter were calculated to 718.9, 764.2, and 735.9 L, and pore volume numbers of supplied water for rice cultivation were 2.1, 1.6, and 1.3, respectively. Movement of iprobenfos in each lysimeter was investigated through the residue of it in 30, 55, 85, and 125 cm soil water from topsoil and leaching water. Liquid chromatography (LC)-mass spectrometry (MS)-MS was used for iprobenfos analysis in water sample. Recovery and limit of quantitation (LOQ) of iprobenfos in water were 75.4-82.4% and 0.05 μg/L. Changes of moisture tension, humidity, and temperature in sandy loam, loam, and silty clay loam lysimeter was not significantly different during experiment period. Weight of silty clay loam lysimeter was higher than other lysimeter because of less leaching. Leaching volume decreased with increasing clay content of paddy soil, and the volume of sandy loam, loam, and silty clay loam lysimeter were 1964.7, 1868.4, and 1265.6 L, respectively. Total leaching content of iprobenfos (treatment content 1,541 mg) during experiment period in sandy loam, loam, and silty clay loam lysimeter were 0.2, 1.2, and 5.9 μg, respectively. Most of leached iprobenfos were detected at early stage of experiment in three lysimeters. Iprobenfos in soil horizon of sandy loam, loam, and silty clay loam paddy soil were detected at 46.6, 21.4 and 14.0 ng, respectively. These results showed that the movement of iprobenfos in sandy loam, loam, and silty clay loam paddy soil was very fast.
