To develope seaweed transplantation method to reduce grazing pressure by Anthocidaris crassispina, seaweed biomass and number of sea urchin were examined after 2 days from Ecklonia cava transplantation by four ways (three floating rope methods and seaweed transplantation block method). Three floating rope methods were different in the seaweed rope connection to fixation block rope; direct connection, polypropylene rope connection, and stainless wire connection. About twenty sea urchins were found on the seaweed cultivation rope connected directly to fixation block rope and on transplantation block. However no sea urchin was found for 2 days on the seaweed cultivation ropes connected by stainless wire and polypropylene rope. After 2 days from seaweed transplantation, biomass of E. cava was maximal with 992.61 ± 78 g m-1 in wet weight on stainless wire connection method and minimal in seaweed transplantation block method with 121.85 ± 71.67 g m-1. Before transplanting 42 Ecklonia cava plants were on one meter of cultivation rope and 41 plants on the cultivation rope connected with stainless wire to fixation block but five plants were remained on the transplantation block after 2 days. In conclusion, the best transplantation method of E. cava in this study to reduce grazing pressure of sea urchin was a floating rope method connected stainless wire to fixation block.
Recently, becoming the competition among airlines are keen, airlines are using culture marketing, as the new marketing means. Hereby this research focused to contribute setting of marketing strategy of airlines by proven research of cultural marketing to the corporate image and relationship-persistence intentions. Based on the result of empirical analysis, the following implication and significance were concluded. First, before conducting culture marketing, airlines should clarify market analysis and establish appropriate culture marketing strategy. Second, by touching consumers' emotion, strengthening the communication with the current consumers, airlines should expand the culture marketing actively, as the means of creating new consumers. Third, there is a need to modify and complement the strategy, reviewing culture marketing, which are being processed. Fourth, culture marketing should be processed with a long-term point of view. Fifth, for customers to recognize the corporations' culture marketing activities, airlines should promote actively through homepage, blog, SNS. Finally, airlines should strength the communication with costumers, not corporations' one-sided promotion. In hereafter research, it's necessary to extend the scope of study to, not only national flag carriers, also other corporations. In addition, it's necessary to have comparative study, expanding to other tour business corporations. Understanding consumers' recognition about the airlines' culture marketing, it is also necessary to conduct the research about the difference according as it's recognized or not.
The purpose of this study was to select quantitative evaluation indexes on the product value of the real estate development project and to verify the value of those as an analysis tool by an empirical analysis. Limiting to the internal value that can be derived from the planning stage of the real estate development project, the value evaluation indexes were derived through the literature review. Then, this study intended to prove those indexes by verifying the conformity through the survey of experts. There were obtained results of this study: 1) As a result of deriving the value evaluation index of the real estate development project, there were 18 sub items and 6 indexes of 'location value', 'quality value', 'concept value', 'time value', 'price value', and 'scarcity value'. 2) As a result of the empirical analysis using the selected evaluation indexes for the living based real estate that nationwide well-known, the validity of the analysis tool was demonstrated by having a standard normal deviate for each sub-value. Therefore, the study will contribute greatly as a decision-making tool in the case of analyzing the product value in the pre-planning stage of future real estate development project. 본 연구는 부동산개발사업의 상품가치에 대한 정량적인 평가항목을 선정하고 이를 실증분석 함으로써 분석도구로서 가치를 검증하고자 하였다. 부동산 개발사업시 기획단계에서 도출할 수 있는 내적가치에 한정하여 문헌연구를 통해 가지평가항목을 도출하여 이를 전문가 설문조사를 통해 적합성을 검증하여 평가항목을 검증하고자 하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같이 도출되었다. 첫째, 부동산개발사업의 가치평가 항목을 도출한 결과, ‘입지가치', ‘품질가치', ‘컨셉가치', ‘시점가치', ‘가격가치', ‘희소가치'의 6개 항목 18개 세부항목 으로 도출되었다. 둘째, 전국적으로 잘 알려진 생활밀착형 부동산을 대상으로 선정된 가치평가항목을 적용하여 실증분석 한 결과, 대상지별 각 세부가치에 대하여 표준정규분포를 가지고 있어 분석도구의 타당성을 입증하였다. 따라서 향후 부동산개발사업의 사전 기획단계에서 상품의 가치를 위한 분석 시 의사결정도구로서 크게 기여할 것이다.

This research is aimed to provide basic source material for customers sat isfaction by studying the effect of the internet marketing that can influence to their purchasing behavior, The information we can get through th is research is as follow. First effective marketing requires specifying advertisement targets by ages such as the customers in their 20s- 30s and in their 40s rather than advertisements for unspecified target Second, to the potential customers, experienced customer's feedback about the tour package is more reliable than the general tour information from travel agency. Therefore. it is very important to provide high quality of tour package to the customers. Third, seleing is to select. by providing differential marketing strategy and favor. Next. it is a good idea that the online community is always open to the Customers so that they not only can have their easy access to our information but also can participate to the online community. Then customer's reliablity will be increased.
Marine algal assemblages on the artificial reefs at three stations (Haengwon, Geumneung, Pyoseon in Jeju-do) and the growth pattern of Ecklonia cava with water depth were studied before and after rocky cleaning. Nine algal species occurred at three artificial reefs before rocky cleaning in July 2012, however, 19 algal species were found at three artificial reefs after rocky cleaning in July 2013. In particular, 13 of 19 species in 2013 were replaced by different species which were not found in July 2012. Algal biomass rapidly increased in July 2013 after rocky cleaning. The nMDS plot based on the presence and absence data of macro-algal assemblages on the artificial reefs showed that the species compositions between artificial reefs were similar to each other before rocky cleaning operations in July of 2012. However, after rocky cleaning, the species composition of macro-algal assemblages in Haengwon region was similar to that in Pyoseon region while that in Geumneung region was different to those in Haengwon and Pyseon regions in July 2013. It is needed to clarify the suitable water depth for transplantation of perennial Phaeophyta E. cava. According to the data on seasonal changes in total length, total weight, blade length, blade width, blade weight of E. cava, it began to grow rapidly from April and reached to the maximum value in June, and then degeneration of the blade occurred in July and continued to early August. Although the total length of E. cava at 10m water depth was larger than those at 5 m and 15 m water depths, there was no significant difference statistically among water depths by ANOVA test. However, in the values of total weight, blade length, blade width, and blade weight, the growth patterns at 5 m water depth were larger than those at 10 m and 15 m. Thus, it is assumed that the most suitable water depth for transplantation and its maximum growth and effective release of zoospores of E. cava will be 7~10 m water depth.
A cylindrical constant volume combustion chamber was used to investigate the flow characteristics at spark plug and the combustion characteristics of inhomogeneous charge methane-air mixture under several parameters. The flow characteristics such as mean velocity and turbulence intensity was analyzed by hot wire anemometer. The role of mixture stratification on combustion rate has been investigated in a C.V.C.C in which mixtures of different excess air ration can be added in a spatially and temporally controlled fashion .The experiments were performed that various stratification patterns which had different concentration distributions were obtained by means of variation of the concentration of the initial charge mixture and injection mixture at the fixed overall excess air ratio.<br/>
Recently many studies related to the lean-burn technology of gas engine have been carried out to improve fuel enconomy by minimizing the reduction of power output and to reduce exhaust emisson. Lean combustion is effective way of improving fuel economy and reducing emission gas of S.I. It is investigated that the effect of initial pressure, excess air ratio and ignition time on combustion performance and exhaust emission characteristics of stratified pattern in a cylinderical constant volume combustion chamber. Gas Chromatograph is used to determine the CO₂, CO. O₂, UHC concentrations in the chamber. The measurement of methane-air mixture are performed excess air ratio varing from 1.1 to 1.4 . As a result, in the case of RI shows better exhaust emission characteristics. Especially RI condition reduced more CO₂ and UHC concentration than that of HI or LI conditions. In case of Inhomogeneous conditon, UHC and CO₂ is reduced in accordance with increasing initial charge pressure but O₂ is reduced. Especially, when the excess air ratio of initial charge mixture is 3, UHC and CO₂ is redued compared to any other conditons.<br/>
