Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effect and safety of Eunkyo-San on pityriasis rosea in children and to suggest antiviral effect of Eunkyo-san. Methods : We performed a retrospective chart review of three cases of pityriasis rosea in children younger than 10 years who treated with Eunkyo-san. Results : One patient recovered after taking Eunkyo-san 10 times for 10 days. The others recovered after taking Eunkyo-san 30 times for 22 days and hyperpigmentation was observed in one of them. Conclusions : It is expected that Eunkyo-san is thought to be effective and safe methods for the treatment of pityriasis rosea in children. Based on existing research, it is thought that Eunkyo-san has antiviral effect through the activation of immunological mechanism, and thus Eunkyo-san appears to have a therapeutic effect on pityriasis rosea.
렘 쿨하스와 베르나르 츄미 건축의 프로그램 조직과 실내 공간 구성 방법에 관한 연구

The program is an essential element that all architectures contain and makes architecture be able to distinguish from other plastic arts. The problem of functionalism was raised while the relationship between function and a form is noticed in the modern architecture, whereas the contemporary architecture analyzes a problem of function with a program and applies it as an element of a design conceptualization process, and the trial and suggestion positively drawing the problem of function into the contemporary architecture are carried out. The present research analyzes and researches a relationship between program organization and space configuration with the target of architecture of Rem Koolhaas and Bernard Tschumi who are architects focusing on change of contemporary city & human behavior and making a new architecture type by reflecting this as a program. These two architects show common characteristics using a program as a vocabulary of architecture, but as the program analysis and space configuration method according to it show the shape different from each other, its applicability to the future design is investigated by comparatively analyzing and researching the program organization and space configuration method according to it.

The main contents of this paper is to design a system that can remote control the most of the LED lighting device in the market. In order to realize the device driver, we choose the communication mode Zigbee, PLC, RS232 and RS485. Using client-server system, LED lighting device can be controlled just through web browser.
폐단면리브로 보강된 곡판의 국부판좌굴에 관한 변수해석적 연구

본 논문은 강교량 거더, 교각, 선박이나 대형 저장 시설 등 주요 구조 부재에 활용되는 곡판 및 강관을 효과적으로 보강하는 방안에 관한 것이다. 최근 연구에서 압축을 받는 평판이 종방향 보강재의 단면회전강성에 의해 국부좌굴강도가 향상되는 특징을 정량적으로 분석하였고, 폐단면리브 단면회전강성과의 상관관계를 규명한 바 있다. 본 논문에서는 곡판에 대해 이와 같은 효과를 정량적으로 검토하고자 한다. 일축압축이 재하된 경우에 폐단면리브로 보강된 두께방향으로 곡률을 가지는 곡판의 좌굴거동을 살펴보기 위해 범용 구조해석 프로그램인 ABAQUS를 이용하여 3차원 유한요소해석 모델을 생성하였다. 이를 통해 좌굴거동에 대한 수치해석을 수행하였으며, 영향인자에 대한 변수해석적 연구를 수행하여 좌굴응력과 좌굴모드의 변동특성을 정량적으로 평가하였다. 폐단면리브 단면회전강성의 구속효과로 인한 좌굴강도 증가효과와 판의 곡률에 따른 좌굴강도 계수를 고려하여 좌굴강도를 추정하는 방법론을 이론적으로 제안하였다. 제안된 공식은 유한요소해석결과와 비교하여 서로 유의미성이 검토되었다. 또한 평판에서와 마찬가지로 일축압축 상태에서 폐단면리브의 단면강성에 의해 부여되는 양측단 회전강성의 증가로 인해 곡판의 국부좌굴강도가 이에 비례하여 증가하였고, 양측단에서 회전이 고정된 곡판의 좌굴강도에 수렴하는 경향을 확인하였다. In this study, we investigate a design technology intended to radically increase the buckling strength of vertically curved panels. Recent studies proposed a buckling strength formula which properly reflects the effect on the local plate buckling strength of flat plates when they are stiffened by closed section ribs. Herein, we attempted to quantitatively evaluate this effect on curved panels and to reveal the correlations with the design parameters. The commercial finite element software, ABAQUS, was used to build a three dimensional numerical model and numerical parametric studies were conducted to evaluate the variation of the buckling strength. In the case of flat panels, the local buckling strength of stiffened curved panels increases proportionally with increasing rotational stiffness of the closed-section ribs. After attaining a limiting value, an obvious tendency was found that the local buckling strength of the stiffened curved panel would converge towards a fixed value when the panels are supported along both sides. The parametric studies performed using the influential design parameters confirmed that the estimated partially-restrained curved panel strength is well correlated with the proposed formula.
脂肪組織에 있어서 Glucose-〔U〕-^14C의 脂質에의 編入에 대한 人蔘成分의 影響

攝食 및 絶食狀態에서 또는 여기에 人蔘을 投與함으로써 脂肪組織에 있어서 glucose의 脂質生合成에의 利用이 어떻게 變動하는 가를 觀察하기 위하여 白蓼根의 methanol 抽出成分을 分離 乾燥하고 이것을 體重 100g當 5㎎ 을 生理的食監水 0.5㎖에 녹여서 쥐에게 4日間 注入하고 對照群에는 같은 量의 食監水만 投與해서 다시 이것들을 正常 攝食群과 24時間 絶食群으로 各各 나누어서 人蓼抽出物 또는 生理的食監水를 마지막 投與한 한 時間 뒤에 體重 100g當 glucose-(U)-^14C 4μC와 carrier로써 D-glucose 100㎎를 法入하고 3時間後에 腹腔內의 脂肪組織을 摘出하여 이의 脂質量과 이에 編入된 glucose의 放射性 炭素量을 測定하였다. 脂肪組織中의 脂質含量은 人蓼投與로써 攝食時에는 뚜렷한 增減이 없었으나 絶食時에 있어서 그 減少를 적게 하였다. 投與한 放射性 glucose는 脂肪組中의 脂質에 활발히 編入되었으며 또한 이것은 絶食狀態나 人蓼投與로써 變動하였다. 卽 放財性 glucose의 脂質에의 編入率은 攝食群에 비하여 絶食群에서 約 1.9倍로 높았으며, 여기에 人蓼을 投與한 攝食群에는 多少 增加의는 傾向이었으나 絶食群에서는 約 1.3倍로 若干 높았었다. 그러나 人蓼을 投與한 編入率은 人蓼을 投興하지 않는 絶食群의 그것에 比하여 約 3分의 1이나 낮은 값이었다. 脂肪組織에서의 이러한 현상들은 血淸脂質에 대해서도 유사한 경향을 나타내었다. To investigate effects of ginseng extract on the incorpcration of glucose-(U)-^14C into lipid of adipose tissue in rats, a methanol extract of the roots of dried ginseng was prepared. The extract was injected into the peritoneal cavity of rats in single daily dose of 5㎎ in 0.5㎖ of saline solution per body weight of 100gm for 4 days, and the control group was injected with 0.5㎖ of saline. The two groups were divided into the feeding and the fasting (24 hours). After one hour following the final administration of ginseng extract and saline respectively, all rats were injected with 4μCi of glucose-(U)-^14C mixed with 100gm of glucose, per body weight of 100gm. Three hours later, the amount of lipid content was checked, and the radioactivity of lipid ^14C was measure with gas flow counter. The lipid content of adipose tissue was not so notable increasing effect in the normal feeding with ginseng. However, under the fasting group, the decreasing rate of lipid content was minimized with ginseng administration. The utilization rate of glucose-(U)-^14C into lipid of adipose tissue showed a slight increase under a normal feeding with ginseng. However, it decreased under fasting with ginseng administration. These effects of ginseng administration in the adipose tissue appeared almost same effects in the rat serum.
