호텔 로비 공간의 조명연출 기법에 관한 연구 -서울의 특1급 비즈니스호텔을 중심으로-

(연구배경 및 목적)호텔 로비공간에 설계되어있는 조명연출의 방향과 기법을 분석하여 실제공간에 적용된 사례를 조사하고 빛이라는 요소를 통하여 건축적, 인테리어적 요소를 돋보이게 할 수 있는 조명연출 설계방향을 제안하는 것이다. (연구방법)이에 본 연구에서는 호텔 로비공간에서의 조명연출에 대한 효과적인 분석을 하기 위하여 총 3개의 호텔을 선정하여, 조명방식을 배광(配光)형태와 설치방법으로 나누어 분석하였고, 건축의 마감재와 건축적 요소를 통하여 표현하는 건축화 조명 연출 기법을 분석 하였다. (결과)호텔 로비공간에서 조명연출은 다양한 목적으로 사용되는 공간에 합리적인 배치와 고객 동선 유도를 통하여 공간이미지 상승은 물론 이미지 창출의 강화에 기여하는 것을 알 수 있다. 적절한 배광형태와 설치방법을 통하여 일반 연출 기법 뿐 아니라 공간을 구성하는 건축화 조명 연출기법을 적용해야하며, 공간별 조도기준은 KS A 3011을 기준으로 해야 한다. 위와 같은 연출 기법이 적극적으로 적용되어 미래의 호텔 로비공간을 구성하는데 큰 역할을 하기를 기대해 본다. (Background and Purpose)The objective of this research is to recommend lighting designs that provide the best effects for architectural and interior elements of the hotel lobby. Investigations of lighting techniques and directions used in hotel lobbies, along with field surveys, were conducted. (Method)An analysis of lighting from the perspective of light distribution was performed, for three hotels characterized by various, settings, expressions, finishing materials and other architectural elements. (Result) Lighting in hotel lobbies is directed to facilitate the flow of customers through the layout of each particular lobby area; further, creation of an image with lighting contributes to enhancement effects. Illumination by space standards should be based on KS A 3011 to ensure appropriate lighting distribution, production installation techniques, general lighting configurations, and architectural lighting direction techniques. It is expected that the best use of light settings and distributions in a variety of forms will be applied to hotel lobby designs, and that architectural lighting design will play an important role in space composition and interior designs for hotel lobbies in the future.

건강보험청구자료를 이용한 HER2 양성 전이성 유방암 환자의 조기 사망에 따른 간접적 질병 부담 분석

The premature deaths caused by human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 protein (HER2) positive metastatic breast cancer (MBC) among working age groups result in significant socioeconomic losses. This study aims to quantify the socioeconomic burden of disease in female patients and provide evidence that can inform healthcare policy decisions. We identified deaths from HER2-positive MBC over the period from 2007 to 2021, using nationwide claims data of South Korea. Then, we estimated years of potential life lost (YPLL), years of potential productivity lost (YPPLL), and cost of productivity loss (CPL) to quantify socioeconomic burden of the disease. During the period from 2011 to 2020, a total of 3,576 patients died from HER2-positive MBC. The total YPLL over the period of 10 years from 2011 to 2020 was 128,605 years, corresponding to an average of approximately 36.0 years per deceased patient. The total YPPLL during the same period was 55,608 years, corresponding to an average of approximately 15.6 years per deceased patient. Additionally, total CPL of approximately 310 million won per deceased patient was incurred. All three disease burden indicators were highest among the age group of 40 to 54 years, which are individuals in their most productive time of life.

민족적 연대감에 의한 여행상품 개발 모색 -일본 오키나와의 삼별초와 홍길동을 중심으로-

본 연구는 일본속의 또 다른 일본으로 인식되고 있는 오키나와 류큐왕국의 많은 문물들이 고려와 조선 문화의 영향을 받아 형성되었다는 학설을 뒷받침하기 위해 고려와편의 발굴을 계기로 고려 삼별초와의 관련성, 이후 홍길동의 이주와 그 흔적을 찾아 휴양지의 오키나와 여행상품에 한일간의 민족적 연대감을 찾을 수 있는 여행 상품개발을 모색하고자 한다. 한국의 패키지여행사, F.I.T여행사, 소셜커머스, 홈쇼핑의 오키나와 상품을 분석한 결과, 2-3일 숙박의 획일화 된 일정으로 현재 판매되고 있다. 오키나와는 멀리 있지 않은 곳에, 비슷한 느낌의 최고급 휴식을 하면서도 더불어 삼별초와 홍길동의 유적이 펼쳐져 있기에 다양한 계층에게도 만족할 수 있는 문화역사관광지로도 개발 가능성이 충분하다. 이런 관광상품 개발을 통해 오키나와와 한국이 서로의 같음과 다름을 인정하고, 양국 문화가 오랜 세월동안 다양한 문화교류를 통해 형성되었음을 느낄 수 있기를 바란다. 이를 계기로 한국인들에게는 민족적 연대감을 통한 문화적 자긍심을 느낄 수 있게 하여 양국관광이 활성화되길 기원한다. Numerous scholars have insisted that the cultural products of Ryukyu Kingdom in Okinawa, a unique cultural destination in Japan, is influenced by Goryeo and Chosun dynasty in Korea, So, as empirical study, the purpose of this study is to discover historical tracks of Sambyeolcho(Korean rebellion against the Goryeo Dynasty that happened at the last stage of the Mongol invasions of Korea) and Hong-gildong(Famous hero character in an old Korean novel) that are evidences to prove the historical and cultural connections between Goryeo and Okinawa. Based on analysis of tour packages in South Korea, FIT, social commerce, and home shopping in Okinawa, standardized tour packages with two or three days travel itinerary are on sale. The results indicated that Okinawa can be developed as a new tourist destination for historical, cultural and heritage tourism that can fulfill diverse desires and demands of tourists with easy accessibility and heritage sites of Hong-gildong and Sambyeolcho. Such new development of tour package in Okinawa can play a pivotal role in realizing historical and cultural homogeneity and heterogeneity and recognizing diverse cultural exchanges during the long-term periods between South Korea and Japan. In addition, it also can invigorate the tourism industries of South Korea and Japan through providing cultural pride with the feeling of ethnic solidarity for Koreans.
