여드름흉터에 대한 더마롤러(Dermaroller)를 이용한 태반추출물의 효과

Various drug therapies and laser techniques are being attempted to remove the scars from acne. The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of placental extract using Microneedle therapy system on acne scars. Total of 20 objects(healthy working women) with facial acne were recruited. They divided into two groups(10 experimental group and 10 control group). One group was treated with placental extract using microneedle system, and a second group was given placental extract using iontophoresis as a control. The procedure was carried out one time a week for a month. To study the effect of the placental extract on acne scars, we examined the number of facial pores, wrinkles and change of melanin amounts by Digital photography analysis system. The results were as follows: 1. The placental extract using Dermaroller showed significant decrease in the number of facial pores, wrinkles. 2. The placental extract using Dermaroller showed whitening effects by change of color from red to blue. 3. Microneedle therapy system using Dermaroller to infiltrate placenta extract may be more effective skin control method with improvement of skin status by reducing the number of skin wrinkles and pores. In conclusion, this study showed that the placental extract using Dermaroller might be a good treatment for improving the skin. Therefore further investigation is needed to identify using the various drugs and cosmetics according to skin type. 여드름성 피부는 피부위축, 검게 남아있는 여드름 자국, 처진 피부, 붉은 기, 수분부족 등의 문제와 그로 인한 스트레스로 반복적인 피부문제를 초래하고 있다. 여드름의 흉터는 여드름이 사라진다고 하더라고 육안으로 보았을 때 피부가 지저분해 보일 뿐 만 아니라 사회생활을 하는 여성들에겐 스트레스로 작용하게 된다. 따라서 본 연구는 여드름성 피부를 갖고 있는 것을 제외하고는 다른 피부질환의 병력이 없는 건강한 직장 여성 20명을 연구 대상자로 하여 기존의 여러 임상을 통해 색소침착개선, 미백, 재생효과가 뛰어난 이온영동법을 이용한 태반추출물의 적용을 대조군 10명에게 시행하였고, 콜라겐 자체 생성을 유도하는 더마롤러를 사용하여 태반추출물을 실험군(더마롤러군) 10명에게 주 1회 총 4주 실시하여 짧은 시간 주름, 모공수, 색소침착에서의 호전성을 디지털 형광 영상 시스템을 이용하여 비교⋅분석하였다. 그 결과 실험군은 이온영동법을 이용한 태반추출물의 피부적용보다 짧은 시술기간임에도 불구하고 이상확장된 모공과 주름의 분포를 감소시켜주었고, 피부색소침착에서도 호전되는 결과를 나타내어 여드름성 피부에 효과적임을 확인할 수 있었다.

Culture and Arts Administration Governance for Blockchain-based Initiative

This study is to think about how to invite a model of culture and arts administrative governance for Blockchain-based Initiative in the nearer future. In particular, it was conceived only in the field of performing arts and was intended to be proposed by referring to the situation in Jeju. Four major governance models were devised. The first is subsidy-related governance. Second, governance related to donations and support, third, governance related to artistic activities, and fourth, governance models for securing customers and resonating between performers were proposed. There are factors to keep in mind to establish governance based on blockchain technology, which is such a future technology. Jeon Myung-san (2017) proposes elements to keep in mind when introducing blockchain technology into the administrative domain in a book called Blockchain Gourbonment. Accepting the proposal, this paper also intends to present matters to be noted in order to build a blockchain gubernator in the conclusion. Among the fields of culture and arts administration, a step-by-step approach will be needed to establish blockchain-based governance of performing culture. First of all, in the first stage, local governments, related organizations, artists, and associations must work on governance construction offline. In the second stage, the blockchain base is learned and governance activities begin within the blockchain base. The third stage should involve citizens as audiences to operate governance.

효과적인 스토리텔링을 위한 모션인포그래픽 연출 연구

본 연구에서는 모션 인포그래픽에서 효과적인 스토리텔링을 위한 연출의 특성을 연구하였다. 연구를 위해서 모션인포그래픽의 특성과 연출 기법에 대한 사전 연구를 하였고, 사례연구를 위해 모션인포그래픽의 대표적인 사례를 수집하였다. 사례를 기반으로 스토리텔링을 위한 연출의 특성을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 다음과 같은 4가지 측면의 연출 특징을 도출하였다. 첫째, 다른 상황의 스토리를 평행하기 연결하기 위해서 이펙트를 활용한 화면 전환, 다이나믹한 카메라 움직임을 통한 공간 이동 그리고 오브젝트의 움직임을 통한 공간의 재구성 등의 방법이 활용되었다. 둘째, 스토리에 대한 몰입을 높이기 위해 기존의 영상, 애니메이션에서 많이 활용되는 카메라 기법이 활용되었다. 셋째, 통일감을 유지하면서 다양한 화면 변화를 위해서 일정한 조형요소를 기준으로 내용만 변화를 주는 방법이 활용되었다. 넷째, 복잡하거나 어려운 내용에 대한 이해를 돕기 위해서 텍스트가 선택적으로 활용되었다. 다섯째, 시청자들의 시선을 효과적으로 집중시키고 이동시키기 위해서 움직이는 매개체를 활용하였다. In this research, we studied the characteristics of the production for effective storytelling with motion infographic. We investigated the characteristics of the motion infographic and the method of visual storytelling, Then we gathered representative cases of motion infographic for case studies. We analyzed the characteristics of the visual storytelling based on the cases. As a result, we derived the following four aspects of the visual storytelling on motion infographic. First, in order to connect stories in other situations in parallel, switching screens using effects, using spatial movement and reconstruction of space through movement of dynamic objects through dynamic camera movements were used. Second, in order to enhance the immersion of the story, the techniques of cameras that are widely used in existing video and animation were utilized. Third, while maintaining a sense of unity, a method of changing only the contents based on certain shaping factors for various screen changes was utilized. Fourth, texts were selectively utilized to aid understanding of complicated or difficult contents. Fifth, we used a moving medium to concentrate and move viewers' eyes effectively.

효율적인 대각보강 콘크리트 연결보의 이력거동 예측

Diagonally reinforced concrete coupling beams (DRCB) play an important role in coupled shear wall systems since these elements dissipate most of seismic input energy under earthquake loading. For reliable seismic performance evaluation using nonlinear response history analysis, it is important to use an accurate analytical model for DRCBs. In this study, the Pinching4 model is used as a base model to simulate the cyclic behavior of DRCBs. For simulating the cyclic behavior of DRCBs using the Pinching4 model, the analytical parameters for backbone curve, pinching and cyclic deterioration in strength and stiffness should be computed. To determine the proper values of the constituent analytical parameters efficiently and accurately, this study proposes the empirical equations for the analytical parameters using regression analyses. It is shown that the hysteretic behavior of coupling beams can be simulated efficiently and accurately using the proposed numerical model with the proposed empirical equations of model parameters.

반복하중을 받는 대각보강 콘크리트 연결보의 이력거동 예측을 위한 매개변수 결정방법

The coupled shear wall system with coupling beams is an efficient structural system for high-rise buildings because it can provide excellent ductility and energy dissipation to the buildings. The objective of this study is to simulate the hysteretic behavior of diagonally reinforced concrete coupling beams including pinching and cyclic deteriorations in strength and stiffness using a numerical model. For this purpose, coupling beams are modeled with an elastic beam element and plastic spring element placed at the beam ends. Parameters for the analytical model was calibrated based on the test results of 6 specimens for diagonally reinforced concrete coupling beams. The analytical model with calibrated model parameters is verified by comparing the hysteretic curves obtained from analysis and experimental tests.

음악 교육 철학적 접근을 통한 제주 음악 교육 방향 고찰

본 논문에서는 음악 교육 관련 철학적 이론들을 정리하고 선진사례를 분석하는 과정에서 도출한 함의 점을 가지고 제주 음악 교육 방향설정을 위한 정책 제언을 하고자 한다. 음악 교육 관련 철학적 이론으로는 실러, 슈타이너, 듀이, 부르디외, 리머, 엘리엇의 주장을 살펴보았다. 그리고 독일, 베네수엘라, 핀란드의 음악교육 프로그램에서 교훈 점을 찾아보고 이를 중심으로 한 분석의 틀로 전문가 10인의 인터뷰를 바탕으로 제주 지역사회의 음악 교육의 방향설정을 위해 4가지의 맥락으로 정책제언을 하였다. 음악 교육에 대한 사회인식의 개선을 위한 제언으로는 시민들의 관용의지 확장 유도, 평가보다는 격려와 지지의 표현 확산, 자아실현을 위한 교육으로의 인식 전환, 초중고 공교육 부문의 음악 교육을 위한 제언에서는 사교육 의존도를 최소화하는 정책 수립, 모든 과목 학습 과정에서 음악사례 응용, 1인1악기 연주 프로그램 운영, 초등학교에 음악과목 전담 강사 채용을 제언하였으며, 평생교육 부문의 음악 교육을 위한 제언에서는 예술부문 평생교육을 위한 교육비의 국가 부담, 마을단위별 평생교육 프로그램을 통한 연주단체 신설과 운영을, 제도적 측면에서의 정책으로는 제주특별자치도 문화정책과 내에 문화예술 분야 중 음악교육 전문직 채용, 제주특별자치도 의회 내에 문화예술분야 음악부문 정책 자문의원 채용을 제언하였다. In this study, we suggest a policy for setting the direction of Jeju Music Education with implications from the process of arranging philosophical theories related to music education and analyzing advanced cases. The philosophical theories of music education were examined by Schiller, Steiner, Dewey, Bourdieu, Reimer, and Elliotts. In addition, this study checked the lessons in music education programs in Germany, Venezuela, and Finland, and we make policy suggestions in four contexts to set the direction of music education in the Jeju community based on interviews with 10 experts. Suggestions for improving social awareness of music education, suggestions for music education in the elementary and secondary public school sectors, in the proposals for music education in the lifelong education sector, and the suggestions for institutional policy all included music education professionals recruited from among the culture and art sectors within the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province's Cultural Policy Division. Music advisors were also recruited from the music and sector music councils within the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Council.
