Effects of Film Morphology by Solvent Additives for Organic Photodetectors

Organic photonic devices like organic photodetectors (OPDs) and organic photovoltaics (OPVs) have interested researchers due to their advantage of thin thickness, flexibility and solution process ability, unlike inorganic material based devices. However the devices fabrication strategy for OPDs were not much studied unlike OPVs. We have fabricated the organic photodiode devices with a donor conjugated polymer PDTBTBz-2Fanti, and Y6 as an acceptor. By dissolving organic photoactive materials with solvent additives, the morphology of the blend films can be controlled. The device with pristine film has a detectivity of 2.18×10<sup>13</sup> at –2 V. However, the device with 1-chloronaphthalene (CN) treated film has a comparably a higher PCE of 8.41% and detectivity of 3.02×10<sup>13</sup> at –2 V due to the decrease in dark current. This study suggests about the morphology control strategy for organic photodetectors and organic photovoltaics.

Many authorities and local governments collect and maintain immense geospatial databases composed of various types of vector and raster data. These geospatial data need to be updated and monitored on a regular basis to provide accurate information. As the mapping area and the variety of data (GPS, DEM, LIDAR, aerial photography, satellite imagery, 3D building models, texture images,videos, etc.) collected for these areas increase, the maintenance costs also increases. Therefore, it is crucial to make effective costsaving decisions regarding the time, place, and type of geospatial data to be updated. In this study, geospatial data updating criteria are discussed and a multi-dimensional database model is proposed to aid the decision-making process in updating geospatial data. Based on this model, a star schema SDW (Spatial Data Warehouse) is designed and a SOLAP (Spatial OLAP) is implemented to aid in making optimal decisions regarding geospatial database updating. Due to contagious animal diseases such as foot and mouth disease and avian influenza social and economic cost are increased and it is necessary to systematically manage and build the history of livestock diseases. In this study, an open source-based SOLAP technology are investigate to identify status of major infectious animal diseases. Using SOLAP technology the effective prevention of policies and ways to support decision-making are proposed.

A lot of GIS DB in Korea is distributed and integration for decision making is difficult. Therefore, the SDW is needed to improve the problems and enhance efficiency. The SDW is used for making decisions about various problems by integrating scattered spatial information. This study analyzes business activity of a local government and plan the data cube to implement spatial OLAP for an efficient decision making.

Digital photogrammetry workstations are usually based on independent systems which are both expensive and complex. In this paper, through Web Processing Service, which is an Open Geospatial Consortium standard for GIS, is applied to suggest a new approach for processing photogrammetry tasks. WPS profiling is a procedure that defines generic unit process and then categorizes these processes for a specific task. The WPS profile for aerial photogrammetry was designed in this paper to help users to reuse the processes of the profile in different combinations for different tasks.
