        유류오염토양 정화를 위한 토양세정기술의 적용성 기초연구

        본 연구는 실제 유류오염토양을 in situ 토양세정법으로 정화시 기술 적용성을 평가하기 위한회분식 기초연구로 적정 계면활성제의 종류와 농도를 결정하고자 하였다. 증류수만의 진탕효과로 인한TPH 제거는 약 30%이었으며, 계면활성제 희석시 사용되는 용액으로는 증류수를 사용한 경우에 비하여 지하수(해수 혼합)의 유입으로 인하여 약 2~6%의 효율저하가 나타났다. 토양과 계면활성제 용액비는회분식 실험에서 TPH 제거효율에 미치는 영향이 미미하였다. 단독 또는 혼합 계면활성제 농도를 0.1~4.0 wt%까지 변화시켜 세정한 결과 종류별로는 Tween-80, SWA-1503, SWA-1503+SDS에서 평균 제거율이 80% 이상으로 대체적으로 높은 효율을 보였으며, 농도에 따른 차이는 크지 않아 0.1 wt%농도를 최적 농도로 판단하였다. This research was performed to evaluate the feasibility of in situ soil flushing for TPH-contaminated soil remediation. It was conducted in batch test as fundamental research for in situ soil flushing. The 30% of initial TPH concentration was removed by shaking only in batch test. The removal efficiency of TPH in case of groundwater as surfactant dilution solution was approximate 2~6% lower than that of distilled water. Mixing ratio of soil to surfactant solution did not practically effect on the TPH removal efficiency. In the experiment of using single or mixed surfactant solution with 0.1~4.0 wt%, Tween-80, SWA-1503, SWA-1503+SDS showed averagely over 80%. It was determined that the optimum surfactant concentration was 0.1 wt% because there was no significant difference between concentrations of 0.1~4.0 wt%.

        유류오염토양 처리를 위한 컬럼식 토양세정기술 평가

        본 연구는 오염현장에서 채취한 유류오염토양을 in situ 토양세정법으로 정화시 기술 적용성을 평가하기 위한 컬럼식 실험이다. 실험에 사용한 오염토양의 토성은 사토(sand)이었으며, 초기 TPH 오염농도는 9,369 mg kg<SUP>-1</SUP>이었다. 세정용액으로 0.1% Tween-80을 사용하였으며, 반응기로는 아크릴 원형컬럼과 유리 시린지컬럼을 사용하였다. 아크릴 원형컬럼 실험에서 0.1% Tween-80을 1 PV 주입하였을 때 토양 TPH의 35%가 제거되었고 이후 5 PV까지도 제거효율이 약 40% 정도로 큰 증가가 나타나지 않았으나 7 PV 주입하였을 때 약 60%가 제거되었다. 아크릴 원형컬럼 대신 유리 시린지컬럼을 사용하여 체류시간을 증가시키자 5 PV까지는 아크릴 원통컬럼을 사용한 경우보다 제거효율이 전반적으로 약 3 ~ 12% 높았으나 7 PV을 모두 주입하였을 때의 제거효율은 약 60%로 서로 차이가 없었다. 단독 alum과 alum+polymer 혼합응집제를 사용하여 폐세정액을 응집처리한 결과 최적 주입농도는 두 경우 모두 150 mg L<SUP>-1</SUP>인 것으로 나타났다. 응집처리한 Tween-80 폐세정액에 Tween-80을 0.1% 농도로 새로 용해하여 재사용 세정을 실시한 결과의 제거효율은 41.0%로 재사용하지 않은 0.1% Tween-80의 32.0% 보다 약 9% 높게 나타났다. This study was conducted to evaluate the feasibility of in situ soil flushing for TPH-contaminated soil remediation with column test. The soil texture of the soil was sand and the initial TPH concentration was 9,369 mg kg<SUP>-1</SUP>. 0.1% Tween-80 was selected as surfactant solution. And the acrylic and the glass syringe columns were used as reactors. In the acrylic column test, 35% of the initial TPH was removed in 1 PV of flushing and approximately 40% in 5 PV and finally 7 PV showed about 60%. The glass column test showed 3 ~ 12% higher removal efficiency than that of acrylic test until 5 PV of flushing. However, there was no difference in TPH removal efficiency when 7 PV of surfactant was finally flushed. Both of alum only and alum+polymer mixed surfactants showed also the best coagulation efficiency in 150 mg L<SUP>-1</SUP> of concentraion. When Tween 80 was newly dissolved in 0.1% to the recovered solution after the coagulation treatment, the removal efficiency was increased from 32.0% to 41.0% in comparison to the new 0.1% Tween 80 solution without reuse by coagulation treatment.

        다원주의 사회에서의 도덕 교육

        There has been overarching criticism of the traditional system of values and universal moral principles with the emergence of cultural relativism. Especially, the emergence of pluralism, which argues against the traditional system of values and supports the revision of universal moral principles, provides us with the necessity of critical reflection on the traditional moral education. This paper, based on the recent critical discourses on morality, has attempted to explore the following three topics. First, it has dealt with three different types of traditional moral education, i.e., moral education as Indoctrination, moral education as Values Clarification and moral education as Developmental Learning. Secondly, this paper has analyzed the critical discussion on morality from a pluralistic perspective. Particularly it has examined Monism, Relativism, and Pluralism, and looked into the important issues in moral education from the perspective of pluralistic reinterpretation. Then, this paper has suggested the necessity of reconstructing logical space for moral progress. As having already articulated by Richard Rorty that expanding of logical space requires not only critical reflection on conventional language, but also emancipation of distorted self-awareness through imagination, this paper has examined a possibility that moral progress can happen by making critical reflection on the existing moral resources and expanding the logical space through a less distorted epistemological method. And, as a concrete way for reconstructing moral community of education, this paper has endorsed a suggestion of Juergen Moltmann, who provided an ironic interpretation about similarity and difference among community members of moral education. With this analysis, this paper has finally pointed out that the creative moral education should begin with acknowledgement of differences/similarities among members; and it requires participants of moral education, first, to participate in critical reflection on conventional language, and second, to be free from the distorted conventions of moral judgment by means of the creative imagination. This creative moral community can provide an educational environment in which members are encouraged to acknowledge and understand different opinions and, thus, to show tolerance toward a pluralistic perspective. This will be the future of moral education in the pluralistic society.

        유기퇴비를 이용한 급경사 농경지 토양유실 저감

        The objective of this study was to investigate the feasibility of organic compost for reducing soil loss in 25% sloped farm land. For the study, laboratory and field experiment were performed. After nine weeks monitoring in pot test, hardness of the amended soil with organic compost (1%~3%, w/w) showed two times higher than the control soil. Furthermore, soil loss of that was decreased by 95% under rainfall simulation test. From the result of laboratory experiment, organic compost with 2% (w/w) was applied for field experimental plot. After six month from April to September, the amount of soil loss became 67% of the initial, and the growth of natural vegetation was not hampered. Therefore, organic compost can be used as amendment materials to reduce soil loss in sloped farmland.
