        물배지의 종류 및 첨가물의 농도가 후피향나무 삽목묘의 발근 및 이식 후 활착에 미치는 영향

        물을 배지로 하는 삽목은 토양을 배지로 하는 삽목보다 비용이 적게 들고, 관리가 용이하다는 등의 장점이 있으나, 물배지에서 발근이 되는 수종이 아주 제한적이라는 점에서 물배지 삽목은 아직 널리 사용되지 않고 있다. 물배지에서는 삽수의 생존율은 높으나 발근이 잘 되지 않고 캘러스만 형성되는 경우가 많다. 물배지 내에서 캘러스가 형성된 삽목묘가 토양에 정식된 후 발근되어 활착할 수 있다면 물배지 삽목도 조경수의 주요한 번식수단으로 사용될 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 물배지 내에서 다양한 반응을 보이는 후피향나무의 삽수를 여러 종류의 물 배지에 침적시킨 후 캘러스의 형성과 발근상태를 분석하였으며, 이러한 물배지 삽목묘를 토양에 이식한 후, 활착상태를 조사 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 물배지 내에서 캘러스만 형성된 삽목묘도 정식 후 발근되어 활착할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 2. 물배지 내에서 캘러스 형성 상태가 양호한 삽목묘일수록 정식 후 활착상태가 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 3. 물배지 내에서 발근된 삽목묘는 정식 후 96. 6%의 높은 활착율을 나타내었다. 4. 후피향나무의 물배지 삽목 시기는 7월말이나 8월말이 6월말보다 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 5. IBA 50ppm24시간 침적 처리한 처리구가 IBA전 처리를 하지 않은 처리구보다 정식 후 활착상태가 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 6. IBA 50ppm 24시간 침적 처리하고 아토닉 오천배액, 포리옥신 오천배액, 포리옥신 일만배액에서 물배지 삽목한 삽목묘는 80~85%의 발근 활착율을 나타내었다. 이상의 결과에서 물배지 삽목은 삽수의 발근율은 낮지만 삽목시기와 식물호르몬처리, 물배지의 선정을 적절하게 하면 높은 발근 활착율을 기대할 수 있다. 따라서 물배지 삽목은 소량 다품종 생산을 필요로 하는 조경수의 주요한 번식수단으로 자리 잡을 수 있을 것이다. Cuttings based on water media are relatively low-cost and easy to manage compared to those based on soil media. Nevertheless, species that root out in water media are very few. Water-medium rooted cuttings are not widely used. In water media, the survival rate of cuttings is high, but in many cases, they only form callus while not rooting. If cuttings with callus formed in a water medium were to root and survive after being transplanted in soil, water-medium cuttings could be used as an important means of propagating landscape tree species. In this study, cuttings of Ternstroemia japonica having various reactions to water media were soaked in different types of water media. Their callus formation and rooting conditions were analyzed. The water-medium cutting swere then transplanted in soil, and conditions for their survival were examined. The study concluded: 1. Cuttings that only formed callus in water media were able to root and survive after being transplanted. 2. Cuttings with satisfactory callus formation showed more satisfactory survival conditions than those with unsatisfactory callus formation. 3. Cuttings rooted in water media showed a high survival rate of 96.6% after being transplanted. 4. Water-medium cutting of Ternstroemia japonica proved to be more effective in Late July or August than in late June. 5. Cuttings pre-treated in 50ppm-IBA for 24 hours showed better survival conditions than those that were not pre-treated inIBA. 6. Cuttings pre-treated in 50ppm-IBA for 24 hours and soaked in water media with 0.02% atonic, 0.02% polyoxin, and 0.01% polyoxin showed a rooting and survival rate of 80 to 85%. Regardless their low rooting rate, water-medium cuttings can show a high survival rate when these factors are considered: proper cutting time, plant hormone treatment, and types of water media. Accordingly, water-medium cuttings will emerge as major means of propagating landscape tree species that require small volumes of multi-species.

        서울전파천문대(SRAO) 6M 망원경의 ON-THE-FLY 관측 시스템 구축

        On-The-Fly (OTF) observation method is developed for the efficient use of 6 M radio telescope at Seoul Radio Astronomy Observatory (SRAO). This technique, in which data and information of antenna position are recorded synchronously while driving a telescope regularly and rapidly across a field, provides more efficient use of telescope time and better calibration of the acquired data than the traditional point-to-point observation method does. For the realization of the method, we (1) added RT-Linux modules to the existing operating system, (2) replaced digital voltmeter with voltage-to-frequency converter, and (3) modified many SRAO observation programs. By observing Moon and G78.2+2.7 using this method and comparing them with previous observations, we verify the successful operation and efficiency of the OTF observation mode.

        FM 라디오 환경에서의 실시간 음악 판별 시스템 구현

        본 연구에서는 GMM 기반의 음성/음악 판별 방법을 응용하여 FM 라디오 방송에서 순수한 음악 구간만을 판별하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템에서는 음성, 음악, 광고 음악, 기타 여러 가지 사운드가 혼합되어 있는 오디오 방송 프로그램에서 순수한 음악만을 판별하여 자동으로 저장하고자 한다. 음악의 시작 부분과 끝 부분을 보다 정교하게 검출하고자 순수한 음악으로 판별된 구간의 시작 부분과 끝 부분에 대해 후처리 과정을 추가하였다. PC 환경에서 FM 라디오 방송을 이용하여 구현된 시스템을 실시간으로 테스트한 결과 우수한 성능을 보임을 확인하였다. 또한 SoC 구현을 고려하여 고정소수점 연산을 수행한 결과 3MIPS 이하의 적은 연산량으로 부동소수점 연산일 때와 동일한 결과를 얻을수 있었다. This paper proposes a Gaussian mixture model(GMM)-based music discrimination system for FM broadcasting. The objective of the system is automatically archiving music signals from audio broadcasting programs that are normally mixed with human voices, music songs, commercial musics, and other sounds. To improve the system performance, make it more robust and to accurately cut the starting/ending-point of the recording, we also added a post-processing module. Experimental results on various input signals of FM radio programs under PC environments show excellent performance of the proposed system. The fixed-point simulation shows the same results under 3MIPS computational power.

        코히어런스 영향과 시간에 따른 실측 데이터의 합성 효과 실험

        소나 시스템의 표적 탐지 성능을 향상시키기 위한 방법으로 합성 어퍼쳐 소나 (SAS : Synthetic Aperture Sonar)에 대한 연구와 실험이 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 한국 근해에서 견인 어레이를 통해 획득한 데이터를 이용하여 합성을 하는 실험을 수행하였다. 실제 상황에서 형상이 왜곡된 견인 어레이의 형상을 추정하여 왜곡을 보상해주고, 대표적인 합성 기법인 ETAM 기법과 같이 어퍼쳐 영역에서 합성을 하는 실험을 하였다. 함속이 일정하게 유지되는 구간의 데이터에 대해 실험한 결과 표적 신호의 코히어런스가 유지되는 약 1분여 동안 SNR이 높아지고 주엽 (main lobe)의 빔폭이 좁아지는 합성 효과가 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 또한 시간이 지남에 따라서도 합성 효과가 지속적으로 나타남을 확인하였다. Various research and development on Synthetic Aperture Sonar technique is under way to enhance bearing resolution of a SONAR system. In this paper, we estimated perturbed array shapes, and compensated distortion by using estimated away shapes and synthesized arrays in aperture domain such as an ETAM technique. As experimental data, we used the one obtained from towed array in neighboring waters of the Korean peninsula. Through simulation on data where tow-ship speed is maintained at a constant level, we confirmed that synthesis effect of increasing SNR and narrowed beam width of main lobe was consistently demonstrated for about 1 minute when coherence of target signal was maintained. Also, we showed that the synthesis effect with respect to time was constantly maintained.

        하악 제3대구치의 존재여부 및 매복양상이 하악 우각부 골절과 과두 골절의 발생에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : This study evaluated the impact of the presence and aspect of mandibular third molars to the mandible angle fracture or condyle fractures in Korean. Materials and Methods : A retrospective study was designed for patients attending the division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Kang-dong sacred heart hospital for treatment of mandibular fracture from January 2006 to September 2010. The primary variable was the presence of mandibular third molar and the secondary variable was the aspects of third molar impaction. Mandibular third molars were classified by the impaction depth and the available space as Pell & Gregory system. Outcome variables were the presence of mandibular angle fracture or condyle fracture. Also the source of trauma, age, sex were studied. Hospital charts, radiographs were used for study. Statistic analysis was done with descriptive statistics, the X2-test, linear-bylinear association. P value under 0.05 was considered significant statistically. Results : The number of involved patients was 86. The ratio of male to female patients was about 9:1 for angle fracture and 7:3 for condyle fracture. The most common source of trauma was assault for angle fracture and fall down for condyle fracture. The presence of mandibular third molar increased frequency of angle fracture and decreased condyle fracture with larger impaction depth. But available space of mandibular third molar did not show high association with angle or condyle fractures. Conclusion : Preventive extraction of mandibular third molar is recommended for patients with high risk of angle fracture. Male patients at their third decade or martial artists, police officer could be the case. But it is not recommended for patients with low risk of angle fracture and high risk of condyle fracture relatively. Elder female patients without any symptom on their third molar could be the case.

        환경부 8일 유량,수질 자료를 이용한 SWAT 자동보정 모듈 개선 및 적용 평가

        Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) model has been widely used in estimation of flow and water quality at various watersheds worldwide, and it has an auto-calibration tool that could calibrate the flow and water quality data automatically from thousands of simulations. However, only continuous measured day flow/water quality data could be used in the current SWAT auto-calibration tool. Therefore, 8-day interval flow and water quality data measured nationwide by Korean Ministry of Environment (MOE) could not be used in SWAT auto-calibration even though long-term flow and water quality data in the Korean Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) watersheds available. In this study, current SWAT auto-calibration was modified to calibrate flow and water quality using 8-day interval flow and water quality data. As a result of this study, the Nash and Sutcliffe Efficiency (NSE) values for flow estimation using auto-calibration are 0.77 (calibration period) and 0.68 (validation period), and NSE value for water quality (T-P load) estimation (using the 8-day interval water quality data) is 0.80. The enhanced SWAT auto-calibration could be used in the estimation of continuous flow and water quality data at the outlet of TMDL watersheds and ungaged point of watersheds. In the next study, the enhanced SWAT auto-calibration will be integrated with Web based Load Duration Curve (LDC) system, and it could be suggested as methods of appraisal of TMDL in South Korea.

        청소년 태권도 선수들의 마음챙김, 긍정심리자본 및 정신력의 관계

        이 연구는 청소년 태권도 선수들의 마음챙김, 긍정심리자본, 정신력의 관계를 검증함과 동시에 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 청소년 태권도 선수 432명의 자료를 수집하여 연구를 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 PASW 25.0, AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 시행하였고, bootstrapping을 이용하여 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 청소년 태권도 선수들의 마음챙김은 정신력에 긍정적인 직접효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 마음챙김이 긍정심리자본에 긍정적인 직접효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 긍정심리자본이 정신력에 긍정적인 직접효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 긍정심리자본은 마음챙김과 정신력의 관계를 긍정적인 부분 매개효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 청소년 태권도 선수들의 정신력 강화를 위해 마음챙김을 기반으로 한 심리 프로그램의 적극적으로 개발하고 적용할 필요성이 있다. This study was to examine the structural model among mindfulness, positive psychological capital, and mental toughness, and to verify the mediating effects of psychological capita on adolescent taekwondo players. In this study, The study was conducted by collecting data of 432 adolescent taekwondo players. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model analysis using PASW 25.0 and AMOS 21.0 program, and bootstrapping was used to verify the significance of mediating effects. The results of this study were as follows: Firstly, mindfulness of adolescene taekwondo players had positive effect on mental toughness. Secondly, mindfulness had positive effect on positive psychological capital. Thirdly, positive psychological capital had positive effect on mental toughness. Fourthly, positive psychological capital partially mediated the relationship between mindfulness and mental toughness. Therefore, there is a need to actively develop and apply a mindfulness-based psychological program to strengthen the mental power of adolescent taekwondo players.

        청소년 학생선수들의 긍정심리자본과 운동열의 및 인지된 경기력의 관계

        This study was to examine the structural model among positive psychological capital, athlete engagement and perceived performance, and to verify the mediating effects of athlete engagement on adolescent student athletes. In this study, The study was conducted by collecting data of 437 adolescent student athletes. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model analysis using PASW 25.0 and AMOS 21.0 program, and bootstrapping was used to verify the significance of mediating effects. The results of this study were as follows: Firstly, positive psychological capital of adolescent student athletes had positive effect on perceived performance. Secondly, positive psychological capital had positive effect on athlete engagement. Thirdly, athlete engagement had positive effect on perceived performance. Fourthly, athlete engagement partially mediated the relationship between positive psychological capital and perceived performance. Therefore, it will be necessary to actively develop and apply psychological intervention programs based on positive psychological capital to improve the perceived performance of adolescent student athletes, which will contribute to the success of adolescent student athletes.

        팽이버섯 추출물의 항산화 및 항염증 활성

        The potential antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect of water and ethanol extracts from Flammulina velutipes (Curtis) Singer (FVS) on hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and LPS-induced oxidative damage in PC-12 and RAW264.7 cells were investigated. The DPPH radical scavenging activities of the water extract from FVS was the highest, and the 50% inhibitory concentration value was 0.388 mg/mL. Also, the antioxidant activities of water and ethanol extracts were determined by ferric reducing antioxidant power, 2,2"-azino-bis-(3-ethybenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) radical scavenging activity. In addition, water extract from FVS showed a strongly inhibitory effect on lipid peroxidation by measuring ferric thiocyanate values. The water extract decreased cell apoptosis in PC-12 cells against H2O2-induced oxidative damage. In addition, FVS extracts exhibited the strongest nitric oxide (NO) inhibition activity. It was also found that FVS extract inhibited LPS-induced iNOS and COX-2 expression in RAW264.7 cells. The findings of the present study suggest that extracts of FVS exhibit anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatory activity against oxidative stress and/or stimulated cells.
